Jollibee in Toronto

I always order for pick up and the food is always ready, fresh, well packaged and they never have incorrectly processed any of my orders. These guys work so hard and are always very kind! Thanks Jolibee staff, keep it up!

Ordered a meal via Ubereats. It is 25% more expensive to order via Ubereats than it is to eat at the restaurant. A total ripoff. Will never be eating at a Jollibee ever again.

Honestly was very impressed by the professionalism and cleanliness of the place. Not to mention the food being really solid and the staff being conscious to make sure you get the best bang for your buck.

Can never go wrong

Tried the fried chicken. They definitely put a ton of MSG in it. Its like KFC but slightly better cause the chicken is at least not soggy. Had to wait almost 30min for 6 pieces of fried chicken. Would not go back again

we keep coming back here after a bad experience with an uncooked chicken since they have corrected the problem and the crew arealways nice bit today, Erica at the cash register literally raised an eyebrow I didnt know if she was ready to take an order cause no words were said just a literal one eyebrow raised as if it was a nuissance having to make an order. I said thank you after getting my change but no response. How is this acceptable at a place where friendly service is a priority? I hope shes just having a rough day (maybe tired?) as she was this way to the rest thatfollowed me. I hope this doesnt become an acceptable normal behavior. Very bad and disrespectful attitude :( The other ladythat released the order on the other side made it up for exuding such positive attitude

We love jollibee. Staff are friendly and jolly most especially Madja. Clean place and service is very good. Vegetarian options: Vegies are fresh.

Why cant I order 3 pieces of chicken with fries? Sorry sir we only do 2 pieces with fries. Youll have to order that twice!!! Came in to try this place, after seeing queues outside (which is generally nothing to get excited about in Toronto). I was excited about a fried chicken place opening nearby. I found it weird that it sells spaghetti too...? Anyhow, found the chicken very average and a little greasy. Would not really recommend.. Ive given this place a few tries now. Extremely average chicken. Dont come in if youre expecting fast food. Order 2 pieces of chicken and fries and expect to wait 25 minutes. Bring a snack while you wait.

I order take out at Uber , and I love it because the chicken still hot and crispy.

I still give 4star for the pineapple drink ,Your Drive through makes no sense every time I visit. Still need to park and wait for more than 10 minutes for the food ,if you are in a hurry,dont order, just leave.

The food was delicious as always and the customer service was amazing and friendly. Of course the atmosphere looks simple but still amazing. The quality of food has drastically dropped at this place. It used to be great fried chicken and burgers. Now, its greasy sloppy and gives you a sick stomach. Also the staff are pretty dishonest in how they place your orders. If you ask for just chicken and not a meal, they will still bill you for a meal and even give you the sides which I then promptly throw into the trash. They dont seem to care about getting orders right or about waste.

I had a great experience at Jollibees! Not only was the food hot and delicious, but the staff went above and beyond when I lost my car keys. They were incredibly helpful and took the time to assist me in finding them, which I truly appreciated. Their care and attentiveness really stood out. I ll definitely be back again both for the great food and the excellent service!

While it s not the same spicy chicken as when it first launched, I m still satisfied eating at your restaurant. It s way better than Popeyes crispier, juicier, and I really enjoy the cup of gravy that comes with it. I love eating at Jollibee!

I love this place because my order came fast and its really clean. I had three pieces of burger steak and pineapple juice, and it was delicious. Im so full that I actually want to buy another one but I have to tap out. Zen and Christian were so nice and amazing .Given their helpfulness and positive attitude, they deserve at least five stars. We live in the area. Took 30 minutes for 2 chicken sandwiches meals. Ive been here before and it was the same issue last time. Thought it may have been a bad day but again extremely long wait times for just 2 meals. There were 6 staff and 3 orders including ours. Food: the sandwiches have gotten tiny and they were cold by the time we got them. Fries were stale, seemed like they refried old fries. Not coming back.

Good food. Didnt follow any of my instructions. The fried chicken is top notch though. I will go back but not for a while. Wheelchair accessibility: The doors comply with toronto wheelchair laws. So no steps and automatic door openers though they have tight stantion spacing so depending on size of wheel chair or stroller it could be challenging but im sure the staff will help if asked. I just found it narrow as a person without any bags or anything else so might trouble a person in a wheel chair or who has a stroller?

I would give this restaurant 3 stars as last Monday when I ordered one chicken sandwich meal from there it took them at least 20-30 mins to get it done. Overall the food and atmosphere is okay .

From food to their service was great and the atmosphere. From long haul flight I was craving Jollibee. I went to this location upon entering, their crew welcomes you with her smile. She s great in customer service and she knows what to offer and handle your order properly her name is Trisha together with manager her Zen. Her manager even brought my order from the counter to my table. Also with other customer s. She s making sure that their customers are feel at home and welcome. She s checking each customer if everything is ok specially with the food. If you re having hard time with their other location don t hesitate to just go in this location and look for Trisha and Zen. Your satisfaction will surely met.

Best fryed chicken

I love Jollibee. Their chicken and gravy is a killer. I will defend Jollibee chicken and gravy with my life. But this locations service took a while to prepare my order. Maybe there wasnt something prepped in my order but either way its always worth the wait. Their spaghetti is sweet and smokey; extremely good.

Worst restaurant i have ever visited. The workers at front desk are really rude. They don t even know how to talk with someone. 0 rating CLARSIA named lady is so rude She openly says wait or cancel your order I was waiting for more than 10 minutes

I recommend it when you want to eat chicken but feel pressured to order Korean chicken, or when you want a sweet and spicy pasta dish that tastes like elementary school food. Not recommended for those who do not like sweet food. You can eat it with gravy on top, but your taste may vary. The chicken burger tastes reminiscent of Mom s Touch. The price is expensive for fast food.

I spent $100 for the food there, restaurantwas filthy, with dirty tables and floors. An short older chubby Filipino women being a staff there , kept picking her nose and touching my food bucket . It was disgusting and completely ruined my meal . Avoid the place!

The chicken was still raw and had no taste at all. The fries were stale, and the customer service was poor. An older lady was great, but the others were terrible. The place was clean, though.

Ordered the pelobok fiesta (spelling?). Its basically thin rice noodle in spaghetti sauce. The meal was ok but wasnt too filling for me. Will try their spaghetti and mash potatoes next time. Their chicken is the best; worth the price.

Its only been 2 months since the last time we ate Jollibee but its quality has seemingly slipped a lot. The spicy chicken were so oily and the spice in them tasted like artificial flavor.

I feel like whenever their manager isn t around, they make huge batches of fried chicken and sell them throughout the day. It has to be a food safety violation. But regardless, it makes it taste soggy and bitter like grocery store fried chicken. And even then their services are so slow. Service is absolutely horrible as usual. Plus they mess up your order regularly. Sticky floors and overflowing garbage bins The trays comes with grease and sauce from the last customer. I bet they never clean them. And imagine what it would be like at places customer don t see.

A cashier was very rude. She doesn t treat all customers equally. Hoping they fulfill the requirements of the service industry one day.

I was excited to eat the Jollibee chicken however the chicken has a bitter after taste. Especially the skin part. I hope they are not reusing the oil for too long. I ended up leaving the skin, which is supposedly the best part. I am very disappointed with my order.

Wait time was over 20 minutes and chicken was so bitter and spicy chicken sandwich was ok, no spicy at all and sauce was not good. Guess the oil was old that made the chicken bitter.

I have ordered for delivery from this location twice and my experiences from them have been both terrible. They seem to always be in a rush and not double check what they put in their customers bags. They tend send out their orders that are incomplete.

It s good. It always takes a long time to get ready, not exactly fast food. Rather greasy. Gravy is the best part. I d say it s a solid 3.5/5.

The food is always delish at Jolibee, however this specific location seems understaffed. I waited 20+ for a 3 piece chicken meal. There was a long line of people waiting to get their orders and people waited a while to order too. This is not the worker s fault, but instead the employers .
