Nando's PERi-PERi in Toronto

The food is delicious, but I really wish they were open past 10, especially on weekends. I walked in at 10:06 and was told I couldnt order, yet the restaurant tables were all full, and the two customers ahead of me placed their orders. Id give 5 stars, but being open and not serving customers when the doors are still open isnt good service at all.

I love their chicken wings and today they said they don t have wings. So bad. In a chicken restaurant.. No Chicken wings? That too during the holidays Recommended dishes

Decided to dine in at the location last night with my daughter and brother the service was friendly despite it being extremely busy the staff were polite and patient. The food on the other hand .my daughter had a chicken sandwich with fries the chicken was half of a half of a chicken breast I had to cut her chicken down the middle in order for it to go across the bread or my daughter would just be eating majority bread alone with no chicken. I got a 1/4 breast piece with mashed potatoes and the portion was extremely small as well. Lastly, my brother got the boneless thighs with rice and again the portion was ridiculously small. I haven t had Nandos in a long time and decided to dine in as a treat but for the price it wasn t worth it we all ate again once we got home.

I have been to many many nandos and frankly this is the best overall. Chicken cooked to perfection. Moist, hot at the table and delicious sauce. Sides of peri fries, coleslaw and garlic bread were also the right blend of taste and size. Most of server, Christa was Friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and prompt Parking: Opposite store. Food/chicken wasnt as good this visit. Caesar salad now has kale and the dressing was too spicy for us. Service was OK but felt very impersonal. The atmosphere was fine as everyone basically kept to themselves.

Nice restaurant, very similar to what you would expect if eating in an UK Juicy charcoaled grilled chicken and nice peri peri sauce.

Love this location! Im here almost every day, and Nandos staff is like family (if thats not telling enough =D). I recommend downloading their app and taking advantage of their discounts. If youre a gym-goer, theres additional discounts. After all the savings you can get this healthy meal for cheaper than a burger combo!

We ordered for the first time a couple of weeks ago through Uber from the Kennedy Commons location for pick up...turns out Uber messed up our order because their website sucks and so does theor customer service!!! Upon arriving at the restaurant and explaining the problem to the manager, Ish, he immediately solved the problem at no additional cost us!!! He went above and beyond, was kind and understanding and is the reason I will continue to go back to this location, and of course the food is exceptional! The extreme hot chicken breast is juicy and full of flavour, the rice is tasty and the garlic mashed is soooooo delicious highly recommend

Never order from this restaurant if you want your food in under 2 hours. These people are constantly late and screwing up the order.

Showed up here with my fiancée at 9 pm for dinner, the place closes at 10 pm. We tried ordering two Peri-Peri chicken bowls, but were told they only had chicken breast enough for one bowl. They offered thigh for the second bowl, but forgot to mention that this costs $3 extra. The girl at the counter (Nasala) almost rang the bill up when we caught it and asked why we were being charged without being told of the extra cost when they ran out of the breast. She straight up said, It s your choice, take it or leave it! We had her cancel the order and walked straight out. I ve eaten at various Nando s locations in the UK, and USA. This one in Toronto is horrible, DO NOT recommend!!

$53 for 2x - 1/4 leg dinners(small chicken legs)-(one with fries and one with the spicy kayle salad ),+ 2 for fountain pops, + 1 app. The chick legs were very small, the spicy Kayle salad, was 95% Romain lettuce. You think a Kayle salad would be more kayle.. I asked a staff about it she said oh that s how they make it and walked away. I talked to the manager, he said oh I ll pass that along to the higher up s The fries were stone cold but that s to be expected, why would you get hot fries.? Cool thanks for the small portions, cold fires, and bad customer service. For $53 Looks like Swiss chalet will be getting our business for about 1/2 the price for double the food.

We are a regular visitor of Nandos Eglinton, but tried this Kennedy Commons branch for the fist time last week. Our first impression was good, the food was excellent as well. This branch also has a cool soft drink dispenser but over 100+ choices of flavors (like vanilla coke, cherry coke, fruit punch, etc). Will visit again soon.

Never going back to this location. They ran out of chicken legs and wings. The portion for the chicken thighs was very small. The items were over priced for what we got. An absolute dissapointment.

The worst restaurant ever. We ordered wings first and then we were told 20 minutes later that the wings would take too long. We then changed the order and instead of rushing the food they still placed it in regular queue and made us wait another 15 minutes. Half the group ate their food while the others watched. Managers did not care, server never checked on us and I understand your busy but on Thanksgiving when a family comes in its because they want to eat together. Situation was very poorly handled.

This location is horrible. Everytime Ive gone here and picked up my order they have managed to give me the wrong items. When you try and call them no one answers. This is outrageous I ordered a double breast and received one burnt breast and one leg.

I would give a zero if I could. This place in infested with fruit flies. I had 2 in my salad the moment we sat down and killed another 3 the first 5 min we sat down. The entire meal we were swatting flies. Management needs to take some measures to control the flies in this place. It s disgusting. I will not be back to this particular Nando s. Infested.

Delicious food

Nando s never disappoints. I think you get great value for what you pay; delicious food that isn t going to break the bank. My girlfriend and I come here every so often if we re in the area looking for a bite. However, the service here is great! If I m not mistaken, one of the managers, an Asian gentleman, was so polite to us and kept checking on us in case we needed anything. Whoever he is, he s a gem and deserves a raise!

Ordered 100$ worth of food yesterday only to find out they messed up the order. I had ordered 2 thigh and mighty sandwiches along with a full platter. Got in the car and realized they had given 2 thighs , just 2 chicken thighs. Went back in , waited 20 minutes for the sandwiches , came in the car and tried the sandwiches, which were made with cold chicken and cold buns . Thank you for messing up the order and then making it up by giving cold chicken.

Came in for an early dinner/late lunch (3:30pm) on a Friday afternoon. Not too busy so service was fast and efficient. Great food (as usual). Would recommend the Herb and Lemon flavoured chicken and then each person can add their own preferred spice level of sauce. Peri Peri fries were great. I miss the fancy soda machine where you could mix and match different drinks and flavours. Please fix your on line order. Ive been trying to order the Full Platter and its missing the Garlic Bread selection and I cant checkout because of this. The other locations have it but Kennedy Commons store doesnt. I ended up placing order from your competitor.

In my opinion this is the best place to have peri-peri chicken. Everything is perfectly grilled and Chicken was Halal. Wings and Fries are a must try. Been to this place multiple times. Bottled sauces, napkins and cutlery were properly arranged. Kid-friendliness: High Chairs are available.

Food was good service sucked. We literally went to dine in and the girl sat us at the table and then said when youre ready come and tell us what your order is. Were like what the hell... So we decided were just going to do takeout so we go and give her our order. We tell the girls we r going to takeout instead but on our bill it actually says stay in so we didnt get our food right away. Some other kid had to come by and ask us what our order was. I was not impressed at all .. this was our first time going here. I can tell you we will probably not come again. Service sucked

I recently visited Nandos and was extremely disappointed with my experience. The chicken I was served was so charred it was almost inedible. I had to ask for it to be replaced, which should never be the case at a restaurant known for its grilled chicken. The quality of the food has noticeably decreased over time, which is a real shame. On top of that, the cleanliness of the place left a lot to be desired. The floors were dirty, and the tables looked like they hadn t been properly cleaned in a while. I used to enjoy coming here, but after this visit, Im not sure Ill be back anytime soon. Nandos really needs to step up their game.

Very good chicken and the service was good. This was my first time sitting at this location. I feel that the downtown Toronto location on Bay st and the Etobicoke location are better organized. I asked for a piece of lemon with my water but they didn t have any at this location and no olive oil with list of sauces.

Came to this Nando s location after previously going to and working at another location several years ago. They were relatively quick to seat us. The booth was dirty but the host cleaned it off hurriedly. It was very busy as is typical for a Saturday night. But they only had one cash register open so things were moving very slowly. Then another worker came and started asking people if they were seated since the host was no longer at the door. We told him yes and what booth we had as he was about to give it to a couple (we were three people). He then felt the need to double check with his colleague who said no at first before seeing us and changing his tune. Like why would we lie about already having a seat? That doesn t even make sense. After finally placing our orders, we went to the drink fountain. No ice and the ginger ale and coke were flat and tasteless. There was no cutlery and barely any napkins. You would think with two managers on duty, they would be more on top of things. The girl who took our order promised a 20 minute wait time. Two orders came within 20 minutes and the other several minutes later. The fries were dried out and tasted stale or like they were sitting under the heater for too long. The chicken was okay but clearly Nandos doesn t understand what hot and extra hot means. There was absolutely no spiciness to be found. And that contributed to a lack of flavour. The garlic bread, rice and mash potatoes were good. There was no table check. There was a table of 12 who ordered behind us and they did not receive their order until long after we finished eating. Ridiculous. I was rather surprised by the lackadaisical service. No one seems to communicate with each other, they don t check on tables, nothing. One of the managers brought over the chocolate cake (don t order it s a small, wafer thin slice) and asked if we wanted 2 more forks and then he never came back with them. We had to go hunt someone down to get it. This whole experience can be summed up as self service . So don t expect a true restaurant experience here. Think more McDonald s adjacent.

Amazing chicken and I would give them 5 stars except that it s not clean. The tables are poorly wiped between customers, so they are sticky and food particles remain. I ve also seen napkins on the floor for an entire hour. The employees walked by them several times and didn t bother picking them up. Kid-friendliness: Lots of young kids eat here with their parents.

Nando s is my favorite restaurant/food place so of course I loved it. Interestingly, I noticed the prices here were higher than in Ottawa. My go-to order, Chicken Sandwich costs $15-16 in Scarborough but in Ottawa it is $2 cheaper. But overall, me and my friends really enjoyed the food. I also always love Nando s decor, the restaurant locations are almost always decorated with some pretty colors, pictures, and patterns.

I had a wonderful experience. We were promptly seated and the service was quick and efficient. The only problem is you need to go the counter to place your order. The place is vibrant and lovely perfect for a casual meal with friends. And obviously the highlight of the place is the peri peri chicken. Don t forget to order a side of peri peri fries.

The restaurant has a different concept compared to other restaurants. You have to go up to the counter to order and grab your drinks on your own. The seating wasn t the best and the drink machine had issues. We went on the weekend and the restaurant was busy. Food was good.

Im a Nanados regular for years. Unfortunately, I decided to venture out of my normal order and I was extremely disappointed. I ordered the Rainbow chicken bowl. The rice was awful. The pickled cauliflower was bitter. The grape cucumbers were boring. My chicken breast was too small. I only enjoyed the avocado and hummus. Everything else in the bowl was a fail. I would not recommend trying it if you are looking to order from Nandos. Stick with the whole chicken options (legs, breast, and thigh). The staff were phenomenal as usual

The customer service at Nandos is pretty standard, but Layla at this location stands out and is an absolute gem! Amazing customer service, so friendly and helpful, she was so attentive to everyone at the restaurant. I would definitely come back to this location just for her!

Nandos is one of my favourite restaurants. Food is always delicious and you get to choose healthy options too...and of course price is fair and reasonable. I recommend the platters if you are 3+ people going.

Yo, dont order the 2 chicken thighs peri-peri chicken. Its literally 1 chicken thigh cut into two and serve it to you. $19.89 with two small chicken. Im laughing. I was here 2 months ago and it wasnt like that. Me and my husband were disappointed. But service crews were great. Parking: Good

I always do take out and for some reason their food is not the same as before. I always get their chicken sandwich with chedder cheese and grilled pineapple slice. The chicken just felt like rubber. I had to remove the chicken and eat the rest of the sandwich which is very unfortunate. Mashed potatoes is yumm! Peri Peri fries were soggy.

Ordered nandos through Uber eats. They delayed the order 3 times since 7:45. 3 different drivers showed up to pick up the order and nothing. I ended up canceling after 2 hours! What else can I say! Bad!
