I love this popeyes food. Staff is very cooperative and friendly. Atmosphere is quite good.

Lovely people. Accommodated our 17 member group.

Mannu, Rawali,Harman were friendly and welcoming staffs. Hopefully to see more of them working.

Went there staff blasting Indian music in back like you are at some types of concert and neglecting people standing waiting to purchase food while they sit and scrolling lthrough phones. Food very very stale and salty i would not be returning to this location and do NOT recommend.

Horrible branch of Popeyes I decided to stop there to grab a snack and my card got blocked because of their faulty machine that wasn t recognizing my pin properly. The staff at the counter instead of asking me if I had another form of payment made me try one more time. How dumb of me. I should have stopped on the second attempt.

We have been here recently. It was very warm inside. Seems like no air conditioning. Ordered by mobile and was waiting 30 minutes. Workers was just chatting until I came and ask about my order, and the provided me. They never called and there was no any mobile notification that order is ready. At least, plase was more or less clean and was fine to sit with kids. I hope service quality can be increased. Food was good for fastfood.

There was this short indian girl taking orders. Whooahh it seems like shes getting the worst job of her life...her vibe can tell you that she does not want you there... looking at you as if shes been working non-stop for a while. The worst feeling in my life. Please girl l have people looking for a job. I have indians buddies begging for a job. Maybe l should talk to the union or call a work agent to inspect whats going on there..

This Popeyes has to be the worst Ive ever seen. Always dirty inside, and any time I show up its a 10+ minute wait for food for some reason. If you try to order ahead to avoid the wait, its still never ready on time, and they always cheap out on your order (forgot pieces of chicken, fries etc.). Stay away unless youre desperate.

I cant really suggest if you can take the time and go to the location on lakeshore, do it. Trust. Food: Asked for fresh fries. I got half of my request, even after confirming with the employee that she did not mixx in the old fries that were hard and sitting under the heat llamp for god knows how long. I knew right she lied to me, i mean cmon. R u that ignorant. Popeyes fries iwhern fresh are exceptional. Service Well that was a different story. The managaer on duty seemed to be a bit much too.. but she isnt the issue. When i say fresh! I want FRESH. not come outta the washroom (ill get to that in a second) to be given half of what i requested and the other half uneditable crunch. Atmosphere Its popeyes i get it, but wash your washroom instead of standing around doing nothing, just avoid it, smells like 10 day old drunk alcoholic pisss. So yeah, take the extra mile and go to the next one. Sorry but i dont like being lied to my face.

I ordered ghost pepper wings and they went overboard with the hot pepper. The wings were so spicy I couldn t finish a piece. I threw it all out. I ve had ghost pepper wings from other locations and it s my favourite thing to order from Popeyes and they are normally great. I also eat a lot of spice, but this was something else!

Totally unprofessional staff. I would like to give them 0 stars. I requested them to give me fresh food. But when I got my food it was not fresh at all. I told staff that food was not fresh as I requested. Instead of accepting their mistake they we re blaming customer that you are wrong.

The food here is good. The matter of how long it takes to get out should keep the owners awake at night. If you come at noon or shortly after half menu will take 20 mins and all the sides other then fries are unavailable Theres regularly only two staff during peak lunch hour. This means theres a line of people waiting, a like of un-acriojed orders on the back of the counter and a single guy in the kitchen staring at a wall while the front employbtries to juggle taking orders and assembling them. Having lived nearby for a year there seems to be an ideal time to eat here. Theyre always understaffed and under prepared. Be prepared to wait 30 minutes or more for your lunch and be offered to substitute your sides/type of chicken ect to try and get you served faster.

Went there for a quick bite, on a day that needed some comfort food. Two combos with chicken hamburger, coke and a regular side. It s rare to find Coleslaw salad anywhere but you can count on it here. Good to go if you have coupons!

I bought food there there I waited 15 minutes or more and still got chicken with blood in it I had to go back and show them the lady told me it was the spicy seasoning smh the chicken was very bloody anyone can tell she replaced the chicken hand me the food and walked away with sympathy. The food was for my kids and they waited so long only to get bloody chicken this location have very bad customer service.

The place was almost empty, That is a surprise since the food is good. Ordered what I wanted fast. The receptionists was fast. The fish burger was tasty. The fries are also spicy and delicious. The fish filet was fresh. I took a take out this time, next time, I will eat in. Parking: Difficult strest parking. Wheelchair accessibility: Multiple doors to reach the store.

They served me a raw chicken sandwich, I m not sure how you do that, had to take the sandwich back to the counter and show it as a proof. Timestamp: 6:30PM Tuesday, March 28th 2023. The staff was possibly international students, looked like it, didn t wanted to proceed with charges.

Disgusting. They served me overcooked greasy mummified overly salty chicken which shouldve been thrown out an hour ago, with pathetic soggy onion rings. Absolutely revolting. Choose KFC or McDonalds any day over this poor excuse for a fried chicken fast-food restaurant.

My first popeye s experience in Canada was awesome freshly fried oily chicken it was so good that my partner and I decided to get some today but from this branch. While service is all good, the chicken we got today were hard, even at the thin part it s like not re-fried chicken or chicken that s not at its freshest. But food was still edible with no issues. Just bummed out that the enjoyment was different this time around.

Worst Popeyes in North America, precooked dried up chicken. Staff doesn t speak English, guaranteed 30 minute wait while chicken dries up under heat lamps! Unbelievable!

Was walking around Toronto downtown and kids wanted a quick snack. Always love Popeyes and went in . The spicy wings was actually very good . The original wings were ok. Nice location , next to pubs and bars . Customer service was ok. Wish it was quicker : overall a good experience

Food is consistently good, but this location is so insanely slow. Even when they have multiple people working they either move like turtles, or theyre so disorganized and confused that theyre wandering around a bumping into each other. Order ahead if possible.

Popeyes always is up there among my fried chicken go-to, with their combos, or daily deals. I wish they had better gravy than the southwest thing they serve, which sucks. The service here is okay, sometimes very good, sometimes inattentive and aloof. And on one occasion, they didnt refill the ice tea raspberry flavor despite me telling them its empty and flavorless.

The location is good. It was not crowded when I visited. I ordered chicken nuggets. Surprisingly some of them are good and some of them doesn t taste good.

came in to grab some late night dinner. all i ordered was a spicy chicken wrap combo, and took it to go. while i was there waiting for my food there was a man who seemed insane. he was loudly discussing topics such as terrorism and human trafficking, and fighting the air. i personally didn t feel comfortable waiting for my food the least the staff could do is ask him to leave if he s making costumers uncomfortable. when i arrived home, i realized that they forgot to give me my bottled drink(which i paid extra for). i also asked for no tomatoes in my wrap. and the chicken appeared to be a bit pink which turned me off. kinda sucks because this is my local popeyes. OVERALL the atmosphere was uncomfortable. my order was messed up and missing things. and i might catch salmonella or food poisoning. i should give ZERO stars. i only gave 2 stars because i more blame whoever is in charge for not having enough staff.

Not only is the staff mind bogglingly slow, they seem to constantly run out of chicken. Honestly wish there was another Popeyes location near us because it took them 20 mins to give us a basic 3 piece meal.

Popeyes generally makes reasonable food, but at this location, youll want to get there well before closing time (11PM) if you want (semi) fresh food. Ive been here as early as 930PM and been served food that was obviously prepared hours before and the staff are well into the days cleanup. Id say prime time to hit this location is about an hour after opening and no later than 9PM otherwise choose a different location if Popeyes is what youre hungry for.

Usually I m a fan of popeyes, but this might be the worst location. staff were rude when I inquired why my order has taken so long and got there s a standard 15 min delay on all mobile orders . Half-filling the sides was the cake on top.

We visited Popeyes on Dec 4th 2023 at around 9:30pm. The lady at the front took our order and walked off. She spent about 10 minutes on her phone in the back area and later disappeared for another 10 minutes. After waiting more than 20 minutes I grew concerned and when I had the chance, I asked her about our order. She tells me the chicken isnt ready yet but then turns around and loads our basket with the same chicken that was there the whole time. So I guess she lied to us and was hoping we would walk off long enough for her to load our basket without us seeing. I wouldve respected her more if she didnt try to deceive us and just admitted her fault.

Low quality food, not so clean.

Went to this location for lunch with my friend and we both put our orders in at the same time. My friends food was ready and eaten well before my food was even done. They had no hot sauce left and didnt give me any napkins until I asked.

Had dinner here and ordered a 4 piece combo that didnt come with any white meat pieces. You have to specifically ask for them to make it. It took 20 minutes because I wanted a mix and they made exactly the amount for me. Their entire rack was full of dark meat pieces. Avoid this location as they try to gyp you on even pieces of meat

Today was my first and last time ever eating in this place. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY / TIME! There is an MC Donalds on the other side of the street. Popeyes = Garbage.

Chicken is good and juicy. Would not order the biscuits again, as they are super dry. Overall the cashier was nice and seemed like a plenty of room to sit.

Good discovery. I took the nugget combo (croquettes), they were good, not too salty, well cooked. With mac & cheese on the side, good too. Following the delay in our order, fries were offered to us. Big positive point on my side, they offer cherry coke. The young girl taking the order was nice. The toilets were clean (which is worth emphasizing).

I happened to be at this store today and ordered poutine with tenders. They put half the pack of curd and saved half. I could count only few pieces of curd in the poutine box. When I asked why there was so little curd, I was told that it is standard (may be for this perticular store, not the ones I go to regularly). It was basically fries with gravy and few small pices of curd here and there. Tenders were literally half the size of what I would find on regular stores. They also have higher prices compared to other Popeyes. That could be justified given the location but under serving is shameful.
