Hi Very bad experience with the gas station worker (NAVEEN) he denied me for washroom keys. Even after knowing that i was customer and refilled gas in front of him.

I went here 4 time for fill up gas but they never give service for the washroom they always say out of order

Whenever we go this gas station for gas they says washroom out of order. They never gave washroom service. It can can be excuse one time but not always so they lie

Overnight attendant is way too rude!!! I rarely complaint about any attendants but this guy just simply arrogant for no apparent reason.

I had a great experience at this location specially the girl named Navjot working there was so polite and generous. Store was well managed and stocked.

I regularly buy diesel for my truck from this station. 2 or 3 times a week spending $140 to $150 depending on the price. And it wasnt mandatory to buy something from the store to use a washroom. On Thursday April 25th around 10 pm I went to this gas station to buy DEF for my truck and want to use the washroom before I pay as I was badly need to use the washroom. The associate told me, you have to buy something before you use the washroom. She also said, my manager told me not to let any one to use the washroom unless they buy some thing from the store. Even if I was telling her to pay for the DEF after I use the washroom, she sid no. That was the worst experience that I have in shell gas station where i have been a customer for long time. Finally, I paid for my DEF and used the washroom. Wasnt happy with this rule of paying for something before using a washroom.

Today is my 5th time to visit the location. I asked them 5 times to use the washroom, but the response were Wash is out of order. Now adays, in GTA, most of Gas stations closed their washroom. The reason is they dont want to wash the washroom.

Please ask your east indian staff to respect the hygiene. Their bad body order bothers.

Stupid staff

I visited the gas station and encountered issues with the washroom accessibility and availability. Sometimes I was asked to make a purchase to use the facilities, and on other occasions, the washroom was out of order. This inconsistency was frustrating and inconvenient during my visits.

Dont go fuel here.There is no washroom for everyone and the stuff make a mistake of my gas. The service is terrible and unprofessional.

Washroom is CLOSED. Even for customers who buys gas here, they simply just deny to use it. The other thing I noticed is shell answering on each review that it will take care of it. BUT FACT SHELL is not taking any step toward customer satisfaction.

Every time I come here the attendant is asleep in the back and doesnt answer the intercom buzzer for service.

Giving it 1 star as it s located in a central location. Would easily move to a higher star quality if it wasn t always the most expensive compared to the others.

Horrible experience paying for $78 in fuel. Cashier (name started with L... south Asian background) did not want to accept $20 bill because it had a small tear missing in the corner and asked for another. Informed him that it is still legitimate legal tender in Canada and that I did not and would not provide another bill. Couldnt believe how rude and angry he eventually got swearing, screaming & telling me to get out and that he would call the police (almost felt like he felt it was his right to act and defend his position the way he did) Told him to go ahead & call the police. Has a lot to learn about how not to treat customers who may spend a fortune on their gas and about what legal tender is. To the owner/manager...with that kind of service and extremely temperamental employee who surely requires a refresher course on how to deal with situations like this....think you will lose quite the business with poor reviews!

Very very poor services

I used buy gas once a week from this place. But the washroom is always closed. I guess they don t want to customers to visit them. I will take the business somewhere else.

What a garbage gas station on their board it says 148.9cent for regular diesel but on pump it was 153.9 cent. With the CAA MEMBER ship it spose to be 145.9cents.after filling the diesel I noticed the mistake and told the person that there is mistake so cover but he denied.

I have been visiting this location for well over a year as it s a convenient location for where I live. Recently I have noticed a visible improvement in the friendliness of the staff, and the cleanliness of the store. They are also very well stocked.

Good snacks for road trips

A smooth and easy tank fillling experience.

The pump were slow, and it was constantly stopping with no reason. I asked for help to the guy inside the grocery store and he suggested that my tank was full at the end I gave up and left with 3/4 of tank

The guy was so kind please give him a raise and tell him to come to my bonfire after work

Fantastic employees, a very clean place, everything five stars

I have been filling up gas for 2 weeks here working near by. Stopped to pick up a drink and get food at the store across. Received a ticket within 3 minutes by the store manager. Really ruined my day. Unpleasant people work here.

I come here a lot, good variety, good prices, and there are always sweet deals on things like drinks and snacks. Very friendly staff too.

Mr. Lovepreet went above and beyond to help me fuel my car. Thank you so much.

WORSE GAS STATION ever. They called the police cause I wanted to use the washroom ( Im a delivery driver) and they were claiming its out of order. Manager start yelling at me in front of customers and when I yelled back she said Im.starting a fight and she called the cops on me. She also said its her business ( fair enough) and she can do whatever she wants.. She said that she can let security guy cause she can tell what he is doing but not me cause Im not wearing a uniform.

I kindly ask them whether or not I can use their washroom. The response I got was that it is for customers... this kind of response represents professionalism and kindness...

I paid cash 8$ gas for pump 7 the display changed but no gas came in my car. Fraud gas station pls dont go there.

In Google map it says 24 hours but I waited for staff to show off but no ones showed up

BUYER BEWARE - THIEVES THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY IF YOUR NOT CAREFUL My receipt is dated August 25, 2018 around 9:00 pm. I stopped here for gas. When I went in to pay there was an East Indian guy working there, he was the only person I saw there. I paid cash for my gas and he placed (my) change on the counter WITHOUT THE RECEIPT. I then asked him for my receipt, he hesitated for a moment but I was not planning on budging, it is my right to have my receipt and I wanted it. NOW, take note - once he produced my receipt he SUDDENLY grabbed more money and placed it with my receipt and the rest of the change. He placed a looney there, so I asked him why was my change not there to begin with, why all of a sudden did you take out a looney and add it to my money. He then looked at me and said I forgot. I said Hows that? doesnt your cash register tell you how much change to give, what was the problem. He then gave a fake laugh and said nothing more. When I left I saw a gentleman outside pumping gas for himself, I promptly walked over to him and told him to make sure he gets his receipt and CHECKS THE CHANGE THEY GIVE HIM BECAUSE THE EMPLOYEE TRIED TO ROB ME OF MY MONEY. Can you even imagine a cash register that doesnt tell him the correct change to give, or is it more likely that this guy tried to rob me of my money. PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT THE ONLY REASON HE PRODUCED THE LOONEY WAS BECAUSE I MADE SURE TO ASK FOR MY RECEIPT! The employee gave me change in the beginning which consisted of a dime and nickel however he MADE SURE TO KEEP THE LOONEY. Clearly a dime / nickel isnt worth much to him. Imagine if he was to keep (STEAL) a looney or even a tonnie from every single customer that comes in to this location each and every day, how much money is he making for himself by ROBBING good people. His employer SHELL obviously is fine with it, they hired him to work there after all TO EVERYONE, Please be sure to check your money at this and basically any gas station. THEY WONT HESITATE TO STEAL FROM YOU. I do not know if they are only employees or if they own the location, BUT they will steal your money if you are careless and dont check your change.

The reason Im giving this gas station a five star rating is because, I left my credit card in the store and the attendant ran out and returned it to me at my car.

The service attendants are quick and helpful. Very clean and lots of spots to pump. One of the only gas stations in the area so its great to have it there.

Shell is one of the most popular gas stations in Canada, Toronto. I am a regular user, I like the service, plus I can collect air miles. The atmosphere is friendly, the employees are friendly.

These employees are thieves! If you see a sale for food or drinks. DO NOT BUY MORE than the quantity IN THE SALE. They will charge you individually and tell you it is tax. Tax in Ontario (HST) is 13% With this in mind, this employee tried to charge me 71% tax. Unbelievable!!!

Clean station and close to home.

Refused late night entry at this 24 hour location for the first time ever for reasons I do not understand. I needed to purchase food and make change for the bus and the attendant could offer no explanation as to why this time out of all others I could not browse in the store myself. Im left with my racial appearance as the only likely explanation.

Price is usually in line with other stations. Good concessions.

No free air for cyclists. Thats not very nice.

The night shift staff ask me by my name how I am doing every time I come into their station. They are very personable at this location.
