I ordered a chicken bowl with 3 oz of extra chicken and requested the sauce on the side, not on top. The staff had to remake it, and the beans ended up undercooked. I will not be visiting this location again.
I go to different Tim Hortons locations depending on where I am in the city. Sometimes I’m unable to make breakfast at home, so I’ll stroll in to grab a bagel. My go to is PB&J. I’m dissapointed because this is the ONLY location that makes you put it on your self… they quite literally hand you a packed of Peanut butter and jam and a knife… I don’t get it? The three other locations nearby ALWAYS serve it properly. If I wanted to make my own bagel I would’ve done it at home! PS: everything else is great at this location, but I feel cheated every time I open my bag and I have to put it on myself.
I always go to this place because the service is very quick and easy. The server are very friendly! Most of the server are kind and approachable.
Good place. But they make French vanilla so bitter. Like too much vanilla powder.but good muffins.
Just left this tim hortons without my 2 ice caps because when entering my card pin on the machine the keypad numbers kept sticking and it exceeded my password input so pissed off and now my card is locked, be careful if you use your card watch the stars to see if it's 5 because it adds an extra number
They're pretty Curl evil and They don't know the meaning of customer service, nor they know the meaning of respect. You should have behavior analysis done on them. As well as sensitive training period Even the managers should have training and teaching their employees how to be more better to their customers. You're absolutely evil and And don't have the meaning of humsy. Do you know how to use some more and take their money? Because that matter money!
Attitude, washrooms are filthy, coffee has curtled cream half the time its gross I'm never coming back here. They need a complete staff switch because they are way too comfortable and it explains why you get attitude if you complain about something worth complaining about like the coffee having pieces of cream floating at the top and the taste being off. Mystery shopper comes here they are done lol
Tried the BBQ crispy chicken loaded bowl. The chicken, rice, salad tasted great and were exceptional. The bowl was loaded with flavour but there wasn’t much salad as it coulda used more.
Always receive great customer service. Its one of my favorite Tim Hortons to go to!

I really do like this coffee shop this Tim Hortons is pretty good for the most part the only thing they really need to do is put a sign somewhere in the womans bathroom to put the toilet seat down so the toilet will flush I dont like walking in there with all kinds of nasty things other than that this place is wonderful

I m not an avid Tim s client as I avoid big chains endlessly, but sometimes I wanna grab an affordable coffee at a place near me and that is this Tim s. However, when I try to order something new and ask a couple quick questions regarding product offering or recommendations to explore the menu (I know workers are busy so I am always as brief and straightforward as possible), I either get shut down by them saying we don t have that i.e. I said I had this Frappuccino from Tim s before, I don t know the name she told me we don t have that , it was so easy to say the most similar thing is called iced cap (I had to search online cause the employees were clueless/rude). Is like if you don t know the exact name they just ignore you or shut you down. Or on the other hand the employees don t understand basic english. I ask a question and they start putting in an order I m also an immigrant to this country and I have empathy for those still learning the language, but if I were to take a client facing job I ll make sure to at least know to understand basic conversation related to my job. Overall not the best customer experience. Always leave disappointed.
Ordered a medium steeped tea with 2 cream and 3 sugar. It s doesn t even have 1 sugar, tastes like a hot water with some milk. I don t know what s wrong with the Tim Hortons these days. Please provide the staff proper training.
I went to the tim horton for a coffe but i the person over there name ( sarth ) was not good.he was not talking properly and not handling the customer properly.
I ordered an iced coffee and they gave me a black ice coffee, then I told them the order was wrong and they said that was an iced coffee

Busy and fast
The coffee is very delicious and the service is very good. I love visiting all the Tim Hortons that there are, the entire staff always has a smile.
Order two bagel belt sandwich combos, just to get home and find only one hashbrown in the bag. Also the amount of bacon in the sandwich was none existent.
This is the best Tims I visit. I go out of my way to grab my morning coffee. Thank you team for making my mornings!!!
Dont have anything ready on time...Customers are just lining up coz they dont have staff as well...When you ask about the order or any specific item to the cashier they talk rudely and with attitude...Washrooms are dirty and stink with smell...
Infact is a place like home
They dont have a very big selection, a lot of menu items arent available. They also dont apply peanut butter to the bagel they just give you a package of peanut butter.

I love this place, however they have a huge area of opportunity in cleaning, both tables, floor and bathrooms, if they improve that it would be the perfect place.

Extremely friendly and polite crew and by far the best service of many Tims that Ive been to.
Staff were friendly and helpful, they didnt have any Boston Creams but the cashier told me theres another Tims just down the road and give me directions there.

Hello, good morning, today my husband and I were at this place, which is my favorite coffee, ok, but I had a bad experience. I ordered breakfast for my husband and I and the entire order was here chopped. The service was very bad. It was a guy, they didnt have any. sausages the coffee didnt make what I wanted and it was cold all of it Im not happy to come back well and then the guy called me and told me that I have to pay 1.05 for the ice cap and it was his mistake Im very unhappy
This location has improved drastically over the years. Very clean, the customer service is now excellent, lots of parking, and easy to get in and get on with your day. Theres very little seating though, so dont expect to find a place to sit in and eat.

Tim Hortons must do a better job with hiring. We had an awful experience during our visit. We have been waiting at a counter for several minutes (the counter was open) and nobody attended us. When we asked the employee (Jyoti) she punted us to another counter. She was seeing us stand in the line for several minutes and did not take our order or ask to go to another counter until we asked her. She literally wasted our time and when we asked she could have told proactively, she was outright aggressive and rude and yelled at us and she waved her hands at us in a manner indicating us to get out of the store and she said she won t take the order. Such a shame. Know your people when you hire.

Went in for a medium coffee, 2 cream no sugar. The transaction was smooth, quick and friendly. I drove away. Took one sip........ Sweet.... Does the POS-point of sale machine not have a NO SUGAR function button?? ??????

Ordered a chicken wrap. Found two hairs in the sandwich. Disgusting. Not worth it to go back to store to return. Just threw it away.

Extremely Slow Service
This is probably one of if not the worst Tims Ive experienced living in Toronto, being a regular for over a decade and ordering the same drink every morning and still not being recognized or remembered as a usual, nor getting the order right. This goes without mentioning that they often hear and dont listen or downright ignore presence. The accessibility button for the door has been broken for years as well, making it difficult for special needs to use it.

Thank you to the staff. My son left his wallet in the restaurant. Staff found it and put it aside for safe keeping until we picked it up. Much appreciated!!

Avec la demande croissante pour des options alimentaires plus variées et respectueuses de lenvironnement, il serait judicieux pour eux de proposer des choix végétaliens. Jespère quà lavenir, ils envisageront dajouter des options véganes pour satisfaire une plus large clientèle.

Excellent service, efficiency and thoughtfulness for my order. Ive seen less cheerful American Idol winners, than the staff that works here. Washrooms are tidy and are maintained masterfully, and so are the premises. Clearly, one of the most well kept Tim Hortons in GTA. Kudos to the staff. 10/10

Bad customer service. There were five minutes left prior to closing. There were several customers in line, including myself. Some people walked in and were told by the employees they wouldnt be served because Tims was already closed . When the people who walked in corrected the employees, that Tims didnt close for another 5 minutes, the employees begrudgingly agreed to serve them. But at this point the display of deplorable customer service already upset the people who walked in enough, that they left. I question if I would return to this location again after seeing how the employees treated those people. Very disappointing.
