If there is something beyond PATHETIC I d use that to describe this place after my recent visit. This used to be one of my favourite Tim s untill this afternoon, as usual the line was long and they had only 1 out of the 3 or 4 counters that they have so I used the kiosk to order a Jalapeño bagel butter toasted , I waited for unexpected 15 minutes for my order which never came, though a back of house worker(South asian/Indian female height 5 2 -5 4 ) came to the counter yelling everything bagel with cream cheese on asking for my order she denied very rudely and said it won t be your order it came from the order desk(nobody claimed this order till the end), I checked with the Front of the house working(Female Asian height almost 5 feet) about my order and it s been more than 15 minutes to which she checked with the BOH staff to which the same girl replied, it s a everything bagel totally declining the request, Furthermore the FOH worker checked and told that it was an Jalapeno bagle totally which the BOH worker checked their screen and agreed, I again waited for another 10 minutes and then the FOH worker saw me and again asked for the status on jalapeño bagel, finally after all delays and FOH worker going to BOH and getting my order done, I finally received my order and on asking for the feedback form to provide my feedback on this horrible experience the manager( Male, South Asian/ Indian origin, height- 5 9 -6 feet) was very unprofessional and said you need to make an order to get feedback form(clearly seeing order in my hand) Both of these(THE MANAGER and THE BOH worker) very very unprofessional, rude and incompetent to work who don t know the basics of customer service. They surely need more trainings before they work. Never going back to this place.

Tim Hortons has been a brand and household name in tea, coffee, and other berevege, not forgetting snakes too. My experience with chia tea has always been wanderful. The sales representative does their best to see that customers are well attended to, the positioning, and atmospheric setting around North America is equal to non. Think fresh coffee and quality service, think Tim Hortons..... Vegetarian options: The vegetarian option is a very fundamental meal that is all purpose as regards eating healthy. I had an amazing experience at the 2075 Sheppard Ave location, all thanks to Sugantha from the drive-thru. Despite how busy it was, she had a warm smile on her face, which made the wait much easier. When I got to the window, I could see just how hectic things were, but Sugantha remained calm and professional. I had to park while waiting for my sons favorite flatbread to be made, and when she brought it out, her kindness truly stood out. Staff who serves the coffee are really lazy there. I always order from kiosk machine so it wont be crowded but i always have to wait for 5 mins to get my coffee and person who enters 5 mins after me in a queue is served first. Above all they dont call the name properly and hard to understand also in indian accent.

Every morning at 6 AM, I visit Tim Hortons, where Sugantha warmly greets me with a smile and, when I ask, suggests the perfect coffee to start my day. Her kindness and attention make a great start to each morning. All the team members at this Tim Hortons are fantastic except for the manager, whose constant attitude and unfriendly demeanor toward customers stand out in a negative way. This manager does not reflect the welcoming spirit of the rest of the team, and I believe management should seriously address this issue to maintain the positive environment created by the other team members.

I visited this location, and I asked her very nicely the lady about the survey recipe and she said we dont have it later after few seconds she just through out in the garbage that recipe instead of giving m. So by your kind information, the survey recipe is officially from timhorten, not coming from your home. Also, she had no name tag on her shirt. Otherwise, I would leave her name here, but no worries, I will keep find her name and leave it here. The timhorten should take action on it this is not a customer service

I am a regular customer of 2075 sheppard E location. Managers and employees are all friendly and polite. Store is kept clean and organized. Garbiges from outside of the store is picked regularly.

Stop serving warm coffee! For the past three weeks now, this Tim Hortons location has been serving warm coffee. The last four times that I have been buying coffee from here, I had to return my coffee each time in order to get a hot one. When your employees make my coffee for the second time, they get it from the drive-thru section. Even the coffee from the drive-thru section is not hot enough! Additionally, both of your managers, the older Sri Lankan guy and the Punjabi Sikh Guy refuse to listen to my complaint about the coffee not being hot. When you serve coffee that is not hot, it s not coffee anymore, it s flavoured water! Do the right thing and serve hot coffee.

Usually when I get my Timmys its just another thing i do in my day.. just asked to pay and get handed my food and beverage But when I get the opportunity to get my Timmys through Sugantha, it brightens my day. Today, we visited this Tim Hortons outlet at 3.41 pm. The staff were speaking loudly among themselves in Hindi or Punjabi. This is very annoying for us. There are many customers present there. Still they are gossiping and speaking among themselves loudly. This behavior of the staff should change and they should behave more professionally. They should speak in English while in front of the customers. For this my suggestion is to hire staff from different nationalities. I expect better behavior and service from the staff in the future.
