My family had an amazing time at the Signatures Restaurant celebrating our dads birthday. The staff were amazing and very friendly to our entire family. Shweta, our server, was very attentive and even tried to charm my nephew when he was being shy. The food was amazing. I enjoyed the lamb shakshuka and the burgers also looked amazing. A lot of the staff came by to wish my dad a happy birthday. The Executive Chef Perera came out to wish my dad a happy birthday and we thanked him for the delicious food. Overall, thank you to the team at Signatures for celebrating my dads birthday with our family.

We have outstanding experience for High Tea . Food , service were amazing. Tea, savory sandwiches and sweets were delicious. Big thanks to chef Puneet and server Yurii .

Great restaurant. We got there less than an hour before closing time and they were very accommodating. They acted like we were a priority and we received wonderful service. We enjoyed good food and wine and our server was knowledgeable and capable. He was very thorough with our vegetarian needs.

I got the grilled calamari yesterday and I thought it was going to be breaded as shown on some pictures on Google, but it was not anyways there was such a strong smell that I was not able to eat and I told the server that the strong smell is bothering me and they were like if I wanted fries instead...I had already ordered fries prior to this, so why would I want fries instead of a full meal anyways, they still charged me for everything instead of compensating me.... im surprised that I had to pay for something I did not even eat and this is a fancy restaurant so I am quite disappointed.

It was an absolute pleasure to dine at Signatures last night, a restaurant with both amazing waiters and delicious food. Me and my company were waited on by Yuri, who was incredibly kind and helpful. The chef prepared amazing food, and it left me full! Thanks for your great service and great food. Can t wait to come again. Kid-friendliness: Me and my company, being teenagers were pleased by the menu and by the explanations given regarding the food and drinks. Very professional

Pros - clean - accessible - Good Ambiance - Food presentation was good Cons: - Bland food - They took 45 minutes to cook something extremely simple when the restaurant was practically empty - Fries were burned and too oily - Fries were clearly store bought frozen - Their ketchup was from a store bought bottle - The price was way too high for what they delivered - Tasteless - Poor service from start to end Vegetarian options: Cauliflower Steak

Perfect place. We held a business meeting here with good results, and the waiter Vlad played a significant role in this. Pleasant to talk to, courteous, recommends excellent dishes and was not pushy. The music and interior are great.

The Salmon and bagel was so good! And the salad that came with it was so fresh. And my server was amazing, gives you a positive vibes to start for your morning.

The place is really nice very relaxing. The presentation and flavor are soul filling.

Tucked away in the rear of the lobby of the Sonesta. The restaurant is nicely decorated (think RH from about 10 years ago - still nice) and opens onto a beautiful courtyard that is shared with Proof Bar. The food was excellent but it was really the service that stood out. The staff are incredibly friendly and service was perfectly balanced. Also recommend Proof next door for after dinner drinks. If you are looking for a peaceful and friendly environment to escape the bustle of Yorkville I would highly recommend it.

The taste was good but the food was A little bit pricey. The staff were friendly. It took long time to get our order.

Visited for Summerlicios. Located at the left of the hotel lobby. We had a salad, main dish and dessert. Food was really good. Decent portions with fresh ingredients. Place is bright and quiet - perfect for business meals. Service is great. There was no drinks menu. I really liked this place. Recommended.

Made a reservation for Signatures over a month ago. Was told today that they were fully booked we had to sit in the sports bar - and to make it worse, we kept getting a cold draft as we were seated by an exterior door they kept opening to serve people at the heated igloo table outside?! It took over an hour to get our meal served, and the steak was overcooked. My wifes turkey was so bland she had to ask for gravy, which barely helped. When we complained to the staff, he loftily informed it was because we didnt make the reservation right, as we were not regulars. Apparently only they are worthy to sit in the actual, temperature-controlled Signature restaurant. The rest of us get shafted to the noisy, frigid sports bar. Completely unacceptable.

Just came back from Christmas Day Brunch o. Dec 25th. Venue and food was nice. But female server was inattentive and skipped us multiple times while serving every other table. Will not be going back due to the bad service.

We are here staying at the hotel for a couple of days visiting our son for the holidays. Had breakfast for the first time. Such a delightful experience. 5 Star Review. Our server Herbert was very professional and helpful. We both ordered the Signature Breakfast as he recommended and left very happy and full. Not the traditional breakfast as you find at the local diner by far. Hidden treasure. Highly recommend. Must try. Not included in our hotel plan btw.

Decent food and service

Gorgeous interior and amazing food. The InterContinental Hotel is located right outside of St. George Station and easily accessible. My sister and I visited for Winterlicious 2020 and were surprised at the quality for a $28 lunch. We got the goat cheese tartine, burger, chocolate pate and spiced pear tart came (this was my favourite). Although we arrived fairly late in the lunch period (reservation at 2 but did not order until 2:30 as I was waiting for my sister who went to the washroom), the waiters did not rush us and ensured that we had everything we needed (water, takeout container, etc). After ordering, everything came out promptly and we spent a little while taking pictures. It was a beautiful atmosphere and good food so I will probably be back to try some of the foods from the breakfast menu sometime.

My kids fav restaurant. Because of their watermelon popsicles.

Both times we were there - for dinner and then for breakfast while we stayed at the hotel - it was not busy at all. Lovely environment. Perfect lighting and interesting features to draw the eye. The dinner food was great. The breakfast was pretty ordinary (and hence very overpriced). While we enjoyed it and the convenience of it being right in the hotel (so we didnt have to leave the building at -17°C ) I would not choose to go there for the restaurant itself.

Avoid for winterlicious. The food is really nothing special or interesting at all.

Pleasantly surprised how high quality the diner was. Servers were all wonderful. Actually enjoyed my dessert which is rare for me.

Has a cheap feel to it. Breakfast was horrible. Even the basic egg Benedict was messed up. Fruits were not fresh. Worst hotel and restaurant I have been to by far.

Attached to hotel makes it very convenient.

My guest and I accidentally arrived to the restaurant very late due to a misunderstanding (probably an hour or so before closing), but the service was absolutely fantastic and I never felt rushed throughout the meal. Our dinners tasted wonderful, and the calamari was easily one of the best Ive ever tried. The restaurant is also beautifully decorated to the point Id probably return just to eat a meal in their lower lounge area. I also saw that theyre apart of Summerlicious this year, so Im hoping to return for an earlier dinner next time!

I came here for summerlicious with my friends, my advice is dont. The food is really nothing special. The environment is nice and the servers were friendly.

Excellent food and service, only in the evening, for breakfast however it has organizational problems and to have a standard breakfast takes 20 to 30 minutes.

Excellent service. The bread is very tasty. Food is quite good.

On the several occasions I have eaten here the place has been almost empty. Not sure why. The food is excellent, the service very friendly and professional, and the prices, while not cheap, not all that bad. Granted it is in the Annex/Yorkville area and within a ten minute walk of nearly 50 other great places to eat. But it is exceptionally convenient in that you can park underneath the hotel, or get a cab from the front door, or come by subway and walk just half a block. Highly recommended.
