Jollibee in Toronto

i placed an order via UberEats because of a promotion they had ($18 off and order over $45). when the discount was not applied, i cancelled the order immediately but uber said the restaurant had already started making the order. i called the restaurant to ask if my order was there and they said yes....so i told them id pick it up. when i went there, they told me payment from uber had failed so there was no food for me. Uber has declined to reimburse my money (over $50) because the restaurant had already accepted the order, and the restaurant could not give me the food i paid. i dont like to leave reviews like this but hopefully this will pressure the restaurant to get something done. i do like the fried chicken here which is why i placed the order in the first place.....but i did lose $50 to UberEats with no food to show for it.

Staff was super friendly,i havent reached the counter but i already heard say the classic welcome to jollibee. Chicken was hot and juicy, though the gravy was a bit small compared the last time i ate on a different branch,aside from that all is good.

Very good

Theres usually a line up at the Jollibee by Eaton center. Thankfully, they added more seats as it is always full and difficult to find an available spot to sit in. Spicy Chickenjoy is still the best. Burgersteak will answer your cravings. Spaghetti is a bit off versus the sauce in the Philippines, but still hits the spot. I wish they will find a way to bring the Jolly Hotdog over.

The best chicken place that I have ever had in Toronto.

My husband experienced severe food poisoning last night up until this morning from your food! He ordered a bucket of 6, spaghetti and gravy. A few hours later he started excessively vomiting and diarrhea topping it with a fever. I advise you all to be careful when eating from this location. The food HERE IS CONTAMINATED!

Ordered Jollibee on Novembre 9, 2024 for my friend and I to celebrate our early birthdays for take out. I ordered two three pieces of chicken (two spicy chicken joy and one regular chicken joy) with rice, gravy and mango peach pie. My friend and I like everything except the mango peach pie is very sweet. First time for my friend to try Jollibee and First time for me to try Jollibee in Canada.

Customer service is above and beyond but the pieces are smaller now

I went for an authentic Filipino Halo Halo dessert here but they dont have them in Canada. So I tried Peach Mango pie and it was so good with the mango fillings. Recommended for chicken burgers as well.

Chicken joy meal is getting smaller everytime I visit. I usually order 2 piece meal (leg & a thigh - slightly bigger than a chicken wing). What tf is up with that? Price are more expensive compared to Popeyes or KFC. About $5 more. Comes with a meal are the drink & peach mango pie Service was ehh!!!! I mean, how tf they have so much staff & still slow af. SHEESH. Anyway, its some of the reason why I only eat @jollibee, maybe twice a year. Id recommend Jollibee but there are better options.

Jollibee is delicious. The salt and batter seem to be more satisfying than regular Korean chicken, but the burger bun is a bit dry so I dont like it.

I ordered a combo sandwich from this place, and they only gave me a single small packet of ketchup with it. When I asked for more, the staff added just one more. I even offered to pay for 5-6 packets, but they still only gave me one extra. It was frustrating how expensive can sauce be? Even after offering to pay, they were unwilling to provide more. This place is extremely stingy, and I wouldn t recommend it at all.

My favorite Filipino fast food restaurant. Chicken served was fresh and juicy, rice is cooked right. spaghetti is sweet and tangy very delicious. The store is tidy but can be improved. Place is in downtown toronto so expect lots of people.

I ve ordered a 2 piece and a side (mashed potatoes) at this location and what I have received for mashed potatoes has been absolutely disappointing. The mashed potatoes did not even fill half of the container. It s especially disappointing considering how long I ve waited for the food. I know that the restaurant is in a busy location so there will be wait times but the price I have paid, the service I have received and the quality of food did not make up for this wait time at all. If I could attach photos of what I have received, I really would have but Google do not provide me with this option.

The food was good the first time, so I ordered again. However, the second time, the chicken wasn t fresh, and I received the original flavour instead of the spicy one, even though I ordered spicy. Also, the pieces were small.

Excellent place in the middle of one of the most emblematic places in the city, it has a view of the street and was very clean since there was a boy who, as soon as a diner left, cleaned the table, the bathrooms smelled of chlorine which means that At least they try to disinfect them, the food is good if you are looking for something safe, fast and cheap, because the city has a great variety of impressive cuisine, they always have promotions. The only thing I dont like about this country is that they dont put mashed potatoes with gravy sauce, its just the pure gravy and its delicious but its too greasy and sometimes its a little busy in the checkout area because the food delivery people arrive and they When they are in a hurry they are rude and push people

Always fresh hot meals serve and clean place to dine in for single and groups. Chicken joy with gravy is a must to try and the sweet spaghetti. I love it! Parking: Green P parking is your best way to park. For longer hours parking, parking garage in Ryerson with is across Jolliebee. Or parking at Eatons Centre also another option with a short walk to Jollibee.

********WARNING!!! Ridiculous Customer Service for online pickup******** I ordered an online pickup as a guest on Jollibee and for some reasons I did not receive an order confirmation email. When I picked up my order at this location, I was told that the email was needed. With no confirmation email received, I showed a screenshot of the order confirmation webpage with the order number clearly shown (see the photo). However, I was then required to show my ID in order to identify myself. It was so stupid that you were not asked to enter your legal name when placing an order, so how a piece of ID could identify the guy who placed the order. Not to mention I was buying 6 pieces of fried chicken worth less than $30, not a gold bar or drug. The most unacceptable thing was that the manager (I believe), Neil, had an intension of blaming me on not checking my mailbox, asking me to pass my iphone to him with the mailbox app opened for his own check. Such improper request to customers showed his incompetency and the incapability of resolving unsatisfactory from customers. I literally had to identify my order with my email address and prove that it matched the email address which was recorded in the order. It also proved that I did enter the correct email address. After all those unnecessary checks while the fried chiken was sitting at the pickup kiosk for more than 15 minutes, I was finally allowed to pick up my own order with a kind reminder from him saying next time you would have to show the confirmation email to do the pickup. I did not even receive a single apology from him (or from him on behalf of Joillbee) for any inconveniences caused by the possible system issue. Hey! It was clearly your system s issue and are your employees well-trained to blame your customers? WHAT S WRONG WITH YOU, JOLLIBEE!!? For a well-rested fried chicken, it for sure tasted bad. Being fair I would not further comment on the food quality.

This location is so inefficient. I ordered take out expecting that all my orders pack properly. When i reached home the side of spaghetti is missing. It s so frustrating and disappointing. I paid for it and you did not even put it in my bag and do check. What a customer service. Poor handling. Staff needs more attention. Im not gonna come back.

Standard fast food establishment, nothing to write home about. Food was good, side portions were pretty small for whats considered a Family Meal, which I ordered. Im pretty sure I could have ordered separate combo meals, and received a larger portion of sides so that was disappointing.

Placed an order at this location through UBER EATS APP and they cancelled my order due to NO MORE CHICKEN and someone from this location called me and telling my that they are under the cut off time! HOW COME UBER STILL ACCEPTED THE ORDER??? I paid in full and they re giving the refund 6 days after? This is very upsetting and very disappointing as I encouraged all my co worker to place an order with me and this what happened??? This is very UPSETTING! JOLLIBEE YONGE LOCATION will loose customers with the attitude you guys giving to us customers!!!

Grading on the cheap fast food scale, Jollibee is tops for me because of their fried chicken and spaghetti. I think the spicy chicken is the best fast food fried chicken out there. And while the spaghetti isnt for everyone given how sweet it is, to me its sweetly nostaligic. Sure, Im biased - Jollibee for me is the mix of greasy goodness that only fast food brings with a very specific tinge of longing that only childhood memories bring. Spicy chicken and sweet spaghetti is such a weirdly beautiful combination.

The chicken cook properly, unlike in other locations the chicken doesn t cook properly or under cook, but this location has the right and properly cook.

First visit to Jollibee. Had the standard chicken pieces. Bland, slightly undercooked for me .. wish I had tried the spicy. Spaghetti was quite nice, pasta was fine with a sweet tomato sauce with slices of sausage. The noodle dish was pretty poor don t expect the quality of a chinese noodle place more like super noodles quality with some basic sauce. Fries were fine, mashed potatoes were just powdered potato made up. Most surprised by the poor quality of the chicken after reading other reviews. Service was efficient and polite, atmosphere inside was nice but we had takeout.

Food is amazing! Hot, crunchy, juicy chicken. Fries are good - remind me of McDonalds. Simple setup, simple menu. Staff were courteous and service was quick. Place was mostly clean. Nothing fancy but food was worth it!

Its pretty clear to me that this is another case of a solid chain coming to Toronto and being badly affected by the staffing in this city. This chicken was badly undercooked and this was an attempt to get away from the consistently undercooked chicken and bad service in the downtown location. You cant escape poor staffing, management and food prep. I cant do Jollibee in Toronto anymore. Always a disappointment and at this point likely a serious health concern.

Really stupid ordering service you order in the app and they insist on not preparing your order until you actually show them the email! Why? You have the confirmation in app with the order number and everything but they insist on verifying your name. Also online they take Amex but in person they don t. What is going on, figure out your customer service.

Poor customer service,they insisted on checking the email confirmation when there is an order confirmation page with the same info in the website, why enforced rule that makes no sense? Good food , but service is so bad ! The cashier ordered wrong food, so I got the wrong items, I informed them right away, and their reaction was like I m the person who made this mistake.. even their store manager. Such a terrible experience for joy morning.

The food was great! I especially enjoyed the Palabok. It was amazing on its own, but the lemon juice takes the flavours to a brand new level.

Best and fast service good and freshly made hot chicken and gravy

Had my first chance to try JB today and they did not disappoint! Finally a chicken sandwich with a thick and moist piece of chicken with a tasty, crunchy coating, and the right mayo - all that enhance the tasty chicken. Had one reg and one spicy, and again the spicy was delicious and worked with the chicken instead of hiding it. Often I find Spicy results in something that completely overpowers and chicken flavour - these guys nailed that balance. Fries were meh, but fries through delivery are always meh. Cant wait to try more of the menu - need a Filipino friend to coach me!

Honestly I like your chicken here not just big but the texture and flavor same from the Philippines.. Satisfied! keep up the good work for the food and service!

I gave this Jollibee 3 chances and even gave my feedback prior to the 2nd and 3rd order but all of it the same so I feel like I am being ignored. The food is tasty but is SO OVERPRICED! Then focusing on the chicken, the PORTIONS ARE SO SMALL! The leg part is even bigger than the Thigh! LOL then they charge 30% more than Popeyes Chicken which is super tasty too and double the sizes of your chicken?? You will not thrive in Canada if you try and replicate the terrible practices in the Philippines. At this point, my Filipino family actually loves Popeyes! Terrible! Also, your US counterpart is thriving because they have halo halo, adobo rice etc. Canada dont have those. Absolutely terrible. I gave 3 chances, all the same terrible results

Few days back I was there to pick up the food for Uber eats and there was a single drinks and I ask them to provide me the tray but they didn t to give me they said they can give when there is more than one drink , what a rubbish rule it is.

Ordered the fried chicken sandwich and I was quite surprised. Was really tender & tasty. A whole large chicken breast with a zingy buffalo sauce and pickles. The fries are ok. They remind me of KFC s fries.

So this was my first time coming into a jollibee and paid for 2 meals but when i wanted to get my soda they told me i had to wait 20 mins or pay a dollar extra for another type of drink they had! The worst experience going into a fast food restaurant (need a filled cup or a refund, not just some words)

Update: after a couple years of this place being open I thought they would have figured out how to serve their customers better but I guess that was wishful thinking. If you want fire chicken this place does have good food. However the service and attitude of the workers is so atrocious I would never eat here again. Go there and see yourself just how much the workers at the front talk to each other and do nothing while one poor girl does everything by themself. im sure the kitchen staff are working hard too.

One of my favourite fast food places.

Lives up to the hype! A nice place to go to try Filipino fast food. The chicken and spaghetti is a go to classic. The layout of the restaurant is just a bit awkward with the counter all the at the back through a narrow walkway.

It was a very special experience. The gravy not close well, spilled out and soaked the paper bag, and all over my body. It was very hot!!!!

The Filipino staff are very nice and accommodating and the place is clean and in order. They can talk to you in Filipino or English and help you if you have questions Kid-friendliness: It is a restaurant for kids and they offer good meals

Fast food. Same as any Jolibee in the world. I ordered palabok with chicken. Clean facility.

Juicylicious!

Quick service, clean and friendly staff. Delicious fried chicken - spicy version has the spice fully penetrated into the meat. Spacious interior with ample seating. Clear signage for where you should line up. Comparing to other Jollibee locations, the meat at this location was slightly more dry. Needless to say, it is still very good (against non-Jollibee fried chicken chains, Jollibee is better).

Better than McDonalds or burger king

Would like to give a shoutout to the amazing service and the staff. My daughter dropped her pineapple juice and the staff was kind enough to give her a brand new one. A nice young lady came over to mop the floor and clean the area as well. Food as amazing as always. Very happy with the staff.

The regular food, for fast food, is passable. The place was neglected, dirty, poorly lit. Very dirty bathrooms. It didnt even seem like I was in the First World. And the worst thing is the attention of those who work there. Slow and with an attitude that seems like they are doing you a favor...

I normally like Jollibees food but the order I got today was very disappointing. I ordered online and my order was not ready until 40 minutes after my estimated time. Most people who ordered in person got their food much faster which is the opposite you would expect for online ordering. There was also nowhere to sit during this long wait. Finally, I should have checked my order before I got home, because I had received spicy chicken instead of original. I didnt think this was necessary because part of the reason my order took so long was because I had to wait for them to make a new batch of original chicken, but this mistake still happened unfortunately. Im sorry to rate so low as the employees were kind and seemed to be trying their best but overall I cannot recommend this location because of these oversights.

Stupid store! Had 10 s of employees running around the store still took 20+ minutes to pack a small door dash order eventually had to cancel the order because of suffocation I felt there ( there were 10+ other delivery riders waiting for there pickup order too!).

The only red flag I ignore (and love) If you want to be transported to the Philippines while youre in Toronto, go here! I love how authentic this place is. Every detail, even the people, are authentically Jollibee and exactly how it is in the Philippines. Going here always makes me teary and transports me back to my childhood in the Philippines. This mothers day I visited here and remembered how my mom would give me all of her chicken skin because she knows I love it. The chicken, spaghetti, fries all taste exactly the same in the PH. Always a pleasure coming here. Thank you for existing here, Jollibee Vegetarian options: There are the pies and the juices. Delicious fast food crispy chicken Downtown Toronto. We ordered the 10 piece Jolley chicken bucket With gravy And the peach mango pie for dessert! The chicken was crispy, warm and fresh. The pie was delicious as well! it is a good addition to a potluck.

I understand that the lunch rush could be overwhelming, but the expeditor today was not doing her job properly. She was arranging the trays in order, but filling up the chicken from left to right, the newest order first instead of the last. And caused us to wait 25mins. She needs to be trained to finish up orders from oldest to newest and not the other way around. And an apology for the inconvenience should also be practiced.

Delicious food - just like in the Philippines! Chicken was on point - rice super fluffy - just wish there was more gravy with the order & that spaghetti or palabok was available as a side instead of just rice or fries. Tried the new chicken tenders - super yummy! The sauce that came with it was not good imo- I wished it came with gravy instead. Also wished there was a kids meal option - I miss the Jollibee toys!

Its been long time since i have my last chicken , so today in my birthday I flew from nova scotia to Toronto to have chicken joy for my 1st meal in my new Age!!

Literally everything about this place is unappealing. The staff are miserable, they cant seem to give any info about how long things will take and then when asked about an order theyll say its being worked on then ignore you forever. Food takes forever, Ive never seen a fast food place take over 20 minutes to make anything but this place its the norm. The set up is cramped and awkward. The way the counter is set up corralling delivery drivers to one small 1foot square box then getting mad at the drivers for not being able to stay in that box is a really weird choice. Your staff were curt and rude to nearly every delivery person that showed up who were also just trying to do their jobs. Food was okay but the customer service is just awful.

I love Jollibee! Of course the best fast food restaurant would be an Asian inspired one. The sphegetti is surprisingly good, as is the gravy and fried chicken. They need to open a Jollibee in Buffalo, NY it would be an absolute hit.
