This is not a fair review as I only drink Tims if someone else is buying it. I am not a fan of their coffee if u can call it coffee.

Served 2 people the same order as I got ahead of me. Why? But at least when I finally got it, it wasnt particularly well made. Never coming back.

The location is inside an Esso gas bar,they had only one person working the counter with seven people in line. The days of only selling coffee this would not be problem. The menu is alot larger and people are ordering all different items. I blame the manager understaffing ,the. Counter person was busting trying to keep up I ended up leaving and got water from Esso counter

Perfect for grabbing a coffee and soaking in the sun for a bit. Good seating outside.

Super busy around 9am and 12pm because of the nearby schools. Usually have loads of selection for the foods and pastries. Staff is very friendly. Food : 5/5

One of the Tim hortons girl that was preparing the food today was racist today she done my bagel and never gave it to me, then I saw people that came after me leaving before me with their order so I went to ask the cashier and the bagel was prepared but she put it aside and didnt give it to me, the Cashier was very friendly and nice but the one that was cooking was not nice.

I had the worst coldbrew.. we got two of it and they tasted opposite.. but they were both just filled with water!

Raman is so amazing. Today is her last day at this location. I will miss her service she is so great. Polite and so kind with people And makes my coffee perfect all the time. She is one of the best worker at this tims. Will miss her

Raman was the lady who dont listen properly , and give wrong size coffee and very rude with customer infront of the other customer . She have 0 customer skils . I will not recomeanded to friend buy some thing from tim hortton .

Haven t been here in a few months because they always mess up my order. Ordered two things today, both were as bad as timmies ever gets. The reason I don t go to this location regularly is the reason I ll never return.

This timmies is inside the circle K. No seating area inside and the tables outside are dirty. Fast turnaround on food and drinks.

I m very disappointed with my recent experience at Tim Hortons. The service was slow, and when I asked for the turkey bacon club sandwich at 9:55 am on a Sunday, they told me it wasn t available. This limited menu selection is frustrating, and the staff didn t seem particularly helpful. I hope they can improve their service and menu availability in the future. Others Tim Hortons give the turkey bacon club between in the morning

Most of the time food is good, but a bagel I got was not even toasted at all.

This is frequently visited tims on monday and Wednesday by me. less queue sometimes no queue. giving 3 rating for food category because of the least or no availability of donuts and timbits in my most of the visits.

Worst Tim Hortons ever! They are rude rude rude. The ice cup is too sweet to drink, and the wrap takes 10 minutes to make and She doesn t apologize for forgetting it.

mobile orders always take 10+ minutes with them because they ll put it on a shelf behind the counter and they re all too busy to ask if any if it is yours.

They burnt my coffee and someone else literally stole my lunch because they dont even check who it belongs to if someone says that it is their food then they are given it I had to wait an extra 20 minutes for them to make another because someone took my food. As well, there is a swarm of students at lunch making it literally a mob, there should be some type of person limit in order for this location to function properly. Horrible customer service.

Theyre messing with the steeped tea here. Its weak or made with tea bags or something, but definitely doesnt taste the same as it does at other stores. I love the staff here, as in, theyre mostly friendly. Great with mobile orders. It is tough with new staff though, they often mess up my white hot chocolate with regular hot chocolate or put cream instead of milk in my tea. These are issues across the board with Tim Hortons, but tougher when you get used to a certain level of service at a location you frequent, and it drops with new staff. I go here because so many times hortons have no parking, but you have options at the gas station.

The worse experience Ive EVER had and I m calling the health and safety team to come investigate this matter. I purchased an iced cap tonight as this Tim hortons is on my way home. Thinking it was going to be okay, because it usually is from here, I took a good sip. I INSTANTLY SPIT IT OUT! It was the most SOUR iced cap I ve ever tasted in my life. I instantly got a stomach ache. The customer service here is terrible. I had the person who drove me home go back because that s their area. The lady here was very rude, wouldn t even refund the money that was paid for it! Made another one but when that one was tasted it was still the same. Was told to come back tomorrow because they re closed now? That could make someone very very ill. Zero stars if I could give. Worst experience ever.

Its inside the convenience store, so theres a smaller selection, but overall the same items are available as any other Tim Hortons.

Is the same as most Tims small selection of donuts And is busy from both walk in business and the gas station buisness.

Very poor customer service

They didnt let me know before paying hash browns werent available. Disappointing. Boston cream donuts were packed in a paper bag with the chocolate layer stuck.

Lady at the cash didnt listen to what the person before or after me wanted. The food came out quickly, but I never knew I had to ask them to NOT put mayonnaise on a grilled cheese...I wont be going back, had to throw out the entire order because it tasted like garbage. 2 Stars for the speed of the prep, but I wish I could give a 0 star rating and forcibly remove the lingering taste of Mayo filled grilled cheese out of my mouth.

I usually take triple triple. I had at least 20 times triple triple as of now and it was good hardly 2 or 3 times. It is not even match to double double. I have told many times to give me good one and reordered 2 or 3 times. But always disappointed me. Not sure whether the machine problem or not. I can definitely show difference by buying from other Tim and here.

Purchased several Boston cremes here and the shes lady never ads the plastic w wrap on them*. 2 minutes later they are stuck to the bag making it uneatable. Also, the Coffee is never the way its suppose to taste

The worst experience ever everytime I go there the coffee never taste the same it doesnt even taste like Tim hortans coffee it always gives me heartburn. Customer service is terrible I saw a lady in there take someones order and then she went in the backroom for 15 minutes and forgot to make a gentlemens sandwich who ordered way before me. By the time my order was done after I had to wait in the terrible usual long line that circles the gas station she comes back out he reminds her about his sandwich and stresses how long he waited and requested a refund. She looms at him ice cold and doesnt apologize nothing and gives him the refund as if hes in the wrong this place needs a huge change in staff i dread going to this tim hortans.

Be prepared to wait in a line that snakes throughout the store. Slow inattentive staff that will require you to repeat your order several times before they get it due to chatting with their coworkers. Very disappointing visit and not what I would expect from Tim Hortons. Also their clock on the wall is five minutes fast so you think youre later than you are.

Kudos to the staff: the lineups can be really long and demanding, but they make it work. Sometimes things can be forgotten out of exhaustion, but always happy to get my morning coffee on the way to work!

3 Rd time in a row that my double double had no sugar let them know all three times . And today I get chicken strips the batter was soggy and the chicken was hard tough to bite. Tasted horrible. Didnt eat it garbage . And under cooked potato wedges. Im done spending money on the food there. Almost done with the coffee too .
