I love their deluxe chicken sandwich & chicken nuggets soooo much. I visit the place often, maybe atleast twice a week. Usually i go there in the evenings around 6.30 7.00. They always serve fresh and hot food. The customer service is very good and satisfactory. Their behaviour was so calm and pleasant. Will surely recommend.

20 mins for fries

This was only my second time trying this place. The recollection of my first time was that is was, at best ho-hum, but that is like a year ago. So decided to try it again when I was in TO for work. I was quickly reminded why it has been a year or more. Positives first: the server was friendly. The meal was ready in minutes. My soda was cold. When I got to my office in the same building I was quickly reminded as to why I do not frequent here when in TO (nor any other city for that matter based upon this location). The chicken strips were lukewarm. The texture was very chewy, and, in some sections, tough. The onion rings which I was oh so looking forward to: They were hot (which is great), however, they were sopping wet; the rings were breaking and falling apart as I pulled them out of the box. Sadly, at the end of the day, most of the lunch went into the green bin. Glad I was able to expense this lunch. I was reminded why I go to another vendor in this location time and time again.

It is a popular restaurant in the town. Their chicken strips and fries are very juicy and spicy. One can try.

The 3pcs chicken tenders are so dry, other locations I go to are nice and juicy. This place sucks.

Do not go to this location, go to the one across the street on yonge. This location is extremely stingy, they only provide 1 dipping sauce for their 8 nuggets promo, wants to charge us extra for 2, even though literally any other place gives you two sauces as a standard. They claim this is only for the promo and it was a management decision. Last time I went, they outright refused to serve us the nuggets promo because they claimed that they ran out/ were running low. Just go to the other location, renovated, and no issues with the food, or service.

Great service, delicious food. Its in a food court, but no problems finding seating unlike other nearby places (Eaton Centre)

chicken tender very dry terrible

Paid for street parking to get Popeyes here. But the store won t sell the spicy mayo sauce - every other Popeyes sells it.

I orded online, the chicken were all overcooked, it looks like been cooked for 100 hours, the skin was all dark and taste like rock, it hurt my teeth when I try to bite it, my cat can even cook that chicken better than you guys, DO NOT GO THERE

Terrible, they gave us almost an empty box of fries and charged us $12 for a kid s meal I complained to the Manager in store he was too cheap and rude/ was arguing over to add enough fries into the box, I had go and buy my Daughter meal from somewhere else And we paid for nothing

Worst customer service ever. I understand I didn t buy anything to just ask for a spoon. But was told straight on face that it was only for the customers. Being a franchise if cheaping out on a spoon is ridiculous.

Got a chicken sandwich today and the chicken breast was rubbery. I almost threw up from it. Clearly overcooked and I should have known better considering the food court was deserted.

Pride day 100,000 + people on the street 2 people working very slowly like nothing was going on ..the line was so long. no concept at all and no chicken!!!!. Please when you hire people at least tell them its a fast food restaurant . And to the owner whoever you are... you just lost a lot of money.

Very horrible service the people who works there treat people very badly my food was over cooked I asked them to change it. They were arguing not to .they swore at me in Hindi they thought I don t speak Hindi I actually do. Overall don t spend your time and money there if you have good mood don t go there they don t even know where there head office is to complain crazy.

My experience was very bad the chiken was black and oily I don t recommend!!

I told the cashier the counter was filthy dirty with dried on sticky pop with black dirt stuck in it, and greasy fingerprints, and that it wasn t very appetizing,, and she should clean it. She ignored me and went back to talking to her friend in Hindi. Then stood with her arms crossed in a bored manner but still fit nothing about it. Don t care about filth, customer feedback, of their jobs apparently. Kinda disgusting.

Customer service is absolutely horrible. They took forever to come to the counter and their responses were very rude as if they didnt want to be working. Im writing this review late, but this happened on October 15 around 6:30 p.m. The food is bad, even though this is within my vicinity, Id rather go to the Popeyes on Young & Dundas. This is a typical experience that my colleagues and Ive had within this location and we all feel the same way.

Ordered 2 delta minis and there was 1 chicken tender split in half between the 2 sandwiches.

Id complain about the service - however I never received any so I couldnt comment on this at all! I went during the Atriums lunch rush, and saw people lining up at just about every other place (should have clued in). There was only two people in line ahead of me, and one waiting for his food. I love Popeyes and thought with only 3 people ahead of me this should be a quick and easy lunch. For the next 10 minutes, the two people behind the counter prepared the first guys order, then stocked items and cooked food. I clarified with the two people in front of me if they placed their orders yet, but they confirmed they hadnt and were waiting. The guys behind the counter looked at us (the 3 of us were waiting in line by the cash register) and they still ignored us for an additional 3 minutes. At this point, I was fedup and went next door to Fusia Asian Kitchen, where in less than 2 minutes I had my takeout order plated and ready to go. Unfortunately, after 15 minutes the other two people in line at Popeyes STILL hadnt even had their orders taken. I am not sure if the people behind the counter were purposely trying to tank this place or not, but unless their attitude and service changes, I cannot recommend this location at all, to anyone.

I do not understand how one guy can take orders, cook and serve while taking other peoples orders too. The staff was kind but does it really make sense??? Having to wait 20 minutes for chicken is not ok however way I look at it.

Great halal chicken! I can make a meal out of the fries alone - the seasoning on the fries is the best around. Excellent value for money!

Went on a fairly quiet night and asked the employee to make the food fresh. He was very friendly and actually went through the trouble of doing it. Very nice of him. Food was great.

Very dissatisfied with the service. I came here ordered a 3 piece combo(no tenders cause I never mention anything about tenders) Everything was going good until the guy working front counter, mention regular chicken will take long do I want tenders instead? I told him I want chicken my original chicken that I ordered. Why bring up tenders to begin with when I never ordered tenders for the 3 piece combo? This is how he confused me and then misinterpreted what I told him. Tenders was never mentions out my mouth I said I want original chicken. Seems to me this front counter guy needs to listen more and pay attention more. I understand it was close to closing and you are tired but still. Listen and if you have to re-confirm with customer so everything is clear. This happen too many times in food delivery industry. I was at pizza pizza I told cashier I want small fries and he gives me large fries. Then he later confessed it was his mistakes as he is old and never heard me properly. Thats just one example from my experience. A free piece of chicken would be good ok my next visit to compensate for this cashiers mistake. Its not fair made my night alot worser all I wanted was regular original chicken not tenders. Its not rocket science. You workers need to listen and or double confirm with customer. The worst part is when I open my box of food all the fries was on top so it was not until I got to eating the chicken I then realized I recieved tenders instead of regular chicken. So there was no way I could have return the food since I started eating the fries at the top of the box then eventually the damn chicken tenders. Tip to all customer who come here make sure you make yourself clear and tell them upto 3 times just to reconfirm your order.

Not satisfied with the service. Everytime I try to buy there is always something missing Either ketchup or the pop machine is not working! And that could continue for a week!! They even don t compensate customers for this! I am not gonna come here again!

Ordered 5 pieces of chicken, they picked out the 5 tiniest pieces possible. There is another Popeyes on Yonge street across from Eaton. Go to that one instead.

This restaurant is by far the best place I have ever eaten in my life. The chicken is delicious and juicy, the mash potatoes are out of this world and I am in love, and I mean deep deep love with this place. 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone who loves chicken so please go but sometimes they are trash so its kind of like a 50/50 so yeah okay 200 word count google please give me bonus points. thanks

Worse experience today went at 3pm didnt realize 1 person was working in the whole store waited over 20 mins for my food order decided enough was enough requested a refund, person behind the counter refused tried to rush thru my order I indicated I wanted a refund and waited about 20 mins for my order also 3 other people are in front of me waiting, unbelievable why would you only have 1 person working? I dont even blame the poor person working I blame the franchise owner for this situation

Today I visited Popeye, and I ordered a chicken sandwich, and a few pieces of chicken, I did not like it because it had a lot of salt, but a lot of it was very unpleasant, because I ate it because I was hungry, but I do not recommend it is not healthy ,there are better places where you can eat healthier chicken,

Crunchy, savoury, spicy and juicy chicken yum! Sandwich is the best but i still like the fried chicken better. Tasty sides and buttery biscuits go so well with it. Locations all over Toronto hope they come to Quebec some day.

I have never had a good experience at any Popeye s location ever. This location gave me yet another reason to never have Popeye s again. The entire delivery order was wrong, which consisted of 3 items. The sauces I requested (and paid for), the drink, and the two main items were all not what I selected. Really disappointing experience. Would not recommend this location or Popeye s in general. There is always something wrong.
