This is usually my go to meal in this mall. The food is filling most of the time.

They make drivers wait 20 minutes and blame it on the driver being early when in fact that just didnt remember to make the chicken nuggets. I competent and rude staff. Drivers should not wait, especially 20 minutes. This is an embarrassment of a restaurant.

Burgers are crispy, nuggets are good, the hot soya milk is very nice.

I usually go there with my girlfriend because the service and food is outstanding and the guy named Vikulp always serves us with a pleasant smile. Overall, it s always a great experience there.

Tasted really good! 37 dollars for 2 combos, and asking for tip on mall food is just silly. I want to come back and try their black pepper beef with pork wonton on chilli noodle.

The staff here are so friendly, especially the lovely girl who speaks Chinese! She recommended some new dishes and even helped us bundle items at checkout to get a discount. We tried the new zhajiangmian, and it was absolutely delicious! Will definitely be coming back!

I had a fantastic meal at Bingz. My go to meal are Cumin Chicken Crispy Burger and Sizzling chili oil noodles. The food is flavorful and authentic, and the ambience is great. SUSHMITA provided top-notch service, always greet with a smile and handling my order swiftly. A must-visit for anyone craving delicious Chinese cuisine!

Really high quality, clean, and good price. Loved the atmosphere and am very pleased every time I go.

Revisited today, had the breakfast combo, Peking Duck this time, the toasted crunchiness of the crepe made the difference. So yummy, soy milk was not too sweet but rich not liquidity. Bright and airy location across from T & T Supermarket, first time in, I had the peppered beef and King mushroom, tasty, portion size is just right. Paid <$8.00, bun only. I will be back to try other menu items. Parking: Fairview Mall parking free and wheelchair assessable.

I strongly do not recommend the new drink - matcha cloud milkshake. It s my second time ordering this drink, completely different from the first time. The first time it was heavy when I was holding it, it was more like a smoothie. This time it was really light and tasted like foam, I could finish it in a few sips, not worthy at all. DON T ORDER THIS PRODUCT!!!

This is located in Fairview mall opposite to T&T supermarket. Ordered Cinnamon chicken burger and it tasted good. Tried spicy glass noodles for the first time here and it s one of the worst dish I ever tried. 2 star given is for the glass noodles.

I placed an order that consisted solely of a mushroom sandwich and fries. However, when I received my order, I was given Peking duck instead of the mushroom sandwich. This mistake is particularly troubling given my religious and cultural dietary restrictions, which prohibit the consumption of pork, beef, and duck. The funny part is - When I contacted customer service to address this issue, I was offered compensation in the form of a free crispy burger, at Fairview Mall location. This proposed resolution is inconvenient. I find it incredibly insensitive that I am being asked to travel back to Fairview Mall to receive a free burger. This response demonstrates a lack of understanding and respect for my situation. This incident goes beyond a simple mistake and highlights a significant oversight in cultural sensitivity and customer service.

I was really hungry and decided to grab a snack. Polite and smiling waiters, clean inside. I really wanted to try the Peking duck. I waited for my order for about 7 minutes. For a quick snack is not bad.

I love this location and the food, I m a regular customer there. But what I witness today is outrageous and disgusting. I m not sure if these two are customers but they used their water bottles to refill water. The tip of the bottle was touching the disperser of the sofa machine; and the workers did nothing to stop this behaviour

The Hot and Sour Noodles packed a punch due to its tongue-numbing effect from the Sichuan peppercorn. However, you have to eat it quickly to prevent the dish from becoming cold and oily. The Signature Beef sandwich was meh here, so not sure if its quality issue. The breading was a bit plain, and there didnt seem to be enough meat. The location is great, being inside Fairview Mall, which is always fun to walk through.

Update: Apr-24-2024 My recent visits have changed, the fries definitely have not been good. They have been luke warm and soggy. NOT hot NOT crispy anymore!!! Also there seems to be a lot more fat in the signature beef with a lot of oil at the bottom of the bag. They need to pay attention to the quality control before they loose customers. Old review: Their burgers and noodles are different and tasty and comes in good variety of choices. The fries very crispy and comes in a bag so you can shake and mix the fantastic spice evenly without making a mess.

This cuisine is from my hometown Xian China. I was so thrilled to be brought back home by its food. Sooo authentic. We emptied the soup and the cool noodles and sour&spicy glass noodles. The burgers were so tasty, too needless to say. Wow I was blown away.

Quite disappointed by their crispy burger, ordered the black pepper beef burger and I got was a small toasted pita bread with very little meat and lots of chunks of fat which was gross chewing on. Seems like they use very low quality meat. Their shrimp dumplings with noodle soup was decent though.

Ordered a healthy veggie sandwich and a BBQ mushroom sandwich and they were disgusting. As others have said, the veggie sandwich leaves your tongue feeling numb (due to the sichuan peppercorns), which is kind of unpleasant. The BBQ mushroom was just too disgusting and I threw out half the sandwich. I cant recall which sandwich it was, but I also remember something being too salty. Rockin Fries were just ok... they had a decent texture, but were overall very saturated with grease. We went with a light dusting of the seasoning (which they give you on the side) since, like everything else, the seasoning is quite spicy (to be honest, it was a strange seasoning, kind of spicy, kind of sweet... I couldnt decide if I hated it or not). Portion sizes were quite small for the price, but that benefited me since I didnt have to suffer through eating too much of this junk (or feeling too guilty about how much I threw out). Service was OK... The guy who took my order was a bit confused, but figured it out. The people who put together orders seemed confused and overwhelmed even though there werent too many orders.

Tasty comfort food. Sandwich is usual size and theres not many toppings... basically pulled meat and bread. The noodle is huge! Its a meal for itself. Service was quick. Tables were clean. Theres a sink with tap water available to drain the leftovers before putting in the bin. I wish there was a compost bin available. Overall, recommended. I will visit again. Wheelchair accessibility: Yes!

Unique fast food joint. Food isn t the greatest quality (burger is decent, chicken is overbreaded, dumplings were bland). But fast and good value.

I don t know if it s Master Xi who has changed, or if it s the quality of this store. I ordered a set meal, and the hot and sour noodles were only enough to hold one chopstick. If you don t stutter a little, you ll be gone after one bite I didn t have so few fans before. The 15 dollar set meal seems to be very expensive. Boys probably don t get enough to eat at all. The service was impatient, but it wasnt really busy. No smile at all so really not worth tipping.

The service was efficient and polite. I ordered ahead and the food was ready exactly when they said it would be. The good was good at first bite and the fries are tasty. All that being said, both my partner and I have spent the last 12 hours with food poisoning from the burgers. I know restaurants have off days but something in that meat made our day real unpleasant.

Not sure why everytime we order, there will be 10 orders after us that will get their orders forts before us. Food don t look like what the picture looks like either. They put so little meat in these burgers. Not worth the wait, time and money

Food was really good and quick. But theyre lying on the menu when they advertise some dishes as vegetarian. We enjoyed two supposedly vegetarian dishes but upon checking their website after dining here, theres shellfish in these dishes. Even though our dietary restrictions are voluntary, this was upsetting. And what if someone is deathly allergic to shellfish? This is a very irresponsible oversight by the restaurant.

Absolutely horrified with my experience here. Portions were SO SMALL compared to the pictures- especially for the price. It felt like I barely ate anything after. Finished everything in like 5 minutes because of how less there was. Do not come here, the price is a scam compared to other food places. The chicken pieces were so tiny and such a small amount, plus the wonton size and quantity left me at shock because of how small everything was. Especially here at fairview you can get so much more for the same prices. Save your money and time and go somewhere else. Which is what we did after- went to Jimmy the Greek for so much more for just $16. Actually filled me up. The only nice thing was the cashier who accommodated us with a non-peanut dish, however service means nothing if the food isnt worth it. Dietary restrictions: they accommodated my peanut allergy

The front desk staff is very friendly. I recommend the cumin chicken. The chicken is very tender, vegetarian, meaty and slightly spicy. It goes well with it.

I was at this restaurant in Fairview mall this evening I order an Barger which came with an ingredient that I react to it an instant reaction after I just tested it...Im allergic to a few seasoning, I went back to the Accounted and the manager (Bikalpa) with no other questions change for me the only smart question he ask was can u tell me of any flavour or seasoning u are allergic to...He made sure I got a hamburger I like and I dont an allergic to it...I was very nice making sure his customer was happy...the re served me an Signature big Berger and I loved it....he act of very kind...I describe him as a professional and smart business management person...I really thank you again...I will recommend this place...

I ordered shrimp wonton soup, butter chicken and lychee fizz. Except the butter chicken was delicious, but the wonton soup was not hot, and the lychee fizz was tasteless like water. I am very disappointed with FVM location, but I still like the Markham location.

This is my 1st time at Bingz! Decided to just start with the Smoking Hot Rockin Fries - they were a lot of fun! They come in a brown bag with a container of spice mix. You can add the amount of spice that works for you - shake shake shake the bag - and enjoy! Delicious!

Pretty cheap for food given.

Food was okay but the management is poor. I waited for 15 mins after I ordered. When I checked with the staff, they just noticed my order and started making them. So it s not like McDonald or any other fast food restaurant. Be prepared to wait for 15 mins to order and then another 15 mins for them to start making your food. And it literally only takes 30s for them to make it.

The food is decent for what you pay, but is it really a 4.8? Unfortunately not really. Wontons are standard fair and fries are just ok. The buns were tasty though.

Amazing food, even though cashier got my order wrong. Still accepted the incorrect order anyway, which wasnt bad in itself. However, this franchise uses a very questionable business practice of forcing unavoidable tips on card users, which should not be condoned, and people should be wary when visiting. There is no option to skip tipping when you use card to pay, unless you explicitly enter a 0% tip. Im not saying that people should never tip, but it should always be an available option, especially when the establishment is just a fast food joint without actual table service. I imagine 99% of card users will not know how to avoid paying the tip, as it is not explicitly stated as an option. This means the majority of customers actually pay more than the listed price for their food, regardless of any promotions. This practice should be outlawed ASAP.

I found out about Bingz from Instagram, so I decided to give it a shot. I ordered the signature beef crispy burger combo and a Wontons Noodle. The food tasted good and service was prompted. I would come back again to try other menu items.

The food is great. Personally, I recommend original pork and cumin lamb. Dont get the chicken nuggets though the portion us quite small for the price.

I like their wonton as it was spicy but not overpowering, the burger was pretty good and the meat was tender. As for the poutine, it was good but just a bit saltier than what I would prefer.

love the food here 2024/01/08 update: new shrimp wonton noodle as someone from GuangZhou I like it not bad for a fast food restaurant i would say Its top 3 of all the place in Toronto that serve this item Also they now have shrimp wonton soup(9 wontons yes I counted when I order it ) chill oil shrimp wonton and sichuan sasame sauce shrimp wonton Definitely trying the chill oil or the sichuan next time

Tasty black pepper beef

The classic and the peppered beef crispy burgers are SO good. Spicy actually means spicy, so peppered beef has a nice kick, juicy beef pieces, and the pastry they use is incredibly flaky & wonderful. Also tried the vanilla cloud milkshake which was like something from childhood - sweet, rich & so creamy. the wontons in chilli sauce were very good too. it had mala spice, which may not be for everyone, but I highly suggest trying this place. Everything is so flavourful. Love the handwash station, however service isn t very friendly or helpful. Restaurant seating could also be much cleaner.

I ordered the popular combo and it took 20mins and a dozen people got their food well before me who I ordered before. I guess the combo isnt popular enough or its too popular?
