Hot chocolate was very watery tasted like bum bum water. Staff was not that smart and took 3 tries to make good hot chocolate. Also they didn’t understand that peppermint hot chocolate is the same damn thing as candy cane hot chocolate. Very bad place but had a good time here. Thank you!
This washroom is disgusting. I use to work for Tim hortons in Ontario, unless management is different . The washrooms should be cleaned every 2 hours. I came to use the washroom at 8:13pm today just leaving now . Only couple people in the restaurant and I see 1 girl talking to a customer/Friend over the counter . Clearly she doesn’t seem busy and is able to check the washrooms . Your scheduled washroom duty, you check every couple hours and also have to sign off when you check it and there is a checking board on the door washroom it self . Toilet disgusting Sink disgusting The door seems to be peeling pain and it just looks so uncomfortable to even go to the washroom . Get your tram fixed up. If they aren’t busy there is duties to do on your shift !!!
Came in for a half dozen donuts and the guy in line ahead of us got the last chocolate glazed. The staff must have seen us looking disappointed because they offered to make us some fresh. It was a really nice experience and great service. Totally recommend.

this is the second time that I go to this place and washroom is close according to the floor is wet what a coincidence or is that since is open 24 hora a lot of people used it and they are tired of cleaning it? Strange two times different dates different times well for the record just in case . I ask the attendant that I need to used and said it will take a long time to dry the floor kind of suspicious

This place use to be okay but now it s the worst place 24/7 It s shocking they don t have any food sometimes left and there washrooms always closed from 10 pm to 6 am I don t understand why they keep this Tim 24 / 7 it s should be from 6 am to 10 pm

The customer service was disappointing. When I asked for extra sugar and napkins, the staff seemed reluctant to assist. This lack of willingness to provide basic service was quite frustrating.
I rarely come here, but this is a place where the food is not expensive, accordingly, you can often meet people in the hall who smell unpleasant, which makes it difficult to sit down in the room. Last time I was in the rain looking for another place to eat my tim bits and coffee. I also consider the size of the chicken wrap to be a minus. It is tiny and has a lot of mayonnaise inside.
Dont say theres a drive thru if there isnt one, its not that hard.
I can say the best of night-time TimHortons around here. I would say Thank you maam to the kind old woman that served me tonight and before. I wish I knew this place long ago when the rude guy at 590 Keel St. annoyed me every night.

Ok service, but pretty slow. My issue is, why cant u offer your customers a washroom to use?? Every time I have been in this location the washroom is always out of service . Hmmmm. Needless to say I left, decided to head down the road where i can get a better cup of coffee and use the facilities.

There is a lady in customer service representative who takes order . She is racist . I went store on 14th march 2024 at 11:20 PM she was at front counter i asked her about the items and then one of her colleague was Indian so i talked to him in Hindi about that item and she got frustrated and irritated with this and start shouting queue is getting bigger. She made a mistake in billing and added herb and garlic pastury which was not present there i told her about it and now the the queue is not going bigger. And she started shouting and said she will don t give me order and after that just she said take the order and I insist to pay but she refused to take money and say She was treating me like a homeless .
every time I buy coffee from this place, it smells and tastes so bad. I have no idea what this guys foin wrong with coffee but need to fix it and serve people a proper coffee asap!!!!
Great customer service. However, if I pay an extra $2 for DOUBLE cream cheese on an everything bagel, I expect a multi-million dollar franchise would honor that and not skimp on something as simple as cream cheese.

In the early morning around 7 am, the place was bustling; every window counter seat was in use, and there were people waiting in line. The service was friendly and efficient, and the coffee and muffins were excellent. Free parking outside.
Out of all the Tims in the city, this one has some of the best staff Ive seen. Even when theres a big line up out the door, Im never waiting more than 2 minutes. Staff works together like a well oiled machine.
This is a small location near Hyde park. Theres usually lots of parking. Depending on what time you get there, the morning might be slightly busier but usually there is parking. I do not believe they have a drive-thru but you will have to double check with them. Call their number and check it out
Rude customer service! On 9th Jan, I went in around 10pm to get my coffee and the lady (she wore a mask and had a small tattoo on her face) who was taking my order was being really rude and loud for no reason. Even got my order wrong on the first try so I had to correct her but she still got mad, sounds like she might have had a bad day but i didnt like the service at all.
Bought 2 extra large French vanillas. Got home to discover the top 2 inches of the cups empty. Feeling ripped off If I wanted medium, I would have ordered medium

Most of the time when i buy my French vanilla the cup is 70% full and missing my 30% , if i buy extra large this means they make extra coffee small, every time i but coffee this store is 100% of profit .what a shame . Please

Totally rude and disrespectful lady Older Caucasian lady - she was not rude to anyone else in the line - just for me. I literally go to tim Hortons every single day and never have an issue with scan & pay Some people dont understand and then I tell them and they figure it out. Except for this lady. She is fully arguing with me, I am calm no yelling no swearing. However she wants to be ignorant, rude and raising her voice being extremely nasty. Totally disrespectful and insulting. She is telling me my card is declined - I can fully see on the screen she is not selecting the correct option. I tell her I am using scan and Pay she says no im not. I tell her yes I am you have to select correct option. Useless back and forth I ask for a manager she says she is a manager and that if i want free food just take it. That I dont need to play games for free food. Who the hell does she think she is to say disgusting things like that to me. She must be racist I was the only black guy in the store and she was not like this with anyone else. Im in work uniform with work colleagues and she is disrespecting me like that. Totally disgusting woman. I was at another tim Hortons earlier and used the scan and Pay with no issues...
This place is always busy
Cute little hole-in-the-wall Timmys. The problem is they only have two cash registers and nowhere to wait for your orders. They need a renovation. Parking: 7 or 8 parking spots in front of Timmys. Be prepared to park on Indian Grove.

There are not give proper iced capp including all stuff. Yesterday night I bought mocha Iced capp. There was old lady worked and she didn t put cream on my mocha iced capp. And I also regularly add extra chocolate syrup by paying money but employees are not add that. She was very rude.

Small resturant, with limited sitting for dine in. When the line is extremely long, it is better to use the Tim Hortons app to procced faster. Overall, friendly staff with good customer service.

5 *I have bought coffee from this, and it was awful. It tastes burnt. Other times they go through the motions of putting in the cream or sugar and they dont, because the sugar dispenser is empty and the creamer is empty.

It is cold outside, Im wearing a coat to adjust to 10°C. I go in the coffee shop, thinking about having a hot chocolate with a bagel, and stay a bit to warm up. It was freezing inside, at least 12°C or less. It felt like going into a walking freezer, so I left immediately out because it is a lot warmer. Why dont you convert this to a drive-in only? Which is what Im doing now at MacDonalds, but its warmer there to stay anyways

Someone needs to look into the Fly problem at this location theres always Flys in the glass case and thats why I never buy doughnuts at this location.

Good location ..great staff. Well managed. In my opinion I think that the baker at this Tim Hortons is probably the best in the city. I can really tell she puts tremendous effort into putting out the perfect product for the customers. If you decide to go to this Tim Hortons you will definitely see what I mean. Its also nice to see the manager /owner there on a regular basis to make sure that the store is running as it should. But this is definitely my favorite Tim Hortons in Toronto.
The phone number that they have on the website is not the correct one. I dialled it and the call was going to a health centre in Hamilton. I just wanted to give instructions regarding my order as there was no option to add instructions on uber eats.

Ordered a pumpkin spice iced latte. The featured picture shows whipped cream on top. No whipped cream was offered. Not much pumpkin spice flavor. The hot version is much more flavorful.

I hate every morning coming tim hortons with my kids for breakfast and the service is bad. Indian woman she dies wrong order for us and Phillipines ladies looking and talking and laughing about customers and the black lady laughing at people while making coffee. I spend alot and get wrong food and staff laughing and talking about customers
This outlet is a bit small compared to other outlets I have visited around. There is not much space for sitting. We ordered chai tea and coffee. Preparation was good but the condiments were not available openly which is unlike other tim horten outlets.We had to ask for sugar seperately. We were handed 4 pouches for four people. We needed some more so we again had to ask for sugar and then again we were handed 4 pouches. I dont know if cost cutting is going on or what. But it was a bit awkward to go back time and again asking for condiments.

This is a very small but busy location. There are only 2 small tables and some bar style seats. A Canadian favourite for coffee and donuts. There are also other food items for a light meal. On-site small and busy free parking lot. #letsguide #donuts

The staff are friendly. This location is frequented by crackheads and homeless people. I try to to use other locations when possible.
The last time I was at this branch of tim Hortons last it was clean, the staff were very friendly and everything was good.
The staff there doesnt know how to talk with the customer even when you are talking with them calmy they behave soo rudely specially the women working there just want to finish their job and get rid of the customer and the order , they make fun of the customer like who does it? also while taking order they will not listen to you properly and when you say this was not what i ordered they will try to prove the customer wrong like bro 3 people are there while placing order 3 people are wrong but you the one taking order is right does not make any sense to me?
They give cold coffee when you ask for hot ones.
