Most welcoming cafe around here. And they serve amazing Turkish food aswell. It was the best apple pie and burnt basque cheesecake ive ever had. Totally ill coming back

Friendly staff and delicious food. No need to ask for more

There is a lot of potential and the coffee was good. However the service when we ordered food was very poor. It was not busy when we arrived but they seemed very disorganized and as it got busier it became more so. Our table received 2 coffees and one dish immediately. The third coffee was forgotten, we had to remind them and 2 meals arrived long after the first. I would like to see them succeed but they have to up their game. Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian options available. Wheelchair accessibility: Not easily accessible by wheelchair.

This is a wonderful cafe that makes home made baked goods that are absolutely outstanding

The owners are super nice and friendly, quiet place to sit down and do your work but the food was not up to par. Ordered a Turkish flat white and it felt weak and watery .. the cheesecake was dead on arrival the crumb had turned to paste and the topping was stale the cheese part was gummy and i m sorry to say kinda disgusting

Great atmosphere and food! I had the most amazing Turkish coffee frappe! Definitely a must try!!! Also get the gözleme, kumru and menemen. The ambiance is warm and it s such a great place to study and work from. I recommend this place for everyone looking to enjoy authentic Turkish cuisine. I ll be back!!

First time visiting this cafe for brunch, and I m beyond impressed! It s a cozy spot run by a sweet family who clearly put love into their food. We tried the spinach & feta cheese flatbread, Kumru Sandwich, Menemen, and Turkish Coffee Frappe. Each dish was flavorful, fresh, and uniquely delicious. The Turkish Coffee Frappe, in particular, was a delightful twist on a classic favorite. Can t wait to come back and try more items from their menu! Highly recommend this hidden gem for anyone craving authentic flavors and a warm atmosphere

Daphnes Antioch is a hidden gem for coffee and pastry lovers! The variety of coffee here is fantastic. Whether you prefer a classic coffee or something more adventurous. But the real star here is the homemade pastries and jam. You can tell that everything is freshly made on-site, From the flaky feta- spinach borek to the decadent kunafe. I tried their kunafe, and it was one of the best Ive ever had, crispy on the top, soft, cheesy, and buttery inside. Each pastry pairs perfectly with their coffee selections, making it an ideal spot for breakfast or an afternoon treat. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, with friendly staff who go out of their way to ensure a great experience. The second floor is fantastic for gathering with friends and families as well. Whether youre looking to relax or catch up with friends, Daphnes Antioch offers the perfect setting. Dont miss their seasonal jam. They are fantastic.

Amazing atmosphere. Very friendly owners & amazing service. Definitely a go-to place for Mediterranean breakfast and lunch.

Check your receipts. We were given a menu but charged prices very different from the menu. We weren t given the receipt and had to request it when we realized that we overpaid and that the numbers weren t adding up. We were also surprised to see that we were charged for an extra item that we didn t order. When we asked them about it they said we we were the only ones who had a problem with being charged a different price from the menu. The justification for all the extra charges was that we were given things not on the menu (we were given two cookies and told that they were complimentary for our children). And that the new price reflects that.. I m happy to pay extra especially if I want to experience something as delightful as a Turkish breakfast, but be upfront about it and don t deceive me in the process. I was so excited to come here again and to bring my friends but after this experience I m definitely never coming again.

I tried an iced latte for the first time at the café, and the owners were incredibly kind. They offered me baklava, a Turkish dessert, to try. After tasting the baklava, I found my new dessert love and have been regularly visiting the café ever since to enjoy baklava. I ve also tried their flatbread and a type of Turkish rolls in leaves, which are unique to Turkish cuisine and absolutely delicious. I highly recommend everyone to visit and try these offerings.

I showed the place during my daily walk and I wanted to try the new café. Everything is fresh and very delicious. I enjoy a lot to go here and drink my coffee. I recommend everybody to come here and meet with very kind owners and drink their coffee.

A hidden gem in plain sight... Amazing dishes, pastries and desserts, chill and quiet atmosphere, very friendly people that make you feel welcome. This place should be visited not only to try the Turkish cuisine, but also when you just want to grab a cup of tea or coffee, or sit down with friends.

My gf and I just had a wonderful lunch at Daphne s on Mt. Pleasant. Owners were friendly and courteous. Food was delicious and good value. Lovely ambiance. Would strongly recommend dining here.
