Great food just needs to open on Sunday's to accommodate customers, really good food

0 rating for customer service. There is a lady in the front who doesn’t know the way to talk to the customer. I came to buy a pop because i am a vegetarian so cant eat much there. She gave me that pop buy making such bad face and told me to say thankyou to her. I mean why should i say thanks if you are rude to me? I think your restaurant should work on the customer service

The food tasted so bad and it wasn’t fresh at all and the people working here at the bloor subway station location were very rude when I asked them to either replace the food or give me the refund . They don't know how to talk to the customers and were very mean The service was pathetic and the food was really disgusting. The chicken wasn’t fresh and the noodles were very dry and felt like plastic and the rice were smelling bad. The food was gross I would never recommend this place. If there was an option I wouldn’t even give one star to this place.

I generally don't write reviews but the experience that I had at this place was just awful. The food that I was served was absolutely pathetic and terrible. If you care about your hard-earned money, go to any other restaurant that is nearby and order from there. This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star. I order a two-item combo (Rice + Chicken). I specifically asked if the chicken was spicy or not, the person said “yes, it is spicy” so I went for it. To my surprise it was not just sweet but the rice that was served with it was cold, stinking and had no flavour. I spent $10 for a food that shouldn’t even be served to animals. The food was simply not edible, and I had to throw it away. In the best interest of your health and money, don’t go.

The food tasted disgusting. Like honey garlic chicken was cook properly, sweet and sour pork was too chewy and beef and broccoli was burned and they didn't have much food that wasn't cook or that wasn't burn. The only thing that was good is the noodles. Don't eat here. Also got food poisoning from here

Jerry is an amazing owner. Cares about his customers. The quality of the food is A+. I've been a customer for many years, when I worked nearby, and since I retired, whenever I visit the area ( Hudson's Bay Centre). Love bringing Kung Pao Chicken, Sweet and Sour Pork, and oodles of noodles home!
