Had breakfast at a super old-school spot—definitely not the cleanest, but the vintage vibes were amazing. The egg and sausage were top-notch, no complaints!
Very basic place. The food was okay but not very tasty. Not sure we caught this place on a bad day but the food was very bland based on the three different dishes we ordered. Tables and chairs are beat up and were dirty. Only one thing is right about this place: the price. So you get what you pay for. For the rest, there is better food in the area such as excellent shawarma very close by across the street for a few bucks more. Note: Only accepts cash and debit. No credit card.
Would highly recommend their souvlaki on pita. Generous salad portions and their pita is exceptional. Solid diner meal and prices.
I enjoyed the casual atmosphere and large space. This is place is great to escape the claws of gentrified restaurants. The all-day breakfast was a tasty treat to our previous night out and was also very affordable. Will certainly come back.
Think small, central Ontario family restaurant. It's fantastic and a bit nostalgic. Also, the burger buns were fantastic - I was expecting a thick bun when I saw it but it was so soft and not as bready as you'd think. Very, very good.
Not the best but not terrible for the price. The man at the counter was very friendly. My boyfriend and I love greek food and it wasn’t super traditional in our opinion but not bad. I think we will come back to try the brunch! The patio is cute and they are in a great location.
If you miss good diner food come here. I just had the best no frills sunny side with hash and ham I’ve had in years 🤤 I miss places like this, I need to come here more.

Cozy eats, the potatoes are always soft and the pilaf yummy. The floors and menus are sticky, but I point that to it being well loved by locals. Food

Not the worse food I ve ever eaten but microwaved rice is definitely a first. I ll update if we get food poisoning lol Honestly I m not sure why I even ate it but I m so confused why this place has such good reviews if this is the normal because it was awful. Tasteless mush Food

Cheap souvlaki dinners and checkerboard flooring are both endangered species in Toronto. You get both at Billys. The food, being simple yet tasty, is offered up in a no-frills atmosphere that reeks of authenticity. For those seeking an old school diner experience, Billys is king of the West End.

This place has tasty souvlaki at a good price! I take off two stars because the staff should be better with food handling didn t see much hand washing or any gloves used! Or hey maybe use utensils and don t touch the food? :)

Been going to Billys since I moved to Toronto 20 years ago, Dont let the interior put you off- if you are looking for good cheap breakfast/diner/Greek food, you will find it here. If you are missing your neighborhood greasy spoon, you will feel right at home.

Nice little spot for a cheap classic breakfast, 2 breakfast specials (3 eggs each choice of protein and potatoes with 1 extra protein came to 19.19 after tax no drinks) food came quickly. Sat on the patio on a nice Sunday morning. Would try getting a lunch here in the future when Im in the mood for a greasy spoon lunch.

I really liked this restaurant. The owner is friendly, place is clean and well kept. I had a pork pita to stay and one to go. The food was really tasty, meat was tender and the price was great. The owner said they are working to set up with Skip the Dishes, but not yet finalized. I will certainly visit again and get delivery when its set up. My only regret is that they only have one dessert and its not my favourite. Very difficult to get halo.92

I dont believe I have every been able to roll up a gyro like a fruit roll up before. Until today. The whole family is eating greek food from Billys and its a good thing we have water, for lack of hydration in the food. The fries were soft and really seemed like they were reheated. This is not a place we are going to go again

I had pork souvlaki with pita and salad. Their salad and feta cheese were so fresh and the pita/souvlaki tasted exellent! In some places I do not like the smell of the pork but here it was absolutely amazing!! Would love to come back if I were living close by :( But I will definetly revisit if I am near by. Friendly staffs as well with nice patio to dine in.

This is a normal (i am 58) restaurant where one can go and get a good meal for a fair price. Perfect for regular folks. I had souvlaki dinner and my friend had steak on a bun. Everything was good, fresh, plentiful and clean. Nice man served us. My new neighbourhood restaurant. 5 stars
The chicken souvlaki and salad are great, but the potatoes and rice are overcooked. I would eat here more regularly if they didnt gouge me $5.50 for two small extra servings of tzatziki.
My Wife and I just had Wings & Fries. There are no better wings and fries than at Billys. I dont think Ive ever heard my wife Mmm, Mmm, Mmm so much while she was eating. Thanks Billys Souvlaki Place again and again.

Hey its a small family breakfast bar. Service is quick, and food decent. The price is good. No debit card under $10, tight seating, old unit which could use a refurbish, but I still kept going back :-)
I liked the flavour of the Chicken Souvlaki Dinner but was very disappointed in the chicken itself as it wasnt chicken breast.

DO NOT EAT HERE. I WAS STARVING AND HAD NO OTHER OPTION AND DECIDED TO COME HERE AND ORDERED CHICKEN AND FOUND A STAPLE IN MY DISH AND THEY DIDNT EVEN REFUND ME!!!!!
Very very bad experience. I told her I dont eat bacon or ham and she still put it in my eggs. Now she wants me to pay for the meal even If I cant eat or to pay extra if I want something else.
Had breakfast at Billys. Good amount of food at a low price. Food came out the kitchen quickly and, the important part, it tasted good. If Im back in the area looking for a quick breakfast, will be checking out Billys again

Great food but they seriously NICKEL AND DIME YOU to death. Used to get GREAT PORTIONS but now not anymore and by the time theyre done with you youre paying a good 30 to 40% more than the advertised price. Food IS GREAT though...

Some of the best souvlaki Ive had in the city and Ive tried many places! Flavor was exceptionally amazing and the portions werent sort as most places, if youre in the area and look for a feast Id suggest you hit up Billys to add a burst of flavor to your day!

I ordered a poutine just now and when ai opened it I was shocked to find they used kraft singles slices as the cheese.....they even sliced it up to make it look like real cheese! I eat poutine alot a d have had some bad ones without complaining..I had to let everyone know so they dont make my same mistake. I wouldnt go back to this restaurant...tell take sign was their menu board from 1960. I shouldve gone with my gut and ordered somewhere else.

had chicken fingers and fries here last night, the chicken fingers were kind of bland and the fries were dry and over cooked. Maybe I should of ordered something else but Im not inclined to go back here if they cant get french fries and chicken fingers right..

Great food! Took one star off because they will only take Canadian cash or one particular Canadian debit card. No visa or Mastercard. Dont bother with their atm unless you have that particular card either.

Ordered the Gyro dinner and this is rubbish. The meat looks like strips of leather, the rice is over cooked with a bland tomato sauce, the lettuce is brown and its all hidden under a dollop of tzatziki.
My favourite old diner. Greasy spoon, cheap beer. It rules.
