This place is a gem! Great old school Chinese food. Fresh and tasty! Love the wonton soup and the chicken chowmein. Plus they deliver! Keep up the great work! :)
I've always enjoyed the variety of food as well as the customer service and not to mention the environment / atmosphere is always very friendly and warm and welcoming. The one thing that I noticed when comparing the the quality and length of time the food is cooked compared to comparing years ago to most recently I noticed that the ingredients we're much more plentiful compared to years ago as well as the flavor of the sauce and then noodles and that I just use the example of the chicken and it was by far the best chow mein with chicken and vegetables with the sauce as well as a side of spare ribs it was all very delicious. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this restaurant; the hours are very reasonable as well as the prices and availability of the food I hope this restaurant stays open forever hahaha, so to speak. Thank you to the cooks and all the workers that work as a wonderful team to ensure that the service and the food is cooked thoroughly cooked delivered on time and as well as being ready for take out. Thank you very much for running a pretty much the closest thing to a perfect restaurant even though perfection doesn't exist but this restaurant is most is most definitely the ideal Chinese restaurant and I don't think it could ever get any worse it can only get better. Nice neighbourhood restaurant. Decent food and delicious portions. Friendly folks and staff. Try the Crispy Chicken and their Spring rolls. The owners are polite and humble.
The restaurant doesn’t look very fancy but the food is surprisingly very good here. The owners are humble, earnest and polite. I feel good buying from them. Parking is a bit tricky but it’s worth a stop to pick up some lunch or dinner. In addition, the prices are really reasonable… Better than most places. I will definitely come back again when I’m in the area.
Last night I ordered food, it was our anniversary. I've never had such awful food in my life. The food was very bland, the rice was hard, sesame chicken looked like it was still frozen. Not to mention the rest needed some spice. I will never try it again.
I love Sea Spray restaurant. It's my favorite Chinese food, I would not go anywhere else. I've been ordering from them for 20 years. They always get the order right and it comes piping hot and delicious. They have really good lunch specials which I would pick up to eat at my desk.
Dine in service can sometimes be a bit slow due to them prioritizing the many takeout orders at times. The portion sizes to price are generally pretty good value. There is a lot to choose from, but some dishes are better than others. Consistency is usually decent. I recommend the deep fried chicken wings.
SeaSpray Restaurant has been in staple in the Beaches since they first opened in the 1980s. They’re a local, family owned restaurant, and we’ve been getting Chinese food from them for over a decade now. They serve classic Chinese faire, and their dishes are consistently good! Our favourites are their Wonton Soup, Cantonese Chow Mein, Chicken and Broccoli, Sweet and Sour Pork Tenderloin, and Chicken Soo Guy with their sweet and sour sauce. Their Wonton Soup has been a life-saver on regular, sick days and busy work days for me. Their rendition of Honey Garlic Chicken wings are also delectable, as they come smothered in a delicious honey-garlic sauce. Also, every order over $45 gets a box of their free deep-fried chicken wings, which have also become a family favourite! I highly recommend SeaSpray Restaurant if you’re looking for delicious, home-cooked Chinese food!

Everything was bad. especially the guy in front of the Cash was horrible. hes very unprofessional. he should ashamed working in here. dont come here and dont waste your time.
This is our favourite Chinese food in the GTA. We live on the west side now and still order it.

One of the best restaurants. A little about the history about sea spray. Not very long ago the restaurant used to be located in the Markham and Shepard area. And it used to go by the name SinoPino. The place was well known for low prices and BIG portions. The owner that we got to know was Jessica. I m in my 40s now and when I started college I use to go there for the 5.99 crispy chicken on rice or there spicy fried chicken on ride. I ve been to the new location once and still remember it tasting how it use to. If I will be going by again in the next little bit when I m back in Toronto to see if it s how I remember it to be. It is a must try
Awesome shrimp rolls!
Sweet & Sour Pork, Shrimp Chowmein, egg rolls, BBQ pork .so many delicious options at this go-to Chinese restaurant. We ve been ordering takeout from here for over 6 years and have never been disappointed. The food is always well made, tasty, and never over done (too greasy or overcooked). Portion sizes are large and service is quick and responsive. Totally recommend.
Ive had there hot and sour soup a lot of times. Its really delicious . Ive also tried various chicken dishes in general Tao. And there, lemon chicken was okay could of used for sauce. Their prices are reasonable If youre in the area, you should check them out. Food

Great food, great spot for their crispy chicken fried rice, parking is limited though Parking: Park on Kingston Rd before 4pm and after 6pm, you will get a ticket between those times
Found my favourite place for take-out now. Awesome shrimp in a few dishes, hor and sour soup very nice flavour, and pleasant, and efficient service, so polite

The food was quite tasty and fresh. Lots of vegetables in the chow mein which werent soggy. Enjoyed the Cantonese Chow mein, chicken balls and chicken stir fried rice. For the price it was reasonable. Great service to the door.
We ordered tso chicken , not tasty and in middle of it we got a hair so disgusting and we tried to contact them they didn t have contact number too so I m leaving review to let them know
They forgot to put any sugar in my general tao sauce, what garbage this was what a waste of money. Do not order from here save yourself frustration
My mom bought this home for dinner. It is supposed to be lemon chicken. The chicken is dry and rubbery The only redeeming thing is the lemon sauce which is sweet and tangy. This is the first and last time we are ordering from this place.

Been ordering from here for over 30 years (parents ordered as I was a child), and theyve always been great. Portions are large, price is good, and tastes great.
The food was underseasoned. The worst hot and sour soup Ive eaten. It tasted like sugar syrup. Very disappointing, as I remember enjoying it as a child.

We ordered from here twice and both times the food was very bland and grey colored. I got very bad stomach pains after eating the food and it s not a place I would recommend to anyone
SeaSpray in a Chinese food restaurant in my area. My wife and myself got tired of Chinese Food and stayed away until last weekend. We decided to order from our old favorite SeaSpray. The food that we ordered delivery was excellent even so we ordered again 2 days later. SeaSpray has definitely upped their game. I was very pleased with their selection of food items and their delivery was prompt and very friendly. It is nice to have a old favorite back. Recommend it.
