The new lady supervisor or manager during the weekday does not know how to treat customers with disabilities. I was in one line with 2 other people infront of me. When a second line opened up the guy called the lady infront of me and she didn’t want to go ahead so I went ahead into the second line. Mind you I have medical condition that prevents me from standing too long. This almighty CEO of managers jumps in scold the guy at the counter that called me infront said O No No No you cannot take her she has to wait her turn. I just walked out the store without getting lunch.
I ordered a cheese and egg burger with tomato and lettuce. They charged me $2 extra for the tomato and lettuce and didn't even put cheese or egg.
The cheapest amount of cream cheese on a bagel I have ever seen in the decades I've eaten at a Tim Horton's. I am so disappointed.
Panwir, consistently demonstrates exceptional customer service at Tim Hortons. She greets every customer with a warm smile and go above and beyond to ensure orders are prepared accurately and quickly, even during the busiest times. Her attention to detail, reliability, and friendly demeanor have a noticeable impact on customer satisfaction.
I visit this Tim Hortons semi-regularly during the evening shift, and the customer service is consistently exceptional! Sushila and Andrhei in particular always go above and beyond to ensure every one of their customers is taken care of. Even when they’ve run out of certain menu items for the day, they find a solution that makes everyone happy. Their friendly and efficient service makes my visits a pleasure. Highly recommend stopping by this location for a great Timmies experience!
I usually come during off-peak and the staff here is always very fast and efficient. You can tell they are always working hard. There are some interesting characters around the area so atmosphere is only 4/5
The atmosphere was clean and service was really nice. Sushila was really kind and suggested some new items to try from the updated menu. She also customized my drink as per my requirements with perfection. A big Head’s up for this place..💪🏾🙌🏾
The food was good, but it's a Tim Hortons, so you can't expect much from it. The waiting lines were a bit slow, but not that bad. The atmosphere was significantly more scenic than a normal Tim Hortons, offering a view of a nearby park and the pretty bustle of Toronto and not just some parking lot. It was rainy and my friend and we enjoyed watching the dogs and cars go by.
So good,i ll make sure to visit again
Ordered online 5 minutes in advance, and it still took over 10 minutes by the time I arrived for them to complete my order of 2 items. Horrible service.
Ordered a coffee, wasnt great, probably due to closing hours??
best tim hortons in all of leslieville/riverside. iced capps are always made perfectly. food is great and service is too.
6 a.m. Quick and efficient.
Great job to this team....excellent service
Best ever
Hey Sushila, I am writing this for you. I don t know whether you re gonna see it or not but I really appreciate it and you are one of the kind of staff every Tim Hortons needs these days. I really appreciate your work and you are really really deserving employee!!
Live across the street from here and it s consistently the worst location.
Decent place to grab a cup of coffee.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS TIM Loved food and top-notch service by little girl PARVIR What impressed me most all the time the way she remembers people names and orders with smile in busy stressful work environment. She Never forget to mentioning better combo deals like SALES People.
Quick and easy service
Yuvraj Manager Best
Nice place
Worst customer service ever!!! Waiting time is 10-20mins just to get a coffee and a donut! Plus some of the employees are rude and do not practice good hygiene given that they are in a food industry! The garbage is always full, the floor is always dirty! I WOULD GIVE A NEGATIVE STAR IF I COULD.
The employees give us a wrong order and than said that it s ours fault and problems. i said them that we re ordering different positions, but they do nothing and started to teach me how to order next time
Experienced very tasty donuts .Staff members were very helpful and providing such a fast service..
They are providing hygienic and have a very nice atmosphere i think one of the best tim here in Down town area.
I came to this location to sit down to do some work because it had higher ratings than other Tim Horton locations and although the staff is very friendly and helpful, it has two major issues: 1) washroom is locked, 2) there is an automatic door that opens and closes every minute and makes an absolutely unbearable noise. Vegetarian options: they have vegetarian options
Super friendly staff and quick Service.
Shout out to Panvir who is always so friendly and remembers what I order before I even say anything.
Theyre pretty cruel and dont know the meaning of customer service. They dont have the sense of empathy. Fairness and respect. The pretty evil employees, even the manager doesnt have a sense of fairness in it. He or she self. You should try to have a sensitivity. Training and behavior analysis has done under wird brain . Or never purchase any more of their garbage for rest of my life.
Excellent Service by Mittal
I personally had different experiences at this place, but the last time I visited, I had a wonderful experience. The person who attended me was so good. She was so helpful, she helped me with my order. Her customer service skills were on point. The employee name was Mittal. Cheers to her kindness.
Not bad
Seriously cleanliness issues at all, Tim Hortons in Toronto.
Tried flat bread and chicken wrap. Had to wait a bit but staff was so nice that they treated us with apple juice for waiting. Thanks
Worst location. Slowest lying workers. Everything out of stock.
The washroom out of service
Great service! Mittal was really kind.
Staff ia nice and work very fast
The automatic door right in front of the line is very annoying. It is noisly opening and closing every time someone on the street walks by, or anytime someone in the line moves. Might as well have no door at this point.
Amazing
Staff are very ignorant. They dont listen. Will never go back.
Coffee
Staff is nice and friendly. Quick service
Mmmm tasty
This is a complaint to whoever us running this franchise. Train your staff better, there s no production line in place to make a mere sandwich with a few people waiting in line. The results, everyone waiting more than 20 mins for an order and they get it wrong. Seriously the worst service, in my opinion due to a lack of training properly their staff and not having an organized process to take orders
Unprofessional staff. Messed up my order and when I complained, instead of apologizing, they analyzed me like my therapist! Awful attitude!
Food
Helpful and friendly staff and I love the donuts Only rated low on atmosphere as for me its more of a takeout place, not somewhere Id hang out . Food
Fast service
Always a pleasure
Awesome delivery came warm still
Make u waite and let other people in when they have a new kid working that dont know English good gotta ask for a bag when I order cans of French Vanellia
The service is good. Delivery is fast and employees are polite. They seemed to be customer centric. Almost all of Tim Hortins has a warm soothing environment during chilling winters and facilitates washroom for customers. They have seating arrangement and systematically located on cities of Toronto, Canada. Wheelchair accessibility: The TIM HORTINS AT THE RIVER ST AT KING ST EAST AND ALMOST ALL SUBLETS ARE HAVING WHEEL CHAIR
Too busy
Very disrespectful carribean lady who works in the morning taking orders . Your toasted bagel was hard enough to break my teeth
Excellent place.
Thank you for the good service
Consistent with most well run Tim Hortons establishments.
They always make mistake with the order
Told me I couldnt get 20 Tim bits because of online orders. So I had to get 10 Tim bits and some donuts instead. If I wasnt late for brunch? I would have left without anything and gotten Krispy Kreme donuts instead.
30 minutes before close and the bathrooms are closed down for the night.
At this locations I have be to quite a few times, unfortunately, the last couple of times, I can t seem to ignore how customer service has be poor and how unhygienic it has become especially the bathroom. I recently stopped by and it seemed like all the staff were too busy doing orders to take orders. When I asked for the bathroom they allowed me only for me to step into the bathroom to an entire bathroom full of urine on the floor. I told one of the staff about the urine all over the floor and the staff member just looked at me and shrugged their shoulders.
This specific location can never seem to get things right???
This place kinda of stinks, they have not given me my order like 3 times and that makes me upset. So they messed up my order again thats 4 times now, this is an edit from Thursday may 11th 2023. How hard is it to make a Begal? They even asked for my name this time and still I didnt receive this Begal
Amazing tasty donuts and great coffee
Stop by to use the food to go app, pick up a tea service is terrible. Staff not at all helpful even when you need assistance and its only because they made mistake in first place.
Quick service
staff are great. the automatic door is screechy!!
If it s busy just walk out! The employees are completely disorganized and do not communicate well with customers or eachother! Don t try the kiosks unless getting one item most of them are broken and don t let you choose meal items
The staff here are very pleasing and supportive. I went on a weekday night and although they were busy finishing their duties they made sure to serve me. There were two girls only but both of them knew what they were doing and did a good job.
Staff are very accommodating and friendly excellent service overall!
this morning, in the role of a courier came for the order. Stood at the counter for 10 minutes. The order was not ready, the staff did not even ask and did not say how long to wait for the order. Lost time . Terrible service.
Please update your sign advertising food sold at this location. I ordered a yogurt parfait that was advertised as a side and chaos and confusion ensued as no one working there knew what I was talking about. Eventually someone was able to explain they don t have yogurt parfaits there. Finally, I had ordered an everything bagel and got a sesame bagel instead. I hope communication improves at this location.
I have been working in the area for a year. Truly I do rather pay at Starbucks than to get the treatment that I have gotten here sometimes. Some of the staff is rude and unprofessional. I did come here often in the morning but as I have learned as the year went on that there are no improvements. At the end of the day you just need to be polite and give me my order. I can totally understand having an off day or an off couple days. But it s customer service!!! There s one black lady that works here that has always been sweet to me when I do not order at the machine. All in all I do believe that it s a great location for a Tim s but I would like to see an improvement of the attitude of some of the employees in this establishment.
Good service
Didnt open store till 6 am lazy staff...dont recommend for office going early birds.
Been here twice in the last two weeks while waiting for my car to be serviced nearby. On the first visit I ordered a frozen lemonade. Other customer receipts were on the counter, but not mine. No big detail until I realized why. They gave me raspberry, likely a mistake they made and did not want to correct so they hid the receipt to frame it as my error. Second visit ordered coffee and breakfast sandwich. Got receipt and meal 15 minutes later, which I consider a long wait, when only 2 people ahead of me, but no napkins when they knew I was dining in. Service needs real improvement.
Slow slow slow. 8 people behind the counter. Three people in front of me and it took 14min to place order: toasted 12 grain bagel with light cream cheese. Need to speed up....
Honestly, the TTC detours have been a complete nightmare are I opted to Uber to work from your location. But first I popped in to grab a quick snack. I have to admit Tim Hortons has never been my first choice, especially because the illusion of it being a Canadian company. BUT the staff at your location should be given a huge nod of appreciation for their smiley and efficient work. A Tim Hortons with a vibe?! Who knew. After covid every restaurant business has slid and turned their attention to Uber and takeout guests and completely disregards the clientele coming in their very front doors. So Thankyou for being kind and acknowledging me with over the top customer service, something I feel is terribly lost on the in person consumer. I will be back :)
All good in TimTown
quick service, good food, nice coffee!
Staff acted as though I didnt exist, blatantly ignored my multiple requests to use the washroom even though I am a paying customer. Sandrie in particular was horrid to deal with
It s busy location.we don t have seats .Front cashier Very rushed. After ordering, we had to go to a nearby park to eat. There are tables but no stools at the side door
Good Very clean
Service is extremely slow. Expect to wait for 15+ minutes for a wrap and coffee in a workday morning
Pathetic service and lazy staff. Dont care about the hygiene and the staff was behaving like they do not know about anything. Took alot of time too!!
Oh, where do I even start with this delightful establishment? If I had to compare the competence of the employees at this coffee shop to a group of blind chimpanzees with their hands tied behind their backs, it would be an insult to the chimpanzees. Walking into this coffee shop is like stepping into a surreal circus of incompetence. The baristas, who you have to repeat your order 200/300 times as English isnt their first language (ESL) I feel this is part of Trudeaus welcome anyone in a programme in which for credit you have to work at your local Tims. They seem to possess a unique talent for turning a simple coffee order into a complicated riddle that they cant solve. Perhaps theyve mistaken a latte for a Rubiks cube, and the poor creatures are struggling to make sense of it all. Attempting to decipher the menu is akin to decoding an ancient hieroglyphic script. One might think theyve stumbled upon an ancient archaeological site rather than a coffee shop. Its impressive how they manage to make something as straightforward as a coffee selection feel like a labyrinthine puzzle. As for the service, its a true spectacle. The employees move with a grace reminiscent of a three-legged elephant attempting ballet. Efficiency is clearly an alien concept in this peculiar realm, where time seems to slow down as you wait for your order to materialize. In summary, if youre looking for an experience that leaves you questioning the laws of physics and the evolution of customer service, this coffee shop is the perfect destination. But if youre seeking a well-brewed cup of coffee and a modicum of competence, Id suggest giving this establishment a wide berth. Even those chimpanzees would likely fare better, and they dont even drink coffee!
This is hands down the worst Tim Hortons in the GTA possibly the worst Tim Hortons in all of Canada, everything is out of stock all the time. I ordered the steak loaded wrap, no steak, I ordered the chilli, no chilli, I ordered the potato wedges, no potato wedges, and finally, I ordered the most simple thing on their menu, a bacon & cheese panini which i was told they did actually have. 5 minutes later they tell me that they have NO BREAD!!! I couldnt help but laugh
Good place to have a coffee
Very slow service. Over 10 minutes to make a coffee.
Its a Tim Hortons. Its slow and the food is mid at best. Its local though and theres no alternatives so I will continue to suffer by coming here daily. Wheelchair accessibility: Automatic door and barrier free entry. Unsure about the washroom as you need to push the door hard to open it.
Been coming here for over a year to get my morning coffee with my dog.. first time I was kicked out & definitely not going back.
very good
Very friendly staff,very clean place,
I love going to Tim Hortons just for the beverages, I love buying ice caps since it has a nice texture and taste, but recently I ve been getting a Double Double since it has a nice balance If cream and sugar for me, but I did have some Inconsistent taste in my drink for it, sometimes it could be perfect or it had a ratio of 2 cream and 1 sugar, but sometimes none, I never worked at Tim Hortons before and I m not sure if you have a machine that you press to dispense the cream and sugar at a perfect amount of you have to estimate it but ice caps been pretty consistent but not so much for the double double coffee
It is an upsetting that every time my partner goes there to pick up a coffee the managers and some staff refuse to serve him cause he is carrying his dog, they kick him out. He doesn t want to leave the little dog outside during the cold, it s his ESA, gives him anxiety to leave the dog outside. But this same people are not concerned with beggars inside the store bothering clients, sleeping on top of tables and smelling terribly. Also, multiple times I ve seen people inside, with dogs, actually seating at the table, with big dogs and everything, and they did not have a vest of service dogs, inside the coffee shop, so I guess it is just an act of discrimination against my partner. What s the issue guys to let your clients come inside to grab a coffee with their dog in their arms? He is just grabbing a take out. I don t believe it is a matter of sanitary standards, there is a lot of unsanitary, mismanagement and incorrect practices going on in that store. Managers display unnecessary behaviour. The impression I get is that they are frustrated with their jobs and they truly want to dump their frustration on the clients.
They are good workers there but I kept getting called seen instead of Seán, thats why its a 4 star. Love the place otherwise
Fix your self kiosk machines or just remove them wasting our time to try to order and see it fails ever single time
One of the BEST before Queen & River in Downtown Toronto. Cleanliness & overall Efficient Dedicated & ever SMILING Staff. Tummies is what it is but, this store & staff is definitely VALUE ADDITION.
This location doesn t have tap for cards, so you have to insert your card which is inconvenient. They did not have chocolate syrup for the iced coffee.
This place is a health hazard. Not only did they take 15 minutes to fulfill my order which was a grilled cheese, they also have no regard for food safety and sanitation of their workspace. I literally witnessed the person making my sandwich put on gloves, then grab their phone which was visibly filthy, then touch the touch pad to scroll through the orders... Please look at the photo attached of the condition of the touch pad When I brought it up to the manager, her response was: how else do you want us to scroll through the orders? By making sure your surfaces and work areas are clean would be the answer.... She flat out ignored me and did nothing about it.... This is unacceptable for a place where they serve food. Its simply disgusting and unsafe. Shame on the people managing this place so poorly and without any regard to costumer health and safety.
Lack of communication leading to no one knowing what they should be doing here!
23 minutes waiting for the bagel and coffee? Impolite and unprofessional staff. Tim Hortons you should close this place!
My boyfriend went today to this branch to just get 3 different Tim bits flavs. Now he is crazy mad posting about it on Reddit and has been complaining with me for more than 10 mins. Give this dude his childhood back offering more variety. Thanks
The service is fast, but the real problems here are having a different orders. The first one happened to be ordering Boston Cream, but what I got was the Apple Fritter. And the second time that it just happened today, and what I ordered was the Ice Coffee and they handed me an Ice Capp. And the washroom is dirty and not that much of a lighting.
Terrible place to expect a meal and have it done quickly.
Place is too dirty to come back. Stains everywhere and not a care in the world to clean it.
Horrible service easily the worst Tim hortons in Toronto, I ve ordered 3 times from them in the past week and have had missing items frm my lunch each time ($10 for my iced coffee and no hashbrowns is not acceptable) The customer service is atrocious.
This location needs to be closed down ASAP for health violations. If that wasn t enough, the manager/owner is obnoxiously rude, and the staff can t make a coffee if their lives depended on it.
This doesnt reflect the staff in any way but this store is one of the worst Ive been for speed at which you get served. They only have one cash open most of the time and the online orders and pick up take precedence over the long line ups that happen consistently. They dont have enough staff for this location, the owner and management should be paying more attention to serving customers in a more effective way. Maybe its time to cut back on the large menu to speed things up.
Ok urban
Great place but is small and I can never get a seat.
A serious health hazard by the stains and flies seen in the restaurant, which they dont bother to address.
The worst experience Ive ever had in any fast food chain. A friend and I went in for a quick bite and to try these new chicken bowls we had seen advertised. Firstly the employee who was taking our order was less than thrilled to be working there...the attitude says it all. After ordering our meals...my bowl came quite quickly but 5 min later we were still waiting on my friends. When the employee over heard us ask where was the other bowl she answered and told(with great confidence).. there wasnt one... that we had ordered a wrap!?. No I said we ordered two bowls...where once again we were told by another employee we had ordered a bowl and a wrap. Well... I answered are you calling us stupid...that we dont know what we ordered...plus are you calling us liars? Id like to see the Tim Hortons Training Manual where it says its okay to call customers stupid liars...just saying!?
My favourite place to eat !!
Was good I missed Wendys when I was in North bay ontario But I guess Toronto is just too big .
Food
Location is slower than most. Not unusual for online orders to take upwards of 15mins to get ready
Fast service good staff
It was all good and had served my food very fast.
VERY BAD ATTITUDE. There was a dark skin lady with short short hair treated us very badly. It was our first time in Tim Hortons coming from Spain, it was not expected, as we been told Canadian are very nice, I don t usually write a review but who run the place had to know.
Quick service, good... Location very clean... So nice to see good food service standards.
I would dare to say that the service of this branch is the fastest of all. I love it, obligatory stop for a Ice Coffee
Very friendly and coordinated staff, been coming here every week for the last year bcz of work, personally I dont like the area but I like this timmies!!
Amazing staff and wonderful customer service. Good problem solving skills.. Manager Kyra is super sweet, caring and wonderful person. She take care of me so we ll when I go visit that place.
Staff are super friendly and service is quick.
Worst place for a quick coffee. Our server was so distracted, he took 15 minutes to make our orders which were done incorrectly. He was passing people in front of us as they came after us. Unsanitary place. Really too slow and not respecting priorities.
Very bad customer service. One staff is very rude and talking with customers by raising her voice.
Slow service.
Few staff not following proper sanitization protocol. The guy serving drinks just shook hands over the counter with his Indian friend, didnt sanitize, didnt wear gloves.
Awful store and even worse customer service. I would never recommend going here and will never be back myself.
The worst Tim Hortons ever! The mocha we ordered was extremely watery. Upon telling the baristas, they said that s how it s made and we can t change it. They were really rude and not at all accommodative. Worst Tim Hortons experience EVER!
The staff here gendered me without my permission. Also, the portions are ridiculously small.
I was in the area and needed to use the washroom and when I walked in, I saw a rat the size of my shoe scream and immediately shut the door. Nothing bad to say about the workers as they all seemed kind and very hard workers. I m very disappointed in the sanitation of this Tim Hortons as it s also the closest one to my house which I will no longer be visiting due to this experience.
Usual tims.. nothing spectacular, just the usual quick, reasonably priced tea and in and out..
So living in Canada you would think Tim Horton s would be the best right?? Well let me change your mind about that . To start off they are VERY overpriced. I spent $26 on 2 wraps and a couple hashbrowns . No words for the inflation this place has. But this location has surprised me the most. A quarter way into eating my wrap I found a small black hair that was attached to the egg very very disgusting and unsanitary.. where are the hairnets? Where are the sinks? Tim Hortons needs to do something about this issue before people stop coming to your stores.. if you don t want someone s hair in your food maybe you should take that extra trip to a different location .
Love Tims theyre always providing the best coffee and Cookies
Love getting coffee from here before I go skateboarding at the under path
We visited this store at 10:25 pm and lady name Gagan told us we are closed. Are you closed this early ?? It was pathetic service. Don t visit this store after 10 if u wanna drink or buy anything just avoid this place. #pathetic #unsatisfactory service #garbage
I went to store before 30 mins closing and they said no to serve any hot drinks. The employee name Gagan was rude and disrespectful. Then why they keep the store open if you don t wanna serve. I will never visit that store again.
We visited this store at 10:25pm and employee name gagan said they are closed. Never visit this store at night.
Staff and food are standard Tim Hortons although on this visit they were a bit short on bakery items. My main complaint is the loud and annoying door. Its so grating. Maybe thats part of their plan to keep you from sitting in their dining areas. But if I was an employee here I wouldnt last a week Id be asking to transfer out for my mental health. Especially since the door keeps opening and closing even though noone is entering the store as its an auto door that opens when people walk by on the sidewalk.
