Best bbq pork and duck around downtown Toronto. Great prices and portions too!! Highly recommend to anyone. Crab meat and fish maw soup is good but not the best, but still damn good!

December 12, 2024 - I ordered 4 items for lunch. 3 dim sum items and 1 plain congee. I am so disappointed that this is the first all 4 items are very poor quality. The dough for the dim sums are so thick. The plain congee still has the rice in it. I have ordered BBQ pork before, it was okay. Unfortunately, I wasted my money totally on todays order. Uber charged me a total amount of $41.48 and it took an hour or longer to deliver. Very disappointed. I did not know that the dim sums are so bad or I would never order.

Weve had dine in and takeout from here at least a dozen times and it has been very consistently great. Food, service, atmosphere, and even value for price.

ordered here twice, once takeout, the other time delivered. The price of my first Uber eats delivery got pretty high , but no buyers remorse here. i recommend highly Supreme Taste. generous portions of what Canadians have come to expect of regional Chinese food. in this case the region being toronto. Supreme Taste exceeded our expectations on both visits. wonderfully executed Peking Duck. my friends swear by the Liver Congee . The roast pork was moist and abundant.

The pictures speak for themselves. Well executed Cantonese dishes with friendly attentive service and a very clean environment. I just wish I lived closer.

My favorite Chinese spot in the city. The prices are really affordable, actually cheaper than any restaurant chain nowadays. And the quality of the food here is so good! Cannot not give a 5 star

The food was pretty good, not amazing but it is standard Chinese food. We did enjoy the chicken and mushroom as well as the spring rolls, but be careful about some of the menus. You see here online not all of them are up-to-date. Vegetarian options: There are plenty of vegetarian options, though I m not sure I can really trust all the dietary restrictions as most of stuff is cooked in shared grills or woks. That being said, if you have the desire for your vegetarian options, not to touch meat or surfaces that have touched meat, I can t promise that that will be the case. Parking: The restaurant itself doesn t have any parking, but there is street parking in some of the side streets that are not far away and a block away. There is a green P parking lot.

Absolutely delighted place for a lunch or dinner. Food is amazing. The staff is friendly.

Kind servers, food is always generous and never too salty. And very reasonable prices. Also once I ordered something not on menu ( they made it for me! And it s delicious Also they always serve me a complimentary soup! The soup is nothing special.. a bit blend really but very homey, exactly the kind that my mom makes haha

The food is honestly amazing, I am in love. HOWEVER, on uber eats their BBQ duck and soya chicken meal is only purchasable with the buy 1 get 1 free deal. They mark up the price to 30$ so you are not actually getting BOGO, you are just being forced to buy the meal twice. Not only is this incredibly inconvenient if you only want to purchase 1 (I have never been able to purchase this meal because of this scam), it also is fraudulent practice. Great food, but disappointed that the restaurant needs to do this on Uber Eats

The pan fried beef noodle was lousy. Meat was boiled before, and then fried with the noodles. Looked pretty bad after sitting for a little while.

Their congee is so good and thick. I had congee with pork and century egg. We also had their rice with barbecued pork, which is also good but I think the congee is better. The manager and servers were very nice. Would love to come again and try more food!

I had lunch at this restaurant. The food was tasty. It was pretty busy. The staff were friendly. The star is their bbq items and soya chicken. If anything, take some home. Parking: Free street parking during the day is only 1 hour.

Take out order with fresh roast pork and soya chicken, and wonton soup. Everything was perfect, servings arrived hot and portions were healthy. I will definitely try something else next time.

Did not eat there. Sat down and noticed flies were everywhere. The bathroom was not clear and flies on the wall near the kitchen at the back. Walked out.

Most recent review: I ate Har Gow shrimp dumplings that were large and perfectly cooked. I also had braised chicken feet, a delicacy. Lunch was early before the lunch crowd, delicious and very generous proportiond. I was very happy with the portion size of my lunch consisting of soya chicken leg and crispy skin pork. I ordered two BBQ on rice, which came with broccoli, green onion and ginger as well as hoisin sauce. The service and atmosphere was organized and clean which creating a wonderful dining experience. I arrived early on a Saturday morning just before a lunch crowd. I recommend this restaurant for quick take out or dining in. It is fairly priced and service is fast.

We initially found this place while looking for Chinese bbq takeout one day, and we loved it so much that we decided to take our family here. My family is quite picky about Chinese restaurants, but I heard nothing but praise for our meal tonight. We ordered the roast duck, roast pork, shrimp fried rice, bitter melon and beef, free range chicken, and some veggies dishes. Everything was perfectly seasoned and fresh. The staff are warm and welcoming, and the owner is so generous and kind. We will definitely be back for the amazing food and service!

Based on the wonderful dining experience the first time, the whole family will come here again and look forward to delicious food! but, Stir-fried rapeseed with garlic. The vegetables were not washed and contained sand! Pineapple fried rice, the rice is freshly cooked. The fried rice is too wet and the pineapple has no flavor. The fried rice should be frozen overnight to make it dry and delicious. Taishan fried rice noodles are too wet and taste bad! The Cantonese porridge is obviously thickened with too much powder, and the whole thing turns yellow and black! disappointment! The roasted duck and roasted meat are of high quality and worth it! Excuse me, have you changed the chef? I hope the boss notices the improvement and business is booming!

Amazing food! Transports you right back to HK. The owner Ben is also so kind and makes the experience even more wonderful.

Best rice noodle beef I had for a while. Also the bbq duck and chicken and rice is awesome. I gave it a lower rating than the 5 stars I initially put for one reason: On one visit, I took the stairs to the toilet and it was so dirty, never seen such dirty stairs in any restaurant I have been to. This made me feel sick, if the stairs are like this, I cant even imagine what could the state of the kitchen be. I wont be going there again, which is a shame because the food was the best taste wise.

They are really busy and yet orders are taken in no time and the dishes come fast. Great quality food! We had a bunch of different items, all was very well cooked. One of the last remaining pearls in this part of the town. Thanks fort that! Will come back for sure.

My favourite Chinese BBQ in Toronto!

Oh. My. Word. The BBQ meats here are INCREDIBLE. Possibly the best roast pork I ve ever had. And the char Siu is lean and tasty. I liked the chicken as well. Can t wait to go back. They also take order for whole roasted pigs for ie weddings. Parking: Street parking directly in front of the restaurant. A paid green p lot right around the corner.

I ordered 4 pounds of Duck Wings for take out. But when I open them after I get home, it turns out there is only 30% are wings, the rest of are Duck feet + some other organs. Completely shady business practice.

Worst Chinese food I ve ever eaten. No taste no flavours. I ordered food here through Uber because of the high rating in google but all the 4 dishes we ordered were terrible. We couldn t eat any food without hot sauce. Totally waste of money!!

Our family loves Supreme taste! The staff are so kind, food is delicious, service is quick, and prices are always reasonable. One of our favourite spots to go out in the east end.

We had such a fantastic dinner at Supreme Taste. Service was so friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was perfect. First, a pot of tea. Small dining area, a lot of take out hussle, noisy and busy. As I said, perfect. We ordered barbecue duck and pork with rice, snow pea leaves with oyster mushrooms, and congee with pork and preserved egg. Every bite of our meal was delicious. We especially enjoyed the congee. If we were here longer we would return soon to experience the rest of the menu.

Best spot for Chinese food. Great food. Always fresh and tasty. Excellent service. Reasonable prices. I was excited when this spot popped up a couple of years ago. Thrilled that they did not disappoint. I grew up in Toronto and sad to see all the great places for Chinese have moved outside of the Toronto core. This place is a treat! You should treat yourself. Easily located in the East Chinatown area. Ttc stop right in front. Green P and street parking near by. Two doors down from the bike sauce. My go to place to pick up fresh sides for dinner. Grab some vegetables at the grocery store near by then grab delicious bbq meat, pop home, make rice, dinner in 20mins. Or grab a combo, or eat there. Im very fussy about Chinese food and this one hits the spot. Owners and staff always friendly. I dont write reviews much but think this one absolutely deserves a top notch one! Kudos to you Supreme Taste!!!

What a pleasant surprise! Competition is good no longer can the neighbouring restaurant monopolize the business. This one actually much more generous when it comes to the petty stuff (we don t have to ask for extra dipping sauce like bbq pork sauce or ground ginger and onions). You would love the bbq duck and salted fish fried rice if you re a native canto diner. So authentic and worth the effort to drive down here for their food. I hope them stay their course and don t take their customers for granted (like king s). I will be back for more bbq meat

I wish I couldve tried this places BBQ duck and chicken with vegetables combo...but unfortunately, I have a peanut allergy and they do use peanut oil for the duck preparation. I wholeheartedly appreciate the owners recognition of my allergy and instant contact to advise as to a potential issue, along with a swift cancellation for the order, given this issue. I look forward to trying other dishes in the future if I am able to. This place has A+ customer service, I can see why the reviews are so great.

Ordered take-away a few months ago: bbq & roast pork on rice. It was delicious. Service was fast and friendly. Restaurant was full of Chinese people (heard Cantonese & Mandarin), which is a good sign.

As dining out gets more and more expensive, it is always such a win when I find great food at a great price. At Supreme Taste on Broadview just south of Gerrard you ll find an authentic Chinese restaurant with dishes priced lower than most. It is a traditional Chinese BBQ house. I ordered Shrimp Fried Rice ($13.95). It normally comes with a disk of scrambled egg on top but I requested mine sunny side up which arrived perfectly fried. The small to medium-sized shrimp were abundant. Fried rice here is Hong Kong style meaning it s light on soy and has bits of scrambled egg throughout. Each bite with runny yolk, shrimp, and a generous helping of scallions, is the perfect bite. This serving is huge and more than enough for one person if it s all you order. Customer service is top notch; staff and owners are knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. Decor is very typically Chinese: a few Fortune Kitties (Fat Toy Mew) at the back, fluorescent lighting, and tables and chairs. All very basic, all the more to showcase the truly outstanding cuisine. Huge bang for buck. Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetable stir fries and veggie chow mein. You can also order a dish meat free. They ll accommodate. Dietary restrictions: Just tell them what restrictions are and they will accommodate Parking: Paid metered street parking but free after hours 8 or 9 pm? Check the meters to be sure.

This is my favorite resturant in the neighborhood. Bbq pork and soy chicken are my all time favorites.

Super yummy. I cant believe this place is so close to me and I just tried it. They renovated and prob some of the best Chinese food Ive had in the city. If you get take out and the roast duck, put the oven on broil and . Fried rice was really fresh and tasty also. I didnt take pics cuz I devoured but will def add. Super friendly server also who gave me her own personal Fanta cuz I saw it and wanted one.

Supreme waste of appetite, time and money more like it. Ordered Buddhas Delight on Vermicelli noodles and Spicy Salt Calamari: I guess the one star rating you have to leave in order to write the review can go to the fact that most of the food was edible. Buddhas Feast/Delight is supposed to come with a mountain of mixed vegetables, including mixed mushrooms, including the oh so tasty Chinese mushroom; but our Buddhas Delight from Supreme Waste came with barely one Chinese mushroom, cut into two pieces, and not much of the other ingredients either. It was like they used the cheapest, oldest ingredients they had in house to make us our meal. Barely any taste; bland. New Ho King Chinese restaurant on Spadina, just South of College, now they make an excellent Buddhas Feast and Spicy Salt Calamari; go there to satisfy your Chinese food desires, not to Supreme waste!

Honestly, one of my favorite local places. The owners / team here are amazing. They get to know you personally. We have kids and they always try to make them feel special. I feel so happy that this local business is here... and hope they are thriving!

We had lunch today. The foods weren t great as the last time we had. Snow peas leaves with garlic was salty. The service wasn t good as the order for seafood chowmein came out with meat. We had to ask them to redo it, but it wasn t very good after all. We asked for steamed rice and never got it. All over the foods and services weren t satisfied.

The food is the most important thing here. We came for the dim sum and were not disappointed. Lots of food, cooked to perfection. Its a small place, but we didnt have to wait long for a table. Atmosphere is seeing a fully cooked pig with the head still on carried across the restaurant to go into the window.

One of the last places south of Steeles that you can get some truly amazing HK style BBQ.

One of the better authentic Chinese restaurants in East Chinatown. In general, the food is excellent, beautifully presented and reasonably priced.

The person who served me knew EVERY SINGLE customer who walked in while I was there. Supreme taste is at the center of its neighborhood and is the heart and soul of what Chinese food represents across Chinese communities outside the motherland. Its peace, comfort, and happy memories. Eating there warmed my heart, and I will pay them a visit anytime I am around the east end. Ah, and the food was absolutely delicious.

*Update* - still my fav Chinese resto east of the Don; very friendly staff - they accommodated a non standard dish for me (BBQ pork and duck w/ Shanghai noodles instead of rice) and were upfront about the price breakdown and difference! Supreme Taste, located near Broadview and Gerrard, is a comfortable and welcoming local spot in the Broadview Chinatown to grab an affordable bite to eat. The location used to also hold a Chinese restaurant that served similar foods of BBQ pork and lunch combo meals however, the owners and staff at Supreme Taste really make this place unique and such an easy place to be at. All staff are pleasant, friendly, and polite. Supreme Taste is a cozy restaurant with tables for sit in meals. The place may be small but the menu is extensive, the service is friendly, and the place is clean! It does get quite busy so expect that you might have to wait a bit to grab a table during peak hours. What to eat? Well, the options are endless with classic Cantonese dishes (e.g. fried noodles, bbq + rice combos, dim sum, fried rice) and I certainly havent tried everything yet. This review focuses on their bbq + rice combos as well as the wrapped sticky rice. If you want an affordable meal, please do consider their bbq rice combos (see menu). The portions are generous and I love that it comes with a side of vegetables (broccoli). The bbq pork was juicy and tender (not too sweet) and the roast pork had a nice crispy skin (not too salty). The flavours are milder and dont seem as salty as some other restaurants. I typically can only eat half and end up saving the rest for the next days lunch! Another great option to consider: their selection of wrapped sticky rice. Choose from scallop sticky rice, peanut sticky rice, and green bean sticky rice. My preference is the green bean sticky rice (see image). The wrapped sticky rice is so savory and flavorful with a hint of what I think is 5 spice powder (its subtle but elevates the experience). Youll see the fillings are very generous with an equal ratio of filling to rice (pork, egg yolk, green beans, Chinese sausage). Its an affordable and filling meal. Buy a bunch home and keep them in your fridge or freezer. You can steam them or microwave them for an easy and satisfying meal. I cant end this review without taking a moment to compliment the current staff team at Supreme Taste. Perhaps what I appreciate most about this restaurant is just how pleasant everyone is. Not gonna lie - the restaurant is busy and it can easily be overwhelming but the staff are just pleasant all the time. Ive seen them greet every customer with respect and sincerity. Its obvious that they have regular customers with names exchanged and plenty of see you tomorrow. Its obvious why they have so many regular customers. If you happen to be in the area, be sure to check out Supreme Taste!

Best Chinese Food in the east end!

Supreme Taste has rocketed towards the top spot of my list in the city for barbecue meat. This restaurant is deservedly bustling both in lunch time and dinner time. The barbecue meat (BBQ pork, soya chicken, and roast pork) are all consistently done well and juicy. Ive been here at least 15 times and havent experienced a dry cut. I particularly have to shout out their sauce as its got that a balanced sweetness that I really love (rather than too heavily soy). The owners and staff are all very hospitable and overall, it just feels like an approachable and lively neighborhood fixture.

10/10 food experience. I had the wings and rice dish and the wings were dynamite. The main man Ed is probably one of the most charming people I ve ever met and has some great banter. Can t wait to come back again :)

The staff, including the waitress and manager, is welcoming. The BBQ duck boasts a crispy skin, juicy meat, and an excellent sauce that adds delightful flavor. Also highly recommend the delicious layer cake.

Affordable and delicious

I went here a few times in the last 2 months, each time I asked the person behind the cash not to put sauce of any kind on my BBQ order and each time he puts sauce on my order! The last straw was an order on UberEats where they put salty green onion oil on my soya sauce chicken which completely ruined the delicate sweet flavours of soya sauce chicken. You have to be a complete idiot not to follow basic instructions. If it wasnt for this issue at not following customers basic instructions I would have given it a higher rating. But I would not come back here again as Wok & Roast is next door and they listen to their customers.

Didn t catch their names but the two gentlemen at cash and at the meat station were so hospitable and friendly. They were chatting with my partner and I while we were waiting for our food. We ordered bbq pork, and a roast pork combo. They added some extra duck to the combo for us to try too. It s always nice to connect with fellow Chinese people in the city. Glad to have walked into this establishment and be met with genuine interactions. Our first time here and will definitely be returning when we re in the area :)

This is my favorite place to eat. Ed, the host and manager (and owner) is the main draw with his attentive and considerate service. They offer many choices, the food is excellent, the space is always welcoming, and I always leave here even happier than I walked in. Its the place to go to celebrate a pleasant day, get over a rough one, or on a routine because its the right thing to do.

What an amazing find!!! This is a new Chinese restaurant that brings back that old school family run restaurant vibe from when I was a kid. First thing I ll say is the service is amazing!! The people are so friendly and kind!! I ve been here 3 times and I always leave smiling. My dad who is a grumpy old Asian and hates everyone and every restaurant loves it here because of how friendly everyone is and how they treat elderly with respect. But of course the true test is the food I ve been eating dim sum and Asian food every week for most of my life and I can say that this is one of my favorites. The food is always fresh and so flavourful. Most of their dishes don t have that bland generic taste of other restaurants. The prices are much cheaper and the protein sizes bigger than most. I can t recommend it enough, tried their dim sum today for the first time and i was shocked at how much cheaper it is and fresher than most places. Definitely can t recommend this place enough. Go try it, you won t be disappointed.

Addicted to the seafood congee here, super comforting on a cold day. Tons of seafood in there, great flavor and super reasonable price. Looking forward to trying more things, Im sure theyll be just as good.

Excellent new and highly unpretentious Chinese restaurant in east Chinatown. The hot and sour soup and xiao long bao were standouts but everything we had was delicious. Its also one of the few places they give you ginger scallion oil with the soya sauce chicken. All their BBQ stuff is excellent and theyre such nice people. Great place.

I made the short trip to see if the food lives up to the reviewers. I must say it is very good except for one dish. We ordered the rice/roast pork/poached chicken, seafood congee and the wonton mein. This is the dish that needed a bit more flavor. Otherwise, it is very good.

I use to come here 5-7 years ago. I usually order the BBQ chicken on rice but I stopped going because the butchers were dirty. Picked their nose and dont wash their hands. Also, the place looked filthy and unsanitized. That was 5-7 years. Recently I came by and looked at the place through the windows and was amazed by how clean inside was. Theyve totally renovated the place. I decided to give this place a 2nd chance and to my impression. The food was absolutely delicious. Ordered the wonton noodle soup, portion size was great, customer service was good. They definitely improved from the lastime I visited. Definitely come back again and again!

This Establishment has got it right - Great food, nice sized portions, reasonable prices and very welcoming Friendly Service! The addition this Neighbourhood needed. Welcome Supreme Taste! I use the Cantonese Chow Mein as my gauge for comparison and it did not disappoint. One of my favourites so far is the Mapo Tofu with large chunks of tofu, eaten hot or cold, it provided just enough heat for my palette. The Roast Pork skin - I could have eaten more, more, more, it was so good, along with the Char Siu having a nice slightly sweet taste. The Beef Ho Fun (partially eaten before remembering to take a pic) had lots of nice sized tender beef. Dishes were all Take-out. Now what to try on my next visit

My friend and I were at the restaurant on April 26. The roasted duck leg and wonton noodle soup was tasty. The roasted duck was tasty, yet not salty, unlike many other BBQ places. The congee was refined with the right consistency. Great food, helpful staff, good value and clean! It was great chatting with Ed whos the manager. Keep up the good work. We will definitely return to try other dishes. We returned one week later (May 3) and ordered a stir-fried beef rice noodle dish. It has a good aroma from being cooked at a high temperate on the wok. I had never seen so much beef for this dish (Its a good thing) and the mouth-taste is excellent (the beef is not over-tenderized, and there is a right amount of chewiness). Other dishes include the stewed beef noodle soup and the curried beef with rice. Both are very fragrant, and the beef is tender. Today, June 21, we have the wonton & BBQ duck noodles. I m happy to say the quality is consistent and super tasty. We also have the Xiamen rice vermicelli. It s full of complementary colours and textures.

The house fire noodle was not fire and a lot of sauce they should call it house noodle soup bbq duck very tasty which is nice but the bbq pig was too fat very disappointed next time I should order wonton soup may b better spice sauce Dave to ask good thing waiter was good service is great little pricey in east Chinatown I will give it a second tried may b its newly open

Honestly, the best Chinese food in town! The service is so personal and they are always warm and welcoming. Everything we have tried there is delicious and have been multiple times now.

New Chinese restaurant serving comfort food items such as Chinese BBQ, rice, congee, noodles at affordable price. Generous portion plus tasty and flavourful. Hardworking staff are friendly as well. Great addition to the East Chinatown area. UPDATE: I dined in for lunch today and ordered a satay beef ho fun, super tasty, nice piping hot, just the way I like my food, big portion, so big that I couldnt finish the plate and asked for a take out box. Friendly family run business. Place is clean, modern, bright and the Chinese BBQ are nice as well. Parking: There are street parking but there is a Green P just around the corner that has plenty of parking space. And paid street parking on the same street and side streets.

Went here last month with my mother and was impressed at the incredible food and service, although a bit pricey. We ordered the roast duck, roast pork, char siu, duck wings and chicken. Food was amazing. Mom went alone Sunday for similar take out. However, this time we were disappointed (to put it mildly) at what we got when we opened the roast pork take out box - filled with bone and gristle with a bit of meat thrown in. Mom picked out a nice centre cut as she usually does, and we suspect the guy at the chopping station (Sunday aft around 1pm) must have done a switch behind the counter with some end pieces. Very disappointed to the point we wont go again.

All the dishes are tasty. Good portions. Expect service like simple fast food places. Prices reasonable. Theres good dinner or meals combo prices.

Congee has the right consistency one of the best in Canada, better than any place in Vancouver. It s hard to make the balance. Not too watery, not too thick. Perfect for a congee day!

Great spot on the east end! Highly suggest their house made plum sauce! So homey and delicious! Worth the visit!

The food was good and the portion is big for the price. The service is great, and they serve you with a smile. I was sweating a lot and there was an older gentleman just gave me a bunch of napkins to dry up without me asking....You can never find service like this anymore.....I will be back for sure....

Wow what a change of atmosphere in this place from before!! Will be returning for indoor dining again soon. I had the pleasure of meeting Ed, the son, of the chef, who happily took my order and had suggestions on what to try. I ended up ordering a half soy chicken which Ed, put extra oil with green onion mixture, another marinade, and hot chilli oil in a special box to go with my meal. To that I ordered plain rice and had to try the Buddha Veggies, and the pics posted here, looked yummy. I was not disappointed. The flavours were all fantastic, and not too salty. Vegetarian options: Lots of them with variety that you dont usually find.

Yum! The meats here are sublime! Only complaint, which is not really a bad thing, as an introvert, the staff are too nice and helpful . Like, just let me buy your meat without any questions please. Anyways, thats just how good they are. Keeping an eye out to see if their quality will go down over time just as lots of these places do. Hope not!

First time coming back since this place closed this year, but with new blood from the son looking forward to eating more great dishes they have to offer. And the Cantonese Chow mein that I ate for 3 days just reminded me why I fell in love with this dish since I was a kid. I ve been here a few times and I can say that the portion, the price and the taste are just SUPREME!! And I have to mention that the staff were super friendly and they tried their best to help with our needs. Also, my friend and I had a pleasant conversation with the owner tonight during which he recommended the Riverdale park to us. We had an amazing dinner and then great time enjoying the sunset. My partner and I came here over the weekend for lunch and we each ordered a noodle soup. I had duck and soy chicken while she had beef brisket and tendon. Good tasted great and were huge portions, I didnt end up eating dinner and breakfast the next day. Comfortable atmosphere and great service.

The best Chinese food in the city.

The owner, Ben, and his excellent staff make the dining experience unique with suggestions on dishes to try. On several visits we were pleasantly surprised with the authentic taste of delicious chinese food. Their beef brisket on rice, beef with bitter melon and mapo tofu with mince pork is highly recommended. Their bbq pork and roast pork are my favourite starters. This is my go to lunch and dinner place Try them, you wont regret it!! Parking: Lot of Green P parking on either side of Broadview.

The roast pork was so crispy and the insides were so juicy! Normally im not a big fan of roast pork because of how dry it can be but they sell the PERFECT roast pork. It was so good the butcher is really nice and friendly :) thank you!

This is a friendly take out and dine in restaurant featuring Chinese BBQ. The crispy skin pork was rendered perfectly with just enough moistness and flavour. Prices are reasonable and serving portions are excellent value.

I come here (almost too) frequently with the caterToronto team and friends. They know our favourites, allergies, and penchant for hot sauces. Even though we tend to re-order some items, their suggestions are always welcome. There are many items on the menu, and we ve yet to have any item that isn t well executed. Many of the folks I eat with lean towards more vegetables, with long and wide food industry experience, and we re always satisfied with the menu options, ie varied but not too vast. Some dishes such as fried wings or squid, chow mein variations, and steamed seafood are better enjoyed while dining in - the fast and friendly service is ! Takeout items go far beyond just BBQ meats in the window. I highly recommend the housemade fried crullers wrapped with steamed rice rolls, pea shoots with king mushrooms, any BBQ meats, noodle dishes with some wok hay, and fried squid or wings. I m so glad Supreme Taste exists for the food and multi-generational warm family vibes

Supreme Taste is our familys new go to for Chinese food in the hood. First of all, the food is delicious! There is a lot of variety to suit every taste from their BBQ meats, noodles, rice dishes and fried chicken wings. (which is a MUST TRY) Perhaps the most important of all is their high level of service. All the staff speak english and are very friendly! I highly recommend Supreme Taste!

Wonderful Chinese spot for an authentic meal. The gentleman who served us went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. He even sanitized the booster seat for our toddler without us even asking. The other staff were also extremely kind and the food was out of this world. We ordered the Sizzling Beef with ginger & green onion and the Chicken and peppers in black bean sauce. Ingredients were fresh and it all tasted like a home cooked meal. 5 stars all around. Kid-friendliness: Booster seats are available and the staff were very accommodating to kids.

On Broadview where the old Sing Sing BBQ used to be. The new owners are hands on and really take care of the customers. They make suggestions if needed off the menu and checking up on how everything is. Eric is a gem ! The order: Hot & Sour Soup: Perfect Yin Yang. Plump shrimp & silken tofu. The small is huge. 3 kinds of bbq platter: bbq pork sliced thin and lean, duck was tender and juicy not fatty, soya sauce chicken. Served with the ginger/onion condiment that elevates it. Large portions. Seafood Tofu Hotpot: high quality braised tofu, shrimp, squid, scallops & white fish. Served in a steaming hot pot with Chinese cabbage and silken sauce Cantonese chow Mein: we asked for crispy noodles and it didn t disappoint. Fair enough portions of seafood & protein. Chinese greens as well. Salt & Pepper Chicken wings: OMG! So good. Lightly fried and huge. With this chili flake sauce and sweet red pepper. I also ordered the plain ones those are awesome too. We ordered satay beef on rice and two items of bbq stuff on rice (we chose roast pork and bbq pork). -the satay beef was awesome, it wasnt that spicy but the aroma of satay was definitely there. The beef was superb, tender and juicy. Roast pork had super crispy skin and tender meat. The bbq pork wasnt fatty at all. The place was clean and bright.
