About

Preparing a freshly-caught sea bream or a just-harvested oyster is being in touch with nature in its purest form. Yet this great privilege comes with a condition. And that’s no other than to use ingredients that will help bring out even more of that freshness. As we brush a hand across a bush of Greek thyme or scoop up a handful of sea salt, we find the connection to nature to be just as electrifying. And at Milos, this is precisely the feeling that we try to bring to the table every day.

Had a great dining experience and Milos. The atmosphere fit the high end setting of the restaurant and the food was also fresh and great quality. Although the food was delicious (the octopus was 10/10) and offered classic Mediterranean assortments, nothing was too special. The highlight of the night was definitely our server who was very knowledgeable, recommended excellent dishes and gave a tour of the marketplace. Overall, Milos was a memorable restaurant and could be the spot for a nice dinner night or a special occasion.

I recently visited Milos in Toronto, and as someone who’s enjoyed the experience at their locations in NYC, Montreal, and Miami, I can confidently say the design and atmosphere here are in line with their high standards. The space is elegant, offering that same sleek, upscale vibe that makes it perfect for a refined lunch, though it’s a bit challenging to find parking nearby. When it comes to the food, Milos delivers solid quality—fresh ingredients, well-executed dishes, and no surprises. The menu isn’t particularly inventive, but it’s a safe bet for anyone craving classic Mediterranean seafood. We opted for the 2lbs fish to share, but I found the $150 price tag for that a bit steep. Transparency on market prices would have been appreciated, especially since it wasn’t clear upfront what the cost would be. The wine pairing was another area that could use some improvement. While the selection was good, the portion was on the smaller side. They could do better by asking how many ounces a guest would like at lunch, especially given the premium pricing. That said, the grilled calamari was fantastic—one of the standout dishes. But we had to specifically request that it be grilled, as it’s usually served fried, which felt a bit off given the reputation of the restaurant. Overall, I’m feeling a bit mixed about the experience. The food quality was excellent, but the pricing and small service details left me wanting more for what we paid. Still, it’s a good choice if you're looking for a high-end seafood experience in Toronto.

Milos Restaurant in Toronto is a gem that lives up to the high standards set by its counterparts in Montreal and Vegas. If you’re seeking an extraordinary culinary experience, look no further. The seafood selection is incredibly fresh, offering a taste of the Mediterranean with quality and authenticity. To start, I highly recommend the Milos Special and the tomato salad. These starters set the tone perfectly, introducing you to Milos’ attention to detail and quality. For mains, the lobster pasta and lamb chops are my absolute favorites. While I wish the lobster pasta came in a larger portion, it’s packed with flavor, and the lamb chops are expertly cooked to perfection. What sets Milos apart is the attentive service. The management makes it a point to check in, ensuring your experience meets expectations, a touch that elevates this restaurant to a class of its own. Whether you’re here for a special occasion or simply to indulge, Milos Toronto won’t disappoint. Highly recommended!

My friend and I had the most lovely evening at Milos. The moment you step into the restaurant you know you’re gonna have a good experience. Such a beautiful interior the staff are friendly and accommodating. We ordered the tomato salad and Milos special to start and the big eye tuna, wild mushrooms, and Greek fries for our main. I highly recommend going with a group that likes to do family style. Everything was beyond delicious. The Milos special is an absolute must try and the tomato salad was a classic Greek salad had exceptional flavour, so fresh, the feta was amazing. Also Holly, our server, was so kind and took great care to make our meal enjoyable. Thank you!

Great dinner experience at Milo tonight. We are a party of 5. We ordered one dozen of oyster, the Milo special, fried calamari and fried atherina (small fish from Mediterranean) as appetizers. All well made, especially the Milo special, which is thinly fried zucchini and eggplant, very crispy and just lightly battered. As main, we had salmon, grilled turbot fish and lobster pasta. The turbot fish is very fresh, meaty and taste delicious. Lobster pasta was well made, well seasoned and lobster is also very fresh. Service was excellent. Our server and sommelier were professional and friendly. We were offer a free wine tasting before we made our final choice on our wine. Ambiance was great. The restaurant were almost full house that night. All guests were offered to tour their fish and vegetables market to see what is on the menu that night. Overall , we had a memorable night at Milo and we will return to try different fish.

Finally my favourite restaurant opened in Toronto and it did not disappoint! The restaurant design is simply stunning, every detail they put into the space is just wow. The food was delicious and the service was fantastic. Our the sommelier nailed the wine pairing, which just made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend checking it out!

The food is spectacular, everything is prepared purposefully, with consistent top tier ingredients, and the most fresh fish you’ll ever have. The fish is flown in fresh daily, all kept and prepared in a sushi-grade manner. They have an open fish market style presentation of the fish which the server walks you through. The fish doesn’t have any sort of smell, is kept on ice, and looks as though it was caught just moments ago. The Milos Special is definitely a must try. The tzatziki sauce made in house is one of the best things I’ve ever tasted. The charcoal-broiled octopus was delicious, tender and smoky, and the whole grilled fish was deboned and probably the best fish I’ve ever tried. The desserts are on another level and prepared by a pastry chef. Our server, Liam, was incredibly knowledgeable of everything that was on the menu, including the ingredients, as well as suggesting the perfect size of fish for our group size. The level of service and attention to detail here is unmatched. We even saw the head chef doing rounds to check on the food’s timing and customers satisfaction - which was impressive. Probably one of the best restaurant experiences out there. Would definitely return and recommend, thanks to Liam, Ana and the rest of the staff for a spectacular experience.

I went here with some friends for a holiday dinner and although the food tasted decent, the service was horrible. The a la carte menu was already sold out (strange) and we were essentially forced into ordering from the market place. Our waiter was awful. He brought us over to the market place to look at the fish and did not give any recommendation or explain the fish in terms of taste or what to expect. He glossed over the rest of the available items like the shrimp and didnt discuss pricing. After looking at the market, he told us to sit back down and then disappeared to accommodate another table. That seemed odd because normally you would want to consult the customer their thoughts afterwards but instead it made it seem like we werent worth serving. We ended up not ordered anything from the market because we had no clue what to order. We were also seated right by the kitchen where the orders are delivered and the staff looked very disorganized. They look confused and dishes sat on the table for a while before they finally figured out which table it should be served to. I would imagine the food isnt being delivered hot anymore for the amount of time it sat at the serving counter. Anyways, it was very distracting and obvious the staff did not have a very good system of getting orders out to tables. Afterwards, our waiter did not tend to us at all (probably because we didnt order any fish) and when we asked for the bill, he hovered over us while paying which was very annoying. Unless you know your fish or do not have a budget, you are better off trying some place else with better value and service.

Fantastic new restaurant in Toronto. The Fresh seafood and side pairing is an exceptional experience for everyone to try at least once. Photos and videos are of the Greek salad, tartar, grilled octopus, and fresh branzino 2lb fish of the day . We also had the Milos special, crab cake, and a pasta dish which were both delicious as well. Restaurant is quite busy so grabbing a drink at the bar while waiting is a nice way to see the other side of the establishment. Dining area is separated into two rooms and it was a full house when we were there! Service and wine was excellent. Definitely going back!

December 18, 2024

Complete lack of management, i suggest managers when overbooked should be present at the desk instead of having conversation with each others at the corner. Dover sole heavily salted. Manager response was patronizing. And I will suggest to hire Cameron Dryburgh to right the sinking ship. Unfortunately no up to the standards of Milos at New York and Montreal. Paul King

This restaurant delivers great sea food paired with an impressive wide variety of vintage wines perfect for a special evening or celebration. The staff were attentive, friendly, and added to the overall positive experience. On the other hand, the ambiance could use some improvement. There s quite a bit of light in the restaurant, and I personally wish it was a little darker for a more intimate vibe. Additionally, the tables are all crammed together, which can make it feel less private. Despite these minor drawbacks, it s still a fantastic spot for sea food and wine lovers!

Came for a company event and had us sit in a small, dark, windowless room with a cold draft. It also had a washroom inside the same room and it created a very off putting aroma as the night unfolded. The manager seemed to be very unorganized because there were guests who were able to sit outside of this tiny room with a toilet in it, yet some people were allowed there own table outside this little stuffy room with no windows. I wanted to change seats with the crowd outside but it was impossible for unknown and unsaid reasons. Just impossible . Staff seemed very unfriendly and at times rude, although I will mention that there were some people who were servers that seemed like genuinely nice people. Unfortunately the food is very bad for the most part. The good part of the food is in the fresh salads offered on the menu like the tomato salad. Everything else was EXTREMELY salty, greasy and very underwhelming. This is an imitation greek restaurant, and I don t expect this place to last very long. It s an obvious example of how location is everything in the restaurant business, it s just unfortunate that food quality and hospitality are forced to take a backseat. The company I work for is the City Wide Group and there was not one person who didn t express major disappointment with an unsatisfactory dining experience. In the end we all left the restaurant hungry and had to go somewhere else to get a proper meal. I ll NEVER BE going back, nor will my company. The owner of our company, is a senior citizen and felt the need to apologize to our whole company for having such a terrible dining experience. Dietary restrictions: Staff failed to ask about any allergy issues and one guest almost died from accidentally almost eating mayonnaise which he specifically asked beforehand to make sure he wasn t served any, along with a lady who was with her wife. Kid-friendliness: Not at all

December 14, 2024

On Sunday, December 1, 2024, I dined at Milos Restaurant with my family. We were the last table to leave that evening. Unfortunately, my daughter s pink Coach purse was forgotten at the table, and when we returned just two minutes later to retrieve it, it was already GONE. At the time, there were two gentlemen fixing the tables and staff clearing fish and vegetables to the back. When we asked, they claimed the purse had been taken downstairs. However, upon following up, we were given no resolution. The next day, I called the restaurant, and a young woman answered, stating she would inform the manager and get back to me. She also stated , don t call us back we will call you . Mind you she never took my phone number or any details .I never heard from the manager. When I called again later in the evening to check whether the purse had been found (as I needed to decide whether to commute to Toronto from Brampton), another staff member vaguely stated it should be downstairs but still offered no concrete update or follow-up. The lack of accountability and communication from your staff is deeply concerning. I have been informed that there are CCTV cameras on the premises by staff, and I intend to pursue this matter with the appropriate authorities to ensure it is investigated. No one should be eating from such a place. This incident has completely soured what was supposed to be a celebratory evening for my family. I expect immediate action to locate my daughter s purse and a clear explanation of what happened. What a .5 star experience

There s a big production, almost insistence, of leading tables to the fresh catch area where seafood is displayed in all it s glory. I find it a bit morbid to see the poor creature that s about to be eaten, but diners seem to like looking a lobster in it s eye before shelling out $280 for a plate of pasta. For the cost conscious, ordering off the menu is your best bet. Milo s fresh seafood is sold by the pound, with things starting from about $65/lb and most items being at least 2 pounds, that amazing display will run you $130+ per dish. And while their swordfish ($65) wasn t being displayed, it was fresh and delicious. Using only the centre cut of the loin creates a delicate steak that s awfully tender for a fish that s grilled. Left slightly undercooked, the fish takes on a seared tuna finish but is lighter than the bold red fish. Personally, I prefer my tuna raw. Milo s tuna tartare ($45) was perfectly seasoned - just enough salt and a hint of chili to add flavour without any sting. If only there were more lavish crackers to go through all the fish, the delicate crisp a great neutral pairing. I guess the freshly toasted crusty bread can stand-in for the cracker. It arrives in a basket with a very generous pour of olive oil that most tables end up wasting. It s topped with freshly pruned oregano that s more for show than flavour. For something filling, order the Milos special ($45), a tower of thinly sliced fried zucchini and eggplant that s ideal for a table of three or four. At the centre of the tower is a very thick garlicky tzatziki that easily spreads onto the chips. Hunks of battered and fried saganaki cheese round out the special. A squeeze of lemon would help to cut through the heaviness. A vegetarian could easily get an order of the grilled wild mushrooms ($24) and be satisfied. With a great selection of fungi (oyster, shiitake, prince, and a spongy watery one that we couldn t identify), the thick pieces could easily stand-in as a plant-based steak. They are quickly grilled and dressed with olive oil, salt, and thyme for a simplicity that matches the mushrooms.

What an incredible experience! I highly recommend this upscale restaurant. The service and food were outstanding in quality. If youre a seafood enthusiast, this is the place to go! We went as a large group with our families, so got to try many of their items. Highly recommend the following: 1. Oysters - Delicious! Forgot the name of the flavour. It was black and nutty or something. So good! 2. Crab cakes - The best Ive ever tried. It would say 99% of the crab cake was real CRAB! 3. Tuna & Salmon Tartare - Very flavourful! 4. Milos special - Our favourite! The thin, crispy zucchini slices with the tzatziki sauce was DELICIOUS!!! The tzatziki was so creamy. Ive tried nothing like it before. The presentation is so nice! 5. Lobster pasta - Amazing! Sharable portion. The sauce was incredible. Tastes homemade. 6. Salted Fish - We got to select our own fish. The experience was so cool. They bake the salt covered fish for an hour I believe, bring it on a cart, and cut it open infront of you. Cool experience. Personally, I felt the fish was a bit bland, but others enjoyed it. We felt the desserts were okay. We tried almost all of them, and the cheesecake was probably the better one (It was okay. It had more of a yogurt taste than cream cheese). Overall, amazing experience!

Milos Montreal has had a great tradition in serving great Greek food with excellent ambiance. That s what we expected when we set foot in the newly opened Toronto branch. The ambiance was nice with good service but food was not the same as Montreal location. Everything that we ordered including Milos special was a bit different and not exactly upto the mark that Milos has set itself. Food was good but not the same!

The prices were top shelf but the food was disapointing at any price. The lamb was $95 and advertised to be 14. onces. It was at least 40% fat and had little taste. The fries which came with it came just warm and were cold in short order. The other entre was the tuna. It was average at best and again very little flavor profile.the zucchini which is a favorite in the Montreal location was the same and again came at room temperature. The service was good and the wait staff attentive. The atmosphere was also very nice but neither of those made for a very mediocre meal. Without accounting for liquor the bill with tip.fpr two people came to $366. The hostess acknowledged that they were working things out but again at those prices the time to do that was before they opened not while they were charging $95 for lamb chops.

Newly opened international famous Greek seafood restaurant. I think it is the best western style seafood restaurant in Toronto. Man choices of imported seafood. Fried shrimps are very delicious , good with a glass of white wine. They do not allow wine corkages which is a HUGH drawback and disavantages. Grilled Branzino fish was done just right and moist. Good simple cooking techniques. No valet parking and thats inconvenience. Service are also very good. Highly recommended

If youre looking for an exceptional dining experience in Toronto, Milos Seafood is a must-visit. Known for its fresh seafood and Mediterranean flair, this restaurant truly stands out. During my recent visit, I was fortunate to have Ali as my server. From the moment we sat down, Alis warm and welcoming demeanor made us feel right at home. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, offering insightful recommendations and answering all our questions with enthusiasm. We started with the octopus and grilled calamari, both of which were cooked to perfection. The flavors were vibrant, and the freshness of the seafood shone through. Alis suggestion of pairing the calamari with a specific dipping sauce elevated the dish even further. For the main course, I opted for the whole grilled fish, which was an absolute highlight. It was expertly seasoned and served with a delightful assortment of seasonal vegetables. Ali checked in frequently to ensure everything was to our liking, which added a personal touch to our dining experience. Dessert was a must, and Ali recommended the baklava, which was the perfect sweet ending to our meal. His attentive service and genuine passion for the food made the experience all the more enjoyable. Overall, Milos Seafood is a gem in Toronto, and Alis exceptional service made our visit truly memorable. Allergy mentioned on our reservation and when checking in, and amuse bouche brought with allergens on it. We had to ask if they could bring it out modified so others at the table could enjoy. For $250 a person, you d expect more thoughtful service. No comps on any food to apologize for the inconveniences. This was a Wednesday night.. not a particularly busy dining time slot either. Picking the fish we wanted to be cooked was such a cool experience. On top of that, our waiter Dino was exceptional. The perfect balance of service without interrupting our evening. He found ways to level with us and speak towards our common experiences. No mixed reviews here. We had an amazing experience and will be back.

I was visiting friends in Toronto recently and they took me to Milos. Very beautiful restaurant with a concept like no other. Outstanding, fresh, delicious and the Milos special lives up to the hype and is worth the wait! Also, top notch service from Matthew who was knowledgeable and professional, and he carefully curated a unique experience for us. This is the best food and service I have experienced in a very long time. Milos is a must go when in Toronto!

This restaurant is having a soft opening tonight. I walked in as a real random customer without invitation so my review is real. The staff are very friendly and eager to serve yet it seems like everyone is still getting to know everyone so big rooms for improvement on service. The bartender is very smart i guess he will be promoted real soon. Service was slow and they try ti explain that this is their first night. But as a customer i pay full price so i should expect the best right? Food is ok above average but not outstanding if you are using the real Greek standard. But in toronto/ even canada i guess its already out performed. The olive oil is marvelous Bread is good. I had some oysters well they are very fresh but everyone should know dont expect too much from Canadian oysters they are below standard very thin and small and tasteless comparing to the french oyster (i wonder why they dont serve the french ones ?). I ordered some octopus not bad. My monk fish was very fresh coated with corn starch and fried. Big portion too. I think they can improve on their wine list (by the glass) and maybe add a pasta dish to the menu.

I recently dined at Milos, and I was blown away by the exceptional service! Vlad, Sofia, and Kristina went above and beyond to make our experience truly special. Vlad was incredibly attentive and nice, people like him are naturally talented to be a professional waiter. Sofia greeted us with a warm smile and made great recommendations from the menu. Kristina was always nearby, making sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. The food was delicious, but the excellent service really made the evening unforgettable. I highly recommend Milos for both its amazing food and outstanding staff!

The food is shockingly sub-mediocre for the price range, you can have better Greek literally anywhere. Atmosphere is chaotic. Servers were excellent

Save your money and time and go to a small family owned Greek restaurant on the Danforth. I had high expectations for this place, and they were NOT met. The price is absurd for something you can literally get for a quarter of the price somewhere else. I ve had better greek seafood at my yiayia s house. If you want to go in because you re falling for the decor, go in, take a picture and spend your money elsewhere.

An otherwise exceptional lunch was marred by an unfortunate interaction with an inexperienced somm. Atmosphere is incredible and the service, outside of this experience, was great but unfortunately this interaction left a sour taste with our group. I had ordered the wine (an assyritiko-sauv blanc blend) and we were onto the second bottle. The somm, from across the table, attempts to engage with me while I was mid-story and confusion ensues. She not only proceeds to insult my wine knowledge, talking down to me and saying that we need to check that the wine is not corked. And then despite this, ends up pouring to our group without giving us fresh glasses. To which I asked, why didn t you simply follow the standard practice? Why did you feel the need to interrupt me and expect me to hear you from across the table and then start talking down to me because I couldn t hear you! Just atrocious. In any case, I know this isn t a reflection on the entire restaurant, and overall the experience was a good one.

Went with a group of four for lunch. Two of the individuals at the table are Greek. The place is beautiful. The service was good. But the food was mediocre. The sashimi was just ok. The pasta was overcooked. But the dessert was good. As of right now this place is more about the show than it is about the quality of food

We went to Milos on Friday night when they open. It s a gorgeous venue, which is very large and spacious with big windows and a ton of sun sunlight. Decor is stunning and it is very spacious. You don t feel crammed and you have a lot of space. Our reservation was for 830. We got there at 8:15 didn t get seated until closer to nine. There isn t really space to hang around while waiting for your table. They do tell you to go have a drink at the bar, but the bar is basically a bunch of couples having meals and drinks and you re trying to squeeze them the bartenders at the bar wasn t able to because they were so swamped. Eventually, we got seated. Took About 10 more minutes for our server to arrive. We ordered drinks, and that took about 20-30 mins. I had to call the server back to take our food order. The food also came out, relatively slow and quite staggered. Ordered for appetizers and fries for three of us. The scallop and sashimi came fast and was delicious. The calamari was undercooked and rubbery and hard. They lost our order for our fries and salad and the milos fried zucchini so we had to ask them again and they said the kitchen lost the order. They did eventually bring the salad and the zucchini but the fries never showed up. They then took us to see the fresh fish and vegetables and explained how it all came from Greece. The seafood is very fresh! We go the fish baked in salt and lobster pasta. The fish comes at a minimum of 3 lbs and 75$ per pound and most seafood was market price. The fish and lobster were delicious! The lobster pasta is probably the best lobster pasta I ve had. The fish was very good and deboned tableside though I was pretty surprised how a 3 on fish really didn t come out to much when plates. But it was delicious and I d probably get it again. We had a chocolate sin desert which was pretty average and I wouldn t recommend. All in all our bill was about $1k for 3 ppl. They did charge us for the fries despite it never arriving. Which we brought up to the server and he said he d get the manager to apologize, but instead we just asked him to take it off the bill. All in all our dinner took About 3-4 hrs to get all our food and drinks which was a bit much. All in all, I would say the food was great and so is the decor. I would probably go back at some point. But I will say for the price point you re paying the service was pretty embarrassing. With that being said it has just opened so they are likely still working out the kinks. It seems that there was a ton of staff, so I m not sure why the service was so slow and disorganized, I would probably go back, but I would like to give them a few months to work out their kinks.

Beautiful restaurant with great atmosphere and a lot of kinks to iron out. Service is attentive to the point of disruptive hovering (frequent crumb sweeping and diving to pull out chairs), yet orders were mixed up, food didnt come out together, and wrong utensils were provided. The bill was presumptively presented to the only man at the table at a business lunch, in a room full of business lunches - it was not his reservation and he was not paying. Food is decent. Quality ingredients. The grilled sea bream was delicious, but also improperly filleted so it was studded with bones. Server asked how it was and seemed bewildered to hear this. Vegetable accompaniments could also receive a bit more attention.

Overall we had a good experience at this restaurant. The ambience was cozy and inviting, food was excellent. The service was very attentive, with staff always on hand to ensure our glasses were full, which was appreciated. However, at times, the service felt very overbearing, especially during a business meeting, when we got interrupted quite a few times. Still, the overall experience was very positive and I would definitely return.

I quite enjoyed the dishes I had at Milos Toronto. However, most dishes that we came for were either sold out (Lobster pasta), or just way too big for a party of 2 (grilled lavraki). The service was extremely slow. It took an hour just to get bread on the table. I would definitely come back and try for an earlier dinner to have a little more options when picking items from the fresh fish market.

The location and room are amazing. The service is outstanding! The food delicious, started with fried zucchini and eggplant with Tzatziki and cheese. Believe my sister called it the Milos special. Then we had roasted peppers, followed by James and grilled octopus and finally we had Mediterranean sea bass grilled. And then baklava delicious highly recommend.

Was incredibly excited after hearing all the buzz but was disappointed by the extremely mediocre food. Our group ordered lamb chops that had literally ZERO seasoning. Not even salt for $95 one would think they could get some salt or pepper at least. Absurd $45 pricing for pita and dips as well. We finished all the pita before even making a dent in the dips and had to ask for two extra pitas for $8. We finished our bottle of water and the waiter did not ask if we wanted another nor did he come around to refill towards the end of the dinner.

I recently visited Milos Toronto over the weekend. The venue itself is nice and bright, creating a great atmosphere. The service started off well, and the food was just okay. Unfortunately, I found a hair in my salad, and my waiter was nowhere to be found, so I had to inform another staff member. They took the salad away and brought me a new one, but our waiter never apologized or acknowledged the issue, which was disappointing. We were still charged for the salad, whereas most restaurants would comp it in such situations. Additionally, they brought us the wrong main course and took a while to bring the correct dish. Overall, the food was okay. It s a nice place to check out once, but I don t plan on going back.

Nothing spectacular if you been any other high end restaurant Just semi disappointed with the menu selection comparing with Montreal or Las Vegas menu selection Price wise is insane expensive and more so than Montreal The value of a produce depends not on its own value but on where it lies , so if the chef went to Le Gordon Bleu is that mean the dishes are supposed to be expensive ? There are tons of others similar styles restaurants with better value and selection than Estiatorio Milos Toronto

I ve visited several locations of Milos in the past, and was so excited that it s been added to the Toronto restaurant scene. The venue itself is beautiful as is the concept of the restaurant and the staff here were welcoming. However, I was disappointed and quite shocked at how exorbitantly priced the menu is here when it is the exact same as offered everywhere else. Every dish was marked up at least $10-$15 per plate, and to be honest the quality just wasn t the same. Additionally, many of the items were already sold out, but the restaurant had just opened. Overall, I can t justify the cost differentials and I m not sure they can either. Congrats on the opening and best wishes in this competitive market.

My husband and I visited Milos today for dinner. The food was good, however I was quite disturbed by our server. She took us to the market to show us the fresh produce and fish. She then touched the raw fish multiple times (with multiple fish), and then walked us back to our table. Shr then proceeded to not wash her hands, touch the water bottle, menu, serve other tables etc. I was quite disturbed with this. I m 9 months pregnant and was turned off for the rest of the meal. Their food handling procedures need to be reviewed with their servers as this is not acceptable. I will not be back, nor will I recommend this restaurant to any of our family or friends.

I went to try their prefix menu and it took more than 2 hours to get my food. The service staff only gives great service to people in suits. The server forgot what I ordered and asked 45 minutes later what I ordered again. The tuna burger had a funny color and the zucchini fries were greasy. The octopus was very rubbery and the dessert was made 4 days ago according to the server. Youre allowed to order from the dinner menu at lunch only if youre a regular, i asked and was denied. The food here is pricey and you are paying for the ambiance.

Milos has a lot of work to do to get consistent service and food act together. Staff is scattered, not knowledgeable except for SY who fixes every problem. Managers not helpful. For the amount of managers standing around, service should be better. Food is hit and miss. Miami, Vegas, Montreal standards are high. Only 1 waiter needed for a table in any other Milos but Toronto has many staff and you have to ask 4 people for bread and the bill before you get it. One waitress told us we ordered an obscene amount of food. Which is our business, not hers. We were a family of 5. No toilet paper anywhere in ladies bathroom. It was a downer considering we waited years for this place to get to Toronto. Wont return til they shape up and we get confidence back.
