Very good
Discovering Qin's Traditional Roujiamo in the food court was a pleasant surprise. I was in a mood for a snack, and their focused menu of Chinese burgers, or "roujiamo" seemed like a good choice to me. The lack of staff and takeout boxes stacked out front were distractions, but I waited for a bit and someone came out of the kitchen to take my order. Tongguan Crispy Rougamo: I ordered the first item on the menu, which turned out to be a solid choice. When I asked about the difference between this and the Traditional Rougamo, they said that this one was crispy, while the other one was soft. The grilled bun had an interesting noodle-like appearance and was filled with tender pulled pork that was juicy and savoury. The crispy surface added a crunchy texture to each bite, which made it a satisfying snack I was looking for. While the food impressed me, the restaurant did not look professional or inviting, considering the presence of takeout boxes in the front, absence of staff, and light use of English signage. However, I had a positive experience, and I am open to returning, perhaps to try their full set that includes a roujiamo and Cool Steam Noodles next time I am in the area.
