Unfussy market & cafe outlet offering breakfast & lunch sandwiches, soups & coffee drinks.
We’re very lucky to have LVMC as our local breakfast and lunch deli. Wraps, sandwiches, soups and coffees made with love ❤️❤️ The team couldn’t be any friendlier, always brightens my day coming here 🤗
Loved this place. Easy, no frills cafe with tasty food. Had the western sandwich, chili and a dark roast. All were great. Really gave me a Central Perk vibe, very cozy inside.
Cozy little spot with really friendly staff. The vegan lentil soup they have is quite delicious, and especially nice as the days are getting colder.
Great food, kind staff and friendly clients, who could ask for more. But wait, the patio is a great spot to chill in the sun with a refreshing drink too. I highly recommend this place and can't wait to go back for another round.
Just a little cafe on the corner, food was pretty good but the seating area was a bit dirty. I used the restroom and there was standing water on the floor around the toilet and no way to dry your hands. Definitely recommend getting take out in the future.
Great old rustic charm. Sitting in these old chairs and tables brings an atmosphere all on its own. Love the staff and food.
I ordered on Uber eat this morning. This was absolutely delicious ! I wasn’t feeling well I just wanted a yummy soup and sandwich. This was so fresh, comforting, soothing, and deliciously filling. Good quantity. I have some soup left over for later. Incredible! I got egg Sandwich pumpernickel bread & toppings I chose, we’re loaded. The tomato soup…. Just WOW that’s going on my fave list. It’s also the small touches for me, writing “enjoy” on the bag. For some of us… it means something. Thank you. I’ll be visiting soon, and ordering again.
Had breakfast here this weekend and it was really good! I had an egg white with veggies sandwich on an everything bagel. The bagel was sooo fresh and delicious. The atmosphere is very home-y with a mix of tables and chairs and couches to sit at. Bigger on the inside than I expected it to be with some neat decor items to check out like the coffee display and some large vintage signs. Definitely recommend for a yummy inexpensive meal!
Very cozy small diner, have some really good soups and sandwiches. My go to for lunch if I need soup and sandwich
The sandwiches here are amazing and the staff is friendly and nice. I know it is also a place where TFC supporters go to get together before the games. I would love to see them there sometime
Soups and breakfast wraps are 10/10!
I looove their vegan lentil soup!! I crave it. Its like comfort food. The salad rolls are pretty legit too. A little pricey but what can you expect being in Liberty village? Tomato soup is not bad either. To add bacon on the grilled cheese is expensive. For the price, the quality is meh.
Incredible spot. Must visit for anyone going to TFC matches.
Great vibe and food
High quality sandwiches, soups, desserts. Calm atmosphere, perfect for a lunch break and to reset the day.
Cute little old school cafe. Options of basic food - very old school vibe. Food
Everything is delicious
I have coffee (very good) here every morning. Its cozy, eclectic & chill. Window or not. Food is fresh & delicious - see %s on Uber eats, smiles and niceness abound (owner and staff are so nice)! Gab, chillax, watch tv, work on your laptop - ENJOY - many happy regulars cant be wrong. : )
Friendly service great food and atmosphere
Delicious food with vegan options. Friendly service. Good wifi and comfy tables and chairs.
Very friendly staff and the food is SO tasty.
Quaint, very comfortable great coffee and food
Good place to study since its quiet and has a bunch of seating. Its also very budget friendly.
Hearty food. Really enjoyed it. Great local lunch spot.
Really lovely service and the owners are so sweet.
Perfect spot in Toronto. Something different in a city of so much of the same
Had smoked salmon sandwich on everything bagel with a tomato soup after a night shift. Felt like I came home. Loved to stay. Low-key breakfast cafe ever! Everything was perfect to enjoy my own time.
A gem in Liberty Village. Great coffee and sandwiches and perhaps the best soups in downtown Toronto. Relaxed atmosphere and a great place to eat and do some work. Highly recommend.
My dad and I were checking out the TV museum across the street, and stopped by here for a quick bite. It had a very low key, almost kitschy kind of vibe. They had lots of options for lunch or snacks. I got a sandwich that was made fresh to order with all of the toppings I wanted. The prices were really good as well. Definitely a hidden gem.
Cosy atmosphere and hearty good value food!
Cute little sandwich & soup shop in liberty village. Sandwich was delicious and I really liked the atmosphere. Maybe it was just today but place was severely understaffed. One person making all the sandwiches & mobile delivery orders. It took the last one in our group 30 mins to receive his sandwich.
This is the sort of place you leave as family... the sort of place that appreciates ever dollar you spend there. Highly recommend the lentil soup and the beef patty supreme
It was such a nice little cafe that saved my breakfast when nothing else around was open The attention was very nice, I really like the food as well.
Visiting The Liberty Village Market & Cafe is like stepping back in time to the 1990 s-2000 s when Toronto was great. Its unpretentious and cozy interior is a refreshing change from the homogenized and sanitized eateries that are the norm today. Simple but good quality food at reasonable prices served by courteous and friendly staff. I hope this gem is around for years to come.
Nice spot for sandwiches and home made chill and soup.
If your in Liberty for any reason come by and enjoy the atmosphere and meet the friendly staff! Especially on TFC game days this spot is popping with enthusiastic Footy Fanatics. Highly recomended
Friendly service and the most delicious sandwiches!
Cute place with a lovely patio to enjoy summer . The service was very nice
Love this place,very good service
Many choices. We were all satisfied
Great coffee and fresh sandwiches. Will come back
I was expecting a little more. Staff seemed confused with my order. Microwaved eggs not my favourite.
Coffee was bad, Lentil soup was gross, definitely not fresh. The chicken sandwich, it was ok.. tastes like Subway, staff was surprised that I wanted to toast the sandwich before adding veggies. Overall very disappointing, and way overpriced for the quality.
Nothing special and pretty expensive. Food you can make yourself fairly easily with not much effort. Its positives are location, and that they have a fairly healthy menu. Wheelchair accessibility: Not accessible.
Ordered just ONE soup from them and that one order they messed up. When I called and asked the guy I spoke to was EXTREMELY RUDE and starting giving me lecture saying we were busy and life is not perfect so if they are busy they will take the money from you and will be rude about it? I will not recommend going to this place as they have the most disrespectful customer service and attitude. EDIT: REPLY FOR THE OWNERs RESPONSE: She was not rude in the beginning. She stood up for herself when one of you employees were beginning to abuse her and saying she needs life lessons. I was on loud speaker and you guys were not friendly from the start, one can only take so much of what you guys are saying as well. Please do better!
Best soup in the city! Tastes homemade and made with love. :)
The western breakfast bagel is delish! They don t skimp on toppings. Really friendly service, too.
I absolutely love this place. Warm and cozy atmosphere. It s my favourite cafe to visit when I come to Toronto to to visit my daughter.
Good vibe on match day
Food and drink was very satisfying, value for money, too
They cook your eggs in microwave. The End

With a wide variety of sandwiches , snacks , coffee, desserts, drinks and the creative goodness of Avocado toast, the Liberty Village Market & Cafe is your retreat to eating healthy and making sure guests are well nourished with free WiFi. The customer service at Liberty Village Market & Cafe is really good and the staff assist you in the choices you make when choosing your breakfast, lunch or dinner. When I was at Liberty Village Market & Cafe I thoroughly enjoyed their Egg Salad Sandwich as well as their Sesame seed bagel as well. On a side note, their coffee was really good as well. I would suggest getting to Liberty Village Market & Cafe early in the morning so you would be able to get to the good quality sandwiches and enjoy the over the top lunches that are in place. I will definitely be back to the Liberty Village Market & Cafe and will be able to shower the restaurant with goodness as they promote good health and nourishment to all.
Very cute cafe! New to the area and checked this place out based on reviews. Had a egg and toast sandwich. Also got a cappuccino. Both were very good and service is friendly! Recommend this place and support local
Such a cute place for a coffee and sandwich/soup. Ive also been told they hold comedy nights?? Will have to come back and check them out! #ContestEntry
I picked up a large hot chocolate and grilled cheese deluxe sandwich for breakfast. The hot chocolate was smooth and creamy. Not too sweet or processed but very natural. The grilled cheese deluxe was outstanding. I got mine on multigrain bread. Really good home cooking and very friendly staff. Highly recommended if youre in the area.
I order the vegan lentil soup and a grilled cheese every time I m under the weather. My favourite comfort meal. Great food and service.
Cute, comfortable, good coffee
This Establishment is a Healthy Choice For Great Foods and Salads With An Amazing Friendly Staff
Just love this honest, true blue place. It has the kinda rustic charm that appeals to me, plus staff is so lovely.
Great cozy place to hang out and great food.
Great place for pre match lubrication.
Just as amazing as ten years ago!
Love Karoosh!
Love coming here everytime I get a haircut at the Village Barbershop. Friendly staff, veggies are always fresh and a good selection of vegan options and soups. I usually get thr avocado sandwich with all the veggies on it. Try it grilled, you wont be dissapointed
Great cafe. Amazing sandwhiches. A rare non-chain restaurant that truly cares about their clientele.
Great atmosphere and tasty food. Our server (Dallas) was super helpful in making suggestions and despite being busy, she was very attentive and friendly. Great service, food and atmosphere is an excellent combination.
Would be great if this was a hostel !!
BLT is super good, the man who works there (maybe owner) is very friendly and laid back. The coffee and iced latte is much cheaper than anywhere I ve ever been in the city (3.25 for iced latte). They have so many options and a very homey vibe. Nothing fancy, but a hidden gem in Liberty Village.
A place that makes you feel at home right away
This is a great location for anyone thats looking for a cheap drink but great, chill atmosphere. Cyrus is very courteous, kind and helpful. They are fully licensed so feel free to come meet Cyrus for a drink!
Delicious BLT. Great atmosphere. Good service. Highly recommended.
Great seating set up
This family-owned cafe is a hidden gem in liberty village. Great place to swing by for a sandwich & coffee. Kourosh (owner) & the staff are welcoming & friendly :)
Yummy sandwiches and soups! Love their beef barley soup!
Love their homemade soups (lentil is my fav) sandwiches are delicious as well. They always accommodate my lettuce wrap request even though its not part of their menu! Thank you!
Awesome staff and delicious food and coffee.
Very cool local cafe, very homey.
Soups are great and a low key warm and cozy place to enjoy a great sandwich as well. Try the roast chicken
LV Market and Cafe is a gem, a breath of fresh air in this corporate neighborhood. Unpretentious, timeless and versatile. Cyrus, one of the owners, is always friendly and up for a chat about the days sporting events or weather. Classic cup of first wave joe and good selection of morning and mid afternoon snacks. I wish I had no job so I could sit here and read the paper all day or something. Love it!
Need to figure out where do they get their Banana bread and the coffee selection is amazing and no where else to be found! Been addicted to this place for over 2 years.
This place is so vibrant. Freshly made bafels and rich coffee. You will love it.
Not really sure where these amazing reviews are coming from. They microwave their eggs right in front of you lol
Wow, what a nice lunch place. I had the turkey sandwich with vegan tomato soup combo, made by the polite, attentive, and mindful people there. A fantastic alternative to the fast food places.
Solid food but nothing to write home about. Its quieter than on the main strip so an alternative quiet patio option if you dont want the hustle of Liberty village prime.
Love their sandwich
Amazing place, great food and super staff
Enjoyed my food! It was delicious! Great customer service
Large selection of light meals, bagels, wraps, drinks and lattes. Delicious, fresh, very nice!
This place is not fancy. Thats why its loved and great people and staff!
Best place to grab lunch around Liberty Village hands down. The staff are super friendly and the weekly specials always offer amazing prices for the quantity and quality of food. Highly recommend the vegan lentil soup and the beef patties paired with any of their signature sandwiches!
Convenient location with parking on a plaza with variety of stores. Lots of breakfast options n well done coffee.
Really nice spot to enjoy a brewski. If youre a tfc fan. Youll see lots of other fans having fun after the game. Staff was nice and friendly too.
Was a nice experience visiting the popular market. The parking has hugh potholes that need to be fixed
Cute corner shop serving amazing coffees, breakfast, lunch and several to-go options. It s nothing fancy, but gets the work done better than fancy places.
Súper cozy, classic Torontonian hipster-ish place
Cosy, inviting and serving quality fare.
Super cozy and really well priced!
Very nice great coffee and great location
Great atmosphere and nice coffee selection.
The food is tasty, made fresh, and fast.
Great place to get a reasonably priced made-to-order sandwich. Loaded with extras like peppers, cucumbers, tomatoes and choice of dressings. Grilled or not grilled.... All done with a smile and some friendly chit chat. Looking forward to its quaint patio reopening when the time comes!
Good food..Awesome Western sandwich today.
Family run vestige of old Toronto that is a hidden gem and Liberty Villages best kept secret!
Had a Western Sandwich (western omelette) on a bagel. Total was around 9$. Very delicious sandwich. Service good and fast. COVID related: all workers had masks and single use gloves. A different person handles payment than the person making your food. Better to go here than a chain.
great place.
Great customer service in the food was fantastic
Tomato soup and grilled cheese - delicious!
Great food and coffee for reasonable price.
Great soup.
Great spot for a quick bite. They serve a great homemade soup and ife you feel so inclined have a beer. This is not your average convenience store.
Amazing food & atmosphere, one of my favourites of Toronto
Here once every few months. Try the lentil soup if they have it on.
Great sandwich. Good soups..
Enjoyed this place it was nice
Nice little place, great soup to pair with a sandwiches and nice butter tarts!
Nice place to sit for a coffee and a snack or quick lunch while you get some work done
Always stop here before the wolf pack game
A decent soup and sandwich place.
Best place in the Village
Good coffee and fresh sandwiches for lunch and breakfast
I went for Liberty laughs, the comedy show Thursday nights and had an absolute blast! Cyrus, the guy working there, was warm and welcoming and served up a mean cup of tea and honey which helped to brave the coming fall weather. The samosas there are also killer! Thanks
Nice little one with lots of food options. Loved it.
Great little gem of a place for quick real food. Lovely butternut squash soup.
Way too expensive
I go specifically for their home made chilli. You can choose either a vegetarian, or meat option. Friendly staff, reasonably priced. If you love Nanaimo bars, treat yourself. Theyre exceptional.
Food was great and reasonably priced for Toronto. A few minute walk from BMO field. Ill definitely return next time Im at a game.
The best wraps in Liberty Village
Great spot
It pulls off being a licensed coffee spot exceptionally well. Rowdy on game nights, calm during the day. You can purchase simple grocery items, grab some coffee beans, or socialize with a beer outside.
I used to go to Timmies primarily for breakfast items before I discovered this place. I like its vibe. Its very personal unlike all the big chains you notice all around. Theres a variety of items to choose from. Tasty food. Decent staff. A bit pricey, but its downtown so. Anyway, this has become my go to place now. I recommend it. Cheers!
Great soups and owner/staff are terrific!
Awsome place
Nice place for a beer and a snack.
Great for a coffee, OK for breakfast
Love this place. Warm and cozy, great sandwiches and coffee
Best sandwiches in liberty village
A licenced coffee shop that also cross sells breakfast. The place wasn t too busy at half eight in the morning, warm and the coffee was nice and strong. They sell a range of sandwiches and soups and when I popped in later at midday there was a good line of people purchasing food to eat inside or take out.
Highlight of my visit in the area was having a seat in here and sharing an avocado smoothie and a fresh americano. Recommended.
Great place for a pre game drink
