The cashier is very rude, we asked that we will need to pay together but he did not want to void the first order and demanded the first order to be paid first. We followed up with our drinks and he responded rudely too. First and last time eating here.

Excellent food

Always have an amazing experience at this location. The lady s who work here, especially the girls who work the Tuesday evening shift have excellent costumer service!

In general, I m a big fan of Fat Bastard... this location can be VERY hit or miss. If the girls are working, you can count on extremely stingy toppings and an uncooked burrito (and I mean like, half a teaspoon of guac and its off the grill in less than 25 seconds). The quality and taste is still Fat Bastard so Ill be back... but the inconsistency in quantity is really annoying. Dietary restrictions: Great gluten free burrito!

To Manager - What is the point of having washroom and always out of service for the Customers. One only use the washroom in case of emergency and just imagine the situation If someone says it s out of service. I know you don t want homeless people to use your washroom but what about the Customer ??? Did you think about it ????

I have been coming to this Fat B*stard Burrito since the mid-2010s. The service has always been friendly and the food delicious. I recommend this place for a quick, but substantial bite to eat.

Horrific. Ordered a Huge Burrito on UberEats. Half of it is tasteless microwave rice, the other half sauce with some under-cooked chicken. There is not a single bean to be found, and hardly any cheese, even though I asked for both. Half of the vegetables are either hardly present or missing. The rice is separated from everything else for some reason, so about half of all the bites you take leave your mouth full of nothing but tortilla and rice, wonderful. And now my stomach is starting to hurt, which is rare, but they managed to check that box as well. Ive eaten at many Fat Bastard Burrito locations, and most of them have been at least passable, but this one... yeah no.

AMAZING!!

All the potential to be a good meal--a great meal even. But forgetting to add sauces to the bowls (pulled pork) and dessert (caramel) honestly was a buzz kill that has me feeling it the day after. Now I have 1 1/2 bowls of raw materials. Theres no way this pulled pork is suppose to taste like nothing. Its dry and flavourless. I just know there are three containers of sauce from last night that were left behind. Otherwise the meat was plentiful and the veggies were fresh. So disappointed might stop by to get the sauces so I can eat dinner but the cheesecake, I may never know what could have been. Hopefully they fix this so I can update.

Ordered one huge veggie burrito- Received $27.99 burrito with ONLY RICE. How on earth do you ignore every other ingredient and condiment in a burrito, when The main job you have, is to put in the requested ingredients and condiments into a burrito? It s not rocket science. Absolutely do not recommend this location. And yeah, I m hangry there s no way I m eating an enormous plate of rice inside a tortilla with nothing else.

The attention from the arrival to the place was great. Something that you would not expect for a fast food service restaurant. Ordered their huge tequila lime burrito and OMG the toppings are great, they have an amazing variety that makes the taste of it just burst. Not to mention that the portion is just as the name mentions HUGE. definitely coming back for more burritos. Also a must try their empanadas.

Portion for the bowl was tiny, was expecting more. Not sure what their portion standards are but it s like half the size what chipotle give for the same price. I asked for more but the employee just got the tiniest scoop of all time. Food was decent though.

Visited this location for dinner during bloor street blackout. Have to recognize the attendant DIMPLE who was doing everything on her own and handled herself well. Very composed and with a smile on her face. Food was great but restaurant needs additional staff to support her.

Flawless burrito and flawless experience

Very poor food quality. Meat was cold and tasted off. What was even worse was the service. Minimum wage energy, lack of care, rushed, rude, and negative all around for no reason. Pulled beef is terrible, after explaining experience, they took the meat, pretended to put it in a pan to heat, returned and called it a compensation. Won t be coming back here. Won t recommend. Focus on genuine customer service would help your business.

The staff is good but the food is bad. They charge the full price for the food but provides very less quantity. The shop owner should work on the food quality and quantity.

Got a big veggie burrito and it was amazing! The size was perfect and so was the taste!! The staff was polite and the place was clean as well. Vegetarian options: I am a vegetarian and I would totally recommend the veggie burrito here. All the toppings and sauces they had were vegetarian except for just one sauce! Vegetarians should surely check this place out

Unless you are seeing your burrito made in front of you, they do not care about following instructions for what to put on your burrito. Have ordered from Uber Eats 3 times now and every time my partner and I have ordered two different burritos, theyve made them both the same. Im allergic to pitted fruits (including avocado) and when my partner has requested guacamole they also put it in my burrito. I thought the first 2 times it was a genuine error, but today it happened again and I could not eat my burrito. Will never order from them again. Also typically request no beans as the beans have been old in the past and there are always beans in my burrito.

Very generous and delicious burrito.

Recently the portion sizes have gotten smaller at this location so hopefully they get an experienced manager in here to help train the staff in terms of improving this location as well as the portions they are providing. The staff are great but I feel this location needs a new Manager or it least be more aware they are serving smaller portions for take outs compared to in store dining. Prices should reflect what you purchase not where you eat it. Take out is nice and all but with the amount of fees you pay you should be getting more food for what you pay for because the food is good but portions are not for certain take out items.

It s a great place for a burrito if you want some thing that previously cooked.

It was absolutely amazing and truly lived up to its legendary reputation. The hot sauce was great. I bought 3 burritos in total for friends. I had the ground beef burrito. I can eat this stuff over and over. Truly addictive.

Came to Fat bass and burrito with my parents for a nice family meal my meal was ruined with abundance of jalapenos when I asked for none would not recommend this place even to feed to a dog

I ordered for Burrito bowl and chose chicken as my protein option. The quality of chicken was poor. Approximately 40,% of the chicken was uncooked. Will never order again from this outlet and would never recommend to friends as well.

I ordered a pulled beef quesadilla, paid $15 and it was very disappointing. The cheese wasnt even completely melted and the sour cream was grainy. Its as if the sour cream is made from a dehydrated powder to which they add water. The only things I was able to taste from the pulled beef was salt. Overall very bland and far from fresh. No bueno.

Pickup order was ready on time, we ended up sitting in. There was only one employee doing everything, both cooking and cash. They refused to serve free tap water, which is against Toronto Public health regulations. The burrito was spicy, even with no hot sauce or salsa. Will not be returning.

This location serves the best burritos in downtown. They are so freaking huge and delicious. Me and my friends have visited this location so many times for our lunch and trust me you wont feel hungry anytime soon. We always end up ordering so much stuff together and their mars bar is to die for. Also the staff is really polite and makes you the best mexican food

I had to wait for almost 25 minutes just for one burrito. There are only 2 people working here.

Their debit machine doesn t accept apple pay for some reason, every time I go in I have to order through uber and pay more!!

I ve tried the food couple of times and I didn t like loaded waffles, the guac was not seasoned tasted extremely bland.

If you are looking for a Mexican food chain, go to Chipotle or Taco Bell. This was the blandest food I have ever tasted in my life. There was also a very mentally disturbed person harassing everyone in the resturant and staff did nothing to remove them. Was an all around uncomfortable and unsatisfying experience.

Shrinkflation with Flies

As far as Tex Mex tacos go, these are the best Ive had. Did my due diligence and visited on two separate days, and they were fantastic both times. Just like my mom used to make with the Old El Paso taco kits, but much better. The ingredients are fresh and voluminous; they dont skimp! A wee bit pricey but these are the days that were living in I suppose, and of all the fast food places whose menu prices are creeping up, this spot does the best at giving you the best value for your dollar. My only complaint is that the tacos ran my belly both times I had them. Second time I visited, I made sure to limit my intake of other foods throughout the day, and still I was hit with gut rumblings in the early hours of the morning. Im usually fine with cheese but these are a real gut punch. IBS sufferers BEWARE!
