Great food, and good service. Went for breakfast with a party of 4, and everyone was pleased with the food. Only deducting one star because the coffee cup I was provided had lipstick on it, The server apologized and replaced it with a clean one promptly.

I recently dined at Dennys located at 2575 St Clair Avenue West in Toronto and had a disappointing experience. Upon arrival, I waited an unusually long time before my order was taken. When the food finally arrived, it was cold and unappetizing. To make matters worse, when I raised these concerns, the manager responded in an argumentative manner, which I found unprofessional and unhelpful. Given this experience, I cannot recommend this Dennys location. I hope the management addresses these issues to improve the dining experience for future customers.

Terrible food for a second time! Today right after receiving the order went to start eating, immediately food is cold how is an order just packaged and first bite is cold!?! I also asked for chocolate chips in the pancakes, didn t get that either. Whoever the server was taking the order over the phone was not paying attention. Last time I ll be visiting this location, waste of money and time

I made my way here for a birthday grandslam, and it turned out to be a wonderful experience. Our server, Sienna, was superb! 4 pancakes, hash browns, and delicious overeasy eggs? Cant go wrong with that! Update 2024: Im back! I mean Ive been back a bunch, but Im back to mention my server Sham who was AMAZING! Charming, attentive, always keeping the coffee full! It enhanced my experience, for sure. I feel like I should have piled all four pancakes on top of each other and then stabbed a candle in them. But that might have been reckless. Something to consider for next year!

I m a regular at this Denny s location, and as someone who values consistency and cleanliness, I can confidently say this is the cleanest and most consistent Denny s I ve visited. The staff and management are outstanding and genuinely care about the success of this location. My server, Sham, always provides attentive and courteous service. The food meets the high standards you d expect from Denny s. I usually order the T-bone steak and eggs, and while it s not Barberian s, the steak is cooked to order and tastes great.

I love eating here. Have been to many locations over the years but this is the only one Ive tried take out from. I dont think in all the 3 or 4 times Ive done take out/delivery have they ever got the order right. We ordered through Door Dash this last time and ordered two orders of the cinnamon pancakes only to get one chocolate chip and one cinnamon. Why do I keep ordering take out and delivery? At least with take out I can open the bag and check things out before I go home.

The food was pretty good, and the service was fast and efficient right up until we were ready to pay. At this point, the server, Bihara, vanished, and we were forced to wait 25 minutes until they came back to pay. No other server would bring the bill. Dietary restrictions: Very few pork-free options.

What friendly and welcoming staff from the time we opened the door. The host asked if it was cold outside and when we said we were she sat us in the warmest spot in the restaurant. Completely disappointed. Went for breakfast with my kids, the server was rushing us and made us feel like we had to order right away. We had not even taken our seats and he was rushing us to order drinks. Then when he took are order the lights flickered and power shut off for a few seconds. Didnt think much of it. My younger son got his food but about 20 mins went by and we werent getting are food and we noticed people that had been seated after us were already eating. He noticed and then came back to ask us what we had ordered. He expected us to order again. I told him we did not have time. He took another 10 mins trying to figure out the prices for are drinks. Charged us and was still expecting a tip after the horrible service. Never apologized and instead was rude about his mistake. Dennys do better!

Clean and well maintained place. Food was normal diner fare and good. Service is impeccable. Ram is the star of the show and checked on us multiple times. The first restaurant where the server asks you what temperature you d like your water and brings hot sauce without asking. Great job!

Originally I gave a 3 star review but since going back the service has improved and so has the quality of food. Now this is a Denny s! Vegetarian options: You can just ask for a classic burger with a beyond meat patty.

Lots of great options with reasonable pricing. Ram was extremely helpful and progressional.

This place inspires many good things, the food, the attention of its staff, the atmosphere, etc. But especially the food. I ordered some eggs which are served with mushrooms, cheese and a mix of peppers and onions (which I asked not to be included because I dont like that mix). Accompanied with Hash Brown potatoes (delicious by the way). And the waiter who served us is Indian but speaks a little Spanish because he lived in Mexico. Of course I will return!

Extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service coming from this establishment. Was served by a gentlemen around 4pm on 10/03. He ignores female customers completely and only focuses on male customers (he refers as boss man ). When the bill came tip was not added as I did not feel I was served appropriately and ignored throughout my whole visit. He had the nerve to question why we did not tip. He also explained that since we did not tip he would have to tip the kitchen $5 out of his pocket. We felt very pressured to tip and he kept assisting so we unfortunately tipped him $12. Will definitely not return and urge you to not either since pressuring customer to tip after not giving any good service is outrageous

Just order through Uber eats, the waffles slam, and was very disappointed the waffles were not liege-style waffles with broiche dough they clearly eggo box waffles and food was cold

Ram da mon really hooked me up for my birthday! I came to Denny s for a FREE Grand Slam breakfast which was delicious!! I didn t expect to be serenaded and have a lit candle on top of my pancakes!!
