Poor parking but cheap and fast. The popcorn chicken was delicious the most recent time. It was actually not as salty or greasy as it has been in the past which made it sort of feel almost healthy and generally speaking, its not the most salty or greasy food Ive ever eaten. Usually its pretty good. Yesterday was just particularly good. The potatoes are really going to mesh well with whatever sauce you can get. Even if its just ketchup. There are okay by themselves but not really good. You put a dab of catch up on there and youre going to have yourself a great time

We always order combo for two people. Most of the main meals are delicious. We have tried pork trotters, rolls and other meats. The fried rice noodles are also very flavorful and the portions are large. It is a very good Asian cuisine. The chicken popcorn that I ordered before was okay and the portion was very large. This time I ordered the flavored chicken wings which were very delicious! Highly recommended, Auntie is very nice

Okay my first time here and I wish I knew about this place years ago! That popcorn Chicken was still crispy after I put it in the fridge for the next day after eating half a medium box. It was Packed full and some of the best popcorn Chicken ever! Adobo and a Philippino hot food station looked yum too. Staff was lovely and Ill definitely be back!

This is a great local owned business hidden in a small street next to Sherbourne station. The fried chicken is tender, crispy, and seasoned right. But the Filipino food they serve here is even better, from the hot food station to the sweets and pastries they carry. The lady after the counter is so nice and sweet If you pass by here, make sure you grab the fried banana roll, its so good. Highly recommend the place!

The food/service is worth every penny, they are welcoming & always gracious, I regularly frequent their establishment & appreciate the kind words & consistency they ALL have from the moment I walk in the door. This place is the whole opposite of Jollibee. Jollibee seasoned their chicken way too hard. You can only taste salt and oil. But this place... you cant really taste anything, even the chicken itself has no flavour(and FYI, I do not have COVID lol). Its like they did not marinated their chicken at all. Portion was not bad but $4.5 for a gravy emmmm.... Not my thing, probably not coming back.

Name is different, something like Manila Sentro. I had a chicken combo which was not satisfactory because it was cold chicken pieces with lots of cold fried potatoes. This place might be good for Philippino food or whole chicken, but not a good match for KFC or similar fast food chains.

They changed the chicken wing recipe. Used to be amazing. Just alright now

Passable at best. Food isnt flavorful and it takes a long time to get a meal, but the staff are friendly and they sell a lot of products from the Philippines, so a niche food joint overall.

This looks small and sketchy but the food is good. The lady owner is sooo nice and welcoming. I called her Ate. She is nice. The chicken adobo is soo good. Some of the food though is okay. But overall its a good place if youre into Filipino dish.

I came here with high hopes after reading the reviews of the popcorn chicken, but I was disappointed. It s not made fresh, it s just sitting there under a lamp. Also the coating has no spices or special flavouring at all. The chicken was a dry. It was okay but nothing special.

Saturday night 6:30pm.....tried to get some chicken....leg and thigh combo store ran out of thighs so offered more legs, gave the OLDEST, DRIEST chicken.....business didnt seem too good, no wonder

Amazing value for tasty crispy chicken! The medium box of popcorn chicken (my choice of the day) is under 7 dollars and include a large amount of chicken! If you are having people over for a games night, get a large box or get a whole rotisserie chicken combo! They also have great chicken adobo and pancit. The menu is visible and easy to navigate with demo boxes to show you the different take away sizes ! If you happen to have any questions, ask the friendly staff at Chae Chester. FYI: This is a take away spot and doesn t have any seating.

Been Going here since I was 10 years old. I absolutely love it. In terms of health perspective its not the best choice everyday but you definitely wanna come here once in a while because its amazing food. And they are fairly priced cuz everyone loves it. My fav is the popcorn chicken. If you going here for the first time, you must get that and ask for plum sauce and hot sauce with that. Its the best combo! The staff is very friendly as well. Definitely recommend!

The chicken is so delicious and the Filipino food that Ive tried so far us excellent. Not much dining room (1 table really) but regardless its all about the food. Also one of the few places that sells 100% mango juice

Honestly one of the best places for fried chicken and philipino food!. They have amazing hand made popcorn chicken and adobo. And everything is so fresh because of the high turnover and low prices. The little ladys that run the place are so sweet and helpfull if you want to try something new. Try the fried pork belly Tuesdays and Thursdays B-)
