24 hr service and Kajana on Mornings is great at service and makes your day with the great coffee.

A lady who is working as cashier at front is non serious, gives couple of time wrong orders to me and if i ask her to change, she always makes excuses. Whats wrong with that lady.!! Wait time

Oven is always messed up can never order the pizza. What is point of being open 24/7 if there s no food half the time.

Extremely disorganized staff and operations . There was little people during my visit and they still manage to get a simple order incorrect. 3 of us were waiting in line for literally 10 mins ignored but rather inattentive staffs on duty. -

Without Angel, Kadey, Reynauld, and Delma, my mornings would be very different. This crew shows patience and pride, especially in times when the customer may not reciprocate. They are warriors of caffeine. Give them a chance, people! You might be surprised.

Everything at this place is awful the people that work there and the service they leave you standing in line for 10 minutes at 5am when no one is there and make me late for work for no reason these guys service is very very bad it s like everyone is miserable inside this place

ATTENTION: STORE OWNER OF THIS LOCATION: The store has lots of customer because no other coffee shops around for competition. They only have one cashier working while there is a line up. The regular cashier in the morning is very SLOW! She stops taking orders from time to time and makes the coffee orders even if there is a line up. Sales is very vital with this kind of business. This location, do not place the SLEEVES AND NAPKIN WHERE THE CUSTOMER CAN JUST GET HOLD OF IF WHEN THEY NEEDED IT. You have to ask for the sleeves and napkin and have to wait for a long time especially when they are busy doing other things. Does it make sense to just put the napkins and sleeves on the counter, just like most of the Tim Horton s store do? The coffee is very hot and of course customers needs sleeves on the cup to hold on to. Vegetarian options: Most of the baked goods are full of sugar. Need more options for healthier ones.

This is my go-to Tim hortons location as the service and food are normally great. However, the service was terrible today. The staff members, two young Filipino guys and older lady, kept chatting with each other, while I was placing my order. They kept chatting with each other in their language (Filipino language) so they got my order wrong and had to remake it again. The manager was not in, so the service and food made was below average standards. I am very disappointed!

Order consistency is still severely lacking as some of the employees have no idea how to work the register. Some have made mistakes with my order quite often. For example I ordered a maple bacon bagel belt but they instead charged for and gave me a bacon breakfast sandwich on a bagel. This only happens with specific employees but it is extremely frustrating when I noticed she put in the order incorrectly and then I corrected her only to have her input exactly the same thing she just deleted...

Wheelchair accessibility: Really disappointed by the behaviour of one the employe i went there to pick up an uber order and they took 15 to 20 min for it and when i asked it that why it s take so long she said u can leave the store and go Food

My breakfast sandwich bun was half frozen. Service is slow, especially considering it was 4 AM. Asked the server to change her gloves after handling the cash, she didnt.

The staff was absolutely incredible and so welcoming! particular individual, Vanessa andJean, stood out with her exceptional kindness, sweetness, and professionalism. They were truly a pleasure to interact with and ensured that my mom and I were well taken care of. We couldnt have asked for a better experience!

We ordered a croissant with hash brown and chipotle sauce, an everything bagel and an iced coffee. out of which our croissant never made it to us till 20-30 mins of waiting. All of the ladies working there asked us several times what are we waiting for and we kept saying the same thing, still didn t get our order! and threw a tantrum at us when we said we don t need it anymore!! this is far from customer service plus we got late for our work! and this is not the first time. it happens every single day and i end up giving chances to this place& not anymore manager needs to look after their team.

So upon ordering the cashier asked the same questions a few times after me laying out the whole order in a sentence and clarifying things as it went along. Punches in the wrong size coffee, after asking me twice the size and I said XL each time and specifically with Almond milk, the maker sped made it behind them telling me she added cream. Well, make me a new one I said. So she did and then made it medium. Which again was wrong they added the contents inside the medium cup bow to an XL and tasted water down, now they make me a new one. They dont have cafe mochas at that store either so they added chocolate syrup. This experience woke me up more than the coffee I needed like you guys were seriously trying to make me take what you give as if I won t notice. This Tim Horton s is a circus but I didnt buy tickets to Cirque De Soleil.

It s great for walk in service but their skip the dishes/Uber eats could be better. Particularly the donuts, they choose the worse ones when u order a half dozen/dozen. I work on nights and visit this store every night. The night staff is very nice and always greets with smiling faces. They have the freshest coffee from most of the tims I visited. Love this timies store, and lots of appreciation to Kajana who always brew fresh coffee and tea for night workers. Hope you guys keep the good work up.

Aren t mobile orders supposed to be done once they receive the order? I placed an order for a large strawberry frozen lemonade at around 5:22PM on March 29th, and arrived in store at around 5:35PM. I told one of the ladies that I have a pick up, and she told me to give her a second. I waited for her, but then after a few minutes, the same lady I told about my order was refilling the ice capp machine. I reminded the other lady about my order, and that s when they started making my drink. There was literally one or two customers when I got there, and those customers left before I did, although I placed the order long time before them. Customers place mobile orders for a reason, and I hope these AFTERNOON staff understands that!!! The morning staff are great at managing and prioritizing, even if they are very busy. The afternoon staff should learn from them.

10pm ish march 29 service was terrible and the customer service is terrible, the people there are miserable and the place isnt clean. Dont try the donuts just gross and unsanitary

While the customer service at Tim Hortons was commendable, my experience with their Herb and Garlic Pastry was underwhelming. The taste fell short of expectations, lacking the promised blend of herbs and garlic, resulting in a bland and disappointing flavor. Furthermore, the after-effects were unpleasant, leaving an unsatisfying aftertaste. For a company of Tim Hortons stature, improvements in the quality of their food are necessary to match their excellent customer service.

I came in at night and saw a homeless man standing outside. Brought him in to see what he wants he was a very nice guy and barely said anything. The lady that was working on night shift October 4th 2023 started giving him the look like he was a worthless person. I asked her why she s looking at him like that and she said oh he smell. That was pathetic and I lost it because we are all humans and no one should look at another person like they re worth nothing. Life goes around and one day she might be homeless you never know. I hope the owner sees because you might want to hire people that have humanity in them before they learn how to make coffee because I think that is much more important than making coffee and serving donuts.

Visited this location around 1:45pm while waiting for my bus and I ordered small step tea and habanero chicken wrap(slow cooked) it was quick service and the tea and wrap was very fresh keep up the good work Guys

No bathroom, no tables - takeaway only. Line moves fast when it is there. Located above Lawrence subway station. Entrance a bit north of Lawrence on the West side of Yonge.

Every I mean EVERY time there is something wrong with my order. I specifically asked for NO SAUCE on my sandwich.. they still put ot on. I cannot scrap it off and have wasted my $$$ I hate the sauce. I placed the order first. Although its just coffee, I bought it last.

They always put a tiny amount of sauce when I order wraps (chicken and farmer s wrap) and never spread it evenly. As a result, you get a bunch of sauce in one bite and no sauce at all when you eat the rest. When I ordered Timbits, the young guy who was on a shift at around 2:30 PM EST on May 23rd (the cashier) gave it to me in a paper bag saying that they don t have a box. When I asked if they have a bigger box he just shoved it in front of me. Worst service ever and worst way they make wraps.

I ordered an order and they added bacon in my sandwich without my request, I m Muslim we don t eat pork at all I felt really disgusted and disappointed, hiring someone who knows good English and good hearing is really important.

Great location. Right at the busy corner of Yonge and Lawrence by the subway. Service is good and fast. Paid Parking in the area. No washroom though.

I have been ordering from these guys couple of times. Everytime they will mess my order. I time i got black instead of triple triple. Its really hard for me when you get a messed up coffee at the beginning of my work.Other time, i never got half of the order. I might as well go to McDonalds now. I am done

We asked for the ice cap, but they gave us ice coffee. So we asked for the ice cap again, she didn t even say sorry, just ignored us and gave us the ice cap with the old ice coffee cup that she just washed. So rude and unprofessional. People please, we pay for our meals. We didn t ask for free. Will never come back!

I ordered through the app....Doordash rep Aslaf texted me on my cell saying to pick up order in the lobby...I explained I couldnt due to quarantine...he didnt respond and I even called. So I guess my order is not even in a secured area...because he didnt even use my buzzer instructions. Tims should not have the app. I am not a doordash user so I cant go through them. I also have been calling and no one answers the phone. So I just spent over 11$ for nothing!!

I agree with the comment below from Rubylene A I just walked in there today and the vibe was the worst any customer could come across with. The old lady was rude while I was inquiring about my order and then she was yelling at the other younger girl who worked in there. So definitely terribly wrong experience and I would rather talk to the management in this case. As the workers there all quite rude with the face no smile customer service except for the one employee who got yelled by the other rude employee from the moment I walked in

Out of the last 3 times that weve come to this location, twice were we redirected to another Tim Hortons location since they were out of stock. On one occasion the machine to make iced lattes was not working, on another occasion they were out of decaf beans. My expectation for a Cafe would be that they would have a reasonable amount of coffee and beans so they wouldnt run - go figure. Upon asking for a refund, the cashier short changed me and didnt give me back the full amount to include Tax as well - $0.30 poorer, no coffee later, I dragged myself to another cafe instead.

This location is open 24 hours, contrary to the hours posted on Google.

Probably the slowest Tims Ive ever been.

Unfortunately the service is slow and the restaurant is not well kept.
