Chicken souvlaki chicken pieces were under cooked to the extent it was red . Falafel was also raw from inside was tasting like grainy sand . Pathetic food won't ever try again
Please train your new staff, the portion of the food given, such as rice and salad, is less than before!
I experienced the WORST customer service I ever had. I ordered the roast chicken and it was entirely raw and caused stomach issues. I went back and they told me go somewhere next time we don't care. This was highly rude of them to entirely ignore the fact. I am absolutely disgusted by the staff and service at this location. I been to a lot of great jimmy the Greek locations but please AVOID this location, it definitely fell off.
You can expect what you would from any Jimmy the Greek location. They’re not particularly friendly but they’ll get it done very quickly. You can enjoy your meal in the food court.
I have tried this location once every 6 months or so since pre-COVID times. Every time I remind myself "it was awful last time, don't do it again" I also think "maybe it will be as good as that one time in 2019". No, it's not. The service is rude. I was told that 4 quarter-slices of tomato on my $10.50 gyros was "extra enough" and that a thin spread of tzadziki was "already too much". The paltry amount of gyro meat - about 6 ragged slices - and the resulting dry, under-filled, and tasteless gyros reconfirmed why I should never waste my money here again. Do yourself a favour and eat just about anywhere else. Even the hot dog cart at the corner of Bay and Front offers better value and service.

These establishments always get bad reviews - This is the case with underground cafeterias of a business complex. Now I'll have you know I have been to a number of Jimmy the Greek's within Canada and I do love their food. This review is going to focus on this underground location right off of Bay Street Toronto. The food - it tastes very much every other Jimmy the Greek I've been too so the quality is there. The proportions - yep I definitely left feeling full as I normally do when I eat a Jimmy the Greek. The service - kind of the same but the vibe that I got was a bit negative and I think it has an impact on the employees The environment and ambience - First of all there is no Ambience . This is a cafeteria that serves tourists and Banker types. The location has a bit of a hurried feel so relaxing isn't the easiest. You can tell that the environment can have an impact on how you going to enjoy your meal. So bring good company if can it but seems like a place where people eat by themselves... I like Jimmy the Greek but I would avoid eating it here. The brand is fine it's just this location sucks.
This restaurant overcharges for its salads. When I brought this to managements attention, I was ignored.
If you been to any location of Jimmy The Greek then you will find this one to be similar. The food tastes much like every other Jimmy the Greek. Not bad but also not special. The service is typical not only for Jimmy The Greek but also for most food stalls in the PATH system.

Rude service by the lady serving chicken.
The chicken was freshly brought hot from inside, seeing this, I went and stood in the queue to have some hot chicken meal. But the lady served the chicken from below which was not hot. I will never come here again. Food : 1/5

Was a staple food court fare for me until got a food poisoning with the gyro meal.

Got delivery here for lunch and it was made perfectly! It came right on time and I was very satisfied!
Didn t want to serve me, but there was other customers before me who got served. Wouldn t recommend this location, for a meal or basic customer service.
The food was good except the rice - it was not cooked or they mixed the baked cooked rice from the top with the other rice from the bottom I could feel the rice like rocks into my teeth , so I have pick and choose the rice so I don t damage my teeth I will avoid the place , it is hit and miss . I usually eat at Scotia Bank eatery- every time from the last 3 years the food is made exceptionally

Ordered through Uber Eats the chicken souvlaki dinner for there to be no chicken at all.... Seriously?
What a wonderful experience. The gentleman that served me was kind, friendly and honestly in my opinion a great guy! The food was excellent and good portions. I walked away really happy with the service l received! I hope l spell his name right but Kazem was outstanding!

Had a craving for Greek so I ordered the chicken souvlaki dinner. My bad luck, this outlet never remembers my tzaziki sauce and Im too lazy to go all the way back. Always dry late in the day....
The best Jimmys in the PATH. It has all the essentials. The potatoes and hot sauce are what stand out there most. Potatoes are not dry like the one in the TD building, and the hot sauce is made in house.
This has become my workday lunch haunt. Love the chiken souvalaki here. Genuinely priced clean and quick even during rush hours.

Pulled a price change Bait & Switch with me when they ran out of Pita. Not impressed with service. Sub-Par Greek food to begin with.

Quite disappointed, got a Greek salad meal and the salad didnt have the essentials, no feta, no onions and no olives. Poor service after business hours.
I ordered the veggie plate. It includes rice, salad and three potatoes... On my salad I didnt get any dressing or cheese and still they only put three olives... So it was pretty plain. Also it grosses me out a lot that they use the same tongs for the potatoes and meat. Will not be returning.

Can confirm with other reviews here that the food is dry, especially the bland dry rice. Salad is not as fresh. They skimp on tzatziki. Chicken is indeed salty. Not all Jimmy the Greek are equal. My suggestion is that if you want Greek food...walk 5 minutes to the other one at Brookfield.
so I got a chicken souvlaki today here and not only the pieces of chicken were very very small and they had no potatoes...and it is not cheap - and btw they do not provide receipt if you pay cash

The serve attitude is really bad I ever experienced. The first lady from left on the service line in this food court is NOT listening to what you order at all, and keep talking with her colleague. it happened twice and now I give up to there even those I like the food the chef makes. Hope the manager can improve it.
Typical fast food with dishes serving salad, rice, vegetables and meat, spending an average of CAD 10.00 on a drink. Great food for everyday life.
This is the worst location. The lady who takes the orders (as mentioned in the previous reviews) is rude and obnoxious. I ordered a chicken souvlaki dinner with only salad and potatoes, no rice. She didnt pay attention and wrote the wrong order down and when i requested to add potatoes, she took the plate from the other employee and started arguing with me and saying I was lying on what I ordered. Never going back! Did I mention that the chicken is under-cooked half the time and the rice is bland?
Decent food but the meat is dry.
The food is extremely salty. Used to be a good place for lunch. The quality has gone down exceptionally.
The Commerce Court location is NOT as good as the other locations. The chicken and potatoes are hard and the rice is tasteless. Even the salad dressing seems watery. Its better to walk a bit to the TD food court and get it from the Jimmy the Greek outlet there.
Rushed, no signs that tap payment isnt accepted then they chase you down for payment.
