Severely understaffed every morning. I go to this location every morning before work and nearly every time there is a queue of customers to only 2 or sometimes even 1 person serving. The staff is really good and friendly they just need more support or maybe a supervisor or manager that’s always there to help
It is awesome to have a coffee break at this tims, they take care of everything for my break specially Om, Fenil and Pinal. They took special care of me. Thank you guys, you are awesome 😎✌️
Recently went to this store and ordered a medium French with a shot of espresso. When i got the order, i took a sip and instantly realised that the espresso shot is not there. I told the women who took and made my order that the espresso shot is not there. She started saying that no no it is there i put it i put it. But it was not!! I couldn’t stand there and talk for long because i was already late for work. The store was not busy at all, it was 7 AM in the morning and still. Its very frustrating when you don’t get your desired coffee!! I take this coffee regularly so i know what it tastes like and i told her the same, but she wasn’t ready to listen! Everytime i visit this store, something unprofessional happens! You guys know how to charge 1 extra dollar for a shot of espresso but don’t know how to put it in the coffee!!
Bathrooms were absolutely diagusting. The floors hadn't been cleaned in what looked like weeks. No toilet paper and 3 lovely used crack pipes on the sink.
Worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to, for my breakfast I usually order an egg and cheese breakfast wrap and this happened with me twice that they put meat in my wrap and I don’t even eat meat.

Ordered 2 Turkey Bacon Clubs for lunch. They both came like this. Bun was cold - no bacon - way too much mayo - only 2 slices of turkey. 1/10.
Went in for lunch on Sunday. Incredibly slow service on all fronts. There were only 2 people in front of me and it took almost 20 mins before I got my order of a single chicken bowl. Staff milling about looking confused on what they needed to do. Would recommend more staff training here and better processes in place. They also only had chicken soup, not even chili available. And when I was served the chicken bowl the packaging was dirty. Very unappetizing.
I was there on Monday 12/16/24 at 8 pm, the place was dirty, floor, table, bar, papers thrown everywhere and the toilet service was worse. Only one staff, with a very bad attitude and zero friendliness, Im on vacation visiting my son and the truth is I expected something else from Tim Hortons, they had highly recommended it to me

I got a crispy chicken wrap, the chicken was leftover and inedible, and the sauce was sour and possibly rotten, I feel sorry for Tim Hortons with such a branch that allows people to eat leftovers! It was embarrassing.

The coffee and the food is okay cant expect more, the place is a lil bit dirty specialy in the washroom the smell is horrible I once see someone stole a bag of bread and the staff dont care at all, i guess the reaction is in the same level as the overall quality of the places. Cant really recommend people come in here, there is timmy close to this place that is better 10 times more than this place for sure.
Absolutely trash service by the employee. I visited on 26th May 2024. The employee was wearing a mask and eyeglasses. We gave a big order and he pisssed off. He started behavior rude. Made our order wrong. And when I ask for straw, that employee literally throwed starw at me. I pick it up from the floor. Such a horrible staff.

Dont expect to get any toppings, foam on your coffee. The only Tims in GTA without whipped cream. Its better just to buy the very basic brewed coffee/tea here. The food is mostly good.
Worst service ever. Waited 20 minutes to get served to buy a coffee at 8 am. There were only 2 staff during morning rush and they focus mostly on mobile customers. The manager finally came in at 8:20 am to help. By that time, everyone was complaining and he did not care at all. He said the computer only shows the service time is 1 min, so thats fine with him. He doesnt care about people waiting in line because the computer doesnt track that. So he says he is safe.

This has become a homeless shelter. Will I get head lice from here? Possibly. The staff are afraid to make them leave. Often no table to sit at bc homeless are sleeping here. Also some people just sit and look at their phones WITH NO FOOD. fix this
Bathrooms are disgusting there and there are many items missing.

I have discontinued visiting Tim Hortons due to the poor service and unsanitary conditions at this location. Despite a relatively short line of only two people ahead of me, I was met with rude and unhelpful service. It is unfortunate that Tim Hortons has deteriorated in quality. Additionally, the orange pekoe tea lacks flavor, and customers are charged an additional 30 cents for a second tea bag, unless they purchase a large. It is no surprise that people are willing to pay more for a hot beverage at Starbucks.
Unfortunately, this visit weakened my faith in Tim Hortons. No longer is it such great value like I remember. It was the first time Ive eaten lunch there during work since before the Covid pandemic. In the past I would often choose their chili ... dating all the way back to those days when they used to serve chili in a bread bowl. Today, I chose the chili. They had a special version available called the loaded chili. VERY BAD VALUE. For this loaded chili, I observed the server remove about 20% of the chili from the bowls capacity. Then in that empty space, she sprinkles in some cheese shreds and dried onions. And for this they charged me +40% higher than for a regular chili. Moreover, they denied me a bread bun with this loaded chili. So to review: thats minus 20% chili, minus a bread bun, plus some cheese shreds & onions, and plus 40% price. Theres more ... or rather theres even less. They didnt even have my all-time favorite donut, sour cream glazed. While numerous other restaurants, and retailers more generally, are showing empathy with true value offers during this more costly, inflationary world, Tim Hortons value is going in the opposite direction --> worse value. I neednt come back for lunch at Tim Hortons for another 3 years if this is how they now define value.

Everything is dirty, donuts are leftovers from like 2 days before, customer service is horrible and half of the menu is never available because the grill is broken. What a joke dude. Experience washrooms dirty need more attention to hiring outside cleaning services or training for cleanliness should be priority prevent sickness spreading viruses especially now 3 years into COVID 19 with recommended clean surface areas.. managements decision to have cleaning services not a priority should be top of list employee and customers safety... noticed this in so many Tim Hortons shops in Toronto, Etobicoke, Scarborough,York Mississauga, Oakville. Brampton, shame on them sickness prevails..wonder CBC Market Place did excerpts on hospitals,hotels, not food courts restaurant by name kitchens sanitary habits but not coffee shops washrooms must be standards for safe cleaning public wash rooms.. even malls even malls have clean washrooms please use this as information to update their safety measures both customer and employees.. as a cleaning service provider, I notice these things..
Great location. I felt for the staff. Only 2 serving at the front counter. Delays with ordering specialty coffees took 10-15 mins. More staff is needed. Food was as expected. Clients left the restaurant.
There is only one person serving a whole line of people. At least the ice cap was frozen and the second server showed up.

Its a nice Tim Hortons, but a little lower class
I stop at this location whenever I work at a near by condo. I grab coffees and muffins for the building concierge, super, custodian and manager from here. The staff is so rude, I always say please and thank you...never in the past 3 months have I received a courtesy response from any of the staff. Further, they get upset when I ask for the muffins to be place in individual bags.
This location is always dirty. You will very rarily find a clean table to sit at. They always skimp out on ingredients even if you pay to add extra. I paid to add bacon (3 slices) to my bagel and watched the person put a single half piece of bacon and pack it up. I politely asked for a bit more and she rolled her eyes and said you have to pay for more (i did??). Didnt feel like arguing it, a 1 star is much easier. The front entrance floor also had wet paint smeared all over the ground for people to step in, which none of the employees seemed to be in a hurry to clean. Consistently poor experience.

Usually a pretty reliable Tim s as well as conveniently near school. This wasn t the case today. Ordered a couple of the new fiesta wraps with my buddies and only 2 of them were fiesta. At first we didn t really care because we just figured they d fix it and we d move on no big deal. But they just told us we didn t order fiesta when we definitely did. It was just kinda annoying because the limited wraps were the whole point of the outing.
Got my order wrong, and did not correct it when I took up the issue with one of the workers. No compensation or anything of the sort.
FYI, Tim Hortons has the worst food possible if you are not buying a doughnut. Avoid eating here at all costs. If you are in the area, just walk to the loblaws and buy food there. Honestly, this is the weakest possible food.
Great Customer Service and Staff
They are always messing up orders especially on mobile orders. I cant have dairy but there have been so many times I found it in my coffee instead of nut milk. Disappointing!
This is the worst location I have ever been to. Not clean, dirty washrooms, not the most friendly stuff. No tissues at the washroom. Dirty floor. What are you guys doing there? I was in the line with 5 people behind me and only one guy was working and making the coffee at the same time at 12 pm!!!

Don t order assorted donuts through delivery, they give you the least popular ones. Called to speak to someone, was put on hold & forgotten. Stay away from this place.
This used to be a pretty decent Tims, but over time this place has just gotten worse and worse. The food is poorly made, the service is slow, the staff are rude and the restaurant has gotten increasingly dirty. Go to a different Tims or go to somewhere for your food and coffee.

Regularly go here as its close to work and the service has become extremely slow in the past year - miniumum 10 minute wait. They also dont seem to serve any food after 12pm. Dont order any sandwhiches or wraps from this location on the app - youll be told they dont have it when you arrive and have to substitute for donuts or bagels.

Went in to grab a couple of donuts - the store had a line with only one person serving customers while there were 3 other tim Hortons employees milling about not really doing anything - we asked if another till could be opened and all we got was eye rolls and attitude - when I finally got to the till was not even greeted, was given A LOT of attitude and eye rolling - when I said to the server that he had a really bad attitude I was told to mind my business - even though this is my closest timmies it will be a LONG time before I give you any more of my money

Doesnt matter where you go at Tim Hortons always friendly service and clean they have such a high volume of people coming in and going and I always see stop cleaning which is amazing you dont see that at Starbucks I havent anyways but very friendly fast service I recommend Tim Hortons to everyone if theyre on the go or even if you want to sit back and relax and play with your iPhone very community
Wont be returning. Ordered an ice coffee ten pack of Timbits and a plain bagel toasted. Only one person behind me and one infront. Not only did they keep asking what the order was and proceeded to type it in wrong in the system. It took ten mins for the order and was still waiting for the bagel. They gave the perosn behind me their bagel first. Which is fine however. They gave her MY order. Five mins later they asked me what my bagel was and I responded a plain bagel toasted. They informed me that they gave the person my order and they ran out of bagels. THEN they proceeded to stand there and then ask the lady who had not only touched the bagel but had partially opened it and had it in her purse asking her to return it to me. This shouldve been refunded. They should NOT have broken health and safety standards and asking for her to hand it back from her purse. This is not normal. When I explained I was uncomfortable with it and wanted to speak to a manger they did nothing. When I asked for a refund they did nothing. Update called the location and they answered the phone hi not hi thankyou for calling Tim horntons. And did not care less of his staffs behaviour and was laughing at this whole scenario. The manager said to go ahead leave a review bye and proceeded to hang up.

Slowest Tim Hortons EVER! As in, zero customers in-store, no customers waiting for pickups and YET it took nearly 15 minutes (yup you read that right) to get a simple breakfast sandwich DURING breakfast time?? No refund from the store, only a substitution offered. Just. Plain. Lazy.
Staff are friendly (not common at Tim Hortons). Dark Roast coffee is good. Ambience is quite terrible (dated and worn decor, flies, etc.). Franchise owner may want to consider freshening the store.
Sanitation (or rather, lack thereof) at this place revels at a dangerously low standard. Acquired multiple infractions yet has pridefully remained open with zero noticeable changes to its interior operations, much less a visible urgency to improve their quality. Cant believe awful locations like this are allowed to profit in Canada as long as they cower behind a big-name franchise; let this have been a mom-and-pop and it wouldve been shut down long ago.

I had first experience at this location, at it was fabulous. Ms Gel who was Manager on Duty when we ordered , we asked for the receipt but my friend was not able to explain that he needs a receipt for today our order and want to fill the survey .she was really nice to us and so generous , i have never seen so generosity in a Manager ever. Who so ever the owner is, she deserves a good raise, not just she is a manager, she is really a good hearted person. I would love to visit this location again.
