Disappointing experience at Tim Hortons this morning. The barista didn't even acknowledge my "good morning", which set a negative tone. Unfortunately, things only got worse - the coffee I received was cold and tasted awful. When I politely asked for a new cup, I was shocked that the barista used the same cup, resulting in another disgusting coffee. Needless to say, I left feeling frustrated and unsatisfied.
Arlene and kate are the best. They helped me with situation i had with food. They replaced the food i had problem with. Such a sweet personality with both had and helpful employees. Thanks again for help.
If I had the time to avoid this Tim Hortons and go literally anywhere else I would. I’ve never had a place consistently give me the wrong order as much as this place. Ordered regular cream cheese on my bagel and I have herb and garlic today. Ordered an extra large steeped tea with milk and sugar and there’s cream in it instead of milk. This year we I’ve ordered steeped tea and there’s been coffee in it, like they topped up the cup with the wrong pot three times!!!!! Every time I’ve told the staff the following day they’ve laughed it off. I’ve Ordered coffees in other days and they’ll add cream instead of milk. It’s 50/50 if my bagel will be cut in half. Maybe they need a new intercom system because staff can’t be this incompetent.
The noise and laughs of the workers makes it hard for us to talk and hear each other (I and my friend)! Every time I come here it’s the same thing, I was trying be patient but this time it’s getting very hard to hear what my friend is telling me although we’re sitting far away from the front desk! There are people sitting in between otherwise I’d make a video post it here. If the manager wants to know, they can check their cctv cameras inside. Thank you

I always take an extra 10 mins of my day to get my ice coffee from here instead of close to my work because It always tastes better. Especially when Mary makes it. Mary is one of the best staff at this location. She makes sure the front counter runs smoothly.
It's a dedicated building with parking slots , around 10-15 seats and drive in . Coffee is ok , and I could see there is slight variations on coffee quality all the time . They might be resetting the machine config daily ;) It closes around 11 pm

This has been my favorite location a couple years now but in the past month its gone downhill drastically. They cant seem to get your orders straight. I order a toasted bagel with cream cheese and Ill get to where Im going open it up and its just a toasted bagel I was charged for it. This happened twice last week alone. This is my local Tims, I always come here. Their service is fast and helpful. Never fail to get you your order quickly. Only thing I wish they had was more seating, as it can get quite crowded.

Went in the drive thru. Was served by a Filipino young girl that was rude with no customer service skills. Asked for a sleeve for my drink and she was sighing while putting it on. This location is easily and by FAR, the worst Tim Hortons I have ever had the misfortune of visiting. I live in the area and some of the late afternoon + night staff regularly get the orders wrong, make mistakes often, and the night staff specifically is very often rude and in a very sour mood. There are often two staff on the order window so you get confused, and they cut you off mid sentence if youre a regular. I recently had a young kid there tell me that one of the hot drinks I regularly order is annoying to make. His words exactly. Stay away from this Tim Hortons, especially after 6pm. Trust me when I say youll save yourself the trouble.

Fix your damn bathroom door, [] [] two boxes side by side in mens bathroom activate the door in two different ways. The first box is a handicap open function and the 2nd box locks or unlocks the door and both are activated by waving your hand in im front of them. Problem is the handicap open wave box always activates and the lock is really hard to activate. Which means of course no matter how hard you try to lock the bathroom it opens the door instead. Im surprised no one else has complained about. Its a serious problem.
Even if you mobile order ahead of time, they do not prepare the drinks until you are physically there and verbally check in with them. Even if you arrive with time ahead, they prioritize walk-in customers until they ask you why you are there. There is no point to offering mobile ordering if you dont prepare items in advance.

I will drive the extra distance to this Tim Hortons because the donuts are incredible. The baker does an amazing job. The display looks great every time I go here and the donuts taste better than they look. I always want to tell the baker how amazing the donuts are, but he is usually always busy working hard. Why you never get hot coffee or hot tea baffles me. I have told them over and over via drive through that their beverages are never hot enough but it keeps falling on dead ears. Though this is common amongst most Timmies franchise, it hot me wondering if its management decision for them not to serve their beverages hot as compared to same from McDonalds.

Worst Tim Hortons ever, shame on you! I visited Tim Hortons drive-through today, and unfortunately, it turned out to be a truly disheartening and disturbing encounter. From the moment I pulled up to the window, the employees demeanor was nothing short of disrespectful and discriminatory. It all started when I rolled down my window to make a simple request for two separate orders and separate bills. But instead of receiving the basic courtesy one would expect, Tin or Christin as her supervisor Jowell called her, began laughing loudly at me asking me if I need to order anyting else!!! Anything else??? Are you serious??? I told her I didn t order yet, and at first I couldnt believe it. I confronted her about the inappropriate behavior. But she just shrugged it off and continued laughing with her coworkers, showing absolutely no regard for my feelings or the seriousness of the situation. I demanded she stop laughing and take my order, but she ignored me and even had the audacity to mute her mic, to continue laughing while I was waiting! Feeling utterly disrespected, I asked to speak with a supervisor or manager. However, she had the nerve to tell me that neither of them was available, essentially brushing off my concerns and suggesting me to come back another day to check if they are around. Can you believe the level of disrespect? To add insult to injury, when I finally got to talk to the supervisor, Jowell, he had the nerve to downplay the whole situation, claiming that the employees were just having fun. But I know what I heard, and their laughter was directed at me. It was a blatant lie to cover up their inappropriate behavior. When I demanded further action be taken, he had the audacity to direct me to the website to file a complaint. Seriously? After such a humiliating experience, he expects me to go through bureaucratic hoops just to be heard? This whole incident left me deeply hurt and angered by the lack of professionalism, empathy, and respect shown by the employees and the supervisor. Its appalling that they would treat a customer this way. Tim Hortons should take immediate action to address such behavior and ensure that no other customer has to endure such a demeaning experience. Their tone was condescending, making me feel like a burden for simply wanting to place an order. This kind of attitude towards customers is absolutely unacceptable and goes against the principles of good customer service. To make matters worse, I couldnt help but notice how differently they treated other customers. It became evident that they were selective in their behavior, providing cheerful and polite service to some, while treating others, including myself, with blatant disrespect. To me It was a clear case of discrimination that left me feeling hurt and marginalized. I believe that every customer, regardless of their appearance, background, or any other factor, deserves to be treated with respect and dignity. Such discriminatory behavior has no place in any establishment, especially a well-known chain like Tim Hortons. I sincerely hope that Tim Hortons takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue promptly. No customer should ever have to endure such an unpleasant experience, and I strongly encourage the management to take appropriate action to ensure that this type of behavior is eradicated from their drive-through and any other areas of their business. At night, the service is so bad . I have gotten tea many times through the DT and they have messed it up ALMOST everytime. I asked for 2 MILK AND 1 SUGAR ENGLISH BREAKFAST TEA it s not hard guys. If I could give this Tim hortons less than one star I would. I ordered via drive through today, ordered a medium coffee 2 milk 2 sugars which I repeated 3 times, a chocolate hazelnut muffin, 10 chocolate Timbits, and a chicken ranch sandwich to which they only asked crispy or grilled and i responded crispy. I confirmed the sandwich was chicken ranch upon paying and the cashier lady said yes, only to open it and see it was a chipotle chicken craveable so I told her its not chicken ranch, she kept arguing saying I ordered a crispy sandwich and thats what it was but I tried to explain I ordered a chicken ranch sandwich and when they asked how I wanted it I said crispy since for most chicken sandwich/wrap items have the option of crispy or grilled chicken, anyway I asked for a refund planning to go grab it from another Tim hortons. A few minutes later I take a sip of my coffee and notice its really hot which immediately I knew they didnt put milk in and I was correct, then i bring the Timbits to my niece and nephew only for them to open it and see there are 3 chocolate Timbits and the rest were honey dip?! Like what the hell, you only managed to get one order out of 4 correct and that was a single muffin. Absolutely ridiculous, communicating with the cashier seemed impossible due to language barrier and also her attitude when I was confirming the chicken ranch sandwich and the first two times she didnt understand and kept replying huh? in a loud annoying way. I would not recommend anyone to visit this location if they want to avoid getting their orders wrong and waste their time trying to argue about what they clearly said when ordering.

I came in the morning, & its buzzling with the line up of customers, but the crew were all effective and notice a good chain of teamwork, so I was serve in a timely manner. The lunch sandwich I ordered is well prepared fresh, lettuce & tomato that is with the generous portion of turkey & bacon. Coffee was okey. So, the crew overall then are just great & amazing, & hopefully they takes pride in their work, and hope that the franchisee, would pay them more. Ill be coming back.

This Tim Hortons has no customer service. Very rude and doesnt understand what you order. I went through drive through asking for 2 whole grain bagels, half a dozen donuts, and a drink. However, when I went to pick up my order, only one bagel was given. She spoke very rudely when taking the order. This is not the first time they mess up my order. I dont have a good experience with this location at all.
We often go to this place and it s generally good service.. but when we went today a few mins back the lady (who seemed to be the manager) was very rude to me when I simply asked her if the sandwiches she was making for us is with biscuits or not (just to confirm it as the messed up our order last time) she shouted at me in front of everyone in the store saying- this is sausage n biscuits!! It was very awkward for me and I left quietly, but whoever Is the owner should look into this kind of behaviour. I understand it was a rush hour and they were probably very busy, but when someone asks them nicely something they should try their best to be a little more polite. You don t know what someone is going through that day.
Every time that I wanna order half french vanilla and half chocolate, im picking up wrong one . Its just french vanilla or just hot chocolate, not mix of both . Its the fifth time that they did mistake. How often should I pay for what I dont wanna have it .
