The owner/manager of this location is the kindest person. I see the way they interact with the school kids coming by and it warms my heart to see them treated with such warmth and respect. My child regularly comes here for a pick me up after a hard school day and I truly think that it’s this interaction alone that makes them feel better. Keep it up! It’s so important that this tiny interaction can make kids feel good! Thank you.
The guy who was behind the counter when I came in, who said he makes the yogurt, has a truly beautiful soul and will be going directly to heaven. If you want to strengthen your faith in the inherent goodness of man, come get some frozen yogurt from this guy
Pretty good — nothing special. They have a nice variety of flavours and toppings. I would not say the topping are the freshest though.
I asked if they had a bubble tea that was fruity and with both tea and milk, because it seems that it's always choose 2 out of 3, and the person at the counter said that not really, but they can try to make it for me. And honestly, my black tea milk watermelon tea with lychee jelly might be the best one I've ever had, this should absolutely be a thing!! Thank you!
Had my first bubble tea and it was fantastic! Lots of frozen yogurt flavours/combos and a huge selection of toppings. Definitely satisfied my craving (: Got to talk to the owner as well, very friendly! Love it when a business has a hands on owner who cares a great deal about his store and the neighborhood! 10/10
The staff were really friendly and helpful!! If you full your pot up all the way with toppings, it will probably cost about 10$, incase anyone is curious
It was pretty good. But really less amount of flavours. Also the mango flavour was too sour in taste. But if u r in this area you can grab one and hangout around.
Definitely no complaints for our first visit to Yogurty's. Clean environment, fast and efficient service. We felt like we got value for our money and our order tasted great. Their was sufficient seating arrangements and variety of frozen delights to choose from when considering sitting for a chat with friends here. Will be back for sure.

Employees are really nice and the fro-yo is amazing
No accessibility as I have come here with my service dog and was denied service. The staff need to be made aware of the bylaws in the city and understand that it is law in Ontario that service dogs are allowed to be in restaurants. When I tried to tell the staff this I was given a bogus excuse about the government.. I m very disappointed, and will never come to this location again as my service dog and I are not allowed.

What I love most about this place is the variety of ice cream they have, all the flavors are delicious, and the terrace outside is perfect for summer days.

Everything I d ever want in a froyo place. I love how you can serve your own froyo, and toppings. Seriously the best thing about this place! No one behind a counter giving you three measly pieces of toppings. Love this idea and highly recommend. Will return.

I love the frozen yogurt and the staff are always friendly but please update your hours on google, I went on a Saturday night at 8:03pm thinking they were closing at 9 but they closed an hour early. I also think not letting people sample a flavour before getting it is ridiculous and greedy. I understand having a 1-2 samples per person limit but not allowing it at all is crazy to me. This makes it so I never try the new flavours and stick to what I know I like. I also got a tub of their taro ice cream and it was really gross, my partner didn t like it either and it ended up in the compost sadly.

I can live with $30 for 3 cups of ice cream charging me 2% for credit card use put the moneris / cc fee in your over priced ice cream this is brutal / will not come back as a Result.. the cc fees have been here for decades stop your greed

I really love going here. Its become a little hangout place for me and my friends. Ive always been a big bubble tea and frozen yogurt fan, and the people who work there are always so nice to us. Theyre genuinely one of the best parts about coming here. They gave me a tub to take home last time I went there.

Cute little place for flavoured yogurt and bubble tea, we ordered Mango Milk bubble tea with tapioca and it was one of the best I ever tried.

My favourite bubble tea place! I have been going consistently for almost 2 years and absolutely love it. Not only is the bubble tea delicious (sweet, but not too sweet), the staff are so friendly too!
I enjoy an afternoon pick-me-up of bubble tea, and all kinds of other cold or warm drinks. The owner and staff are all super kind! Next up: trying the mini donuts

Let me just start off by saying the customer service is great and everyone is super friendly! The toppings and yogurt taste amazing and I really enjoy the flavours they have. Overall a great place!
Always an amazing drink experience here. Their black sugar milk tea that comes with jelly and boba is a classic. Who would have thought a yogurtys will have one of the best drinks. Their lychee boba drink among others such as taro, coconut, avocado are few others to give a try as an experiment. Stay away from banana milk tea or banana hot chocolate drink. There re few things that should never exist and this is one of them. Apart from that, the staff are super nice and friendly. Drinks are made with passion. My only concern is around their high prices on their drinks. A drink for two is always approx $20. Also they arent proactive in offering deals or any discounts or bring out any special drinks for holiday or other special occasions or events.

This shop always has a vegan option! The store (and bathrooms) are immaculate and the owners are so friendly and inviting. I ve brought my family on several occasions and have never been disappointed

Ordered bubble tea from this location - strawberry milk bubble tea. Was a very artificial strawberry taste, but okay if no other options are nearby.
A nice, clean place. The frozen yogurt here was on par with other places. The thing that sets it apart from other places is that its self serve with a fairly large selection of toppings. I havent tried the bubble tea here. Ill come again when in the neighbourhood.
Stick with the fro-yo here. Personally I didnt care for their bubble tea but the fro-yo is a cool, refreshing treat.
Honestly I love frozen yogurt, so this offers a decent amount of flavours and toppings. Vibe is pretty chill but can get crowded with high school students after school hours. Overall great place and staff is friendly.
Great mix of japanese convenience store and frozen yogurt. Good flavors and it is paid by weight. They have some vegan flavors. On the store side they have a tonne of stuff that you would not normally find in canadian convenience store. Little bit over priced though.

Ive only been once before and they remembered me on my second visit. Super lovely staff and tasty selection of bubble teas with lots of popping boba flavours. Cant go wrong!
my family has been coming here in the spring and summer religiously for years and its always been such a positive experience. The staff are always smiling and helpful and i work in a restaurant so i know its not always easy. With so many flavours and topping stations, its always been clean and organized whenever we come to eat. Tonight, like many nights, my family was hit with an instant and overpowering craving for froyo; it was 8:45pm. I called to clarify about their hours (they stay open until 9:30 on weekends) and the gentleman on the other end was SO NICE. He offered to stay an extra 10 minutes so my parents could make the drive and especially during a pandemic and at the end of a long day, it is so appreciated. Thank you and I hope management recognizes how apparent it is that you always have great staff.

Great service. Decent selection of flavors with a very large variety of toppings. The frozen yogurt is partially granular and the toppings were slightly stale. Overall: would visit again for convenience but would not prioritize as a selection.
The bubble tea tastes more like a Westernized take on bubble tea. It wasnt my cup of tea, as it were.
Soft serve frozen yogurt.. Sold by the weight. If you like that sort of thing this place might be for you

Im sure the frozen yogurt here is stupendous. But the bubble tea... The worst IN THE UNIVERSE, bar none. Now, to be clear, I LOVE bubble tea. And, Ive never ordered a bubble tea that I could control myself from not destroying. Until now. I ordered a Strawberry Banana slushy. My wife ordered a Passion Fruit green tea. They were watered down. Even the tapioca was messed up - mushy and tasteless. Presto used to provide the bubble tea. Thick smoothies and smooth teas bursting with real fruit flavours. I guess this Yogurtys owner figured - anyone can do this, so why am I paying Presto? We can do it ourselves!. Well, Ill tell you - they cant. They shouldnt. They should stop selling bubble tea today.

I bought a slushy bubble tea, it didn t taste like nothing at all. Almost like it was half juice half water... the yogurt it s good but would not recommend coming here for the bubble tea, litteraly forced my self to drink it so it wouldn t go to waste.. 1/5 * despite al of this, the lady at the desk was pretty nice

It has a small selection of yogurt, however I havent had the yogurt so I wont comment on it. I come for the tea. anyways its a small location and its nice because its always quiet and not busy. and they have an outdoor seating area.
I didnt even wanna give it 1 star sitting here its supposed to be open and no one is in the store terrible no ones even answering the phone will never come back this wouldve been a first time for me guess not
I was about to give it 5 stars then I remembered I had a hard time finding the sample cups here too... Whats with hiding them behind the counter? Either way this is one of the better yogurt places around, and they have bubble tea too!

Great Canadian owned chain with good frozen yogurt and sorbet selection. Also a great selection of toppings including fruit, baked goods (cheesecake and cookie dough) and candies.
