Loved the wine and the food. Specially our server was great recommended great wine. We went there for my birthday they gave us free dessert, view was splendind we did buy wine bottles a bit pricey but nice collection, loved the fried chicken, squash ravioli and the mousse dessert. Cn tower elevator view and The deck view is included in the price.
This was an amazing experience for us to celebrate a special day at this fine dining spot. We booked our table in advance and reached the tower for check-in on time. The staff were very friendly and hospitable, they made sure we understood where to go. We got the table with the views of the city and Lake Ontario as requested which was appreciated as well. The servers were very kind and friendly too, made sure we were well looked after. Highly recommended for celebrating special occasions for sure!
I love this restaurant, great view from such a height of CN tower. Food is above average, the steak is really good but raw salmon is not good enough with some fish bones in it. Wine is satisfying. Of course the price is quite high.
Dining at the CN Tower Restaurant was an unforgettable experience! The food was absolutely amazing – each dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. The service was just as impressive; our server was attentive, friendly, and made sure our experience was perfect from start to finish. And the dessert? Mouthwatering! It was the perfect sweet ending to an incredible meal. Not to mention, enjoying these culinary delights while taking in the breathtaking views of the city made it truly special. I can’t recommend the CN Tower Restaurant enough for anyone looking for a one-of-a-kind dining experience!
I recently had the pleasure of dining at the 360 Restaurant, and it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was equally as impressive. Sitting high above the city, the panoramic views were breathtaking, especially during sunset. The service was impeccable. Our server was not only attentive but also knowledgeable about the wine pairings and provided excellent recommendations for both food and drinks. They made us feel welcomed throughout the meal. Overall, the 360 Restaurant exceeded my expectations in every way. It’s the perfect spot for a special occasion or a romantic evening, and I can’t wait to return.
From the moment we entered the building, the staff guiding us to the CN Tower restaurant were friendly and welcoming. From checking our ticket, taking our picture, to the elevator ride up, everything was seamless. The elevator ride itself was mesmerizing, with breathtaking views of the city. I recommend arriving about 15 minutes early to allow time for security clearance and getting up to the restaurant. The restaurant was gorgeous, offering spectacular views of the city. The atmosphere made it easy to take our time and enjoy the meal. The menu had a good variety of options for each course, and the food was fresh, flavorful, and presented beautifully—like works of art, almost too pretty to eat. We were celebrating my mother’s birthday, and the dessert we ordered came with a candle and a "Happy Birthday" message, making the experience even more special. The server was incredibly helpful, particularly when assisting us with halal options. After our meal, we were given access to explore the two observation floors below, which was a wonderful addition to the experience. We spent a good amount of time enjoying the different viewing areas. Overall, I highly recommend visiting the CN Tower restaurant for a memorable dining experience.
We had a dinner reservation at 360 Restaurant at the CN Tower to celebrate my birthday, and it was an unforgettable experience! The revolving restaurant offers a one-of-a-kind dining experience with spectacular views of Toronto. With a minimum spend of CAD 75 per adult and CAD 40 per child, you also get free admission to the CN Tower observatories, which makes it an excellent deal. For us, the fine dining experience was the highlight, and the observatory access felt like a great bonus! The food was delicious, the service impeccable, and the surprise complimentary birthday cake made my day extra special. It was a thoughtful touch that I truly appreciated. While I highly recommend this restaurant for the unique experience and stunning views, I do wish they offered more vegetarian options (though it wasn’t an issue for me). If you're visiting Toronto, I recommend combining the CN Tower observatory visit with an elegant meal at 360 Restaurant. It’s a perfect way to make the most of your time in the city!
Came for my birthday and everything exceeded my expectations. I saw some reviews criticizing the food and service however based on my experience the food was delicious, and the service was not bad. The children’s menu also included some great options. The view was breathtaking and we got free entry to the main observation level after the meal, which was nice since the admission tickets alone are $45. However, sadly they do not give out complimentary desserts for birthdays anymore.
If there was a zero star option I would give that! Sat down at 7:15pm Food came 2 hours later! They mixed up the order , plus my husband is on a wheelchair, and even though we made a reservation 3 weeks earlier, still they gave us hard time about his sitting (space wise)! Was before Christmas (for my birthday) and they squeezed more tables so they can make more money honestly . So sad.
Seems like the food varies a lot, in my experience (came around 2pm) it was alright but nothing over the top. The amount you need to spend does not justify the food quality and variance. Going to have to completely disagree with one reviewer who said its better than the Keg. Maybe some dishes, but not for the extra money as a general rule. $24 for a ceasar salad meanwhile they just give you a hunk of lettuce with cheese on top and a few toppings. Hardly a salad, and to be candid - I have never eaten in any restaurant, even somewhere as basic as Swiss Chalet with this lack of effort. Full heads of lettuce not cut up, is not a ceasar salad, in any way, shape or form. I wouldnt mind trying the indigenous menu, the stuff looks really good. Service was alright.
The rotating view paired with delicious gourmet dishes made for an unforgettable experience. The staff was attentive, and the ambiance was perfect for a romantic dinner. Highly recommend!
Youre coming here for the view and experience firstly, and its definitely one of a kind in the GTA! The food was overall decent, better than your regular places like The Keg, their menu rotates which is nice. Unfortunately, they couldnt get our lamb chops right with 2 tries. I give them 7.5/10!
It is a complete ripoff in every sense. I absolutely dont recommend it even for the view. The food was mediocre at best, the steaks are grossly overpriced. One of the people in our party had to cut out fat from the steak, leaving about half of the steak to eat (price was $90). They brought out the salad when the main dishes were almost eaten. The seafood dish I ordered was on a level of cafeteria, but cost $55. Tuna Tartar was very salty. Service took too long, and was quite careless. The ambiance was on level of cafeteria in a mall. Incredibly squeaky kitchen door, very quiet music, added to the cafeteria feeling. it wasnt for the view the experience would be a complete disaster. Its the worst restaurant I have been to in a while.
Good Atmosphere and service. Food quality is below expectation but its still good.
My partner and I went here for our 1 year anniversary. I love how our server wished us a happy anniversary and the desserts had chocolate pieces saying Happy Anniversary on them. It was a nice touch. We were there after sunset. The city lights were gorgeous and we had a great view despite not being seated next to the windows. Service was excellent. The waitress was genuinely friendly, helpful, and thoughtful. Food was great overall. We shared the charcuterie board which was overpriced for how much you get imo. We also got the sourdough bread basket - it wasn t the best sourdough I ve had though. I got the duck with a side of mashed potatoes. My partner got the lamb and side of mashed potatoes. It was very good except that it could have been hotter. The deserts were divine. The viewing level was a great place for photos (unobstructed view). I liked the Christmas decorations as well.
Although the food, ambience, and other aspects were enjoyable, the entire experience was overshadowed by the behavior of the security guard at the building entrance. Upon entering with my wife, we were subjected to airport-style security checks, including being asked to remove our phones from our pockets. My wife also placed her gloves in the bin and asked the security guard whether it was necessary to do so. Instead of providing a clear response, the guard began yelling at her to follow his instructions carefully. It is highly inappropriate and unprofessional to raise one s voice at a customer, especially in a diverse country like Canada, where English is a second language for many people. Rather than answering a reasonable question, the security guard chose to make unnecessary and unhelpful remarks.
Price a little bit higher than should be. Everything else was perfect
Phenomenal! The food was delicious, the atmosphere and views were stunning! However what made our visit the most spectacular was the service. Paul was our server and I can say with certainty that I have honestly never had better service on my life. We have been talking about him since we left. 360, you have yourself a real gem with Paul! Keep him happy at all costs!
The food is average but rather pricey which was expected. The butterscotch dessert was the highlight. The view is fantastic. Overall poor customer service.
Amazing view , dessert was really good.
For my first visit to Canada at the CN Tower I was really pleasantly surprised. The plug I had was really good. The fries were too salty for me. The service was really perfect
Dietary restrictions: It serves Halal chicken and beef ribs as well
I don t know why you people are so satisfied with the CN Tower Restaurant, I ve just had the opportunity to go there and what a surprise, such a bad time i had there, starting from the entrance the people that work there seem to not be happy to see you there, then the service at the restaurant, for what you pay you should have a great time and food, and i had everything except greatness, and i haven t even said anything, but people, come on, minimum of 75 dollars for that?? no no no, that is too much money and it does not worth it, not even the experience, with 75 dollars you do a los better in your place or somewhere else. i am adding photos of the men washroom. Seriously?? they charge all that money and cannot have a clean washroom??
Dining here is always an amazing experience! The views are absolutely stunning, the food delicious and the service exceptional. Highly recommend!
The food was exceptional perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The service was top-notch, with the staff being friendly, attentive, and eager to make the evening special. What made it even better was the rotating restaurant, allowing us to take in the 360-degree view while enjoying our meal.
Absolutely you are coming here to enjoy the view. The restaurant is decent, the service is great, but you are here to enjoy the view. The restaurant slowly spins around to give you a 360 view of Toronto. It is amazing. The food options are a bit limited, and the Shirley Temple my kid got tasted like straight grapefruit juice (maybe it is different in Canada). This is one of the places that asks if you want bread and then charges you for it so be warned. Also, I would recommend a reservation.
Its all about experience. I worth the price for the restaurant but I might not do it again.
Private booking wasnt available but our experience was still good. Express tickets work wonders! Ive never heard of blueberry tea being a thing but it is! Cant wait to try it.
First of all, the night view was amazing. The floor kept moving so we can enjoy 360°Toronto view. We have to book this restaurant on their website 2 or 3 days before but if we canceled this restaurant less than 24 hours, we will be charged $30 per person as no show fee through your credit card. It can be risky to plan in advance. However, it is worth to go here even you have this risk. The service was so gentle and helpful because he kindly care about us many times. I liked the atmosphere, service, and taste. I recommend this restaurant 100%!
Absolutely terrible experience. Loomed over and interrogated inappropriately by security staff during our appetizers.. asked us if we had been drinking prior to arriving... no we had not... Manager approaches us following the incident and says hell show us love on the bill... gave us a free desert... No class! This is not hospitality!!! Nice views... Do not recommend
Ive eaten here a few times over the years, and personally, I think its a one and done type of experience. The staff are courteous and the revolving view is a neat dining backdrop; however, the dining experience itself can be lacking. I found the food I ordered was just okay. Some of the food was just bland and not too creative. Overall, the dining experience always feels rushed like theyre ready to get you in and out. Toronto has fantastic places to eat, This is more of a novelty, in my opinion.
Loved it. Parking: There is a public parking lot about a 5 minute walk from the tower. Food : 5/5 |
Dietary restrictions: Offers halal options Food
We were a large party of 14 and the evening was spectacular! From the food to the service, all top notch. A shout out to our server Sunny who handled our large group beautifully along with the rest of the team. He was attentive, helpful with recommendations and had an awesome sense of humour. Thanks for making it a great night for our group. Food was so delicious and we had a super clear night for some amazing views of the city at night all lit up. Great night and impressed all of our guests.
The food was average, not great, but I d say it s definitely more worthwhile to come here for the free tower access rather than just paying for the tower itself, as the price difference isn t much. I also got a free birthday cake, and the server was really nice!
The staff is quite rude. But the views are nice. If i had a choice I would say visit during daylight. The food is alright - they hv some veg options but not too many. Wudnt really go there for food but more for an experience. Vegetarian options: Some Dietary restrictions: Veg options available Kid-friendliness: Yes Wheelchair accessibility: Yes
Dinning here was an amazing experience. The staff were super nice and the service was great. It was good for an special occasion. Vegetarian options: wild mushroom mafalde!!!
What a beautiful evening and amazing Canadian food! The 360 Restaurant never disappoints. Food is always top notch and the service probably the best in the city! Prices are very reasonable for what you get and you can explore the amazing CN Tower!! Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian options, sea food and a special Indigenous menu option with bison
The atmosphere in the restaurant is unique, as you are at a height above the city with a great view of the surroundings. However, the food, drinks, and service leave much to be desired. I ordered a well-done steak, but it was served undercooked and underseasoned. The waiter kept saying thank you, thank you, hoping for a bigger tip, but this didn t improve the service he provided or his attitude. After we chose not to leave a tip, he didn t even smile or say goodbye, as is customary in most dining establishments.
Here it is, the biggest money grab ever. Made a reso for 12 people, we were seated at 2 different tables. My husband ordered a 95$ steak that came with no sides what so ever, just a steak on a plate. Waited 40 minutes for the seafood tower which is stone cold and served over ice for $360. Could not see the view because we were seated at the upper tier. Our server was nice but zero table side manor. The salad tasted like dirt, not washed. It was soo bad I literally got up and left leaving the other 10 guest at the table. We drove to the Keg and had a real meal and it didnt cost 2k.
enjoyed lunch for my birthday and my cousins wedding anniversary here. was very impressed by the food (prix fixe), service and overall ambience. had the steak paired with a Shiraz and was not disappointed. highly recommend
Great restaurant and the food was pricy but delicious (and I mean very pricy). The restaurant has a great view overlooking the city. Had a fun time bungee jumping.
We were visiting Canada and came here after casa Loma. Parking is confusing, we parked at a parking garage down the road as the one across the street had an event. We had to book our reservation online. The lady at the front told me everything was booked out despite me seeing open tables online 5 minutes prior. I checked in front of her and was able to book online a reservation at that exact same time despite her claim all tables were booked. Wait was not long. Food was good they had vegetarian options. Great pics. Servers were busy and tried to be attentive, but all in all good time.
The whole experience was very nice. But our waiter named Mike was rude. Maybe he is kind of racist as well. When we asked him about the menu he was responding very rudely.
I was sceptic at first since I thought it would be a tourist trap, but the service was nice, the food and wine was good and the interior lovely. Not to speak of the view of course! Pleasantly surprised!
I hadn t been there for years, so I wanted to experience after being a foodie for years, how the 360 was above and beyond. The service could have been a LOT better, food is at max so so, and two people for lunch we paid a hefty price of $450, well I m being generous to give them a 3.
The scenery was great, and the food was okay. However, when it was time to check out, the manager was originally going to handle our bill. At that moment, our server, Jeff, came over and took the card reader away. When I was about to pay, I noticed that all the amounts had already been entered, which I found strange since there should have been a step to select or input a tip amount. After completing the payment and receiving the receipt, I saw that a mandatory tip had been added without my consent. This made me very angry because his service didn t deserve that tip. I brought it up with the manager, but the response I got was, You ve already paid, and there s nothing we can do. I ve been here more than five times and always bring family and friends. However, this time, the service and the way the manager handled the situation left me extremely disappointed. I have no intention of coming back again.
If youre going to the tower, grabbing lunch was well worth it! Great service and food considering it is a tourist place. Allowed us to really enjoy the time we spent there
Chewy $80 steak - not a great cut. Had to ask multiple time to get drinks refilled. Sides are nothing spectacular. Skip the restaurant here and eat at a real steakhouse for less.
Great food we ordered the Steak and lobster and it was pretty tasty. The views where great but after our meal the waiter got annoyed because we only left a $30 tip. He was really slow to bring our food, only came once to bring new drinks and had a bit of an attitude so I felt like $30 was more than fair but he got very annoyed and started acting unprofessional. His name on the bill was Codrut I
Came here on a whim and had a lovely time. Steve was our server and he was so kind. The service was great and the views were beautiful. We could see Niagara across the lake and watch planes land. This will definitely be a return destination. Allow yourself about 15 minutes to get through security/the elevator during the off season and slower hours.
Im torn between giving the CN Tower a 5-star review, as the view from the top is truly breathtaking and a must-see landmark in our city. However, my recent dining experience at the restaurant was a letdown. This was my second time eating at the restaurant, and unfortunately, the food didnt impress. The appetizer chicken was overcooked and dry, while the main course chicken lacked flavor. The squash was also underwhelming. To make matters worse, our group of eight felt rushed throughout the meal. The service from the elderly gentlemen was lackluster, and they seemed irritated, particularly when we took pictures. In todays digital age, its understandable that younger crowds want to capture memories. On a positive note, the observation deck was a highlight, offering stunning views of the city. While I wouldnt recommend the restaurant, I would definitely return to the CN Tower for the observation deck experience alone. Rating: 3/5 stars (would be 5 stars if not for the restaurant experience)
Was so descent We order 2 courses as a appetizer just mentioning that was so ordinary but main courses was so delicious Atmosphere was amazing Food : 5/5
What a great experience in the revolving restaurant. Then the viewing platform. The fine food, the service. And this view, especially at night. Breathtaking! I was up here 23 years ago and it is a must. Wonderful!
The food was fine but service was so bad, the staff was rude
Its worth it if you consider the entrance to the top as a tourist attraction. The view is amazing, especially if you catch dawn, but the quality of the food isnt worth the minimum spend of 75 dollars. Its the kind of thing one needs to do at least once in Toronto and this rotating restaurant is a better option than just the ticket up.
A delicious meal, with a wonderful view of the city.
It was foggy for most of the day, but luck was on our side as the fog cleared just as we got to the restaurant! Our server, Bobby, was very experienced. I believe he said he has worked at the restaurant for 35 years! The food was really good, although we would ve liked to see some more affordable wine options on the menu. The cheapest bottle was $70. We also enjoyed the observation deck afterwards. It was cool that they did a TS photo display. I would ve liked to see it better lit at night though, as I had to use my iPhone flashlight to see the photos. It would ve also been cool if the photos had a little more variety given that Taylor was in the same or similar outfits for most of the photos.
Food was good, although expensive as a restaurant. Paying for the location up the CN Tower and experience, so we viewed it as the package price and for this it is unique.
What a terrible, terrible restaurant. I had the most terrible experience with this restaurant. with the amount of money that I pay, I certainly don t get the type of experience and service that Iexpected. The food was mediocre, and the service was terrible, the photo sales person was rude. The waiter was rushing me, and made mistakes on the orders. I did not expect high-end restaurant to be like this. I get a sense that they wanna rush me out. And the process of getting from CN Tower to the restaurant was ridiculously long even though we reserved a table. It s really not worth the money. I would recommend you to pick another high-end restaurant if you want to take your wife out for her birthday or anniversary. Just don t go to this one. I will never go back to this restaurant again. It s a low quality restaurant, pretending to be an high-end restaurant.
$75 minimum spend is worth it, food was great for the price. Lovely dinner and great value because you get to visit the other parts of the tower at that price. Staff were awesome and accommodating.
You definitely pay for the experience of being there, not for the quality of the food. The service is not the worse but it is not the best either. You can get the top sirloin at a steakhouse for a better tasting meal and cheaper price. The dark chocolate however was pretty good, I just hoped it was on the same level as the other meals.
The appetizers have really funny portions. Really appetizing . The main course is decent but the waiter s attitude is rude as f.
We had a reservation and when we got here we were told we will be seated away from the window. We came for the experience and so we asked for a table by the window. We were asked to wait another 30-45 mins. The food was decent, the ambiance and service could be better. I would like to give shout out to Stephanie though for making sure we get our table quickly!
I had the most unforgettable experience ! If you wanna go up the CN tower choose to dine and take your time savouring the view ! Our server Jeff was so accommodating and very professional. Definitely going back
We booked a table for our family and guests for our sons birthday. We were not allowed into the restaurant because the guests were late and we had to wait with the children for our guests at the entrance. We were not given a reason other than we always do it like this. We wish you to be more attentive to your guests because the atmosphere is the main thing people come to you for, because the food can be better. Thank you for your attention and good luck!
The lady in the reception upstairs directly in front of the restaurant was very rude, probably because of my Asian appearance and last name. She chatted happily with the visitors in front of me while she didnt make eye contact or greet me. The food was mediocre. The waitress provided routine service. Only the sunset was incredibly beautiful.
Little pricey
Fantastic experience all around. Roger, our server, was just the right amount of attentive and leaving us to our enjoy conversation with our friends. The food was cooked perfectly. The entry staff was helpful and explanatory as needed. The view at sunset was incredible!!
A steak well done instead of medium is an unforgivable mistake. Steaks overcooked. The other dishes were fine
Came here to celebrate our anniversary. Service and atmosphere was great, but food was very average. Bland and not worth the price you can otherwise pay to get stellar quality food.
View is awesome. Food was ok. Service was nothing to write home about. Food : 3/5
A unique experience, excellent food, drinks and service. But dont believe when they tell you that you can visit the entire tower if you go to the restaurant, its not true, you only have access to the restaurant and the viewpoint that is two floors below that there is a cafeteria, they wont let you go to the upper viewpoint, you will have to buy one entrance.
I m going to tell you the story of 2 restaurants - one in Montreal & one in Toronto. I live in Montreal and decided to have a birthday celebration for my wife & friends (12 persons) - food, service & drinks were subpar by Montreal standards and we didn t even get a birthday candle on some sort of pastry. I was in Toronto to celebrate my wife s award ceremony. I made the booking in advance & over paid by 2 guests. I got the refund before the invitation was confirmed, when we arrived the Maître D congratulated my wife, the waiter congratulated my wife, she got a candle plus champagne. Needless to say; which restaurant was better, will be recommended & revisited.Thank you for making my wife feel special. Kofi MLT
Amazing experience
Good food, but it feels overly focused on profitability. The place is quite crowded, and the quality of service leaves much to be desired.
Great Views over the city, good food, but not exceptional, especially for the price. You are going here for the view and experience, not specifically for the quality of the food. Dietary restrictions: They can cater to many dietary restrictions including GF, Nut free, Vegetarian, Vegan. Make sure to have a conversation with server for any restrictions.
View is amazing. Food below average for the price. Service is just normal. Raspberry layer cake was only the best part. But apart from the food taste being below average than expected, everything else was the best.
I was here 12 years ago and again more recently... the service food atmosphere hasnt changed... Everything about this place is amazing. It is a little expensive but entirely worth it..
Wonderful restaurant! With an amazing view of Toronto! Wonderful service and menu! Very tasty and cozy! I recommend visiting this restaurant!
An unforgettable experience! If you come to Toronto it is an opportunity you cant miss!
food tasted like something from a school canteen. Especially dessert was a stale cake. Too bad..we paid 200$ and for what?
Great service however food wasn t worth the price point.
Everything about my experience was amazing. Reservation was at 9pm on Nov 1st sat in area 9 Our server was absolutely amazing, thank you sir for an amazing experience!!! Food : 5/5
Fantastic once in a lifetime meal which was average but the setting and view were priceless
This is the best place to dine while watching the view of Toronto! Truly an unforgettable experience.
Not just a gimmick but actually really quality food. Clearly expensive but worth the experience and the food. Had a birthday dinner up there and they served an absolutely incredible, unforgettable pistachio and cherry cake. View is amazing
thick of it Kid-friendliness: kids menu Food : 5/5 |
Every time I have family members visiting I recommend them to come here and have the experience. It is worthy to allocate 3-4 hours to have dinner and experience the nights of the CN Tower. Food was delicious and desserts amazing
Great restaurant for a date but the food is not as good as I expected. I ordered many items from cocktail, appetizers, main course, desserts and even dish side All in all not bad but expected more from the food The staff were great and polite
Very nice atmosphere, special experience. Restaurant is rotating and you can enjoy the beautiful view of Toronto while eating. The food was tasty, but not particularly served. I expected more visual quality. Quality of steak was very good and really well done. Compliment. Condition was quick and immaculate. So great experience and culinary quality
We enjoyed delicious meat at a restaurant that rotates 360 degrees Its a good deal as it includes the tower viewing fee
Amazing place. Visited for my wife s birthday celebration. Loved their service.
Please order dessert!!! Was delicious
My experience at the 360 was streamlined and professional. From checking in, to getting seated, the staff are excellent. Food portions were perfect in my opinion, and left enough room for desert. Our waiter, Keith, was kind enough to give us a complimentary desert after getting a few minutes behind on our drink order. We greatly appreciated it and it was very tasty. I would recommend to eat here, as the view, people, and food, are amazing. It s worth the money.
It would have been absolutely perfect if our waiter had of been a little less under the influence unfortunately! Most amazing food for both of us. Great experience and a little tipsy waiter will not keep me from returning.
I had my 63rd B/Day lunch and it was awesome!
Great food. Great service. Great view. Parking: Take an Uber and get dropped off across from the aquarium. Food : 5/5 |
You have to visit at least once! Great experience!
I wouldnt say the food is the best, but the 360 experience is worth coming here for and the ticket is included if dining at the restaurant, which makes it a little better
We had a wonderful time at the 360 restaurant! Philip was a wonderful server! The food was delicious! Word of advice, get there a bit early for your reservation because it takes a little bit of time to go through security and get up the tower. The view was magical! Dietary restrictions: Phillip was very knowledgeable about gluten free options and was very cautious with my daughter who has celiac s
What a great experience. I had the opportunity to go to dinner at this place, I made the reservation approximately a week in advance, it was very easy through their website. Delicious food and the best experience of dining upstairs in the CN Tower, the incredible view of Toronto. The magical sunset. In general all the staff is very friendly.
Try they lobster dish!
Second time dining at the 360 Restaurant. Amazing and fast service. Food was top notch: we tried the bison, steak, chicken - 3 course meal. Really great value for the price. Once you finish dining you have access to the CN tower exploration floor. Gorgeous views!!
We had a great birthday dinner for my daughter. Our server Mike in section 9 did a great job to make the event memorable. Food was delicious and the bison rib meal was outstanding. Thank you to all the staff for your service. Kid-friendliness: There is a children menu with a good selection
Truly the world s worst service. Have called so many times about our reservation without an answer, multiples days in a row.
The CN Tower restaurant offers a truly scenic and memorable dining experience. The view is breathtaking as the restaurant slowly rotates 360 degrees, giving you a full panorama of the Toronto skyline while you enjoy your meal. The food itself was delicious, and the atmosphere added to a unique outing. However, we encountered a significant issue with a lingering smell that affected several aspects of our visit. Dishes, cutlery, and glasses all seemed to carry a faint but noticeable odor. Even our cocktail, which had a foamy top likely from a steel shaker had a faint bad egg smell. This was a disappointment, especially since our family is sensitive to such details, and it affected the overall enjoyment of the meal. Despite this, the view and the experience were worth it, though I hope the restaurant addresses the issue for future guests.
Amazing experience for our date night. For foodies; fair warning that this restaurant is more tourist focused and the food is good, but not mind blowing for the price. Though don t let that scare you, I had such a wonderful night. All of the staff leading up to the restaurant were very helpful in guiding us because getting in can seem complicated the first time with security and multiple elevators. There was a complimentary coat check as well which is awesome. Personally I had a few of the cocktails which were good, oysters (I d say they were my favourite out of everything we ordered), and the salmon dish. I thought there was a good variety on the menu and we enjoyed the observation deck below after our meal. For 2 appetizers, 2 entrees, a dessert and some drinks we paid over 400$. I didn t feel rushed. Although pricey, I d likely come back for a special occasion.
The restaurant is a unique experience, it has a wonderful view! I made a reservation for the evening, it wasnt crowded and we were well attended to. The food left something to be desired, it was good but nothing spectacular. Except for the dessert I had, the portions are small. Unfortunately they sell cheap wine for high prices. After dinner, just go down a staircase to enjoy more of the view.
Very cool experience to eat in the top of the CN tower while the restaurant slowly does a 360 degree turn while you are eating Leading way to amazing views of the city. Food was very good. Not an everyday treat but def worth a visit
Our first time at the revolving restaurant in the CN Tower, despite living here for 10 years. It was incredible, even better than expected. Incredible service, breathtaking views, and delicious food. Quite pricy, but worth it for that very special occasion. My only suggestion would be to add one more vegetarian meal option to the menu for those who dont eat meat. I would recommend going around sunset, to be able to see both the day and night views.
The ambiance of the place was excellent, but the service was extremely disappointing. The server, Sanka K, neither greeted us nor gave us a brief about the menu when we arrived. When I asked for recommendations, he was rude and didn t show any interest in helping. The food was subpar, with only the desserts being worth mentioning. Because of the way we were treated by him, we decided not to leave a tip. To make matters worse, as we were leaving, the same server approached us, handed me the receipt, which was not even needed cause we never asked for a copy and sarcastically said, Thank you for your kindness, in a tone that felt both taunting and borderline racist.
Dont be fooled, this is an expensive restaurant, not a fancy restaurant. It is touristy as indicated by the metal detectors, bag search, taking your picture as you enter to sell it to you while you eat, overpriced OK food, bad cocktails, mediocre service and emptying you into a gift shop as you leave. On the positive side, the view is amazing. The restaurant rotates, and if you have a good sense of humor, you will laugh at how bad everything else is. There is more humor in the experience, but I dont want to be a spoiler.
Dining at the CN Towers 360 Restaurant is an unforgettable experience! The revolving dining room offers spectacular 360-degree views of Toronto, transforming as you enjoy a meal. The cuisine is exquisite, with a focus on fresh, locally-sourced ingredients that tantalize the taste buds. The ambiance is both elegant and welcoming, perfect for a special occasion or a romantic evening. The service is impeccable, ensuring a memorable visit from start to finish. A culinary adventure high above the city that truly elevates your dining experience! Make sure to mention the occasion for attending the place in the reservation.
The food was okay. Very limited menu and very expensive to choose options that are not included in the per person price. Server was very confusing. So, I was brought food I didnt order, nor eat, but was charged. Husband ate it since we paid for it. Also, the server never asked me if I wanted another drink after my first glass of wine. Only really good part of the experience was the milk chocolate hazelnut salted caramel dessert. I could have eaten two it was so good. Wouldnt go here again, though.
The 360 restaurant is a nice place to try, however, you should be very careful how to get a table on the view, I booked online and I requested to have a table on the glass and I didn t get one! The prices are expensive , the portions are not generous, the presentation is nice. I don t think I will go there again.
Me and my partner went here for our anniversary, thinking it was a fancy restaurant. We each got the 3 course Pre Fix, both got the fried chicken thighs which were basically chicken strips with Sriracha and kewpie mayo, it was okay but definitely wouldn t have expected basically bar food at a restaurant that charges $90 a head. I got the supreme chicken and he got the pork tenderloin, which I would suggest asking for salt on the side as they were both bland and the pork was dry. The deserts we got were the dark chocolate and the milk chocolate cakes and they were the best part of the meal. Honestly, so so yummy and I wish I could ve had them all three courses. Upon entering we had our photo taken and then were approached during our meal and asked if we wanted to buy them for $45 LOL. So obviously we bought them because we re awkward and they approached us literally between courses. Felt like a tourist trap there. The server was nice but there were no food alternatives for people with garlic, onion, or dairy allergies for a lot of the courses. To conclude, someone else commented that this was an expensive restaurant, not a fancy one and I completely agree. Fun to do once but never again but thankfully we have $45 pictures to remember it forever LOL
Ive been to four star and five star restaurants Ive eaten amazing food and Ive had some pretty crappy food and the best I can say is this was middle of the road at best. First the service was not what I would expect of a restaurant that charges these kind of prices. Your minimum is 75 per person. And lets be honest youre not paying for good food youre paying for a view. The drinks were good. I realize Im the Foreigner in this country but its hard for me to enjoy and relax when I cant even understand my server because he didnt speak very good English. The scallops were really good the pork belly was subpar the charcuterie board was delicious the duck Pate was phenomenal. My steak and lobster well lets just say the lobster was good they need to send their cook to Texas to learn how to cook a decent steak! Now theyre maple glazed carrots and maple bacon brussel sprouts were absolutely a 10 they were phenomenal! So like I said the entire experience was very middle of the road!
It s one thing to have a prestigious restaurant and one of the best views in the world, but definitely don t depend on the menu that they advertise online when you show up. They advertised multiple items on the menu the exact same day we showed up and none of our reasons for going were available when we got there. We also booked a month in advance and got subpar seating (not by the window). If you want an experience, get a 5pm reservation, or get on the imaginary wait list , or don t go here
The food was Fine, but not worth it for the money. We actually are going to pick up pizza on our way back to the hotel. Our main waiter was congenial enough but service was slow. We were left alone for 20 minutes trying to pay our bill. Save your money and just come to CN Tower for the observatory.
All in all great experience. Food was okay, not exactly my cup of tea. We both got the price fixed menu. Service was excellent and it was a nice view of the city. I d say do it once just for the experience
My mother took us for a birthday gathering. While the food was delicious, I found the service was simply satisfactory. There were a few times we couldnt see our server, the bus person was less than helpful, and their attitude was less casual than I expected.
Simply not worth it. Yes the view is great but everything else is pretty mediocre.
We arrived a few minutes earlier and while other guests in the same time slots were allowed to go up, we were told to wait until the right time. When we finally checked in not even because we were called but because we went back and asked, the line was huge and of course we were at the very end with the late arrivals while we put a lot of effort to be there on time. On top of that, we were giving the further table from the window. With lot of attitude from the manager, we were told we would have to wait another hour if we wanted a window seat. Again people that arrived behind us got window spots effortlessly. Overall underwhelmed about the experience, it s only the view that counted. My guests were also not impressed. Will skip this for any other guests in town. I am actually super embarrassed about such lower service standards.
Worst service ever. Cuisine was okay, and I understand the price you pay regarding the vies and the experience. But the waiter was a nightmare. Checking on us every minute, forcing us to finish fast. We were one of the last arrived so maybe they just wanted to go home. Food
Had to cut the dinner shot because I had to leave, decided to take my and my wife s full course meal to go and they forgot to pack both of the deserts which o think for $220 is unacceptable. View was good and drinks were tasty. Just wish they didn t miss to pack my deserts.
They have two sections. Window side and the row behind window side tables. Back row view would still be amazing but window side is phenomenal. We asked for window in comment section upon reservation a month in advance but it wasn t available upon check in. However, they were able to give it if we wanted to wait 35 min. It was definitely worth it. Food was good but view was the reason we did this experience.
Food is better than I thought. But truffle fries is lacking. LOL
It s worth a visit at least once in your life-time if you live within the GTA area. Price is hefty but can be worthwhile for special occasions as the atmosphere and the view are uniquely unparalleled and cannot be matched by all restaurants in Canada. Arrive 15 minutes early to check-in. The restaurant customers do not have to wait in queue alongside with other observation deck visitors so the wait was decently prompt to get through. The only long wait was at the elevator where we had to wait for about 10 minutes to get on to our ride. If you re booking an appointment ahead, make sure to ask for a window table in the comments section. You could also put a checkmark on special occasion and specify. Our case was to celebrate our father s birthday and the staff was courteous to put a little Happy Birthday message and a little candle on top of one of our deserts which was an appreciative touch on their part. Meals themselves were decent enough. Not an out-of-this-world level of flavourful experience but sufficient enough. It s not menu-price worthy but you need to account for the view and the experience the whole visit entails including a free complementary visit to the observation deck 2 floors below. The restaurant rotates around 360 degrees in about every hour (72 minutes) and your seats are reserved for 2 hours, which was just about the perfect duration to enjoy the view and the food. Overall, mesmerizing experience and I would highly recommend people living in GTA to visit at least once in their life-time for the sake of the unique experience that only this establishment can offer in Canada
Sensational view.
A spectacular experience if we talk about the view from the restaurant, which has an incredible 360 view of Toronto. The place is spinning while you enjoy a drink and a very bad dinner, since yes, the food tastes like it was just defrosted. You have to make a reservation and spend $75 dollars per person. What does it include? Well, access to the CN Tower, food (not drinks) and at the end of dinner you can take the tour inside the tower. The entrance alone costs $40 dollars, so it is worth making a reservation at the restaurant.
Great value for the meal, which includes access to tower! Billy is the man! Great server and so happy. Really made the experience memorable.
Frighteningly negligent events managing department. Contacted them 5 months in advance to host an event for my son s 1st birthday party. No response for weeks after calling/emailing. Eventually someone emailed saying 6pm time was open. 1 month prior to event stated now only 845pm time was open. Emailed and called repeatedly to sign a contract and place deposit. Eventually signed a contract, asked for deposit details. No response. 5 days out from event now, called them, and they are fully booked and unable to put me in contact with the events department. Christofer Dani is the person who would reply but then never follow up. Heartbroken by the time wasted to plan for my son s birthday, and we are now scrambling for a backup. We were timely and cordial the entire time, and they left us hanging. As high as the CN Tower is, it will remain the lowest on my list of trustworthy and respectable institutions.
Awesome meal, great staff, and great experience overall. Restaurant was more noisy than we would have expected from a high-end establishment like this one.
First time in Canada/Toronto. After reading reviews online I knew this was the restaurant I wished to celebrate a milestone birthday in & it sure didn t disappoint. The restaurant itself, the view, the food & the staff all absolutely exceptional. One of the best if not the best restaurants I have ever ate in. Worth flying all the way from Scotland for. Thank you again :)
Overall great service. The view is spectacular. Still not as awe-inspiring as Chicago, but so cool to see how much it has expanded. The food was a gastronomic journey. I especially loved the humboldt squid steak. Very good experience for my guests from Europe.
Found a chunk of plastic in the nachos. Somebody hates their job
rotating observatory I can see all of Toronto.
A must do in Toronto. Amazing views. If you spend $75 dollars per person you get free entry into the attraction. Food was good. It was a special anniversary and we got a free dessert. Highly recommended. Five star +
Good food and very friendly service. The view is of course sensational!
Amazing experience, once of a lifetime experience on the elevator. Food was amazing, the view was breath taking to see torrents and the lake
Food
Diana is the rudest welcome desk person I ve have ever met . I have never felt so disrespected in my life. I will never come back ever
Food is alright, beautiful view onto toronto, spinning view, saw the entire city, and very nice service.
Stunning views if you are near a window seat. Access to observation area is included as well. Staff were very busy but did a good job and were helpful. On the negative side, the food was mediocre. Poor tenderloin were particularly poor. A restaurant in this location should be 5 star food wise. 360 need to pick up the quality of the food. It gets 4 stars from me because of the atmosphere, not the food.
A very special place for fine dining. We booked a table before coming in to this restaurant. Its a perfect time to celebrate birthdays here too like me and my sister by chance. Obviously it has a great view from the top. Either day and night, you got the nice view of toronto city. The ambience and service. And the food was so delicious and special taste. For sure you could tell that is made by a genuine chef I promise. You could in the photos why okay.
If you want to get Denys or apple bees quality food for stupid expensive prices come to this restaurant. Super disappointed by the quality of food, great atmosphere. Mediocre service. Also do not trust the photos of the food shown online or through other reviewers, the food does not actually look like that in person.
Horrible food, dont even waste your time here.
Food, service, and view were incredible Dietary restrictions: Understood gluten free. Food : 5/5 |
Passable food with an excellent view. We had the chicken and the salmon as part of the two for two Both were quite dry. Disappointing, but at least the view was good! Servers were also not very warm. We had a small child, but he was exceptionally well behaved. Didnt fuss, cry, or make any noise at all. We still got stink-eye the whole time.
Beautiful place, great views, nice waiters, best food I ve ever had in my entire life.
Excellent place for special occasion. I got proposed there Food and service was great. The view is excellent. I recommend going there when it s not dark to see the city
Had an amazing experience. The food was so good. Probably the most tender steak Ive ever had in my life. Please try the prime rib. It wont disappoint! Our server JAVED was phenomenal. He made some great recommendations . He was absolutely amazing! He even shared his history in Toronto. Which made the dinner really nice. You really learned to appreciate where you are when people really love where they live and share their stories with you. Thanks for making our anniversary amazing!!
We were so surprised by how delicious the vegan options were. Usually vegan options are an afterthought, but the appetizer, main and dessert were all something I d happily eat again. They were also able to accommodate my daughter s special dietary needs, and had some delicious non-alcoholic drink options. The view is of course amazing, and the atmosphere of the restaurant was very serene compared to the club vibe of the main observation deck. I was so glad we decided to make this a stop on our Toronto trip.
Upon arrival at the CN tower you will have to pass several hurdles - initial ticket inspection, security and a line for the elevator. In the line for the elevator you are greeted by a mandatory photo infront of a green screen WHICH YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO SKIP. However - once in the lift up a kind guide will give you some facts as you rise, a nice touch over a prerecorded message. On exiting the lift, we were met by 20-30 people in a queue as the restaurant explained they had a backup of people. This wasn t ideal as we specifically booked our time in order to get a sunset view as we have our starters for a birthday in our party. Once sat down though however, service was quick and nice. Our server Chi was fantastic and responsive. Our second server Siva made such a difference with his effort to take special pictures. He was quick to refill our water and answer any concerns. The menu is $75 two course set menu or a la carte. The entrees were distinctly average. We had a vegetarian in our group who could only really have pesto pasta even though we called beforehand to inform them. I got the chicken which was also ok. On request for a small birthday surprise we were instructed to order a dessert in order to get this - a bit of a shock given you re spending so much money to be there. Overall a must do. Don t get your hopes up on food but get ready for some amazing views.
really cool experience! food and drinks were amazing and of course the views were awesome. highly recommend!
Yearly anniversary date!
Beautiful views. Food was not great. Service wasn t great either, but it was the weekend so they could ve been busy. Something nice to do just to say you did it.
Excellent food, exceptional service!!! However, I wish there was more of a stricter dress code in effect. Typically anybody attending this establishment is there for a special occasion. I was there for one of the single most important days of my life (I proposed to my wife) we were dressed up to the nine as like majority of the people were however there were some east Indian folks behind us wearing flip-flops, jeans and hoodies. There are 1 million restaurants in Toronto you can dress up like that in So I wish that they would impose a slightly stricter dress code being that it s a $500 dinner for two people!!!
An exquisite experience high in the sky. The atmosphere is outstanding, and the food is heavenly. A pleasant place for a special occasion.
I am writing this review to express my extreme dissatisfaction with your restaurant. I made reservation on Oct 5th, 6pm. This is the first time in 8 years that my parents have come to visit Canada. I specifically treated them to dinner as a way to thank them for their support, but the entire experience was ruined by your team. There are two main issues that caused this: 1. Seating Arrangement: I specifically requested a window seat for a very important occasion when making the reservation. However, upon arrival, we were told we had to wait 45 minutes because it was first come, first served, with no prior notification. As a result, my parents, both over 65, had to wait on an empty stomach, which made me upset. 2. Serving Speed: After finishing the appetizers, we had to wait another 30 minutes for our main dishes. Even I mentioned serving speed was too slow, we were starving. just left us staring at empty plates for 30 minutes. no one thought to offer some bread or fries in the meantime? This is far below the service standard of a fine dining restaurant. coupled with the long wait, ruined the experience, leaving us frustrated after a total of 75 minutes of waiting.
Our server, Keith was exceptional. He was friendly and helpful. As 1st time visitors to Toronto, CN Tower, and 360, we really appreciated his insights about the restaurant, menu, and city. The food was delicious and the view is breathtaking. The special birthday additions for my husband were a nice touch as well. We highly recommend 360 at CN Tower. Parking: There is a paid parking lot a block away from the CN Tower.
I got the indigenous menu which included an app of sockeye salmon, bison short rib and elder berry Pana cotta. My partner got a Cesar salad, 14 Oz steak with mushrooms and baked potatoe as well as the dark chocolate terrine. We shared the tomatoe salad. Everything was super filling but also light to eat. Nothing was over or under seasoned. The food was so good we forgot to take pictures of most of it.
Absolutely wonderful dining experience. The staff are attentive and the food is delicious. The view is breathtaking as the dinning room slowly rotates so you have a 360 view of Toronto! Kid-friendliness: A good kids menu with decent portions. Drinks are extra.
Amazing experience with a great host. Food was top shelf and our server, Jeremy, was one of the best weve ever had. Great guy with the perfect mix of service and fun conversation. Thanks Jeremy you really added to our experience!
I enjoyed my overall experience! The food was fantastic, unique and tasty. The view of Toronto is breathtaking.
I love their mashed potatoes with Angus wooow
we were rushed throughout the service. it seems the staff wanted us to finish the food as fast as possible. it was pretty blatant what they were trying to do here. one of the waiters nearly hit my wifes head while he was clearing the table. it was very close! then on top of everything else, there was a 20% service fee! $111 for a terrible service? i was offended by this. we would have tipped them only 10% if we had the choice but alas we didnt. we will never ever come back to this place again!!!!
I ordered a course meal. As for wine, I enjoyed the restaurants signature wine recommendation. The night view was very beautiful, so I was absorbed in the atmosphere and had a great time.
To me this is the only way to do the tower. For a slight upcharge of 75 dollars (min spend per person) compared to the normal price of admission (47), you at least get a meal (youre paying that difference on ground level anyways), so why not? Went for lunch and it was great. Two course meal. You can split one person getting lunch and app and another getting lunch and dessert and share. Food and service was great too. The views are obviously amazing, and you can relax while taking them in. You also get exclusive lines entering and going up the tower.
Disappointing Experience - Not Worth the Hype My recent visit to the 360 Restaurant was very disappointing, especially given the expectations for a fine dining experience with prices around $75 per person (I choose the 3 course though which is $90 per person). While the initial welcome downstairs and the elevator tour were great, the experience took a nosedive once we were seated. Our server, Zahid, seemed unprepared and uninterested in delivering a quality dining experience. When I had questions about the drinks, he rudely told me to just read the menu, without any effort to explain. His attitude made us feel rushed, as if he just wanted us out of there. For a fine dine in like this, I would expect knowledgeable and courteous service, not indifference. Because of this poor service, I ended up leaving a tip below 10%, which is unusual for me. The food, sadly, did not meet expectations either. My dish arrived cold, and when I asked for a replacement, it was brought back suspiciously fast. For the price, the food quality felt underwhelming. Other restaurants I ve visited, where I ve spent less than half the amount, provided far better service and food. The only redeeming factors were the ambiance and the view, which I would rate 10/10. However, food quality gets a 6/10, and the service, unfortunately, deserves a 0/10. This place has great potential, but the management really needs to train their staff better to ensure guests feel valued. It s a shame that such a unique venue is marred by poor service. I hope future guests have a better experience than I did, but sadly, I can t recommend it based on my visit.
The view is wonderful. The food is nothing special and the prices are expensive... you pay to see a wonderful view. Dietary restrictions: I asked for dairy free when booking online and they were very attentive while I was choosing from the menu and checking the individual ingredients
Great service, good food, awesome view. Something everyone who visits Toronto should treat themselves to at least once.
Absolutely stunning, literally one of a kind view near the top of CN Tower. We had a three course meal for lunch which was 65 a pop, which is cheaper than the standard 90 for a three course meal (no Coke refills though). Reservations highly recommended, as they said we were lucky to get seats as a walk in. I suppose it s far for the course that a restaurant like this would be on the pricier side and they have a standard minimum of 75 per diner so to your wallets be warned!
We were placed at a table not close to the window and they agreed to change us when a table became available, thank you!
Sorry for the hard review. The staff was great, and the view is amazing, but my plate was really not great. I took the risotto and it was as close to a rice soup as to a risotto. My girlfriend took the first nation special that was good though. But for the price, the food isnt there. Youre paying for the view.
We went 360 restaurant on Sunday, ordered set menu $75/$90 per person, the food is good but not great. Among all dishes, pork and chicken are dry and bland. Service is very good and fast. The view is still breathtaking. We had a good time! Parking: It s expensive to park nearby
Great food, brilliant service and the most amazing views. Would highly recommend.
Excellent
My wife and I made reservations for her birthday months in advance. Reservation was for 7pm however due poor organization, we were left hanging till 7:30pm to check in. Most of the staff had no clue how to communicate and serve patrons. The quality has gone down rapidly. This is my 10th and most likely the last visit. Food quality is ok and the atmosphere unique as always.
Had a birthday dinner there! Cannot say enough about Steve, our waiter last night! Incredible. Went above and beyond and knew exactly what was needed and when. True professional. Set menu is the way to go. I had the prime rib, and my godson had steak frites. Though both were supposed to be medium rare, both arrived way closer to well done. When youre paying $90 CAD for a two course prix fixe menu... they gotta get the meat right! That being said, you cant beat the view
Even with a reservation, you will wait more than 1 hour before being able to access your table. The food is good, but way too expensive for what you get. Amazing view of Toronto at sunset as well as in the evening.
its good value you dine here if you vist CN tower
I heard the food was bad but we were pleasantly surprised by the salmon and squid. The apple almond cake is to die for. Breathtaking view that hits different from just going up to the observation deck since it rotates. Spent $200 for 2 people. Worth it.
It was the most fantastic place Ive ever been!
Our experience was great! Food was SO GOOD! We loved being able to see all of Toronto during our stay, plus having access to the observation decks was the cherry on top!
We went to the restaurant for my boyfriends birthday, the food was good, obviously the view was amazing, we tried to have a nice time, but the Waiter had a really bad attitude with us since we arrive, he was trying to tell us what to order being so rude, After we ordered he splashed the beer on the table, he was very careless when pouring it and practically poured it on his finger, I mean, he was awful! The name of this guy is Jewel or something like that, so take care of it in your next visit he made us have a very uncomfortable time.
the movement made us nauseous. The appetizers (we got the mussels, squid and roasted beets and bread basket w whipped butter) were all excellent and larger than normal portions for apps. Squid was tender, mussels were delicious and so were the beets. The mains however were pretty bad..we got the prime ribeye, salmon and pork tenderloin and all the proteins were underseasoned and tasted funny. One of the people in our party that ate the steak literally got sick right after the meal. Dessert was okay as well. The movement of the restaurant gave us all motion sickness. The staff were quite nice however its clear that they are used to working in a tourist trap and so they are little bit short and curt. Overall Id say its not worth the price.
We tried this restaurant last year and will definitely come back. The only issue was that they initially tried to seat us somewhere we didn t want, even though our reservation was for a table by the window, which I had called earlier to confirm. After about 20 minutes, we were finally seated at our reserved table. The food was amazing, and overall, it was an enjoyable experience.
5 stars for ambience and experience. You will love it. Gives access to the deck as well which is great. Plan on a bright and sunny day. Food is alright. Desserts are great!
The food was disgusting it wasnt fresh Taste like airport food they they warm up all the food
It is so disappointed for a restaurant with such a view has such a garbage and poor quality food I had guests over from Europe and I took them there and we ended up not eating any food there and just pay the money I was so embarrassed to take them to a place like that
Amazing experience with amazing food. Its not a lot but tastes very good. Delicious
Came in today for my birthday - Setup was good , good ambience and view. Food was good. The person was serving water had a nice attitude and also Paul also had lovely attitude and good communication. But the main server for us I guess he went by Ch.. , his attitude was of bit off towards me, he barely made any eye contact for asking about food even when we were polite to him and he seemed to wanted rush us off as soon as possible, the only time he kinda spoke to me was at the end when he was coming with the bill.
I visited on Sep 22, 2024 at 7:15 PM to celebrate my husband s Bday. However, a server Chi who served us ruined our celebration. He almost ignored my husband and only talked to me which resulting in making us feeling not welcomed. He wanted us to leave ASAP even we had 2 hours time slot for our reservation. He brought the bill before we asked him. We respectfully talked to him so I have no idea why he was like that. We left the restaurant way earlier than we planned since we were not comfortable. However, Paul who didn t serve us just talked to us when we were walking to exit which made us feel a bit better. Paul has very positive vibes and said to my husband Happy Birthday. I wish Paul was our server.
