Worst customer service. I came here today and ordered a chai tea latte with oat milk and a breakfast sandwich with only sausage and cheese. They gave me a chai tea with almond milk and a breakfast sandwich with egg, sausage and cheese. I asked for them to change it and they were able to but it took forever because only one person seemed to be working.
My mom and I loved this tims, the nutella croissant was very light and fresh! And the staff were very nice! Very busy around noon because of the nearby school though.
Horrible Tim’s location. Don’t go here. We ordered a dozen donuts. The lady grabbed the donuts with her bare hands and continued to scream at her co-workers in her own language while completing our order. Then she smacked the box, half closed, half opened on the counter and said here you go. Worst customer service at a Tim’s that I have had to deal with. The manager should seriously consider the kind of service their workers are providing, in terms of professionalism and hygiene.
I know at Tim Hortons they don't care to offer good customer service, but the Asian lady at the cash point is rude to the customers and she was yelling at the staff. I felt like if the food was free and she was doing me a favor.
Food and drink is on par. The staff always take their time to make the food, which could be improved. The drinks, on the other hand, are served pretty quickly. I really love their ambiance, clean and not too noisy.
$11 for this dish. Is this a joke? Unripe chicken and the amount of food is not as in the advertised picture.. This dish is the worst trick you have ever done.🤮👎
Great service even when it's busy. Weekdays during school (10:30am - 1pm) can be hard to get a seat with the local HS students at lunch.
I give 5 stars because this Tim Hortons have the BEST STAFF. There’s a lady who remembers you by name and it’s really heartwarming and sweet of her. Even though they are understaffed and busy all the time I’ve never stayed in a line because the staff work really fast and they listen to you carefully when you are customizing your orders. THANK YOU FOR YOUR HARD WORK!

I only go here in the morning because it s on my way to work. The coffee is good but the food is abysmal. The hash browns taste like they ve been left out overnight and the service is really slow sometimes. There s sometimes only 1 person working and half the time my food order is wrong

I did my usual trip to Tim Hortons. The experience was good as usual. My dark roast double double was good. The staff gave very good customer service and the location was clean.
UPDATE: They finally hired people who know what theyre doing, very nice thing to see ----------------------------- This has to be the slowest location in the whole city. Not only are there only two employees in the morning, theyre slow and it seems like they barely know how to do their job. They barely put any cream cheese to the bagels, and their coffee always has different taste for some reason.

I stopped at tim hortons to buy a cup of coffee and i also needed to use washroom however the employee there said to me that if u want to use the washroom you have to buy first beca The washroom was locked just tell me is that right?

Bad policy for water cup suppose to charge 10 cents but got charged 20 cents and she said i can only give you medium cup i want large she said its our owner policy

Disgusting that the staff is too lazy, and locks all the washroom with 5 hours left in his shift. Says his manager made the decision to lock them. Then gets caught in a lie.. he is chosing to lock them because he is by himself. Sad on all levels
Its the worst ever Tim Horton I ever saw theyre very lazy selfish customer service you ask them for washroom after 15 minutes they answer you they dont want to help they dont want to serve they dont do anything and they charge extra for coffee what a disgusting place
Worst customer service ever. Denied for tap water! Washroom is always closed Its hot inside they keep the Ac off Said if you want you can buy the bottled water.
Had a coffee from them this morning and they messed up my order but the staff is very cooperative, they gave me my correct order with in 5 mins.

Everything is good but too crowded
This is a no-frills location. No bathrooms. No gift cards and often no toasters. Food has always just run out and the line takes a long time because there is never more than one cash and often only one person working. They even have half of the dining room blocked off for years. It honestly must be a joke.
Everyday Monday to Friday I spend $45 everyday they get the order wrong its the closet place to the jobsite its becoming the worst part of my day ...which is not that bad but still they got me dreading talking to them everyday
Slow worker
My go to place before work. I like the dine in area as it is spacious and clean always. Vegetarian options: I had everything bagel with all the veggies. Everything was available.

Anyone planning on stopping at this Tim Hortons between 5am(open and 7am do yourself a favour and find another. This has the worst customer service. I feel bad for the gentleman trying to do the app orders plus walk in. Today I got their 5:05 am I was in line till 5:20am. What?? This is ongoing since they went from 2 workers first thing in the morning to 1. Unexceptable. It s not even the workers fault. He s working hard it s just he s alone. He needs one more person helping. I won t be coming here for my breakfast order anymore.

It is always good to have a breakfast in this place, very busy at that time but the staff work hard to satisfy all customers!
Nice location
Server was friendly and patient with my kids as they picked out donuts. The coffee was tasty and fresh. I ordered a farmers wrap and it was ACTUALLY well made which is a surprise because most of the time all the fillings are dropped to the bottom or they give me bacon instead of sausage.

My friend and I went to grab coffee from this location. The lady at the counter wouldn t give me the food I paid for until my friend returned the bathroom keys after he was done using it. It s weird .
The place itself is great. But every day, the line extends beyond the building. There are literally hundreds of builders from the TTC project ordering at a place with two staff. It is ridiculous that after all these months they havent hired another 2-3 staff to work the morning rush. I walk away most mornings because I cant afford to wait 35 minutes for a coffee

Seems very understaffed. Floors are dirty tables not wiped down. Condition of the place- a little run down- most of the bench seats have duck tape on them, TV not on/working. One of the staff members was just arguing with a customer who complained the washroom was dirty and then they sent another customer to the grocery store to find a washroom.

Lost 2 stars out of the 5 in my opinion. 1) not enough employees and 2) the fact that you have to ask for the bathroom key like in a New Mexico gas station. This place gets busy several times a day (like any other coffee shops) and Ive never seen more than 2 employees working here. They are doing a great job but they cant serve customers, keep the place clean, and handle the bathroom key at the same time. The tables and seats are almost always dirty but you can grab a napkin from the pick-up area and wipe them yourself. This place would be so much better if it had more employees. They have an okay amount of outlets for charging but youll need to have long cables to reach some of them. Update: If you are a new customer, they will probably ask you to leave something behind if you want to pick up the bathroom key. This is good, because they want to make sure that you return the key but Im not sure if they are legally allowed to take your mobile phone or ID or anything. I gave them my presto card, but this system needs to be changed.
Great staff, quick service. Peak hours can be a little crazy so watch out! Or just place your order online and theyll have it ready for you
