Got the chicken Caesar crepe and lemon sorbet great combo!

Me and my boyfriend came to the mall after school and wanted to try this place out. Turns out for a $10.25 crepe it turned out to be $16.39. It surprised me I m not sure what additional charges they put on.

The crepes were chewy and delicious!! I think its the same as the crepes I had in Japan ~!! Always get one crepe per person. The only thing that is disappointing is that I think it would be easier to eat if it was rolled up like this instead of on a plate

Not sure if I would visit this place again as they take so long to prepare my order.

Stood at the counter for a couple of mins, nobody came to take order. One person was making crepes while the other two employees were on the mobile phone. I looked at them to see if they would come and they did not, whats worse is that they saw me but ignored and went back to using the mobile phone.

This place is so slow 30 mins to get a crepe. It wasnt even busy.

$14.95 for a piatachio crepe was a joke!!!! The crepe was good but very flat with just drizzle of pistachio & chocolate with pista sprinkles. Not worth the price. I would have expected a dollop or two of pistachio icecream to justify the price point. Disappointed

Awesome place to get food at the Eaton centre. The crepes are delicious. One of the workers, Carlos, was great. He greeted us with enthusiasm and the Nutella crepe I was served was amazing. I will be returning.

I waited a fairly long Time for a gelato milkshake as advertised online and what I got was milk with syrup in it for the price of $10.10 I could by myself nesquick and a bag of milk for less the staff however was super helpful about giving me a refund when I expressed my dissatisfaction with the product. A milk shake needs to be thick and should come with a wide circumference because you have to suck so hard to get it up

Got a strawberry gelato cone it tastes sooo bad You could literally taste the artificial sweetener. And it was soooo expensive for a small scoop like that. That cone was very pricey too it was $1.75 extra for a very small cone. When we got there, the lady staff looked at us and then just decided to look away super unprofessional. And then a male staff came out and started assisting us. He had very limited communication skill and I had to repeat myself every time . When I was paying, he just had to point out the tipping screen . Would not go again very unpleasant experience

The gelato and crepe cafe offers a satisfactory experience with a decent variety of flavors and crepe options. The ambiance is pleasant, and the service is generally good. Their server Anastasia demonstrated a commendable level of skill and efficiency. She exhibited a good understanding of the crepe-making process and provided courteous service to me and my wife. Her professionalism enhances the overall dining experience at the cafe.

Absolute garbage, it cost me $14 today for a tutti fruity crepe, and the server miserly spread the Nutella on the food and you could literally only taste the dough, which I m pretty sure was a bit raw. Overall, I would not recommend anyone to come to this restaurant, and I d try elsewhere

This location is run by a very friendly family and they have been consistent in delivering excellent crepes. It is in the Eaton Center food court. Theres tonnes of seating around it. I highly recommend this place. Vegetarian options: They have vegetarian options and you can also ask for substitutes.

This place is just okay. Nothing special. I got the Tuttie Fruttie crepe which comes with Nutella, strawberries, and bananas inside a crepe. The crepe itself was floury, doughy, and kinda chewy. The fruits were freshly cut, and good. I also ordered an iced Americano (black) and its not worth buying because it tasted sub-par, at least for someone who is an avid coffee drinker. I ended up throwing it out half full because it tasted like watered down coffee. They also gave me a paper plate and plastic utensils even though I was eating here at the food court, so that was another downside but I assume theyre doing this due to covid. Honestly not worth the money. You can get a better crepe at Eggspectation on Carlton if you want a sweet crepe. I cant speak for the savoury ones, but the one I had was meh. Pricing: Tuttie Fruittie - $12.95 Americano - $4.45/$4.95 Total: $20

I will never eat at this location again. I asked for no tomatoes (cant have them) and they were put on the crepe. I caught them in time to have them removed. The lettuce wasnt fresh (rusty). Hardly any of the pesto sauce on the Viva crepe. Service was not friendly and not worth the money I paid. It was a disappointing experience as I enjoy going to the Upper Canada location every time Im there. They fold the crepes so you can pick them up and eat them without loosing everything. All ingredients are fresh, and the service is friendly.

We had a delightful time. The atmosphere was beautiful. The crepes were delicious. I loved that it was family owned. We will be back for sure!

Everything was terrible in this place. Starting with annoying and slow service, and finishing with inability to return my money onto the same payment method I used to pay for my order. The cook in there was making chicken for me, and mixed with someone else s ham (pork) which is absolutely disgusting. Do not recommend this place as it is slow and the stuff is incompetent.

Paid $10 for an espresso milkshake, received a lukewarm cup of milk with coffee in it, no ice cream or ice at all. They couldnt even give the right sized lid for the cup. Try your luck elsewhere

Definitely not a place for cheese cake I should add it was a slow service while u was inly one ordering and the guy was not even listening properly to my request he doubled my ordered and when I finally got my order I didn t go back to correct it and say why did you charge me that much because we were already waiting long enough for orders.

Delicious crepes, made fresh and great staff ! Update: Suggestion to owner: I got my crepe in a cone shaped package instead of the regular takeaway white box. Its inconvenient having to eat crepe off the cone box instead of the regular box (with Cutlery) of course. Food was great!

Just ridiculous. 30 minutes wait for a couple of crepes, nothing fancy about them. And coffee with no creamer? How come you don t have milk or cream for the coffee? I m all for being environmentally friendly, but please do not serve them with the wooden cutlery. Not only do they not properly cut the crepes, but they splinter, leaving is eating wood splinters. Sorry folks, won t be returning.

Trash customer service. The cashier girl with an accent was on her phone and I was waiting and few minutes before she acknowledged me. I then ask for DAMN NAPKIN and she has the audacity to ask if I m a customer. She needs to be fired and let go. Never coming to this garbage place EVER again.

This place is always better than I remember. Good crepes of all types, great for breakfast or lunch. Not exactly fancy or that many alternatives if you don t like crepes, but I d recommend it.

The crepes were so expensive- $15 for the New York cheesecake one, $12 for others. That wouldve been fine if they had been good, but the New York crepe was SO sweet and heavy it wasnt really possible to eat it. My friend got the Western Savory, and it was basically chunks of cold ham, mayonnaise, cheese, and raw onion. Not very impressed.

I honestly don t understand why the rating is so low at this place. The crepes here are delicious and they really don t cheap out on their ingredients. They put the entire pack of smoked salmon in their salmon crepe and a big slice of cheesecake in their NY crepe. There s a review complaining of the price, but if you go anywhere else in the city for the same quantity of crepe it ll be at least five dollars more. I appreciate how generous the owners are all the time.

Had this today but disappointed... the Nutella jars displayed must be a mislead because I eat Nutella occasionally and these jars must be filled with a no name brand chocolate hazelnut because there is no way this chocolate was Nutella... Very disappointing...

Worst Shake I ever had. almost like water.

I ordered the California crepe and the black & red (strawberries & Nutella) through DoorDash. Let s start with the batter it looks like the same batter was used for both which then clashed with the filling in the savoury crepe. I could taste the vanilla in the savoury crepe and I hated it. Second, the crepe itself was very chewy. I know some people like their crepes like that but I don t. I ve eaten savoury crepes at various places and I ve never eaten a crepe so chewy. I have to mention that it could also be because the the crepes themselves had significantly cooled while being delivered. The filling: I did not like the California crepe filling. It was missing something that would bring the filling together. All I tasted was the individual ingredients, which while tasty by themselves, is not how a dish is supposed to taste. The unusual thing here is that the distribution of filling was weird I first got lots of lettuce and ended my meal with avocados. Didn t get much corn, which would ve add another dimension of texture to the dishes. I think they were having a bad day and I hope they fix the filling. There s potential for this dish to be really tasty. Couldn t taste much of the ranch sauce, which could ve probably pulled the dish together. I would suggest replacing ranch with a chipotle sauce or something that adds oomph to the flavourless ingredients. Or coat your chicken pieces in spices to balance the flavours. The strawberry & Nutella how can you go wrong with this combo? What I liked was that it wasn t overly sweet (like demetres crepes). I ordered it with whipped cream and it was a great combination the tart & the sweet. All in all, the amount of filling in the crepe was great, which bumped them up from the 2 stars I was planning to give them. My advice: revisit your savoury crepe batter recipe. It should not have vanilla in it. And try popular French combinations like spinach, cheese and ham/corn.

I was incredibly disappointed. When I first saw the crepe sign I was so excited but I was met with utter disappointment. I got a ham and cheese crepe asked to add lettuce to it was a 5 dollar charge. I get inflation and all but 5 dollars for crunchy water is outrageous. I was charged for a side salad when all it was a few strips of lettuce. It was probably the worst crepe experience I ve had and it s very frankly unacceptable. It was a vile crepe that looked like a pale tongue. The quality is minimal and the training seemed inadequate. I am very disheartened right now.

They literally don t cook anything apart from the crepe. They leave the mushrooms raw, spinach raw. They just put the mushrooms on top raw and give it to you.

AT LEAST label your gelato correctly! My sister ordered the gelato labelled chocolate and when she received it she found marshmellows in it (which we cannot eat) so we had to throw it out. Total waste of money.

Bad service and they cheap out on ingredients! Not worth the money! Not generous at all! I even asked for two extra forks she gave me only one saying I already have one! Save your money and spend it on something actually worth the price!

Somewhat surprised by the 3.8 rating on Google. I thoroughly enjoyed the crepe & the customer service was excellent too. The young lady was very friendly & professional. It s also kinda cool that you can watch them make the crepes right in front of you The toppings were plenty & the portion size was good too. I had a Perrier & my bill was $20. I still felt it was worth the price though some here may think it s expensive. Regardless, I had a very good experience & will be back soon when I m shopping here

This place is absolutely terrible. We were only allowed to try 3 kinds of icecream before buying, they are way too overpriced for the flavour. AND SPEAKING OF FLAVOUR!! . I ordered a red velvet icecream which literally tasted just like chocolate ice cream with a dark red food colouring added too it. I don t recommend this place to anyone what so ever!

Yuck. I got a ham, cheese and mushroom crepe: - the crepe was undercooked - the ingredients were put in at the very last second so had no time to warm up. Who wants cold ham and unmelted cheese in their crepe? A bit more time on the griddle at the end of cooking could have fixed that - the mushrooms were raw??? Ew - they use the same batter for sweet and savoury crepes so if you wanted a savoury crepe too bad, you re still getting sweet batter

I got the popeye, but didnt like it. The crepe batter was not soft. The fillings were too much. It didnt have enough cheese & the taste was bland.

Also they lost 4 clients while I was waiting for the coffee s. 2 coffee s near $10 was cold but couldn t be bothered to return it. Terrible experience and thankfully never going back.

The Gelato is very good Service is fast Appears that the Restaurant has a fairly good COVID Protocol however as this is in the Eaton Centre Food court the line up and traffic flow makes Social Distancing difficult

It was our first time trying this place and we loved it! We both had the S mores Crepe and added strawberries. The staff were very friendly and nice. They were sociable and popped a few jokes here & there. The crepe was absolutely delicious - the toppings were very heavy portions & the strawberries were so fresh! Definitely recommend & would return anytime!

We feel scammed by this business, they doubled our order. We should have been able to review the order. I think they take advantage of the loud background noise and barriers and then speak with squeaky voices so they can up your order - as if its not already expensive enough - a crepe for $23, OMG and it wasnt even good !! I think for bad service they should get one star but for a scam they should get less than that. When confronted about the scam, they didnt deny it.

I was roaming in Toronto Eaton Centre and was looking for some place to eat. Then I came across this place. There is no separate seating for the place as all the food outlets share the seating area. I tried their New York Crepe from Savory menu. I was quite amazed to see them putting a full slice of cheesecake inside the crepe. Also there was a lot of Nutella and strawberries inside it. The taste was quite amazing. Overall had a great experience.
