We ordered bacon bagel and there is no bagel inside. We used the offer from app but they add surcharge $2 and can’t explain why but just keep asking you to simply pay. It’s a SCAM.
This location and the employee doesn't deserve a single star. I just got my mobile order after waiting for 16 minutes people before me were receiving their order. Upon asking one of the employee"maria" she refused to talk at first and then keep saying ur order is not here while I saw other employee make my order. I was waiting for my name to be called I asked again if this is my order to which maria replied no we didn't receive ur order meantime my baby started crying and i walked to the counter and my order was sitting there in the corner I (if my order was not received then how come it was ready) I asked why didn't you call me to which she walked away and said to the other employee why did you make this order this is alot of work. I only ordered plain dount and hazelnut ice cap. I didn't customize my drink or anything it was simple order available on the app. If she cannot handle orders in morning rush and doesn't have any customer service ethics should change her shift. She is one of the rude employee . And I was not the only one treated like this a person before me faced the same thing he kept asking for his order which she was not giving on purpose.
I have been visiting this location since it has opened. Thos location was very clean and tidy. I had enjoyed having my coffee at this location. Last one year I wouldn't want to sit and have coffee. Very unclean and dirty. I have taken some photos wich I would love to post.
I have never seen such a ridiculous thing. Why are you keeping so many people waiting? Who owns this place? Can't Tim Hortons find a solution?
This is the case all the time It is very very crowded and there is only one employee taking orders. This is very bad.
The waiting time is to long and I decided to go another timHorten than can serve quickly, because the waiting time is almost more than 15 to 20 minutes. I have work and I can't wait for that long . same thing today I got another issue with the Philippine guy he refused to add coffee on my small dark roast coffee because he think the magerment is correct but it was never full and i usually fill it up if i buy a small dark roast with out adding , instead he mixed my coffee with regular coffee, destroyed my mood . I will never go back again that was my last visit . And I thought it will change but never change if you have a bad management supervisor.
Stop hiring incompetent employees who does not know the basics of customer service at all. Not even a “Thank you”, they’re RUDE, even slow, can’t handle queue, and most of all forgets one/two ingredients on your order. I don’t normally leave a review but this location has the WORST, POORLY TRAINED, LOUSY employees. Special mention to that Indian girl who’s assigned at the sandwich bar who told me “This is the sandwich bar not the mobile pick up area” Girl, none of you was at the mobile pickup area. You could have said “Oh we’re on it ma’am, please wait for a while okay” but nope you chose to be rude. Train her, AGAIN.
This tim Hortons isn’t worthy of 1 star as well!! Doesn’t focuses while we are ordering because they are busy chatting and then miss some of our orders.. they don’t know the meaning of customer service because there was this i think new hired staff who was taking our order and while we were trying to tell something they just talk themselves and giggles in between we tried maybe 3 times just to say the same thing but were interrupted again and again and don’t even focus! What the hell is wrong with this Tim Hortons! And there attitude is another thing! Just worst service among the tim hortins we have ever visited!

The service is awful. People are treated according to their colors and beliefs. This is not the first time this has happened. And I told myself I must comment on this wrong approach.

Nice but a very long queue
Expect to spend 10-15 minutes waiting to make basic orders as the owner of this store cant be bothered to schedule employees.
I was there this morning and there was a guy who didn t speak English that well he wanted to ask that the order he saw was his the lady who was serving him didn t really explain it to him that yes I understand that you are busy but you also got to serve customers with manner and respect 0 for her and then when he asked her again she yelled at him (Tim hortons employee quote ) yeah yeah it s your now go away and told him to go away and gestures with hand and then I heard some of the Tim hortons employees laughing out loud to be hones if it was me I would been very upset to experience that it just makes me feel so upset that newcomers to Canada are getting treated this way 0 star for u 45 Overlea blvd Tim Hortons branch. Disappointed and cruel customer service.

I came to this location today with very low service, and also dirty close washroom too

Before drinking coffee here, think carefully and then drink it. First of all these people do not know how to make coffee, when they are in a good mood they make very good coffee, otherwise they do not work with interest, who knows they are wasting the customers money Ive been to some Team Hortensias where they have really good coffee
They are closing early
It s a good location but the one star review is because it only opens at 6am. There used to be a 24 hour location across the street and after it closed they moved up the opening hours of this location to 6am but it s not early enough. There s always a line every morning to get in. Should probably open at 5am.
Tims at East york is overcrowded & customer service is awful. How come at lunch hour 12pm, you dont have Wedges, chilli? Also, at 7:30 pm you dont serve sandwiches? I think you need better management at this location

In breakfast time and lunch time they only provide bacon. This is the worst Tim Hortons i have ever visited. Staff are not well trained. Also, when you ask for English breakfast tea they do not add milk there until you ask, but English tea comes with milk all time this is the main ingredient in English breakfast tea do it is not just tea but English tea!
Closed before closing time
This store is understaffed and can t handle the traffic. This has been especially bad since the Tim s and Wendy s closed nearby Staff is extremely overwhelmed. The lineup goes right through the hallway in the mall causing traffic issues Service

It closes at 10 but they dont allow you to set inside or order some food at 9pm. They loose opportunties. Its totally not freindly to the customers.
Worst tims branch of all times. Nearby tims got closed recently so there is a lot of rush in this branch. I started using mobile order and then they switched off this feature for only this branch. It is crazy. Pathetic. Highly unprofessional. Service

Vegetarian options: Tims should think about separate Veg and Non-veg service options as they use same station to prepare food. Noticed lot of customers avoiding food due to this reason and with that change can bring more sales!!! Food

Don t listen to any other reviews. I frequent this Tim Hortons because my work is right beside this place. This is the fastest Timmies I ve ever been to. The staff are super kind and they have NEVER made a mistake with my order. I ve probably been here 100 times in the last 2 years. This team never disappoints. I left a review because they are doing a fantastic job and deserve recognition.
Please double-check your order before you leave this Tim Hortons. They are busy . They will give you hotwater instead of coffee or tea, a very bad experience , every day they make mistake , I just ask them the tea is cold, and she turns and put jot water.
Worst place to get your loaded wrap. My came so empty, I wish I had taken a picture to add in here. There was only the chicken, the alfafa, and tomato, it came almost empty. Next time, I will take a picture to put in here. You really need to check your order before leaving the restaurant.
Recently my order keeps not getting delivered how its supposed to and I must ask to fix it or get a new order they were great for a while not anymore feels like I am just throwing my money to waste
Worse Tim Horton I went to . It s small for a store in the mall . Always have sour flies in the showcase . Always smell and they dash you meal on the counter and walk away .

Just your average tim Hortons but I had a great experience with the service. If youre in the area and want some coffee there arent many options so youre probably going to stop here anyway but depending on whos working you will probably have a good experience.
Standard coffee and donuts can get wraps sandwiches, soups, chili all mild tasting. This particular location in the Thorncliff mall has a tiny seating area within the restaurant but a large open food court seating area in the mall itself.
The manager refused to grill a sandwich every other tim horton does. Said he could grill and everything croissant but not a plain or cheese...how does that make sense. Ive been in the food industry foe 25 years and cannot understand the logic and when I asked why he shut the window and walked away

Once I order one bagel from promotion app on that timmies and the lady gave the most small bagel I ever eat like this philpino worker was paying for the bagels another time I ask one Indian worker one extra cup and HE told me Im sorry they cost 30 cents each one I cant belive this people mac Donalds never its cheap with costumers

we just came around 10:30 am Sunday July 31,2022 to order coffee. one of the coffee we order has a hair inside the coffee and ice capped is leaking and mess.we order double double coffee but she gave us one cream one milk.the one who serves as this is the Filipina lady.all of the staff here has no hair net.i was disappointed, the service is so slow and poor customer service.poor cleanliness and untidy.
Three times this week I have visited a Tim Hortons and ordered a Harvest breakfast sandwich. All three times I was told they did not have them. If Tim Hortons is going to advertise plant-based options, they should have them available. Otherwise, take them off the menu and don t waste our time stopping there.
Its like another Tim Hortons. However, its a little busy than the others. You will find a queue most of the times. The staff is quick but needs more people.

The few times I have been to the Tims in this mall, they have short changed me. Its really annoying. The one time I noticed it, I said to the lady you short changed me she said something in her language to the other lady beside her and they both looked at me and snickered and laughed. If you cant serve your customers properly then dont work here!!!

Normally its a not a bad service. Today i was jusu suprised how they are giving people working at dollarama or in the mall that they dont need to line and they could just come and cut the line and claim the they are first liners. Even though i am first line worker. But i never used such rights, and i am pretty sure such rights does not exist .. and there was signs in the stores that indicate they help first liner. I was suprised of the person audacity to say its his right and the worker backing up that customer that claimed so. At that moment i really just left thw store i dont want to cause a scene. Tbh after this incedint i know i wont be coming to the store anymore .
