I often buy food from this branch, and some days they were very friendly, and other days, they were so bad that I thought they were really rude.

Always come to this location during break time. Staff is always kind and friendly.

Very poor service

Cant make any of the food right, I work down the street three weeks in a row they messed up my food order dont go for two weeks then go again to get a messed up food order I dont get it

Kicked out of the dining room at 6pm by a woman yelling DINING CLOSED ???? Guys.

Gave me the wrong sandwich and refused to fix it. Wanted to charge me extra to put the ingredient on. Probably fine most days just werent very helpful today

Amazing staff with pleasant smiles, good was top notch and served in good time. The environment was neat and fresh air to breathe. Service was 100% for me.

I ordered an ice cap and asked for it to be made with half cream, they told me they werent allowed to do that. Location is in a bad area, and the dining room is always filthy.

Although this Tim Hortons is new , I feel like the staff are not nice at all . Food is always done wrong and takes forever

One of the worst Tim s ever. They didn t allow me to use the wash room today at 9:45Pm during business hours and the staff said the Manager gave us instructions to close it and he watch us on the CCTV. Very awful and disappointing experience Service

I ordered large iced coffee the guy literally put quarter less ice and very little coffee inside. One Asian girl working there was giving me very bad expressions like as if she was judging me for something. Honestly very cheap service.

Staff aggressively harass folks holding the door open for others, targetting the unhoused population. They also get aggressive with those intervening to ensure the person being harassed is OK.

I dont usually do reviews but I must say that the staff at the food counter were very friendly and demonstrated excellent customer service. My experience was enhanced by their positive and welcoming attitude. Attention to detail of how I wanted my sandwich made - I am impressed!!! The sandwich was delish!

Well nothing much to say but their services is so good and quick. Yesterday i went to have coffee at around 9pm, it was busy though they did it so quick and also the staff were so friendly.

Understaffed and overwhelmed

The bathroom is always out of service, if they sell food and drinks they would have to have the bathroom enabled, they do not have a place to wash their hands.

The staff who work in here are so good comparing other tims. Yesterday I went there for coffee and it was so good. Love to buy again and again.

Slowest Tim Horton s of all time. I come here once every few months to get a quick breakfast sandwich. Today I timed it on my phone to see if it s actually as long as I thought. And yea 14 minutes for a breakfast sandwich. Guy behind me in line waited 10 mins for 2 hashbrowns. Don t waste your time here. There s a a Starbucks across the street that is so much better.

At least keep the washrooms open for ur customers.

Best word to describe the look and feel of the place is icky. Used cups and paper bags all over the tables, Gd only knows when the tables were last wiped, the bathroom is out of service and the speed of service is glacial. Go to the Starbucks on the opposite side of the street.

No Snacks after 8.30 always kitchen closed is the excuse . Why bother opening till 10 pm if kitchen closes at 8.30 . Such a waste of time

prob the most exciting tim hortons out there bc you never know what you re going to get: the food is always made differently each time somehow. always sold out of chicken noodle soup tho :( one time i ordered a BACON belt and ended up with ham it was really tragic, and another time my wrap ended up being like not a wrap? but 5/5 bc the workers are pretty cool and i live right across from here so it s 90% of my diet

Is customer service really matter to you? Or you just hide all the mistakes and fake them are all right?

Staff close before posted times without notice. Incredibly disappointing

The store is nice and clean and the coffee fresh and hot. The reason we bought the coffee was to use the washrooms and the staff told us that washrooms are not available. They were locked. It will be nice for them to put a sign in front No Washrooms so you can go to some other place where you are allowed to use them in case you need to go. The three stars are for the coffee, muffins and friendly staff. I will never go to this place again.

Think there need to look at there customers better

Covid restrictions have been lifted. Yet there is still no bathroom available. I spend quite a bit of money with tim hortons and expect them to follow the law. The oneer George Ive been told is the reason for the lack of customer service. I will not go back to spend my own money. Everyone should show them them that poor service isnt acceptable. Im asking that no one buys from tim hortons on june 1st every year, until they improve.

I live beside the place and they always sell the worst food ive ever had from a tim horotons. Im shocked at how many 5 stars this place has cause i will order food and they will burn it, not cook it enough (especially wedges and hash-browns) or just ignore instructions regarding the customization of food. Ive maybe had 1 or 2 good experiences of the roughly 2 dozen times ive been coerced by my roomate into going.

All of the staff here are terrible. They are racist and demeaning. Food is horrible and customer service is horrible. They don t know how to communicate with customers at all. They also don t open their washrooms and only open to some people. Management should do a review on this store. This has been my worst experience at any Tim Horton s in downtown, the disrespect and negligence of their own responsibility has extremely shocked me. More respect should be given to the customers that come into this Tim Horton, who are normally the workers in the area.

I go there almost every morning and get the same thing and not only do they remember my order, they seem to enjoy our conversation , just as I do. Things like that are a real positive in my book!

Whenever I go there they just tell me they have no food and that theyre closed after I wait in a long lineup. I guess the staff likes to close early at this location

Food and vegetables and fruits very expensive

Very bad service. I just bought an iced coffee with espresso cold foam and they put me one that was damaged espresso. I could clearly see them putting water in the espresso bag. When you add 0.50$ atleast make it worth it with the espresso foam. I could see no espresso. Disappointed with this tim hortons

Hello there, I never do this but feedback for this location must be shared. When this location opened it was great. Ove the last few months the service has been absolutely horrible. The bathrooms are never opened, there are multiple time you have more associates than customers and we still wait 20-30 min because the staff show no sense of urgency and are busy socializing. Over the past few weeks the store hours state 10pm is close but the doors are locked at 940pm. Cops are allowed in but an regular customer is not. Or if you are allow3d in at 940pm you are told they will not put a pot on to service the customer. This is the worst customer service I have seen in a very long time. There is an associate that will wipe his nose with the back of his hand and then proceed to touch peoples food and beverages. Thought corporate or management would like to know that you are paying these associates to close early and provide horrible service.

I live in the near by condo building and I have been going to this Tim Hortons for 2+ years. I have been able to live with the unfortunate location and what comes along with that. However I have noticed in recent months that the staff are being berated by their manager in front of customers. I have also seen this same manager put his hands on customers as well. Its bad enough this staff gets abuse from everyday customers but their boss? I was absolutely disgusted. Something needs to be done.

The wraps are good at all the Tim Horton I had so far except this, it was so terrible that i couldnt finish half. I took a peach quencher and it was just ice water, their service is okay but food is terrible.

Sunday morning, The guy at the cashier is very rude and it as obvious he hates his job. Weekend staff is very rude and always getting the basic orders wrong. They need a supervisor that can train them properly. But pretty much their attitude is the problem.

Tim Horton is generally struggling with lack of quality service. Employees are mostly disrespectful and untrained, but this branch was the worst.. Tim is way far from what it was before.

They use the restroom for themselves and whenever the customer ask for restroom they say it s out of service, rest room can be out of service but not everyday and every time. Pathetic. If they re lazy to clean it then what s the point of having a restroom. I sat there for 20 mins and I heard 4 to 5 customers asking for restroom. It s better tim hortons have a look on this store!

AVOID AT ALL COST! GO TO ANY OTHER TIM HORTONS! I just missed a streetcar and checked for next bus ETA 15 minutes, I feel like I have enough time for a good cup of orange ginger sparkling at this Tim Hortons only 10 meters away, how could it go wrong? 1. I waited for 7 minutes until they realized no one make the drink for me. There are 4 customers including me at that time. 2. There was only around 10ml orange syrup left and they didnt try to find a new bottle of it, so it taste like water 3. The sparkling water was no longer carbonated, and been used up, it takes the staff 8 more minutes to find another bottle and he spent literally 1 whole minute to open the bottle just like he is dealing with a bomb. And I ended up perfectly missed my bus.

Worst Tim s in the city and that is saying something! How many countless times have I tried to order something, seen what I m asking to order clearly on the shelf, just to be told it s out of stock when I can see the damn item with my own eyes. Between refusals to actually serve the food they are advertising (I ve had this happen 3 separate times), poor food quality and dirty environment I have now sworn off not only this location but all Tim Hortons. I will also be sharing my concerns with corporate.

Well let me start by saying the staff that work here are definitely brave souls as their clientele when the store opens is a mish mash of homeless people, the mentally ill and a few construction workers mixed in. Always people begging for change inside and out and the staff does nothing. This time to the store watched as one extremely dirty homeless person was reaching over the pickup counter to a pile of bagels and began sticking them in their pocket. Could see that one of the staff saw this happening and they literally did nothing. Needless to say I didn t order food and just stuck with a coffee as I know no one had handled that with dirty hands before me. Also has a tiny ordering area that always loops around and makes getting in and out of store a pain in the butt

If I could give this Tim Hortons -0 I would. This is by far the WORST DIGUSTING customer service I have ever experienced. Asked the woman working on nasty looking food station for the washroom code. Told me BOTH washrooms out of service. So how do these people use the washroom, on top of the food? Told her I am buying something so if that s why she s lying. This ignorant woman says talk to the manager on Monday. This moron wanted me come back on Monday to use the washroom LOL. So I asked her name so I can speak to the manager and she flat out refused saying I m not giving it to you. I then asked the miserable looking guy at cash for her name and he also said I m not going to give it to you . This review isn t even about the washroom it s about how disgusting these people are that work here. I hope the manager sees this and educates his workers on being less gross to customers. If you hate your job QUIT! Unfortunately I can t describe them any other way but both of them were brown so if the manager sees this DO YOUR JOB and teach them customer service. This was dec 2nd around 5pm

Travelled from out of town to get some court documents sorted and stopped for lunch. The bathrooms are out of service which another customer said they are NEVER opened to customers. My elderly mom is on water pills and needs to use facilities. We spoke with the manager Kevin Yung who rudely told us to go across the street to use the Starbucks bathrooms!! After we purchased drinks and lunch for 3 people. This is standard lack of care at this location, similar reviews go WAY back and Tim Hortons corp clearly doesn t care about its loyal customers or something would have changed by now.

Horrible service. Super busy, staff is moving around but nothing is happening, one cash is open, line is huge, my disabled sister gave them a 20 for a drink and a donut and they didnt give her back the change or a receipt even though she sat in the restaurant for over an over and they could have come over at any time and fixed their mistake but now theres no record of it

Great coffee

Pretty standard downtown Tim Hortons, this one is usually pretty busy and is fairly small. No drive through, or nearby place to park easily. It foes have some seating though

I visited this morning Feb 16th and the guy in the morning shift miss calculated my bills and charged me $1 because of his mistake. His attitude is not nice also.

Terribly rude cashier for no reason. Always has a bunch of smelly people inside. Would not recommend if you can get coffee anywhere else

Quick service

Each time I order timbits they give me the wrong ones. Everytime I buy a bagel with cream cheese from this specific location they cheap out on the cream cheese. They charge you for the cream cheese and then give you less than minimum. The employees at this location have no care for their services. This has happened to me countless times at this Timmies. Its gotten to a point where I have to tell them to put the right amount each time I go there. So disappointing. For a Canadian corporation operating in Toronto (largest city in Canada) you would expect them to have better quality control. Do better Tim Hortons

The only thing Im going to say nice about the places the people who work there are very pleasant the place is at the corner of Jarvis and Dundas and the homeless people are ballsy theyll come right in and harass you while youre eating or drinking so I dont even stay in there standing in line wasnt designed properly for it

Have had a couple occasions of receiving the incorrect items from this location, this morning ordered the large hazelnut cold brew for almost 5 bucks quickly realized they gave me a medium, didnt have time to go back, disappointed none the less.

my partner came here for a breakfast bagel yesterday, it was our first time at this location and to be honest it was quite disappointing. he ordered a bagel with bacon and butter but unfortunately they forgot about his order, served customers after him first and burnt the bagel; it was over cooked. the atmosphere was really crowded and unfortunately we will not be back here but perhaps will try a different location.
