This Tim s really need attention. This is the fourth time i had order my meal and received the different item . This is not supposed to be done. I am paying for the order and i didn t not get my order. The team member was very rude also they don t listen to what we order. Not recommending this place.

Just went into this Tim Hortons during my break and they had absolutely nothing. Everything i ordered, was returned with the reply of we do not have that worst Tim Hortons ever. Would give zero stars if I could!!!!

This is my local Tims and its what appears to be a very average tim hortons experience. I try to give them the benefit of the doubt because of the location, but do wish theyd have a better system to keep on top of orders. Ive ordered multiple times here online without them making it visible or inforing customers of protocol, so Ive been stuck waiting only to find my food was getting cold in some shelf

Close 10 or 11 but fine in closes 6pm, and literally tells customer to stand and drags the chair to put it back! lol wat a service. For a context it was a one Indian lady

I dont usually give bad reviews, but this location needs to be more proactive in terms of coffee supply. I paid, I ordered, and 10 minutes later they told me that the coffee run out and they were brewing, I asked for a regular coffee instead becsuse I didnt have time to wait, and the answer from a random server was OK, and they kept serving coffee to customers and totally ignored. I left!!.

Could use some serious TLC. The place feels a bit run down, with worn-out furniture and a tired atmosphere. Service is slow, and the overall vibe doesn t match the typical cozy Tim Hortons experience. If you re just after a quick coffee fix, it ll do, but don t expect much beyond that.

If I had a option to give 0 I would definitely give it.... I asked for French vanilaa, double double and even iced cap they dont have anythinh.... Its better you close the store

I had to wait 20 minutes after placing an order for cilantro lime chicken bowl. Wjem i asked the staff about my order they said they ran out of rice. I stopped at tim Hortons on my way to work to grab a quick lunch. If this place is taking this much time same as a dine in restaurant, whats the point of coming here. Very disappointing

I like Tims but this one is unfortunately a mess. The staff often seem disorganized and wait times are long, and there are often sketchy people making a scene which makes for a stressful experience

Ive ordered chili and some of their bagels, I liked them. Their food portions should match their prices, other than that, good place to get food.

Had my first everything flat bread pizza here and enjoyed it. Tim Hortons is my go to place for a fresh and familiar experience

For context I ve never left a negative review anywhere. Came in 45 minutes before close (9:15- they close at 10) and we were told they couldn t serve us food, couldn t even toast a bagel. I asked why and was told it s because they had to clean. Tried to state it was still 45 till close and they seemed annoyed with me. I ve worked in many restaurants and fast food places and everywhere I worked we close things down maybe 10 minutes or less before and we clean after close. If this is policy, close the restaurant at 9:15 or clearly state that you don t serve food after 9:15. Additionally the ordering for food was still available on the app, truly just confused.

I ordered a sandwich and chili. The sandwich is ok but the chili was greatly watered down and looked more like soup so this is not justified as a chili and definitely not worth the money. As this is not to Tim Hortons standard I will be contacting head office to correct this issue. If you want Tim Hortons chili, get it from a different location that isnt trying to steal your money with a below average product.

Whoever reading this. Avoid this store as much as possible. They have some attitude problem to fix and they keep messing with any orders. When you ask for sugar, or anything extra they simply charge and never serve it. Also they don t add utensils. You are the welcome to experience this one the worst places.

I would suggest to re train sandwich maker named Kamna. She is extremely arrogant and didn t change gloves while making my croissant and also burnt it and when I asked for replacement she argued with me. Manager please be careful about such frustrated behaviour of your rep.

90% of the time they get the order wrong. Place is also dirty and extremely disorganized.

This place is slow in the morning, man. The line didn t move for ten minutes while I was waiting. Go here if you want to be late for work in the morning. The redesign did nothing for efficiency and now there s less table space.

This location has been recently renovated. Unfortunately, the renovation has made this location even worse. Previously, there were several booths and small tables. Now, there are 3 large communal tables seating 6-8 each table. Was this a good idea after the lessons from covid? As well, this location has many homeless people frequenting it. If one homeless person sits at one of those tables, no one else will want to. This is sad, but unfortunately true. Before, with the booths and small tables, it wasnt an issue since there were lots of options for seating. Also, there used to be a separate counter for meal pickup, and one for beverages. Now its all in one, which makes it more chaotic. Finally, there used to be 2 entrances. Now one as been blocked to put in an office making the location smaller. Theyve made it look prettier inside, but at the expense of function. A renovation fail Tim Hortons. Possible solution: Install a walk up window for mobile orders similar to the one at the Bloor and Sherbourne location.

Toilet never works. What is going wrong with this city ?

Wow, I ordered a chicken bacon. Ranch wrap. Got that rotisserie chicken it instead of Fried option. It was literally a wrap full of chicken. Soup. When I told them, no offer of refund. Just well do better, yeah no you wont. Easily the worst service in the city and typically run out of products early in the day.

As others have pointed out the homelessness and the begging along with the unkept interior makes it all the more nasty that after 2 years of visiting this location almost every day for my coffee Im asked to leave for having my puppy with me. Its not the health and safety board when Starbucks (who you would know offers better service anyway) not only allows you to grab a coffee eith your puppy but offers a free puppaccino. No worries Tim Hortons is tanking anyway - for a clear reason.

Service is usually good however Ive had a couple of issues that were handled badly. Theres ample seating, but often during lunch hours youll see people from George Brown and businesses in the area eating packed lunches without purchasing anything taking up seats and entire booths for free Wi-Fi, and the management does nothing.

This is one of the worst Tim Hortons I ve ever been to. Ever since the renovations they have been an absolute nightmare. Every time I order here they mess it up! They forget everything and they burn everything! As you can see the croissant is literally black.. disgusting. Not only is the service bad now, this location has problems with a lot of homeless people and I even saw one time they let a man smoke crack out of a pipe with no one telling him to leave. So filthy.

They really need someone who is knowledgeable of the computers, the names of products, the products available, and what is made with what. First know thy the location usually has a lot of people down in their luck in this area and there are some people who look out of it. That s not my issue, it doesn t bother me, considering the area, my issue is this. I had an offer on my Tim s app for a Coffee and grilled chicken and ranch wrap for $7. I approached the cashier made my order which was not processing. After a few tries the cash asked for help and that was fine, he then asked for my name, I said Angie, he Looked baffled so I dsaid Angela, he then said OkY well your name will be Andy. I m one to know how to say someone s name and ask for spelling if unsure, that was annoying to me and rude. When I received my order. (Note: the order was called out as per what I ordered) I thought this is weird? There s no box around it and it s smaller from what I remember. And given to me ina small bag. I left with the questionable wrapping because I had no time and had to get to class . When I opened it. It looked like a burrito. Fully closed wrap. I bit in and was surprised at all the different ingredients that I never knew came with a chicken bacon ranch wrap. There was rice with a spice to it. Beans, corn. And then the usual lettuce tomato, bacon and ranch. I think they made there own creation. And I will say tasted fine, was not what i ordered

These guys have really outdone themselves with the new renovations! It was kind of seedy before but the new look really helps with that! Its Tim Hortons so I wont get into the food/drinks itself. What I WILL mention however, is that I live in the condo building that the Tim Hortons is in and I usually order off the app and as soon as I finish submitting the order, I throw my shoes on and walk downstairs, never have I had to wait for an order! Only reason I give 4 stars is because they allow the homeless/crackheads to hangout inside; this wouldnt be a problem if they werent constantly making a mess and asking for things from everyone. Ive even seen a few of them smoke cigarettes inside the front entrance and nobody does anything about it.

So unfortunate..this location could be such a great spot especially with the recent renovation but Holy, 4 out of 5 times, they get your order wrong, not knowing how to use the POS machine, making wrong drinks..etc, I dont even know I mean if the workers were at least nice and apologetic about their mistake, I could somehow tolerate it but.. yeah pretty bad spot. Also they dont seem to have any sort of..rule within the store? Asked for one extra plastic (iced coffee) cup once, was asked to pay, which I had no problem paying for it, revisited, asked for a cup and was told they cannot provide nor charge iced coffee cup only paper cup and sometimes theyd give it to me for free..? People work there dont seem to know basic rules or procedure within the store.

Will revisit review on future visit. I was happy to see this location open but service was slow and unfriendly despite being the only customers, bathrooms were closed , the shelves were empty of product, and the worker handed a piping hot beverage to my girlfriend without a sleeve.

Sadly, the two female staff out front today, 3pm, Nov. 23, were devoid of empathy and proper customer service training. Tims, your app allowed me to order chili and pick up at this place. When my wife came in (I was outside in the car), no one paid her any attention (they werent busy at this time), and when she gave her name and the Large chili order pick-up, they checked their stock and said they dont have chili, DIDNT EVEN APOLOGIZE, and just gave her the money in cash. WTH is this, Tims ? Your staff cant mark that they dont have chili so the app can pick that up and relay to customers when they pick this 323 Richmond St E store that there are items not in stock? They dont know how to apologize for the inconvenience, offer something for free to make up for n it, etc. There are many ways to make up for shortcomings, but this place sure didnt offer that at all. This is the closest one in the hood, but not the only Tims or other place. Ill be sure to steer away from this place.

The first Tim Hortons I was, what good memories

I always get the best service from here. Lately, i went to buy a coffee, there was a Indian boy who was taking order, making order ,serving people all by himself may be cause of his colleagues were on break. It was the best and fast service and the quality of the coffee was amazing. This is actually my thank you to the boy. he was so good in his work.

One of the worst Tim Hortons I ve been to. The quality of food here was lacking and my standards are already low for timmies. The staff made my food with no care at all and tried to tell me I was wrong about my order when I told them they forgot to add lettuce and tomatoes in my bagel.

The people who work there try their best but they are very clearly understaffed, not properly protected and repeated issues with the restaurant have been directed to the head office with no follow up from management as was requested.

This place was awful. Every single table was dirty and the air conditioning wasnt working well so it was quite hot inside.there was garbage on the floor. the trash is full as well. the staff are polite to you and they get the order ready pretty quick but theyre probably understaffed thats why the place is such a mess. we got orange juice from the freezer, but it wasnt cold at all. would recommend it only if you dont have another choice.

Constantly filled with homeless people taking up the limited seating. Lots of high top bar space to eat but of course there are no stools for those so you get to stand and eat while the homeless sleep in the booths and hog the tables for hours.

What a busy Tim Hortons, the lineup was very long and that did not change the whole time I was there. It was a clean Tim hortons, one staff was allocated for just cleaning. The service was slow not but given how busy they were I figured it was justifiable. The only thing I wish they would assist with is the pan handlers inside the establishment. I offered change to an individual & the same individual approached me again at cash register and would not accept no. Its disheartening but at the same time uncomfortable.

This is honestly the SLOWEST Tims I ve ever been to. Everyone working here is so slow even when it s not busy. I even come at different times during the day and it s still slow. Update I m here again sep 30 This is STILL THE SLOWEST WORST TIMS IN THE WORLD. EVERY TIME WITHOUT FAIL.
