So, it was my first time at this location. After ordering, I asked for the sleeves, and there was this lady facing her back doing something who ignored me for the first few times. Only after she turned back, I asked again 'Can I have the sleeves'. She then said 'Please'. Surprisingly, I said 'Sorry, what was that?' She then said 'Say please'. Oh my god. What a horrible way to ask 'please' from your customer. Long story short, I was very disappointed with that lady. Doing a job that requires customer service quality and having none is shameless.
Clean and cozy! 6’C outside the store but inside, everyone or should I say, even your purr babies can linger a bit of warmth of this store’s ambiance. How can a simple cup of coffee can turn a regular Saturday walk in this midtown area, a special day? Pastry, coffee, tea or something else on the menu, is just Simply Amazing!
Their nutella croissant is so irresistible. One is not enough for a coffee break. Always soft and nicely done.
I recently had dinner at Tim's and had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome right away. I ordered a coffee to start, which was brewed to perfection—rich and full of flavor. For my meal, I had a sandwich that was fresh and delicious, with just the right amount of ingredients. Frustrating Experience at Tim Hortons – Two Times in Two Days I’m writing this review out of sheer frustration after yet another disappointing experience at Tim Hortons. This is the second time in less than two days, and at two different branches, that I’ve encountered issues. Today, I went to get my usual Coffee Mocha and decided to ask if there had been another price increase. The first employee, a woman, didn’t seem to understand my simple question and referred me to another employee named James. What happened next only added to my frustration. James, rather than offering any help or even attempting to find out if there had indeed been a price hike, proudly admitted that he had no idea about the price changes. To make matters worse, he dismissively advised me to contact customer service, as if my concern wasn’t worth addressing on the spot. This is not the kind of service I expect from Tim Hortons, especially after having a similar experience just days ago at another location. As a loyal customer, I find it unacceptable that basic questions about pricing are met with ignorance and indifference. I will be reaching out to customer service as suggested, but I sincerely hope that Tim Hortons takes this feedback seriously and works to improve the customer service experience across all locations.
This used to be my go-to Tim's, I used to walk past two other locations closer to home to go to this one. This morning I went in and grabbed breakfast for my partner and I while I was picking up my Too Good To Go box. I got the box home and opened it up to find 7 donuts, but multiple of them were covered in some sort of fluff. I have no idea what it was but the entire box of donuts was clearly contaminated, and there's no way whoever packed it didn't see this. We had to throw the entire box away.
I ordered steeped tea triple triple and bagel and croissant with hash brown and crispy onion inside, they put broken hash brown and no crispy onion no butter as I mentioned everything and paid for it. Steeped tea was not triple triple it tastes like regular. The lady working there at front is sooo rude. I asked for napkins and she literally throw 1 napkin to me, seriously! It’s disgusting. Early in the morning she spoiled my mood. I never recommend anyone to go there. I request the owner and manager of this store to please teach some etiquette to your staff to how to behave with customers.

Im going to stop going to thus location as Im getting sick and tired of the attitude I get from some of the staff here. Example I was in this location this morning and the lady who was working gave me attitude when I asked her to change her gloves is because 2 reasons. 1. She just made my coffee and grabbed my donut with same said gloves. 2. She than proceeded to move thermoses of coffee around and than she wanted to make my breakfast wrap with same said gloves on and politely asked her to change her gloves which I got nothing but her attitude

It was my first time visiting there but bro what the hell why was she so rude and she doesn t even know simple mathematic bro I gave her $15 and the total was $12.25 but she gave me ¢75 even when the store was not that busy. I had a very unfortunate experience today at this tim hortons location, I asked for a vanilla ice late with light ice and extra milk, I specifically asked for extra milk because I don t mind paying for it even though we should not be paying for all that Ice in the first place. The manager Filipina told me I d be getting half a cup of coffee if I don t want all the ice, I said I m paying for the coffee not the ice and I just asked for less ice not no ice and insisted that I don t mind paying for the extra milk. She then walked away and ignored me until another employee came to assist me. I explained to them that I ve been getting the same thing for a long time and I really don t like paying extra again they refused and said they can give me half a cup. I said I ll be recording the rest of the interaction because this is not correct and here they agreed to make the very simple drink which filipana the manager told me was not possible.
I made the mistake of ordering mobile pickup, (#9709) my order was a medium iced coffee and a farmer s sandwich. Reached there, the employee asked my name and handed me the coffee and asked me to wait for the sandwich. What followed was 20 min of utter frustration, since she handed me the coffee first, the employees thought my order was complete. Saw other customers getting their orders before me while no one had a clue about my order. Had to repeat (sometimes shout) my name and pending order like 5 times before they understood the situation and finally gave me my breakfast. Never ordering mobile or from this location again.
The lineups at this location can be crazy at times. At times the staff seem to be oblivious to the fact that they need to devote their attention to keeping the lineups to a minimum! The owner of this location needs to replace the existing manager as the current manager is very inept in this role! As well, I find that some of the staff at this location are rude towards customers.

I ve been visiting this Tim Hortons at 5 AM for the past month occassionally, and I need to highlight my experience with one particular staff member. Unfortunately, she has consistently been rude and unwelcoming. As a paying customer, I believe everyone deserves courteous service, and it s disappointing to feel this way. I hope the owner can address this issue to improve the experience for all customers.
Could have done a lot more to improve this spacious bussy cafe. Its empty and my coffee had some rubber particle which is carcinogenic. They replaced it. Could have done more for the bad experience .
I just moved to the area and this is my closest Tims. I have not seen a Tims this bad in a long time. The coffee tastes off, the breakfast sandwiches are dry and tasteless and even the hash browns taste terrible, like as if they are days old and reheated. Also, there are plugs in this place but none of them work.

I just left my regular Tim Hortons at Younge & Eglinton where I ordered a large ice coffee, and asked of an extra scoop of ice separately and was told that it was against policy. I must also mention that it is 30 degrees today. Ive been repeatedly disappointed with the lack of customer service at this location, and hope that this can be addressed at store level. I go to this location almost daily.. YES it s very busy.. it s in a very busy area.. but I ve never had an issue here.. I am leaving a review for ONE EMPLOYEE IN PARTICULAR! There s only one Tim Hortons in this certain area and I never go in the morning because of how miserable the morning worker is. I tried to get her name, but her name was scratched out and there was no way of me identifying her in this review but she has short black hair has a thick accent, and she is so miserable. She rushes people when ordering and yells at people. And she s always eating snacks I believe from the Tim Hortons and it s so bizarre. I ve never seen someone feel so comfortable treating people so horribly. I understand this is fast food and it s quick, but she is miserable and rude.
I have been to this location many times, over the last while I have noticed the service has really gone downhill. I have seen one staff member get rude with several customers etc... Several times I have been there and there seemed to be one single person who was working the cash, it was a free for all, one person would take an order and walk away then another person would go to the same register and take someone elses order and then do the same walk away and get the order, service was so slow.

An owner or manager should check cameras between 115-130 on Sunday May 20, 2024. This is why I no longer go to Tim Hortons. Waited over ten minutes before leaving while employees ignore instore customers in order to get expedite online food app or mobile device orders. Won t be coming back for a long time. Used to go to Tim s multiple times a day. I don t have enough of my life to waste. Bought a coffee machine or go to Starbucks. Much, much easier.

If I had the option to give minus stars, I would have given that. The service is sooooo rude. Ladies here don t know a thing about customer service. I got my order of jalapeño bagel and asked to grill it later after I received it. The first Philippine lady gave me look as if I asked for a free kidney transplant and didn t even bother to reply with a yes or no. The second east asian lady came and was told me at least three times that you should have told me this before, even after I apologize. they had never heard of lactose-free milk before they tried to charge me CAD 0.1 (10 cents) for an extra empty coffee cup but required cash only, so i could not buy it they had a hard time to check whether my physical points card had any balance because i should have called it a gift card they could not scan my loyalty QR code on my phone the dining area was dirty and full of menacing people the medium latte was too weak, it needed at least 1 extra shot terrible employees, terrible customer experience hence very low Q/P

Do NOT do online order from this Tim Hortons! I ll list some of my bad experiences ordering from this store: 1. I put out an order for 6 items one night. People working there accepts the order, and when my dasher reaches the destination, they tell me that 5/6 of the items are not available I mean why even accept the order if you don t have the items? I get if maybe one of the item is not available and a misjudgement was made. But 5 items not available and you don t realize this until my dasher comes? This is a pure waste of time for both my dasher and I! 2. Multiple times where I order items and there s missing item(s) from my order. There s plenty of more mess ups that has happened throughout the year. I only kept ordering from this store because it s so close, but I will never order from here again!

After years of going here for my morning coffee/bagel, today was the last day. Staff is on the rude end of things, and constantly mess up your order. Quality is awful, you have a better chance at winning 649 than you have of getting a fresh bagel. Just a brutal location. Ive never had a bad experience like this. Her name is Nisha, if I remember correctly. Shes Indian. She took my order and I tried to speak slowly so she could understand me. But thats not the case. Okay, I understand sometimes mistakes happen, but she made me pay for the order that she made a mistake and let me order another one, and the worst thing is that the order I ordered was not put in a bag for me. I dont regret it, $3 is considered a donation. The service is the worst Ive ever experienced.

Quite possibly the worst Tim Hortans in Toronto. Ordered a Vanilla Hazelnut Coffee, a Belt and two donuts and received a small black coffee and a toasted bagel but was charged $12.94 and the manager told me it was my fault for not speaking clearly. I will avoid this location from now on. Terrible customer service.

First, I want to say that overall, I generally enjoy the service at this location, but to emphasize the dissatisfaction of my recent visit, I am giving a low rating so that my concerns do not go unnoticed. I love giving praise where its due, and am by no means a Karen, and I also think its fair to call out poor performance as well and this just happens to be one of them. I have worked in customer service for over 15 years and have been a customer of this Tim Hortons location for about the same time. Ive never had problems here before, in fact, Ive made friends at this location, but tonight, I was blown away with the poor quality of customer service from 2 employees, who claim their names are Riya Patel, and Komyon Gret respectively. Please improve customer service training for the staff at the front serving customers. It should be their job to prioritize being OF SERVICE, and de-escalating situations rather than aggravating them. An employee calling herself Riya greeted me with hostility and instead of helping me with my request, blamed me for not knowing the correct terminology of an app feature. She also interrupted me whenever I spoke, not giving me a chance to speak in full, and refused to share her name by keeping her name tag flipped and claiming she doesnt know her name. And although I was a paying customer that communicated calmly, practiced active-listening, never raised my voice, called her names, or affected her ability to work during my visit, she accused me of harassing her and called the police on me! At one point while the acting supervisor was asking me to explain what happened, Riya kept interrupting and when I asked her to wait for me to finish, and to lower her voice, she told me she had a childhood problem, which prevents her from lowering her voice? Seriously? Who hired these people?! Another employee named Komyon Gret flat out ignored me when I asked to speak with her in private on the side regarding Riyas behaviour. I asked 3 times, all of which were ignored then 5 minutes later she was serving other customers, even though I had already paid and was equally worth serving. I am extremely displeased with the service received from both employees. I do want to highlight another employee who claims to be the acting supervisor named Princess Navarro. Princess listened unbiased, apologized on behalf of the above mentioned employees and provided me with all of their names. This is the standard I am used to and expect from any employee, not just supervisors. I commend Princess for her customer service and de-escalation ability.
I genuinely do not recommend this Tim Hortons- I see other reviews mentioning horrible customer service especially from the closing team. And this is true! The two ladies working there usually at night are hideous. I m surprised why Tim Hortons is not taking any action about this after so many reviews mentioning them. my sister had same experience with them last week.

Was absolutely appalled by the way my 64 year old mom was treated when wanting to use the washroom, the bathroom has an out of order sign on it, when The washroom is fully functional,I found out from a regular customer to that location, the bathroom has had the out of order sign for a month already :( I wish I would have taken a photo. I happened to use the washroom, absolutely nothing wrong with it, but elderly etc are all being turned away. Why was the lady cleaning it? If its out of order? This needs to be dealt with, Thank you.

I popped in here on the weekend. The food was fresh, but this place puts less in the loaded bowls compared to other locations I go to, that the food does not even fill the entire bowl its about half the bowl. It does not look like the loaded bowl in the ads. There was only about 1.5 oz chicken (not even a full serving), chicken was not cut up, and a tiny salad (about half a leaf) and a little bit of sauce not even drizzled over all the food. Its only worth half the price. I am not ordering from here again, I do not like being cheated. For the fact that minimum wage is higher now, your people should not be scamming customers on portions. There are obnoxious customers who block the order area. I should have read the reviews before visiting this place.

If there was less than one star to the service, i would have given that because each time I go there in mornings, employee named Mike treats me as if i was buying my food for free. This morning I went to get a Jalapeño bagel with lettuce, tomatoes and hash brown , he didn t add lettuce in it and upon asking he said you didn t ask it for but I do have receipt saying that I specifically asked for lettuce. Additionally, I have been drinking Chai tea latte from last 4 years from Tim Hortons and neither did one single time I have heard this wording- I didn t add sugar , because you didn t ask for it. . As per my knowledge, chai tea latte comes with one pump of vanilla syrup. So if your employees do not want to work the mornings, kindly acknowledge them at-least to treat customers as human beings. I have had several bad experiences with Mike in particular but this morning I was so infuriated that i had to write a review.

Am so disappointed Am at this location every Thursday and Friday morning I came all the way from Woodstock and stop here because I love the staff But today was disappointing and discussing I ask for a couple ice cube to put in my spiking hot tea and the lady behind the counter told me they don t give ice cube because they bought it from a regular store seriously after I just spent $26 for ice cube really and gave me attitude about it I paid for it Caz I was so annoyed . Am never going back there

Bagels are stale every single time. Their toaster is set so low it doesnt even warm a bagel up enough to melt butter. Bagels are so dry, I order extra butter, and the workers are either too lazy to actually apply butter to the bagel, or theyre just completely incompetent. Finally, when they go to cut the bagel, they couldnt be bothered to do more than a slight press of the knife that doesnt even cut the top half, let alone the whole bagel. For the record, a bread knife is serrated (thats the wavy blade) so you can cut easier with a BACK AND FORTH motion. This place is absolutely embarrassing. Learn how to properly train your employees.

Morning with Tim Hortons coffee and donut is must for me. At least in the weekends. The service staffs are always welcoming and nice!
Came here about an hour ago. Why does the manager think it s okay to yell and publicly berate their employees in training? This whole store should be cleaned out of all staff and start over. I ve never had a good experience here, the food and drinks are always wrong but publicly humiliating a minimum wage worker is where I draw the line. Literally, fire everyone and start over if you wanna save this location.

They open at 5 am they say, but the lady on the counter doesn t have a name tag, she says they don t serve breakfast and few other items on the menu.she wasn t even ready to toast a croissant as they just opened the store. It s better to get everything ready and open the store and then serve the customer. I wouldn t come here again and recommend someone else to come here.
Worst Tim Hortons I ve ever walked into, the service is pathetic, some of the rudest individuals i have ever come across. The place is run down and stinks. Will never go back there again!

Went here at 6 am to grab a bite before work. Lady at the counter was needlessly rude. I wanted my croissant and herb garlic pastry both heated, but she just had one of the marked as heated on the screen so I pointed it out. She goes, very curtly, I already heard you and rolls her eyes. She might have had a long shift, sure, but that was very unnecessary. Also the chocolate croissant was okay at best, would not recommend. The herb and garlic pastry was decent.
Expect to wait a long time, be approached by random people who will yell at you.

You lie that the washroom is outta service? That s disappointing! Imagine one costumer needs immediate access to WC due to a sickness. Middle cashier at 8:30 am couldn t allow me to use the washroom. Yet to say, I bought beverage!
terrible service. there are workers standing around behind the counter while patrons wait in line, the cashiers mumble to the point that i had to ask what they said multiple times, and twice during my 6 minute wait for one item someone s phone alarm went off (a worker) and it was left to continue going off indefinitely.

The dining experience was a culinary catastrophe! The food tasted like a failed chemistry experiment. Id rather eat at a construction site cafeteria than subject myself to that torture again. The sausage farmers wrap tasted like it had been sitting out for hours, and the chai tea was an insult to my taste buds. Ive had better meals from a vending machine.

Service terribly slow and they serve the people after you if they know that person. One guy did all the orders and the lady at 5.50 am was completing an online order delivery guy wasnt there for and made customers inside wait more than 20 minutes. Avoid!!!

This review really conflicts me... the staff was fantastic, quick and polite. My concern was the HEAT. absolutely no air-conditioning or fans for the staff. Is it legal for a buisness to be that HOT inside legally?? Especially a franchise worth billions? I felt absolutely terrible for the staff working in those conditions, I can only imagine how hot it would be if it were busy and more staffed.

This locations Management needs to be replaced ASAP please. Rude, unfriendly morning shifts Asian manager and most of the staffs too. No smile at all Every day staffs make so many mistakes and seem not even sorry for that. Plus they have never been get my bagel enough toasted(always) not even a bit toasted , only gets hot after getting toasted once or twice , Because their bagel toaster is always in low temperature and after 6pm the management turn it off completely!!!!!!!! and unfortunately grill the bagels instead , and when u ask why she gets upset and being so rude to you . This locations Management needs to be replaced ASAP please. Thanks

I think this is the best Tim Hortons Ive been to! Staff is super friendly, rarely messes up orders and everything is always in stock. Sometimes the store gets too hot, but other than that no complaints

Less than one star. The night manager, Chris was extremely rude and completely stole my gift card. My order was wrong and instead of correcting it, Chris preferred to void the entire order, made me return it and said they would give me back the gift card. Once I tried to use it, it was inactive.
I visited this Tim Horton location 16 years ego , then 10 years ego , then 5 years ego . I have been visiting this location every week since 2 years ego . This place is becoming more dirty every year.The new owner of this location doesn t care about keeping this place clean. He is just a rich man who we don t know which country his money comes from ? Did he paid any taxes ever back home or not ? But he hasn t learned to keep this location clean. He doesn t know what being clean means.this location is becoming very very dirty because of current owner.
STAY AWAY! My office is in the area and have been going here for 10 years. Picked up a Farmer wrap with Bacon. But found out it was sausage after taking a bite out of it. Understand it gets busy in the morning rush and everyone makes mistakes so I walked back for a replacement. I was polite when speaking with the managers and thought everything was resolved until opening the package at my office. (The manager remade my order. ) I can tell they reused the hashbrown, egg, and cheese because it had a missing a piece where I took a bite out of it. BUT it cleverly rotated so it was on the inside of the wrap. SO disgusting and there are 10+ coffee shops in the area. WOW i dont know what to say. Understand it is Covid and sales are down, but they should step up their game instead of trying to pull a fast one on a former regular client. There is a Starbuck in the basement of the Mall, Starbucks south of Eglinton, Mcdonald NE of Y&E, Aroma NW corner inside the Mall, Formoca E on Eglinton. There is another Timmy south of Eglinton on the east side just in case you are a die hard fan.

Went to purchase a bunch of gift cards for work that would have added up to a lot. One cashier could barely understand me and told me to wait 5 minutes. A minute later a second cashier said theyve sold out. Its Christmas, how can you sell out out of gift cards?!
Busy, busy location, not surprising as thier staff are helpful and really hard working.
