Very Very bad cervise Ordered 4 legs, 2 fresh, another one garbage... Food

Never ordering from this place, the wings that I ordered here were greasy and bad. Plz don t serve this can t of food for god sake

This is the nearest Popeyes ever since the liberty village one closed. It can take a while to get your food which is the only reason why I gave it 4 stars. I ve always had to wait a while.

Food is good, service can improve more. Inside the restaurant seems clean but needs constant cleaning due to the area Parking: Street parking paid. Hard to find one. Side streets are free for 1 hour Wheelchair accessibility: No there is no wheelchair accessibility at all

Never ordering from Popeyes ever again last 3 times I ordered on the app I go to pick up my order and apparently the items I selected arent even sold anymore. Would give a 0 star review I possible.

Food is good, best Popeyes in the town

Bought the chicken wings meal, got home and was surprised at the mess I was given , was not wings , big chixk2n pieces where skin was falling off , drenched in oil , fries was cold , will not be going back to this location again !

I ate from this location and I got ill. Stomach problems all night. The next time I bought the food ,it was not fresh, I threw it away especially the chicken. It tasted stale . My thoughts, it looks like they keep the left overs and reheat them or re use oil. Funny enough my friend visited me recently with thier food, she ate one piece of chicken and threw the food away. She said it tasted old.

Good service

The service was subpar, with an unfriendly lady taking orders. Her attitude was rude, and the overall experience was unpleasant. If a zero rating were an option, I would have chosen it.

I have been here over 30 minutes and it s not busy, after 15 minutes standing at the counter the server acknowledged me and took my order then I waited another 10 minutes then she told me to wait 2 more minutes which turned into 5 minutes

Good food, though it always feels like every Popeyes is surprised that there are people asking for food, and are unable to provide your order in less than 5-10 minutes.

The staff is not professional. I asked them to add a sauce (that I bought from them) for me and they refused and I begged to do for me and they rejected bad experience

Went there at 1020pm and they said they are closing although the store said 11pm. The only thing they could have made for me was shrimp or onion rings. Do not advertise you are closing at 11 and when customer come 35 minutes till the time closing there no chicken nothing I wonder if the manager or owner no what their employee are doing

The best chicken nuggets I ve tasted in years! Actual real chicken, not the stuff they call chicken nuggets at McD s or BK. AND they cook to order if you want them to use a little less batter!

I got a 3 piece Thursday special for $6.50 plus tax, it was crispy and moist inside. The tables were organized and surfaces were wiped clean. I dined in for late afternoon lunch. Service was prompt and efficient.

Staff is lovely but they never have anything whether its sides or chicken. Theyre always out. Still the case now. Debating just going to queen even tho its further as they actually have stuff

Nugget breading fell right off and the meat is literally drenched in salt. No thank you.

I really like this location. The staff is very friendly with both me and my 3 year old son who loves their food. Never had to wait for more than 5-7 minutes for getting my order. All the staff are very nice but Sunakshi in particular stands out through her professional conduct and friendly demeanor. Would strongly recommend.

Last time,I ordered chicken tenders they gave me regular chickens and today I ordered for my kid..Its SALTY.

Popeyes chicken has saved this community from a pit of disparo this location is a shining gem in parkdale. each and everyday I am reminded just how truly lucky we are to have Louisianas finest chicken in our neighbourhood. we are blessed with an abundance of biscuits and we will be eternallly grateful for everything the Popeyes has done for us! Google says it closes at 12:30am, I arrive at 12 and they tell me they don t have any chicken, only seafood items. How does a Popeyes not have any chicken?! Just close at midnight if you re not serving chicken by that time what s the point of staying open that extra 30 minutes just to turn customers away?

Normal popeyes location but what I like the most about this location is the fact that they dont make their chicken super salty like most popeyes.

My first time visiting this NEW Popeyes , Fries with uh touch of spit found ???, one Bar fly landed on one of My Fries , before that My plastic fork was melting when trying to consume My chicken nuggets and my apple pie was too hot too exceot the beignets pies , I could smell the washroom too enough to mention in text here , the chef was talking too much to the other employee , all this on my 1st choice out of all restaurants on moving back into my neighborhoods yet when I needed uh meal and to be seated on first visit you are in my neighborhood you come here out of all pretend to make me feel good then I am seated then uh dirty table and spilt liquids on the floor and the customers cant use the washroom/facilities yet uh dirty stinky cleanser smell had to remark again once more , all this on My First visit and the only bit I enjoyed was the Free WiFi , Thank you though ... ( I wont out of all your restaurants go back anytime soon it seems , yet the thought is perhaps never.) I will copy this for my twitter too if at all, First time buying food at this establishments new location ... May 2022

I ordered for take out super last minute as the store was closing thankfully Saurev (idk if I m writing that correctly) still took my order. He was super nice and friendly and is an excellent employee.

Foods good, but restaurant needs a little cleaning

So many reviews complaining about how salty the chicken was and in my opinion the chicken lacked salt. Overall a good location, customer service is always good. Biscuit was hard as a rock no exaggeration and the leg and thigh was too big and oily to my liking. I do love the butterfly shrimp from this location and they fry it fresh to order, fries are a hit or miss.

Best dining experience of my entire life. The chicken was so juicy and crunchy. Dont even get me started on all the dipping sauces. Poured that sh*t all over my chicken sammy. Came here with my girl and well definitely be back. Best date spot in Toronto hands down. Great music blasting through the Sonos system. I mean come on, Luke Bryan AND Thomas Rhett??!

Strange things going on at this location. I hope the franchise owner gets the right people working here. I will head up to the Queen street location in hopes of a better experience but what if it is managed by the same people? Ugh...

Its Popeyes, fast food chicken, you know what youre getting, the food is good! But the staff needs work... I ordered a deal online, got to the store, waited a half hour when there was almost no one there and when I got home I opened it up to reveal they forgot half my food... Not great.

This is my favorite new Popeyes restaurant. I come here 2-3 times a week and the staff is always very efficient. The restaurant is always very clean and it doesn t matter who is working, the hospitality is always the same. Love that chicken!!

Good customer service and the place is clean. Just a tad bit slow and the chicken is a tad bit salty. Overall great people working here. Edit: nvm I have been waiting more than 15 mins for my order and I m annoyed. Serving other customers and they were getting their orders before me like are you serious?

I am waiting for my order for like almost 45 minutes now. and other people are got their order even the one after me. This guys are just chillin and whatever.
