The 10 pieces chicken dark offer has been taken away, the new offers are useless and very expensive, I was a regular customer of that. Now we are switching to Texas Chicken, they are still giving 10 pcs datk for 26$.

No sauce was included. The cashier did not even asked. Salty chicken

Had a job interview here once, the hiring lady wanted to hire me but only if I agreed to a full (8 hour) 3 day unpaid training. So she wanted me to work for 24 hours ( 3 full 8 hour shifts) unpaid for. This is illegal. I ended up walking out of our interview declining her offer. Be wary anyone who has thought about applying here.

A staff at night was very nice. I order three pieces of chicken. She said all wings are sold off. She then gave me six pieces of Parmesan chicken nugget instead. What a wonderful day

I wanted to order spicy chicken breast 04 pcs for my kids few days ago as my two kids wanted to eat Popays chicken bcs at that day they went to adjust their bracers . They cant eat born one. I specially said want breast only. After I taking the order double check . Then I realized two pieces are not breast . Then I complained to cashier but he never accept my complain and he said that is the way they giving. I saw there are some extra breast already made . I came from office I was so tried to argue and take the order and went. But my kids couldnt eat as they are not breast. Had to make chicken breast for them. Really frustrated. After paying had to cook again. No customer service at all. McDonald have more customer service than this place. Wanted to write same day. Couldnt as I am so busy with my office work. Management should train people them how to treat the customer and meet their requirement to satisfy customer. Frustrated. Not going to this particular store again. I got the same thing different location. They did a great service.

I went into the store a little late, but the person serving me ensured it was ok. I asked beforehand just to make sure and they agreed to make my order. I was greeted by Sunny when I walked in and he was extremely friendly. He hooked me up with my order pronto and it was made fresh and delicious. I felt bad for coming in so late but I was super hungry and felt like some boneless wings. They tasted great and he went above and beyond to ensure I had a good meal. You have lost a frequent customer. I decided to bike to this location even though It was raining super heavily on July 11 at 2:30AM and the Indian cashier with black glasses rudely told me that dine in was closed when there was clearly a table and chair that was readily available. I was essentially forced to go out and eat in the cold rain. The food was poorly made, the wings were cold and corners were clearly cut. The whole time I was in the store I was stared at by the staff for no reason. To anyone considering coming to this location, don t. There s a better location along McNicoll and brimley. Trust me it is more worth it.

I went into location, let staff know about an allergy to shellfish. I Was told by the cashier as well as cook that there was NO cross contamination I d be able to eat it, I ordered chicken tenders meal TO GO While eating the 2nd tender being to get itchy/breakout in rash as well as lips swelling and palate itching etc I stopped eating immediately, had to leave event I was at and rush to the hospital DO NOT RECOMMEND EATING AT WOODSIDE SQUARE POPEYES!!!

I have tasted it many times ~ Popeye s fried chicken is indeed good and good It s more to my taste than some people who always emphasize that they are the hometown of fried chicken

I am unsure why, but it seems every time I visit the quality is random. I enjoy their new chicken wings, but sometimes they are delicious and seemingly made properly, and other times it seems they are rushed and not the proper wings that are advertised. And I know they arent the proper wings because a couple times there were two visible different sets of wings in the container. A few light colored (the wrong ones) and a few nicely red colored (the right ones). I can tell as the red ones have a bit of spice while the lighter colored ones are mild. I think they know this because sometimes they toss in some extra wings to compensate. But I would rather have the delicious well made wings vs whatever kind you use in a rush

At one point the chicken and fries were really good. Now the quality of food is on the decline. The chicken is very dry and the fries seemed like they were from a day or two. Try to avoid coming to this location.

I wouldve selected no stars, but alas, that is not possible. Ive experienced a few negative encounters at this location. Today, there were 2 issues: 1. When I ordered 12 pieces of chicken, the cashier automatically entered All Dark Meat. This has happened in the past as well. I was not asked what type of meat I wanted. When I noticed on the order screen what she had done, I told her I wanted 1/2 white and 1/2 dark (what a customer usually receives with this order). 2. I arrived home and after having eaten a few pieces, I counted them and realized I was given 11 pieces instead of 12 (6 dark meat and 5 white meat). After todays experience, I will avoid going to this location and order from other Popeyes locations. To all customers: check your order on the order screen at the cash, check to ensure you received the correct type of chicken, and COUNT YOUR CHICKEN PIECES BEFORE LEAVING THE STORE.
