I was there ordered a burrito. A guy was very rude maybe he is Indian.He didnt seem to have any manners no please or thank you.

Clean inside and very nice service

Swin (new Supervisor at Fat bastard Burrito) was really attentive with my order and had a very warm welcoming smile. I usually grab my takeout from here, but this time i had a different, simple yet effective service of hospitality.

They re always out of toppings, service very slow, the two employees would rather talk then work. The girl doing cash today was very rude as well. Update: they need to fire the staff here and do a rehire. Other locations are so much better, idk what is happening here. I tried going again and they have the same problems, Stop paying for 5 star reviews all posted on the same day and improve the business.

Don t fall for the Wednesday small burrito scam. The shrinkage of the burrito is way more than the discount on the price.

Did a skipthedishes order with these clowns - they forgot to put my chips and guac in my order which I was charged for. SkipTheDishes refunded me so I could place another order. So I placed another order and It somehow took them 45 minutes to prepare the chips, by the time I got them the chips were ice cold and the bag was 3/4 empty. I love this restaurant but whatever clowns are working at this location specifically need to go. Avoid this location.

These poor reviews are crazy. I ve had a lot of burritos in Toronto and this is a solid burrito. Got the pulled pork w all the fixings. Get one. Super tasty.

The guy working at the till right now has legit no interest in serving anyone. Wasn t greeted, didn t give options for chicken. So disinterested that I would have cancelled the order if I wasn t too hungry.

Ive been co.plaining about their garbage and almost every week it looks like this. We have rats at the back and the neighborhood looks awful due their lack of responsibility and negligence.

Marked dip in food quality this time -- incredibly sparse toppings, some ingredients unavailable. Resulting food flavorless and...just not what we used to expect. A real letdown.

Worst service and attitude from staff , never coming back

I haven t been to this location for more than a year. I decided to give it a try today. I m going to start with the service what I can I can say about it is that it was atrocious. The communication was horrible the employees didn t know how to communicate properly. There was no common sense of politeness or proper customer service. The employees need a proper training of proper way of providing a good customer service experience. The second part is extremely important I would advise the readers to read the following phrase. One of the employees from the back was scratching his balls. He didn t put his hands inside his pants but he still did it through his pants. There was no direct contact but it was still disgusting. The last part is about the food I can confirm that the quality went down. Unfortunately this place is not what it used to be. To all future customers please don t have a solid expectation about the food and the service.

Hard crunchy old noodles, old beans looked like they were sitting for days, all the meat sits in liquid containers pre cooked, place went very downhill after previous owner left

Horribly rude staff, the guy working here has no manners, he was patronising and when I asked him a question he turned around and walked away. He asked me to look at the board when I asked something and when I pointed out that it s not on the board he literally tried to over charge me and walked away

Quantity is amazing! Great food. I ordered burrito bowl. Great service, clean restaurant. The staff are working so hard. They have to contend with endless stream of people as well as rude and impatient Uber drivers, and they do it all without blinking. Bless these people.

One of the best experiences with this place - its seriously one of my all time-faves!. Most of the time I see the guy named Shyam, I usually ask him to make the best one, he makes a perfect burrito. This place is very hygienic and the staff is always polite and always help with the recommendations. The food portions are also generous, making it a go to spot for both quality and quantity.

Its an excellent location to try burritos in Toronto. The employees are very good and friendly and the server (Shyam)who helped us deserve a rise for his excellent work

Amazing burritos and it is one of the best burritos available in town and the ambience is very good also i am glad to meet shyam who is working as a server in the restaurant what an amazing guy he is .

The most digusting service ever from this store and their employees too are the worst. I asked her not to put less rice in my burrito and more noodles. The fat indian girl complained that she cant put more noodles or more sauce because she cannot roll it. This clearly shows how incompetant she is. And after this she is questioning me why you keep coming to this store if you don t like the service I was speechless. This is how you talk to a regular customer who eats 3times a week at the very least?? This is annoyingly disappointing.

Ordered a chicken burrito from DoorDash and it was barely edible. I could not see and cheese, lettuce, onions or pepper. All that was inside was chicken swimming in hot sauce, maybe a bit of refried beans. I would never order this again!!

Ordered online and they missed half the toppings. The burritos had very little meat and WAY too much rice. It was all cheap filler ingredients. Not impressed for the price.

People working here work as fast as humanly and service with a smile. Food is bomb too :)

Thankful that the store has changed management. Store was not keep up to par including the employees that worked there. Walked in the other day and was greeted right away by a nice lady standing at the till. She taken my order. I comment to her did the management change. She said yes I am from head office. Store looks fantastic top to bottom including the menu board. Food was fresh and tasty. I definitely came back few days later well today. Nice she remembered my face. Thank you to the fantastic staff at this location.

Ok so please tell me which burrito is the huge and cost $5 more than the big? So disappointing... when I said something, they said I didnt get enough fluff... not impressed at all...

Great staff healthy food ever

Asked for the burrito crispy, it was not. Inside the first bite was cold toppings. I should have asked for it to be toasted even more so.

I m done ordering from this location. My final order from this location was a tofu burrito. I have a dairy allergy and my burrito arrived with sour cream inside. I took one bite before discovering this inside. I can not eat it. Luckily Uber refunded my order. Every time the burritos are different sizes as well. Zero consistency between the big and huge sizes. I ll now be taking my business to the Eglinton location even though it s farther.

Ignore all of the good reviews from the previous management. I just had a 2nd disappointing experience, I wont try a third time. The menu selection and the portion sizes have shrunk, and staff are disinterested. There are several better options nearby.

Fast and amazing food quality !!!

Below mediocre. For 13$ after tax its a sheer disappointment.

Have been going to this location for years and in recent months it has gone downhill. Have had two very poor experiences in the last week - once where I did a pick up order and when I arrived to pick up the order they said they gave it away by mistake and there was no apology or anything but I had to wait 15 minutes for a new one. The second experience was yesterday. I went with a friend to get a burrito, we each ordered separately. The lettuce was brown and I commented on this when they were preparing my burrito, they said there was no other lettuce available. It was funny as another customer also asked for fresh lettuce as she noticed it was brown. As my friend and I left they gave us each our burritos. When we started eating our burritos we found out they had given us the wrong ones. Spending $15 to then be given the wrong burrito is disappointing. Not to mention, the burritos would not stay together and started pouring out the bottom. We also witnessed an Uber driver ask for a cup of water as it was a extremely hot in the restaurant and they said no to him. Very unhappy with the new management and service. Lots of other places to go in the area.

I gave this place a second chance recently and it was just bad. I used to go the Warden and Eglinton location regularly and it was so much better there. This location was never nearly as good. The meat is so dry and tough.

Old management was definitely better. Sad to see it fall off.

As a few people have commented the quality of the food could be a bit hit or miss. However for the last few months it has been excellent. We have had burritos from the Queen St. East location that have been very good. Dont know what you did to correct the consistency but it worked. Now our go to place for burritos. I thank ownership for taking negative criticism to heart and turning it around.

Showed up after walking 20 minutes and they didnt have anything available because the manager was trying to leave early. Manager was also on his phone talking to his friend. Waste of my time and extremely unprofessional. Was curious to try the food but wont come back. Lots of good options in the neighborhood that know how to be professional. Hopefully someone teaches these employees something about that.

This location is whack. Serving sizes are so inconsistent. I always order Large size naked burrito and all other locations load it up with meat and rice. This location is soooo stingy and rude about it. They put the smallest amount of meat and I always have to search for the rice under a river of salsa. When I asked what is up they say other locations are over serving. More like this location is under-serving. I wont be frequenting this location anymore.

Chicken burrito bowl (see photo) - A generous lunch portion, nice chunks of chicken, love the Guacamole! Their hot sauce was so on point as well! All toppings were nice and fresh and there was more than enough cilantro to satisfy my taste... LOVE that stuff! Will order from them again. BTW: Dig the crazy cool packaging it came in, lol.

Love coming back to this location. Great Burritos and open till late. Tony, the owner has a great passion for burritos and if you are lucky you can see him put a burrito together himself.

Not giving this place any more chances. Chicken is always fry and touch and hard to chew. The fusion burritos lack the extra flavour you pay for ex: the baja burrito has barely any baja sauce even when you ask for more and overall taste lacks. Not just at this location but the restaurant in general has gone downhill

If I were basing this review on just the food, I would give it 5 stars. I went to this location during the summer about three times. The first time and second time, the customer service was excellent. We were going through our few months of véganisme and I couldnt decide whether to get the grilled vegetables or sweet potato, so the employee behind the counter suggested he would do half half. What a treat! (see photo) Unfortunately on a day when the manager was having a bad day I would assume, so I do not blame him, I was let down by both him and another employee, which caused me to walk out. I had asked for the same half sweet potato half grilled veggie that I always got and was met with some extreme attitude from the employee. The manager here likes to mutter things under his breath that his customers undoubtedly hear regardless. Not sure if he doesnt know this or just doesnt care. He may have been stressed out because of Covid. I hear is an all around good guy from people in the area. Anyway, wont be going back here again.

I get burritos here often. I placed an order for pick up, after calling 5 times, with no answer the first 3 and a hang up on the 4th i finally got through in the 5th call, a tofu burrito, which had barely any tofu, anyway, i was told 10 mins. I arrived 20 mins later to a rush of kids crowding the establishment, showing no care for health and saftey. I am told, due to the rush we have not made your order, but dont worry, the tofu is ready and we just have to throw it together. How appealing. I am then told that i must wait outside, while the kids wait inside. It has now been 30 mins since i placed my order, and another customer walks in(while i am patiently waiting outside). Everyone got their order before me, even the LAST customer. I dont know who is in charge here, but i feel ripped off and insulted.

One of the better locations of one of the better Toronto chain places. Great staff, always fast, friendly and professional.

Have been here before and all was good. This time the staff was friendly as always. Ordered the butter chicken to try it. Take out only of course so I went and ate in my truck. The centre was cold, and the butter chicken was a bland as can be. I didnt finish it. Likely try the place again but they definitely dropped the ball on this one.

Always a stacked burrito when i order from this location. On top that theres one guy here with an unreal memory. Remembers my order and toppings every time.

Ordered a small classic chicken burrito and took it across the road to eat it in the park. Two bites and I pull a hair out of my mouth from the chicken that was undercooked. Threw it in the garbage and decided never go there again.

Noticed a photo of gordan ramsy on the wall .. someone who would NOT be impressed with this during a pandemic especially. Delicious food always at this chain, however this one location particularly was unfortunately not very clean. Choose another

I ordered a burrito through a delivery app. I clearly stated that I did not want guacamole as I have quite a severe avocado allergy. After eating about 1/3 of it, my stomach started to get extremely upset; which is when I realized that the burrito was smothered with guacamole. I tried to call the restaurant to let them know, but they wont answer their phone. The people who work there need to learn to read the tickets!!!

Workers were rude and rushed us so they could go on break. Rushed so much they messed up our order.

Weve been ordering from here for a while, and its always delicious. Had our first ever issue, and it was handled really well by the owner. Customer service is amazing, and we will continue to be loyal customers.

Worst burrito Ive ever had. Ordered 2 and the meat was cold, flavourless and dry. It actually looked like dog food. The worker was incredibly stingy with the toppings which made the burrito so dry. On the one burrito I ordered 2 types of meat and they forgot to put one in it. The correct order was written down and I was the only one in the restaurant so Im not sure how they managed to mess that up. Will not be returning! Yuck

First time I ever had a burrito was from this location and it was the best I have ever tasted. I have had others from different burrito places after, yet I still come back to this one location. Tony the owner is always pleasant and chats for a while. Not once has my food been cold or has not been made the way I wanted. I certainly will continue to go there rather then anywhere else.

Theres a good reason that this is the place to get a burrito in The Beach! Tony and his staff are really pleasant and welcoming, too!

This Fat B location has been hit or miss in the past, so I stopped going all together. I was craving a burrito yesterday and decided to give them another try and my experience was much better. Meat is cooked better now, service was much more polite, and the burrito was put together perfectly. Hoping this place keeps improving the standards to match other locations consistently.

My burrito tasted like they took the scraps from the garbage disposal and rolled them up in a tortilla. So gross. Really dubious employee cleanliness as well.

Got it delivered. Burriotos were almost all beans, rice and sauce and barely any chicken. They were like giant snotty wet Kleenex. The chiro chips were burnt and the flavoured chips ordered came in a bag, a sealed bag, so paid $4 for store bought chips, this was not indicated in the menu when ordering. I will never order from them again .it was the first and last time. I found the quality of Big Boy Burrito a far better quality product .

Deep fried chicken!

Dont want to be given the wrong burrito anymore. I always get the simplest orders and its quite frustrating for something to go wrong especially when I order in person and have to go in a hurry to then find it wasnt done how I asked. Especially when I pay for something more. Too annoyed. Lost a loyal customer.

Second time I ve ordered and my burrito came with no filling! All toppings! Both orders were months apart too. Full order was even written on the bag and yet...no filling. Makes no sense. If I wanted a saugy quesadilla with only sauce I d just eat in. Lost a customer. Unacceptable.
