It's been a while since I started coming here. I chicken is spicy n juicy. Environment is good. What else can I say more. Shawon, the staff working there is way too friendly and humble. Seeing forward to visit again.
Amazing and delicious! They know what they're doing and the service is amazing. The front staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The guy in the kitchen is super fast and the fried chicken is always perfect!
I brought in my date and had an amazing time there. The food and the customer-service we got was a very delightful experience. The place smelt fresh and yummy and my date loved how friendly the manager was! Definitely come back again!
Every time I come to this location at Parliament & Winchester it’s normally great service, my 2 main issues are the tables are normally not cleaned and garbage is sitting on the table tops and leftover food n sauces not cleaned every time I come on random days as well I am here today which is Oct 18,2024 there guy staff was nice but women behind the counter was rude when ordering I ordered a pop for my niece and before I could finish ordering she said out loud “that’s it all you want is a pop? Anything else?” I said YES actually I want the 12 piece combo with extra sides then she was sort of nice and I requested for extra napkins, and cutlery and a bag when waiting for our food it took longer than it should we ordered around 2:16 and did t get our food till after 2:45 as that was happening others who came after us got there orders. As well when she brought our food she forgotten a few things I’ve asked for so my niece went up to request again and as she was requesting them my niece had noticed the lady rolled her eyes and looked annoyed as my niece was polite used her manners .. I get everyone has there bad days but please don’t take it out on your customers it’s not cool. It’s all I ask. If this attitude continues I will report to head office but I figure I’ll sorta let it go but I had to write a review about it.
The taste is stale. Smells so bad, as well as the taste is too bad. Have been ordering food from here for a long time but I guess that’s it.
Nice place but never clean, flies everywhere, even saw a cockroach in the fountain machine. Very few people working really slow service. The cashier doesn't even know the menu all she says is take combo, combo is better even if i don't want it. Won't come back again.
I frequently would order through Doordash, but was in the area so decided to drop in to the restaurant. I wish I was still naive. The tables were covered in bits of food. Trash on the floor. The self serve drink machine was so sticky and gross, I insisted someone come out to clean it before I'd go near it (They acquiesced). Counter tops were sticky from spilled soda. They appear to have so little care for the dining room, I hate to think what the kitchen is like. Disappointing. Pièce de résistance was the long black hair just sitting on the counter at the till. I always get jalapeño bombers with ranch and fries. Used to eat their chicken long time ago but not sure how it is like after pandemic. They always make it fresh. Do try their honey butter biscuit it's really good when freshly out. Good portions.

Today had the unfortunate experience of buying at this restaurant and I have to say, it was one of the worst fried chicken meals I ve ever had. The chicken tasted like it was fried in oil that hadn t been changed in ages. The heavy, burnt taste overpowered any flavor, making it nearly inedible. Not only was the chicken oily and stale, but it left an awful aftertaste that lingered long after my meal. I can t imagine the health risks associated with using such old oil it s both unappetizing and unsanitary. To make matters worse, when I brought this up with the staff, they seemed indifferent, which makes me wonder about the overall quality standards here. If the owner truly cares about their business, it s time to take a long, hard look at what s going on in the kitchen. Updating the oil and improving food quality is a must.

Took them forever to make a pretty straight forward order. When I got it home the chicken strips were tiny, soggy, and limp. Will definitely be my last time eating churchs.

I told the cashier 3 times that I wanted the 3 piece combo dark meat only still they messed up my order and also made me wait 30 mins for my order even though the restaurant was not crowded. Very bad service and incompetent staff. Packaging is the worst compared to other locations my bag pack got oil stain in it because of their worst packaging. Overall not good at all.

This is my best chicken plate to be but this is my third time encounter with this store manager and she is very abrupt towards me. I put my order in while she was training a staff, I went way and returned to purchase something new, she did not even ask how can she help me again, she looked and me and said it s not ready yet, i replied I know that than place my new order and that was the same attitude I got from her the last 2 times in the pass at the Kennedy location. This incident happen at the markham location on the October 3,2024 @ 05:26pm.

Been coming here for years ,never had this experience. Theres a bengali lady with hijab working, dont know how the hell in earth she got the job. Maybe related to the owner lol. She didnt even understand basic English, have to tell couple of times to make her realise, still she messed up the orders , didnt even give the cup for the drink, and when asked ,she just thrown it to the customer. Dang thats rude ! Moreover, most of the time shes busy talking in the phone in her native language/ fellow workers in the back, totally ignoring the customers in the queue. And finally, not allowing anyone to refill the drink, saying youve to pay again. Thats the most absurd thing Ive ever seen in a churches. I guess my fav place is doomed
Horrible customer service provided by the lady in cash. I waited for 15 mins for my order which was a wrap, fries, mac & cheese bites. After leaving and started to eat, I realize my wrap is not in my bag so I went back. She saw me and gave it to me. No apologies of any form. Worst part, the food was not even good. So disappointed. Receiving a reply from my review is useless. Owner doesnt even read the comment and just sends a generic reply. It really shows how much he cares, none. If you check on other peopIes review, he sends the same reply even though the person said Take out. How can I reach out through Uber/Doordash/Skip when I went there personally and ordered to go. I come here occassionally and most of the time, food is average. I believe giving the place few chances as it is hard to be consistent with the food, but most of the time is a disappointment. Even my colleagues agree that the service and food quality has really dropped. Its best to go somewhere else.

This was my first visit and it will be my last visit too . I never had a fried chicken like this, bitter taste after eating, and oil in the bottom of the chicken. Looks they have over cooked it not changed oil for long time. May be due to 10PM they are selling the remaining This spoiled the tastebuds and dinner moments. Other than this purchased a burger and French fries - It was okay
Terrible service, they didnt want to sell me normal chicken, they said that the spicy chicken was terrible, I dont recommend it.
The workers at the front communicated the menu and options very well with us and were also gery efficient. Food was fresh and hot, very enjoyable.

This Saturday I visited to this store and obviously it was my first visit. Because there was a festival ongoing. I was confused to which one I choose? But they really explained the menus and really professional Although there was only 2 stuffs, but they really managed everything that was I surprised. A big thumbs up Food
The absolute worst. I ordered a regular jalapeño bombers, which is $3.72 including tax. I ve been ordering this same thing for over a year now, so I know precisely how much, how much to give, and how much I d get back. I handed the worker a $5 dollar bill, and she gave me back $1.25? Before I could tell her she made a mistake (that I was supposed to get $1.30 since you would round $3.72 to $3.70 I ve always gotten $1.30 as change whenever I gave them a $5 bill), she already left. When I got my order, I decided to explain what I had happened to her, but she wouldn t even listen to me and she shooed me away? It s disgusting how some workers will treat students, as I am one, especially one that has never made any complications toward this store I ve been an active and loyal customer for over a year consistently. Also, ALL my orders for the past year usually takes longer than necessary to serve me, especially since i always order the same thing, regular jalapeño bombers? ALL the workers neglect student buyers, even though we contribute a lot more than you d think to this business especially. Why do I order a regular jalapeño bombers, then 5 minutes later an adult will order a meal that could take WELL over 20 minutes, but they get their meal first? That s beyond unfair, I can t waste my whole lunch break WAITING for my food when others can order 10x more than me and get it first? I have a designated time to be back at school for lunch, so I always order early. Tell me why I only have 5 minutes remaining, since i waited 30 minutes for 6 BOMBERS? Seriously messed up.
