I came here and got wings and tell me why they put no sauce on them???? If I didn t want sauce I would ve just asked for nuggets. I didn t even realize until I got home. The wings were soggy and gross didn t even eat them

Whenever I place an order for pick up, more often than not the order is never ready for pick up by the scheduled time. Always 10+ minutes later.

Worst experience ever. Always messing up my order. Not ready to acknowledge their fault. Extremely bad customer service. And put the blame on me when i complained about the incorrect order. This is the 4th Time messing up my order. Do not reccomend this specific location AT ALL!

I can say that it was the best and cleanest papaya that I tried in Canada. Good and tasty food at 1 am, and the order taker who was extremely cool. We came hungry and half asleep, and we came out full, smiling and dancing. Indeed, this new ranch sauce was really delicious. Go Popeyes Go

My son ordered food then cancelled by mistake one second later. He called to say he will come get the food but they wouldn t give it to him saying Uber eats would give the refund. How can they feel good about stealing from a child. Either give the food or the money it s only right. All this over $73 to loose a customer and reputation a big company like Popeyes chicken and Uber eats. Don t use them they are scammers!

Go-to place for Halal food

The wait is about 15 minutes depending on what your ordered but there are usually nobody in line it is not a busy place the food is good after the first couple of times you will like it. The first time I ever tried the food it tasted weird because I was not use to it. Wheelchair accessibility: It has a ramp for the entrance and a exit for wheel chairs.

I recently visited the Popeyes at [Location], and I was thoroughly disappointed with my experience. While the food was merely average, the customer service and atmosphere were abysmal. Firstly, the service was incredibly slow and disorganized. It took an inordinate amount of time just to place my order, and when I finally received my food, it was clear that the staff had little regard for customer satisfaction. They were rude and dismissive, making the entire process frustrating and unpleasant. Moreover, the restaurant itself was in a deplorable state. The dining area was dirty, with tables left uncleared and floors covered in trash. The overall atmosphere was chaotic and unwelcoming, making it difficult to enjoy even the mediocre food. I wont be returning to this Popeyes location, and I would advise others to avoid it as well. There are plenty of other places to get a decent meal with better service and a cleaner environment.

The staff are super nice and the food comes out quick, hot, and delicious. My only complaint is the store looks kind of dirty and old.

Absolutely fantastic experience at Popeyes! The chicken was crispy, juicy, and bursting with flavor. The service was quick and friendly, and the sides were delicious. I highly recommend their spicy chicken sandwich its the best Ive had! Will definitely be coming back for more.

The staff works on February 25 at 9pm are extremely rude, especially the lady with glasses. I didnt know what are the offers so I asked them, and they seems very pushy and angry whenever I try to ask something. When I ordered and try to make the switch, she was saying all the upcharge things and trying to make fun at me in Indian with her colleague (yeah, I do understand some bad sentences in Indian so dont try to do that in front of customers) Washroom story is ridiculous. I have seen many people using the key for washroom and when it is my turn, she just said the washroom is broken down and I cannot use it. Again, trying to make fun at me in Indian. Not sure if you can read this or not, but I hope you have the courage to say in front of customer not just in your own language

Miss Rubina and her team are so down to earth and lovely people. They make sure they serve their customers with a smile and ensure there is no issue with any orders. This is the only branch I like to visit more than the others. Keep up the amazing work you all. Best wishes

Today I went to the store and i was planning to buy food but the employee told me if i buy the stuff then only he will give me key for the washroom. I cannot believe the store behaviour for the customer. I dont recommend any body going to this store. If you want to use the washroom before eating then the store will force you to pay you and then only they will key inspite of you may be peeing in front of the store. Cannot recommend this store.

No option for 0 , would have rated 0 . Entered the restaurant and the whole restaurant had a pungent smell, Ordered 2 chicken sandwiches with fries and drinks. The portion of fries was so less that I had to go back again to the restaurant asking for the right portion. The manager seems to be unbothered. The sandwich was not edible, salty I had to throw it away. 21 dollars in garbage. Would suggest never visit there.. worst experience

I had to create an account just to share this review because its important for people to know. Recently, my friend ordered from this establishment and received chicken that was nearly rotten and had a foul smell. When he brought it back and showed it to the staff, instead of apologizing, they insisted that it was normal and accused him of exaggerating. He had to escalate the issue to a supervisor to resolve it. Personally, I also fell ill after eating there. Its best to avoid this place; its not sanitary and should be reported for cleanliness issues

I wish now to take this opportunity to address to everyone the many values and supberb qualities that are portrayed at this particular location @ 181 Eglinton Avenue East. Both the owners Ejaz & his wife Robina are exceptional people who have chosen a fabulous group of employees to work along with them in making this a fabulous place to eat out. Everyone who works here is extremely considerate to the needs of all their customers. One of the managers who is referred to as Manesh is absolutely amazing to deal with. He is extremely qualified for his position and is friendly, considerate and very professional in all ways. They have an outstanding cook on board who is referred to as Angrej who makes tantalizing meals for his customers that are simply mouthwatering and very tasty. They have another wonderful Head Cashier who is referred to as Hassain who looks after all his customers with great integrity. The female and male cashiers here are all terrific and treat the customers with the greatest respect possible. They work wonderfully as both a team as well as on their own and are always able to make the proper decisions pertaining to the task at hand. I enjoy being at this store for its great atmosphere and for the staff who work here. I recommend you visit this location as often as possible because it is guaranteed not to disappoint.

Ive ordered twice from them via skip the dishes and both times the order was packed incorrectly. When you call, all you get is a sorry, well pack is correctly next time which is certainly not the case for me. Id go pick it up, make sure you get what you pay for casue ordering delivery doesnt work out well.

They have people answering the phone that dont speak English, and their portions are cheap and stingy, and I cant understand why they have to hide the napkins in a fried chicken finger food restaurant LOLSMH. Ill never be going back to this place again

Went to buy 3 piece chicken combo without the drink. Owner herself claims that the combo does not come with the biscuit. Thought nothing of it but was still midly annoyed at what she said as I usually bought the same order and I would always get the biscuit with the combo, but hey, shes the owner of the place, so surely she would know better. Too tired so I went home as it was getting late.Came home and checked the reciept and it says biscuit in it... Get a better owner.

The small brown girl was an efficient employee. She was fast at her job.

I went in and bought a chicken sandwich and a small order of fries to go. This is what I was given. When I asked about getting more fries it was stated that this is how much theyd be giving out normally. In that case the container should be different. This is unacceptable at other locations. I saw someone else get more fries than me just before me. Not sure if it was because he was Indian as was my server and I am minority. The chicken was over cooked as well which I hear is common at this location.

Popeyes>KFC. Ok, laxatives>KFC, but the point stands. Juicier chicken, better batter, far superior sides. And it stays in your intestines a normal amount of time. My original rating was based on a late night post bar visit. Noon on a weekday, its packed with kids on lunch, which speaks to its appeal as food, but detracts from the atmosphere when that full.

First time at popoyes staff did not upgrade my fries to poutine like all other locations do. Manager said this is our owner policy.. Thats weird I am customer of popoyes not any individual owner. Eventually this owner lost one customer..

Ordered the 5 piece chicken tenders with fries, normally they fill the box the tenders come in with fries. When I opened it however there was a small packet with fries inside. They asked me to wait 8 minutes for a fresh batch of chicken and when I got it it wasnt properly cooked. All rubbery and gross. Staff doesnt know what they are doing.

My friends and I dined here and to say the least are veryyyyyy disappointed. The employee in the front was very rude. He refused to give my friend a brisket after it clearly stated she got one with her combo. On top of that gave my friends and I extra biskets. He also was staring us(young teenage girls) making us very uncomfortable Are chicks was pink inside and gave us the wrong meal too. To say the least I was very dissatisfied with the service here. Google needs to add a zero star feature for such restaurants! Firstly the chicken I had was raw, ID LIKE TO GET ATTENTION OF THE MANAGEMENT THAT SALMONELLA IS REAL .The girl behind the counter was rude and unprofessional. She was ignoring her customers and was busy talking with some guy behind (definitely not work related). They told me my wait time was 5-10 mins but I waited for 20-25 mins for my chicken burgers! which is insane. Please avoid this location and save some valuable time of your life!

CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE LEAVING Food is good. What youd expect from any other location. It is clean inside. Spicy sandwich is everything, a must try. Online ordering system is abysmal. The website seldom works, and when it does - it wont accept Visa credit cards. The Ritual pickup is missing a lot of the menu. Your only viable option is Skip, but that has its own problems. Didnt put my sides in for the second order in a row. I live close, but had to choose between eating cold chicken or skipping out on some coleslaw. Edit: I go here quite often, and I have to say the service has improved since my last review. Itd be nice if I could order ahead, though.

This location serves overcooked and leftovers/stale chicken. It gives a bitter taste once you take a bite and chicken is darkened as they fry it twice just to make us feel it s hot and fresh. Worst food. It was good a year ago and don t know what changed but they started serving leftovers/stale chicken. Don t know where to complain but putting a review here. It used be our regular place as I live next to it but now I don t even like the smell of it.

They cant cook! The chicken sandwich was wayyy too salty, too much sauce dripping out without contributing to the taste. Onion rings were not fried properly and they gave like 3 pieces only! You can get a whole bag of onion rings at food basics for $10 and youre telling me that I get 3 rings for $2 sides? Fries were the only good thing. Oh and chicken nuggets were mostly flour. Not returning. Edit: Re-visited twice since my last review, they have actually improved the food! The chicken tasted fresh, the fries were on point and the biscuit was good as well. Well done for improving the quality.

Had to wait forever,they gave me my chicken forgot about my 2 orders of fries,fortunately I checked my bag before I left,no apology,looked at me like I was doing something wrong,I asked to put my gravy on the side for my potatoes but instead only gave me a side gravy which cost 2 dollars extra. Great staff, the service is stellar. The food is absolutely delicious, one of the better locations in TO. Dining area is clean and spacious. East of Eglinton and Yonge, before construction areas. They have some working plugs for your phone if you need. Definitely recommend.

The lady was very rude! I used to call this store for a pick up coz i know it will take time, so that when I get to the store its ready, but then she told me that i need to order from ubereats or whatever, then she just hang up on me, its already 10 in the evening, and when I came shes explaining that they re busy thats her reason. So I have to wait 15-20mins for my order instead of just picking it up, very bad and poor customer service! I wish they should hire nice people that will treat you like human!
