Goos healthy option in the path. Line goes by pretty fast.
Really enjoyed my experience here! The space is clean, staff are professional, the bowls are amazing. Definitely my go to lunch spot when I am in the area. So yummy!
Such a great place to get lunch if you’re lazy to make it before work the next day. Sandwiches are so fresh and have quality ingredients. The bread is all ace bakery bread which I enjoyed. The side salad was a great portion, even though it looks smaller, it was very filling and delicious. A healthy lunch option downtown that I would definitely recommend to anyone in the area.
A convenient place to grab a quick meal. However, the prices are way too high for a salad bowl. I can’t speak of the location nor service as this was a take out meal. Overall, a convenient (but pricey) option for those around the area who are looking for a healthy meal.
I was impressed by the variety of options from sandwiches and salads to tacos and bowls. So many toppings to choose from and the best part is that they are all fresh and incredibly delicious. I can definitely see myself going back for some fresh flavors that really pop.
Clean environment, fast service. Very limited seating, so not great for a sit down, but excellent food if you need something fast and healthy. I had two chicken tacos, which were made sort of oddly. The tortillas were placed at the bottom of the (cardboard and recyclable!) takeout box and then everything was sort of piled ontop of that. Despite the presentation, the food tasted great. As for another’s opinion: My friend got a burrito there, which he absolutely despised. His main complaint was that they do not salt their tomatoes, which left too much tomato juice for his taste. It mixed with the other ingredients and was difficult to remove. I did not order my tacos with tomatoes, so I really wouldn’t know, but that’s his opinion. Overall, excellent experience, will go again.
Good location, clean and great service. But the posted closing time is 7:00 but they always close at 6:00. Don't know why they just don't change the posted hours. This location also includes a FreshWest Grill inside.
Very clean place. Very friendly staff. Lots of salad options and great taste. I find the regular size salad quite a lot and I am a big person. I'm going to order a small size next and try their sandwiches or try the southwest grill that is in the same place.
This place will be my new obsession Fresh delicious clean!
Fast service, friendly staffs at Sick kids building/bay st
Indians should never try burritos here . Tastes so disgusting . I hardly ate two bytes and garbaged the leftover
Perfect variety of options. My first choice for a fresh place to eat.
New twist to eating salads
You can get healthy fresh food here, they are fast, food is good. They can be more friendly while serving the customers.
I never thought it would be possible to mess up a burrito. Hands down, the worst burrito I ve ever had. Somehow simultaneously cold, bland, and WET. The most depressing part of my work day.
Vegetarian options: A lot of vegetarian choices Dietary restrictions: You can request according to your diet
I wish I could give 6 stars - I got a custom salad and my mom got a sandwich with a side garden salad. Both were absolutely excellent, good price and very delicious :)
Food so fresh and delicious amazing staff.
Excellent sandwiches and salads.
Wish I had taken a picture of my Cobb salad bc it was so overdressed I couldn t even see the lettuce clearly; which is a shame because the bowl was 80% iceberg. Ate half of it and then felt sick. Tomato soup was ok. Not worth the $17 spent
customer service is beyond this world...I mistakenly took the wrong sandwich and I was not able to return to get it fixed. I called and they offered to deliver me a new one to my office. how awesome are they??
Great staff, quick service. Salads are a bit pricy but they are always fresh and great tasting.
The food was okay, but came across an employee who wasnt nice about asking me to start a new salad. Cool space though.
The second star rating is solely based on the taste of the food, however, it really isn t deserved because I ordered a salad and the delicious taste comes from my excruciating instructions of how to put it together as the woman helping me was not just careless and lacking passion, but she seemed intent on producing a salad that would not make me happy. In fact, I just removed the second star because my experience here was frustrating and uncomfortable. What I wanted was simple: a small salad with less lettuce and tons of toppings. I asked for this right off the bat but the amount of lettuce that she put into the bowl was more than enough for an entire extended family with a healthy appetite to share at thanksgiving dinner. I asked for a quarter of what she put in the bowl but she only took out a couple of handfuls. I m not exaggerating when I say that I had to ask nearly 10 times for her to remove lettuce from that bowl. I told her that I don t care if I have to pay extra so that I can have less lettuce and more veggies. In the end, there was still at least 3X more lettuce than I wanted. When I began to tell her which toppings I d like, she was audibly counting them. I told her I don t care how many toppings are included and would pay extra if need be because I knew which ones I wanted. By the way I am a very polite person and naturally feel the need to be kind at all cost so despite that fact that I was becoming agitated, I did not change my tone or become rude. This woman, however, did become rude and clearly agitated the more I told her which toppings I would like. I explained to her in the beginning that because of how many veggie toppings I like on my salad, it grows to be quite big and that s why I like less lettuce. As predicted, the salad grew far too big to fit into the regular size container that I had ordered. So I asked her if when she packaged it she could put it in a larger bowl so that it isn t squashed and squished. She said okay but when it came to packaging it she started to jam it into the regular size bowl and either didn t hear me or ignored me when I tried to stop her from using strength to try and pack it down so that she could jam the lid on. It was the woman at the right cashier beside her that relayed my request to her and she said she couldn t put it in a larger bowl. At that point, my boyfriend stepped in and asked her to just split it into two bowls then even offering to pay for a second [recycled cardboard] bowl. Instead of grabbing another regular size to split it up between, she grabbed the smallest one. It was obvious that just as much smashing and smushing and lid jamming would be involved in fitting some of the immensely overflowing salad into the small container so I asked for a large bowl. She ignored me but once again the cashier had my back and it was finally put into a large bowl. When we paid, the cashier suggested to the woman who made my salad that it would be a better deal for me to be charged for a large salad instead of a regular salad with so many toppings. I guess a large comes with more toppings and it ended up being much bigger than the large bowl anyway. But the strangely difficult woman said no and told her to just charge the extra toppings on the medium. I m not sure how much salads cost here, but my salad was over $20. We didn t say anything and paid and left. Like I said, the salad tastes good because I make this exact salad at home all the time. But if I hadn t verbally bartered with her bordering on the term argue with her then I would have been very disappointed with the salad. I worked in the hospitality industry throughout high school and all of university and even a little after and I am lenient on mistakes. It is the people who choose to produce poor service and negative experiences that inspire me to speak up about my disgruntlement.
Pretty basic tasting food . Something you could easily fix at home. I got tofu on one of my bowls one time, and it was just tofu straight out of the packaging cut up into pieces. No seasoning, not prepared in any way , just right out of package, flavorless and soggy .
Great food, very clean and most of their staff are very polite except for few incidences where I encountered rude staff.
They have good customer service and nice place to go to eat with family.
Great bowls! Awesome sizing for the price and delicious!!!
Nice and clean, good variety of salads and burritos.
Salads are very poorly made. All lettuce, no meat. Go to Salad Days in the food court at 10 Dundas - They will treat you right.
Very bad place to have so called smoothie. Not at all fresh! The mad mango smoothie which I oredered was so bad! They just put del monte mango juice packet in that smoothie. It tasted horrible!!
Always pleased with quality of food here
Really tasty burritos, stuffed with stuff, very clean place to eat.
Reasonable price for great tasting, fresh food! The southwestern salad is my personal favourite. You get heaping portions of grilled chicken, salsa, and cheese on a salad for $10.
Nice food and very clean place.
Very friendly service, attend 1-2 times a week and am never dissapointed. Highly recommend :)
The sandwich + salad combo has never failed me. Its my go-to for lunch. Decently priced and always delicious.
Fast. Fresh. Food. Just like the name implies. The food here is highly customizable and delicious. Their website is great for those health-conscious people who like to make informed choices. The site allows you to customize your meal and view the nutritional information on the fly. Fast service by friendly people. Excellent place.
Too much sauce on the salad :(
