Excellent - way better then the other places in the area !

This was our go to for Chinese food in the area, but the quality has been inconsistent for a while now. Sometimes good, sometimes disappointing, never great. I m not sure what has caused this, but I think we re going to take a break for a while.

Washroom not working... Low end atmosphere...Tao chicken had off flavor...Could only get bottled water and hot tea not available...Overall poor experience...Never go back

The food was decent but their service was great, very kind people in there. They served me whilst dealing with crackheads breaking their window. Shout out to Su-Good!

The chicken wings and the chicken corn soup is perfect. The homemade hot sauce is so delicious!

We were craving some classic Chinese food and stumbled on this place. Ordered a Cantonese chow mein, beef ho fan and sweet and sour pork for pick up. Food hit the spot and price was very reasonable. Very nice family running the place also!

Last night, I ordered noodles with shrimp, chicken, and vegetables. It was the most terrible food Ive ever tasted.

Not so good. We have been on a mission to find a good chinese food restaurant near us and we will NOT be ordering from here again. I found the food VERY oily and boring with HUGE chunks of raw onion throughout (yuck). The chicken wings were dry and difficult to eat (so we didnt) and the chicken balls have almost no chicken in them, all bread. Not worth it, we will not put ourselves through that again.

Extensive menu with Cantonese, Mandarin and Caribbean Chinese menu items. Great DF chicken wings. Vegetarian options: Lots of great veggie and tofu options. Parking: If street parking on Danforth isnt available, can find lots of free parking in the Canadian Tire parking lot across the street.

I ordered chicken and broccoli for pick up The container was 90% noodles, 5% chicken, and 5%broccoli. Not worth $17. The chicken and broccoli were mediocre tasting. Not going back. Food

i got the the general tso chicken combo..the chicken was really good but the fried rice had nothing in, it had no flavour and was just coloured brown and it was stale..threw it out

The food is the best in the east end, and the service is great. Big fan.

Crispy sweet/sour/spicy General Tso Chicken, warming and savoury hot & sour soup and fried rice brings so much comfort these cold winter days. I suppose after Covid, itll take some time to bring the atmosphere more for dining in, but dont let the appearances fool you, the service and food is perfect. This spot is also open later than other options nearby. The woman that waited on us was super friendly, makes you feel at home and accommodating. Dining in is the best way to try options I detailed above as this is when theyre hottest and fresh/crispy. Take-out probably works well for short distances.

Went to visit my friend today as shes taken some time off to tend to her husband after surgery our supper was from here her treat to buy it was so good and very filling that I have left overs but thats okay thats the best part fully recommend

Best Chinese restaurant in the east end by far. The general tso chicken, beef broccoli, and chilli chicken are incredible. Love this place !

I had take out this past weekend and everything was great. Except they have changed their egg rolls and spring rolls, much smaller and they do not taste the same, I do not recommend getting the those on the menu.

Decent, just one time they said their special was lemon chicken on rice. But the lemon chicken was actually just Janes pub style chicken fingers with lemon sauce. A little to hood even for me.

Good food, had chicken chow main and chicken balls on 2 separate occasions. Both well done. Service was friendly and I like that she let me know how long food was going to take as I was on my lunch break. Good prices lots of specials to pick from.

Pretty good sweet & sour, really big serving sizes!

Not bad and could easily improve. The Chicken Fried Rice was sub-optimal and under-performed. Pretty boring. However, the Cantonese Chow Mein was overly impactful. Lots of toppings and at a great price. Truly a flavour packed dish, with lots of variety of vegs and meats piled on top of smoky sauced noodles. Delicious, and I will come back for that. Even just adding a bunch of onions would have happied up the CFR; the creativity and generosity on display in the CCM reinforced the lack of in the fried rice. A better balance between these two would be more realistic. Ill be back! Its now been a year and the chicken fried rice has onion! Yay! Everything we ordered is great. Very happy with the experience. Bravo!

Got the General Tao chicken combo with fried rice, chicken and rice were both a little dry and a little on the sweet side for me. Waited over an hour for delivery though, which wasn t great.

No flavour in the fried rice, and the general taco chicken was actually sweet n sour crispy chicken. I do not recommend eating here if you are looking for authentic anything.

Love this restaurant! We have no complaints. The food is always fresh and good portions. Delivery and order taker crew always friendly amd respectful.

We were very happy with our selections. Of particular note was the Singapore noodles and the Crispy Ginger chicken. The Singapore noodles came with ample amounts of shrimp and pork. The shrimp weren t those skimpy tiny ones, rather they were a fair size and the flavour was spot on. The Crispy Ginger chicken was a very nice treat. Yes crispy and also very flavourful. We would order from them again. The lemon chicken was also a hit, light crispy coating and cooked perfectly, not overly done.

A bit of a weight on Christmas Day they closed at 10 PM but they were there for a single guy with no dependence or not but friends and a lonely Christmas Day and the food quality was quite good for the price they were somewhere in the middle and amongst Chinese food restaurants.

Best Chinese food in East Danforth, hands down. So far, both orders have been excellent! The first order was a pick up, we paid cash and were offered a 10% discount due to them only having one delivery person, causing long wait times. The second order was also a pick up but we were denied the 10% discount, unfortunately. So a little bit of inconsistency there. Otherwise, the food is really good! Both orders came with Chicken Fried Rice for free, which is a really nice dish. Having come from living close to Chinatown in Toronto and regularly ordering from some of the best and most popular Chinese food restaurants this city has to offer I can definitely say with confidence that this place stands up with the big ones. The General Tso Chicken is TOP NOTCH!! Honestly up there as some of the best we ve had. I m sure with continued orders we may find some inconsistencies with the food quality as you will read in the reviews, although that has not been the case for us thus far. I m honestly not understanding the one star reviews and completely disagree with them. As mentioned, the General Tso is crazy good! The chicken wings are insane. So crispy!! The chicken balls are a bit heavy on the breading but honestly really good. The red sauce isn t too sweet like others I ve tried. The Chicken Fried Rice is deliciously crispy and the low mien is all really great. The dumplings are also excellent!! I would fully recommend you pick up your order so the food is hot and fresh for you. That seems to be the key factor here. We will be back for more!

Su Good is a regular place for my friends and I because it has, without fail, always given us some of the best Chinese dishes. From the absolutely stunning Chilli Chicken to the Spicy Shrimp & Squid dish that is to die for- Su Good has turned into our favourite place to eat in Toronto. The Kung Pao Beef, the General Tao, the Ginger Beef- everything delivers spectacularly. The service is some of the most heart warming and pleasant Ive experienced in a restaurant. The lady who is always there at the front is so accomodating and so lovely to talk to and because of her, the restaurant has a very home-like vibe. While the quality is fantastic, the quantity is so generous. Every cent is worth the food. Ive never felt hungry or unfulfilled after leaving. I fully recommend Su Good and I hope others find an experience just as good as ours.

They are always friendly and the Shanghai Noodles and fried rice are wonderful! They are respectful of vegetarian orders.

Will not order from here again, First of all they charged me $8.50 for spicy fries, my fault for not double checking Then I get my chicken lo mein and it s made with the frozen veggie mix from Costco (not fresh veggies) and weirdly sliced grilled chicken that I also assume was frozen. Disappointing and a waste of money

Chicken was so rubbery I could not chew it enough, it did not taste like chicken at all . I will never go back.

When I think of Chinese American food this is exactly what comes to my head. Its quite standard but what ai really liked was how nice the main person is at the front. She is very welcoming and to be blunt I only tried the food because she was so hospitable. Ordered the family meal for 3a and replaced the beef with chicken chow mein since my mother doesnt eat beef. The wings were very good and the chicken balls were great. The batter they use is very tasty and not that oily. Everything else was alright. Will come again. Will update pictures on next visit.

Excellent Chinese food with friendly delivery!

The interior is good, also the lady in the register, but other than these the food was not tasty. Maybe its just my preference, dont want to generalize it. The rice I was served was cold and hard, the chicken had a little too much salt. I went there for dinner in the evening. I wont be visiting again.

Great Food, one of the best spots to get good pork fried rice. Crispy Ginger chicken to name a few of my favorites. Exactly what I expect from a good local hidden gem. Store and atmosphere not much to talk about, but the food is Great. Recommend.

For a tasty affordable Chinese food, this place is highly recommended. The person handling the counter is amazing. She remembers the repeat customers and always is very helpful about allergies and ingredients.

Been ordering from Su-Good since 2015 its my go to place for Chinese food. Highly recommend this place, food always come hot and delicious and they give you great portions. The ladies who take your order over the phone are great, I love how they repeat your order to make sure they took your order right.

I ordered for the second time here, and my first great experience was not a fluke! The food was hot and fresh and delicious, and the service was warm and friendly when I picked up my order. This is my new go-to whenever I dont want to cook.

This place is the best! I literally have a Chinese food restaurant at the bottom of my building, but I drive up to Su Good, because its true, it is Soo Good. Everyone is always so friendly and the food is so fresh. I hate green peppers and they always accommodte me.

We waited for 1 hour and 30 minutes and it showed up cold. Not impressed at all.

I found this place when I worked on the Danforth. I no longer work down there anymore but still make the drive down from Aurora just to pick up their food. My entire family love the Caribbean Chicken Fried rice (C1) We always get 3 orders to go. The staff is extremely friendly and the portions are very big. I highly recommend this place.

This was my go to Chinese food place. I loved their dinner for 4b. Today I ordered it and was completely disappointed. Rice was bland, had a strange taste, shrimp was like rubber, noodles were bad texture, chicken was over battered and greasy. The egg rolls were great Nd so was the beef and broccoli, but if im gonna pay almost $80 for take out, I expect to like more than 2 of the 8 things we ordered. Sorry su good, I hate leaving bad reviews, you were my favorite restaurant, but your food quality has gotten too bad. Maybe you need a better cook. Whatever it is, you need something. I will not be ordering here anymore.

This place stays open late so I decided to take a chance and I read some good reviews. But I regret that I got food from this place. I dont know why its got good reviews but the food didnt taste good. I dont cook at home so all my meals are from takeout food. I know from experience. I would rate this place as greasy spoon. The taste can be subjective but I have tried many different Chinese foods to know that the taste is sub-par. Also, food didnt feel clean and left me feeling grungy. I ordered 3 dishes and all of them had the same faint aftertaste as I was eating and started to feel gross. I threw it out and will never order from there again.

Very friendly staff and lots of options to choose from. The ambience is also good and there is enough place for small groups. Unfortunately, the food wasnt that good for me and but the portion size was good enough for a single person. I felt there is no value for money considering the price. Not recommended for those whose looking to try a very good chinese cuisine.

This place is one of my go to places for Chinese food! The people are very kind and the food is always enjoyable. I always order a big list of items here, but one of my favourite items has to be the spicy chicken wings. My whole family loves to indulge in these wings as well as the honey garlic chicken, crispy ginger beef, and the chow mein. Overall delicious food and you guys should definitely check it out!

The food looked disgusting and the food wasnt cooked properly. Also the pork didnt look healthy at all. No red rim around the meat. She would only refund 50% of the money which is a total rip off when nothing was eaten. Disgusting. So now Im on top of this with the health department n the Better Business Bureau. The food quality was decent, Id say 3/5. Though the chicken had too much batter. However, the dealbreaker is that I got a stomach ache and diarrhea shortly after eating there.

Place is call Su-Good for a reason. The food is great in taste and portion. Su is always so happy and welcoming. When I worked across the street I went here 3 to 4 days a week. That was about 4 to 5 years ago and even til now when I call to place an order because Im in the area she still remembers me and my regular order. Chili Chicken extra spicy with steam rice.

Restaurant not to busy but the amount of pick up and delivery orders while I was there eating shows how good this place really is. Cant wait to come back to try something new!

The staff was so friendly and sweet. I had the Caribbean wings- so freaking amazing!!!! Texture on point,not too spicy, so much flavour. And an order of dumplings that were shockingly huge, and one again absolutely delicious and the prices are really great. What an east end gem.

Su-Good restaurant is a small cozy restaurant but their food is really, really good. Try their Caribbean fried rice and Cantonese chow mein, its the best . I live far from this restaurant but its worth driving miles just to pick up my order.

Cantonese chow mein (asked for no carrot/bok choy), chili chicken w/ steamed rice and spring rolls October 8, 2020: I KNEW I wouldnt wait another 5 years! Ordered delivery direct from the restaurant - only $2 for orders over $25 pre tax! Same Singapore noodles and spring rolls, but also added chili chicken over steamed rice. Full meal and good portion size. Thank you Su-Good! You are SO good!!! October 7, 2020: Its unfortunate that there is no dine-in available right now (due to covid) but I managed with takeout. I hadnt been there for about 5 years. No reason, I just hadnt. Yet, when I walked in, despite the lack of tables and chairs, it still felt like Id been visiting on a regular basis. Id been longing to have their Singapore noodles so I chose chicken and shrimp as my meat options (with extra curry), and yep, just as good as I remembered! Crispy spring rolls and chicken wings rounded out my order. Nothing had changed. Dont think I can wait another 5 years until next time! Started eating from Su Good about 2 months ago. Hands down the food is excellent from fried rice to chili chicken, general tao chicken or chow mein noodles. Portions are huge. Always fresh, hot and tasty. Recommend this place to several people. No complaints. Chad

They use to be my favorite chinese food. But, my last order wasnt good at all. They raised the prices and the quality went down. The beef chow main, I swear the noodles were either way too old or some sort of rubber. As I ate it, they never really broke down and you can hear a squeaking noise (as if chewing on rubber) I immediately spit it out and threw the rest away.

Best Chicken Almond Soo Guy, deep fried Chicken Wantons and Chicken Wonton soup around. Honorable mention also to the Honey Garlic Tofu with Cashews. Classic Canadian style Chinese food. Consistent quality, good portions , good value and friendly staff. For those old enough to remember, the food, not the Decor reminds me of the old Lichee Garden when they were on Elizabeth St. in the 1960s. I have ordered take out at least 10 times. Never disappointed.

Got takeout, was terrible. Took over an hour to deliver, and when it got here it was cold. Expensive price did not reflect the poor quality of food. Too much batter on everything, noodles overcooked. Not even good leftover when drinking!!
