Food is great but they are always understaffed. Getting a burrito at lunch usually takes 30-45 minutes to prepare. Not an exaggeration. It s not the staff s fault. Ownership should have at least 4 people staffed. 2 in kitchen. 2 at front. Instead it takes them sometimes 15 minutes just to take an order.

Place is so understaff, and lady on the counter is so rude, understandable busy but you can still be patient with customer. Love the food though

Food is really good but there is a Girl (healthy girl with glass), every time I go there she is kind of Rude to me. so I feel like eating a food with insult everytime. so it s my last to visit this restaurant, I don t want to go again now

Went here for the first time today and I am really unimpressed. Waited 20-30 minutes for my food. Overpriced for the portion size and it didn t taste that great. Also noticed there is a lack of cleanliness practices in the kitchen. If you have a food allergy, stay away from this place.

Ordered on line and they cancelled order because they had no more ingredients. Not having ingredients is not the issue. It is the customer service I received when I arrived to pick up my order. There was no other customers in the store. There attitude was that it is not their problem that I just wasted my time. Furthermore, email I received AFTER I arrived to pick up my order indicated that I was to be refunded for HALF of my order. Again the Superviser on duty s attitude was that it was not his problem and that I should contact Door Dash. I wonder how much business the owner of this location has lost due to the attitude/poor customer service the people that are working at this location provide.

The out front patio space is always filthy and disgusting. Its as if they never clean it up. Curious as to how that passes a TO health inspection.

These portions are ENORMOUS. Youve been warned, but very delicious. I typically get mine medium heat, but they can make it hotter if you prefer. Warning, only 2 sizes, Big and Huge. The Big is more then enough for 2 meals. Eat half and take the other half home! Makes a good breakfast! LOL

The servers and the team preparing the food are really kind and helpful.

Theyve changed the menu and chicken now comes in this thick curry like greasy sauce. Its extremely salty and leaves you bloated after. Everything else is fine.

We ordered on 22 march 2022 with the name of DK . There was a burrito wrap and quesada and we specially mentioned there should be no noodles and cheese in burrito but i dont know what he was thinking he putted .

Great Work Team! I was at the store today lunch time, I ordered fish tacos for myself and sweet chilli burrito for my colleague both of them were perfect in taste. Moreover they have parking just in front of the store which made my work more easy.

i got the tofu burrito bowl, i m not from toronto, i live in oshawa and the food is never as good as it is here. they give great portions and the food is absolutely amazing. i ll always be going here when every time i m in toronto. and the person who serviced me was very kind Vegetarian options: they have really good vegetarian options Dietary restrictions: they have vegan options, the tofu is amazing.

The burritos keep getting smaller and smaller, but the price stays the same. Time to find a new spot!

Big filling burritos with a healthy amount of guacamole included in the price. Tables are kinda wobbly, Washroom is inaccessible in a basement. Wheelchair accessibility: Sadly the washroom is in the basement down a thin staircase.

Got a burrito bowl, bulled beef. Got really sick after. The meats aren t covered or in metal heating trays they re susceptible to bacteria.. it looked like it was sitting out for hours and I got really Ill .. they used to take the meat and put it on the grill to make sure they kill any surface bacteria, this is what other locations do. This one at liberty, atleast with my food, didn t. Worst experience

They need to train their staff better only one in here and its taken 30 minutes for 2 burrito most of the time has been one of the staff asking the other staff for help on how to turn on the stove where other ingredients are.... At least the food was good.

Blandest burrito I have ever eaten. So cold, unseasoned. I asked for extra sauce and it s still dry. No idea how this place stays in business. Waffle fries were good but had way too much pepper on them. Also the pricing is weird - why is a sweet potato as expensive as Shrimp.

The staff here is amazing. However there isnt much room to dine in and yet the tables are really small. Most the area and floor feels sticky. But yet there are no problems with the food. They also changed their menu back to their old one where they charged you for sauce. Meh its still a good price for all the portions either way.

The service was excellent, however pinto beans were finished before the closing time, which is a must in my burrito. Alternatively I tried the burrito with black beans with veggies.

Burritos are good but please explain to me why I have to pay an extra dollar for fusion sauces like buffalo / BBQ sauce when the guy just squirts it on the same as the burrito sauce. Even in the same bottles.

Nothing Fat about the burritos anymore I ve been coming to this location for years. But the last couple of times the portions are horrible. You get a huge burrito and it s all wrap. And I got extra protein it s very disappointing.

Dont get the quesadilla. Almost 13 bux for veggie option and it has only green pepper and very little onions and very little cheese. Even the salsa side is like 1 table spoon.

I literally just bought a naked baked chicken bowl, and I m very disappointed. The staff need to learn better customer service skills and how to make proper naked chicken.

Guac is free with all the rest of the toppings here and its good sizing to hunger ratio.

I love burrito but this location has the worst customer service. They are shameless. There were 2 girls and a boy working. I know sometimes it gets hectic but they better watch their mouth. Never seen customer service like this.

Ordered a pulled pork burrito that was pretty terrible ,it was more rice than anything else. It barely had any meat or veggies in it. Seems to be the norm at this location

Better than chipotle with regards to options, the beef and pork options are very good. Chicken is a little dry. The shrimp is good but they barely put any shrimp in there. The dessert burrito is disgusting ! Overall pretty solid choice for burritos

I always love to come here! One of my go to burrito places! The waffle fries are a must! And take a burrito bowl as well! Vegetarian options: I eat halal, so when I go out to eat places, I usually only eat vegetarian, delicious vegetarian choices!

The service was great, the workers know how to treat their customers. The minus one star however is because they dont have enough staff on hand to accommodate the demand. The employees were working their butts off but there were only two of them! Management/ownership needs to get them some help! Waiting 20 minutes for a burrito and over working your staff is unacceptable.

Got a small chicken burrito, staff is friendly, even though they warned me about the super spicy hot sauce (more like sweet sauce it had no spice and I had them put on double the hot sauce) also the chicken tastes like cat food RIP

I got a steak burrito, the burrito was well stuffed and rolled! Im always impressed by how they can fit all the toppings that they do inside without the tortilla ripping or anything :) The steak was very tender and the sauces they have are tasty. They served me promptly even though they had some delivery apps going off. I was very surprised that they offered me a soda, thanks a lot! The black plastic bags they give you for takeout are very sturdy and prevent any leakage which I always fear with burritos/bowls. Overall I was very pleased with their service and all the ingredients were fresh! Thanks a lot for a great lunch

The food was awesome. When I tested the food its good as well as the quality and quantity both were literally more than other burrito shops. Even the staff member were so friendly make burrito so delicious. Sauces are too good and I taste different kind of sauce in one burrito its sweet and chilly thats make my burrito more tasty.

Had a burrito last night and loved it, great place for having a burrito, ordered a burrito and quesadilla with my friend and were great, also loved the staff there - very helpful and knows what they are doing. Good place to go for sure.

Worst fish tacos ever, chunky greasy pieces of batter with no fish inside in a tortilla with some coleslaw that s been sitting for days. The sauce made it even more gross.

Great place love the food and lovely employees

The huge sized burritos are for real HUGE. huge enough that it was a bit of a challenge to eat, but it was worth the trouble cuz it was delicious. I especially like the option of having crispy reader chicken as the protein in my burrito. I feel like the options for tacos were ok, but I wish you werent required to have all three the same, I would prefer to mix and match three different flavours obviously. Also, I dont like the hotsauce system in place here: they offer you mild, medium or hot, but there is o it one (very hot) hotsauce and the intensity is varied only by how much the employee puts on your burrito. My boyfriend said mild and so the employee put a very small line of hot sauce in the middle of his burrito. To me, this seemed like there would just be one spicy spot in the middle of his food, so when I said medium I asked the employee to dot the hot sauce from one end of my burrito to the other just small dots and he actually understood and did it perfectly except for some reason at the last dot, he applied like a much larger squeeze, maybe because he thought he hadnt applied enough for a medium request? But if so the medium is wayyyyy hotter than mild. The areas that were dotted were amazing on my burrito but there was a section that was so hot I was sweating and my nose was running, which is too hot for medium in my opinion. Luckily I was able to power through the spicy zone and the rest of my burrito was delicious again. I had it for a second meal the next day it was so huge!

Have ordered from here many times, usually the beef. Never had a problem like some of the reviewers. I guess it depends on the time of day or something? We have gotten the ground beef and chicken. Had them cater a large order (17 customized burritos) and they were amazing! They made each burrito to order and labeled each persons name on them and were super accurate. I needed the order delivered and they dont normally do that but they accommodated and delivered to me. All my friends raved about how good the burritos were. Great service and food, will use them again!

My favorite burrito joint in the city

This place used to be decent but its gone downhill. I have to constantly ask for more of things like beans - theres a huge container but theyll give you 1 cup of lettuce and 1 tbsp beans. Often the staff are rude and stingy - different from other locations Ive attended to. Doesnt seem like the owner cares for this business much. We used to come more frequently but its becoming less and less.

This is my go to place for a quick grab . Love their burritos. Been there hundreds of times. They have a lot of varieties available on their menu including vegetarian options like tofu or bean and cheese or sauteed veggies. My personal favorite is the baha Chipotle chicken and the sweet chili Thai chicken . They have something to satisfy every kind of customers. Does not get too busy, wait times are very good and staff is extremely friendly. Highly recommended. Never tried their specialties like battered fish , shrimp or steak .

Love that theres a great burrito spot in liberty. Ive tried the battered fish, shrimp, baked chicken, sweet potato, and a mix of chicken and sweet potato. All are delicious. The huge is actually huge. The big is probably what id recommend. Guac is pricey if you want a few, but that seems to be standard with burrito shops here in Toronto, unfortunately. FBB does put a scoop on the burrito for you but I often need more than that.

But that doesnt mean they dont get the classics right as well. Fish tacos are straight forward, simple with just the right amount of toppings to balance against the fish portions. Other classics like Baja Chicken, BBQ Pulled Pork, Sauteed Shrimp and of course Sweet Potato give a great deal of options across tacos, burritos and quesadillas. I also recommend this franchisees version of its Cheesecake Burrito -- a perfect treat that doesnt go over the top in sweetness while still allowing you to savour the creaminess of the cheesecake and delicious tortilla!

Used to really like this place but it has gone downhill. Ordered a bean and cheese burrito with rice, too much rice and the beans were a disgusting runny version of what beans should be. Our burritos were both cold. Wont be going back.

We ordered 2 chicken burritos, both were on the small side and inside both we found what they call fried chicken. So far as we could tell it was leather from a shoe. Tough unchewable over cooked possible old not quite sure, we will never go again.

I ordered tacos. Fish and lime chicken. What I got was NOT tacos. They were served on flour tortillas which basically makes them fajitas. I dont like flour tortillas. Unfortunately I didnt realize this until I have paid for my order. I went back to ask why I have gotten fajitas instead of tacos but apparently they dont offer corn tortillas. The fixed ingredients are a problem as well but staff was accommodating so it wasnt a big issue. I will not be back.
