lamb, beef, bun, noodle, pho, soup, breakfast, lunch, dinner,
Pretty authentic food from Shaanxi province. Price is reasonable. Staff are very friendly and the restaurant is super clean.
The lamb leg is really tasty. The pork bun is perfect, the beef bun is good but too spicy for me. The lamb soup right on the spot, love it🥳
Tried this place for the first time. As someone growing up in northern China, dare I say that they’re legit! The chilli dust in the 油泼面 (#34 I think?) is a niche ingredient giving out this unique fragrance that can’t be found in North America easily. The lamb pancake soup is rich; the lamb meat super tender and not gamey at all. Will definitely revisit!
This place is where you go when you want a GOOD meal for a GOOD price. The manager Joshua will make you feel welcome and make sure you are taken care of... Thank you 老湯家!!
Affordable price and tasty food! Traditional Shanxi cuisine from China.
If you’re looking for authentic Shaanxi cuisine, this place is a hidden gem! The food is absolutely delicious, with bold flavors and perfect textures that transport you straight to Northwest China. From the hand-pulled noodles to the savory roujiamo, every dish was spot on. The portions are generous, and the prices are incredibly reasonable—great value for the quality and quantity you get. The staff is friendly, making it a perfect spot for a casual meal or a foodie adventure. Highly recommend if you’re craving something unique and flavorful!
Cute little place with a very friendly owner. The splashed oil noodle were delicious as well as the Chinese burger was very tender and juicy. Would come again! :)
The best lamb soup ever in Toronto. Very fresh and the meat is AMAZING. I strongly recommend it:) My first time trying bread in the soup and so yummy delicious! Good service, good quality. I would definitely come back again for the pork bun as well.‼️
We ordered Biangbiang noodle with beef, but it comes with scrambled eggs and tomatoes as well! which is really yummy! biangbiang noodles, mutton steamed buns, and roujiamo are all delicious! The quantity is also super large! The server girls are also very nice~ The boss said that new ingredients have been used recently and it will taste even better! A noodle shop highly recommended by dt
The kids especially like to eat their beef noodles, and I especially like the cold skin with beef meat buns.
The water basin mutton and pork steamed buns are delicious The service attitude is very good. Recommend~
The lunch was delicious, although a little expensive
Authentic!
Dry biang noodles were SOOO GOOD!
Great for late night snacks and breakfast
Just beware you are only getting 40 grams of meat with a $13.99 dish , lamb soup ( ) I know the food price is really high now, but 40 grams you gotta be joking, and the soup got no veggie but a tiny bit coriander
authentic!
So delicious
I thought it was delicious after eating it, so I thought of taking a photo. I heard that the mutton noodle soup needs to be cooked for more than ten hours every day. Highly recommended! very delicious. Great food!
Their Roujiamo is really large and delicious, and the cold skin is also very chewy! It s delicious and affordable!
24-hour late-night restaurant The Roujiamo is delicious, the Baiji Mo is grilled very crispy, the meat is tender and juicy, and the noodles are also very chewy!
Mutton steamed buns are very authentic and have the same taste as Xian biangbiang noodles, tomato scrambled eggs are the soul The stir-fried tripe is also very tender and the service is great!
Very good experience. All tastes good
The mutton soup roujiamo is so delicious! The service industry is considerate!
Very authentic Shaanxi cuisine, the best fried noodles in Toronto
very nice place!! Highly recommend!!
It has to be carbs! ! Authentic and delicious, the mutton steamed buns and biangbiang noodles are really amazing
Very delicious, especially the roujiamo. When I returned to China, I chose the pork flavor.
It s okay haha
Been here a few times and Im always introducing friends to this place! There havent been a ton of downtown options in the past for food from my hometown, so Im glad that now theres one I can regularly go to and reliably recommend to others. Best liangpi and paomo Toronto has ever had and definitely one of my favorite spots in chinatown, their lamb soup is wonderfully full-flavored and brothy and definitely wont disappoint anyone looking for authentic Xian food
Liangpi and biangbiang are delicious!
Great service and delicious food!
If I did not have black vinegar and sesame paste at home, this liangpi would have been inedible. Not flavor, noodles texture was poor and they were all breaking into tiny pieces. This suggests that the noodles are old and not fresh. Likely refrigerated. Very little cucumber and soy sprouts. Extreme disappointment. Beef buns were full of green chilies and very little beef, and the bread was hard, stale, and flavorless. Ordered on Fantuan. Will not order again or come in person.
Amazing lamb paomo and pork burger
Great people, great food
The most authentic shanxi /xi an food in DT Toronto. Looking forward to visiting again! Vegetarian options: Cold noodles are absolutely vegetarian and a must have classic
Juicy and delicious Braised Pork Chinese Burger! Nice crunch to the bun too.
This restaurant has been doing worse and worse. Im not coming back. During my most recent visit, I noticed a small piece of blue plastic on the cold noodles. The owner insisted that it was cucumber without taking a look. You have to be honest to run a business. Without honesty, this restaurant is going bankrupt very soon!
Very good food !
The braised pork burger was so good.
The Roujiamo is a Baiji steamed bun. After ordering it three times, it feels a bit monotonous. I hope to add a golden and crispy bun, which tastes better.
For the price they charge its not better than the competitors in the area none whatsoever. Very low quality style food but the renovation is very clean inside. The lamb noodle soup is like the cheaper version of veitnamese noodle soup. Not much flavor and very plain. The customer service is good though. I rather go to Hey Noodles or the one next to it accross the street and the noodles are freshly made. Ramen station is definitely way better quality. It tasted like instant noodles but no flavors with less toppings from the pictures. Horrible, i could of went to other places instead. Its open late thats the only good thing hoping it taste good. No its not good especially the prices they charge. I cant believe it opens late because I thought it must be good. But Im wrong. What I got was nothing like the pictures and too hungry to take any pictures. Not worth it, usually I order an appetizers but it was so bad that I didnt bother. The renovation can trick you and its not good. Never coming back. The lowest quality noodle soup in the area. Not even joking. The people posting here is photoshopped.
Emma is a very nice person , explain the foods on the menu very well. Very worth it to come here for lunch / dinner.
Their lamb stew is a must-try. My kid is a picky eater but she really loved the lamb. We also ordered chili oil noodle and . All highly recommended. Vegetarian options: Chili oil noodle
Good food but portion is too small.
Its the best lamb broth Ive had in Toronto! Actually authentic and the chilly oil absolutely hits the spot. Dont ever change!
Im from northern China & Ive loved Xian food for a long time. This place does that cuisine justice! Anything with the lamb broth is worthy of recommendation. The use proper flatbread and was very good. The cold noodles were outstanding thanks to the chilli oil.
So delicious! ! ! The Roujiamo and Liangpi are the best I ve ever had in Toronto! Very very good!
The food was amazing. They opened at 7am everyday. Great spot for breakfast.
Disgusting food. Buns are stale and watery. Noodle has no taste at all.
I have been to his house four times and ordered soy pot noodles three times. The first two times were very delicious, but the third time they served me a portion of biangbiang with some hot water, making the customers look like fools. I also found that the roujiamo buns were a bit hairy.
The lamp soup is really delicious. They have the best lamp in Toronto guys
Great place for Chinese noodles. Tree and Andy were fantastic. Really enjoyed the food. Id recommend it to anybody
Tastes very authentic Xians chili noodles in Youpo Noodles are very authentic The mutton is appropriately fat and lean, the dipping sauce is fragrant with garlic and moderately spicy. Braised noodles are very tasty The buns are very delicious Warm reception The decoration is fashionable and elegant For none chinese Food is very authentic so it saves you the trip to China. would highly recommend Youpomian and lamb soup A01. If you are more adventurous try Shuipen Lamb
Very good fresh noodles in sauce, tastes amazing. Loved it !!
Very nice owners and the food is sooo good :)
Only had time to have liangpi, but it was amazing! So much depth of flavour and they do allow you to order it less spicy. The service was really friendly and food was quick. I cant wait to come back and try the tomato egg noodles!!
Phenomenal food
food is really good here! Very delicious!
Had the (thick noodles with hot oil poured over) I love this kind of noodles so enjoyed it a lot (thought it was a little on the salty side though); theres also a bit of cabbage which is nice. The staff were very friendly it seems the cook is from (sh nx ). Excited to come back and try other things! :) Vegetarian options: The (you po mian) is a good vegetarian option.
Great Food. Friendly staffs and good price.
