I found a sharp piece of plastic in the rice when eating the chicken souvlaki meal. Utterly disappointing and dangerous experience. I order from Jimmy the Greek often but this time the lack of quality control is extremely unsafe.
I liked their food and the quantities they gave me but quite unhappy with the service Employees. They need to be more patient and listens to the customer requirement before they proceed with the order. The management should highly focus on their employees attention to details skills development capacity.
Good food, pretty consistent quality as I have come to expect at JTG. Wish there was hot sauce. Maybe this has to be requested specifically when I order?
If I could give ZERO, I wouldn't give 1 star. Very very very very terrible customer service!!! I am a regular customer of this location for years, but recently I found that some of the employees are very rude and the service is bad. They don't have patience to prepare food for you. They just rush to finish the job. I ordered a chicken pita tonight, the guy who made it ( I assumed he is the manager, the guy on the right in the photo) totally ignored my request and just put wherever in the pita as he wanted. When I asked him why he didn't put carrot, cabbage and parsley, he was so rude and said he put everything. I was watching him when he fix my pita, but he still lied to me. He was so so so ignorant and bad manners. Come on, how much it will cost you just for a couple pieces of salad? I m not asking you for gold! I swear to god I will never come back. The worse experience on earth!
Great customer service. Line was fast. I went during lunch rush hour and barely waited. Staff are nice and friendly Portions are amazing! I was super full which was perfect. The food tasted delicious. Definitely going to this location again!
I am a regular customer at the Eaton Centre location of Jimmy the Greek, and today I had my worst experience ever there. Around 1:45 p.m., I went to buy food, and the person preparing the food at the salad station (a new employee) was extremely rude and impolite. I asked if I could have a chicken leg with salad, but with no onions and tomatoes please. However, she still included those ingredients because she was distracted. When I asked her to remove them, she did so with a bad attitude and complained that she uses the same tool for all the foods. I explained that I cannot consume those ingredients, but she put the tomatoes back on and gave me a threatening look. I told her that I am a customer who cannot eat tomatoes and onions. I have never had such a bad experience at this location before. To clarify, it was not the cashier tall girl (wearing a mask) or the older lady (wearing gloves) but the other girl at the salad bar. Please educate and train your employees on proper manners.
Size to price ratio could be better....It's kinda small. Perhaps cause of its "fresher" ingredients vs fast food. Was there on a weekend dinner time... food packing employees were still nice and chill...cashier looked like she had something up her. Verdict: probably never again, at least for the Eaton Centre branch
I ordered a vegetable meal (rice+salad) from Jimmy the Greek at 260 Yonge street location. I ordered at 11:05AM, and received it at 11:30AM. Upon indulging in my food, I noticed a fly deep in the container of my salad bowl. Emphasis on deep as my container was closed when I wasn’t eating and it was deep down in my salad, so it definitely came from Jimmy the Greek-260 Yonge Street location. I did not look at the reviews for this location prior to ordering because I’ve had Jimmy the Greek before at other locations and assumed there was consistency in high quality food and service. This was in fact my second time ordering from this location, and the last time I didn't see any issue unless I didn't notice something and I don’t even want to think about that. Now looking at some people’s reviews it definitely further validates my perspective that there’s definitely a disconnect with the staff and their approach to quality service and hygiene. I urge higher management to look into this matter and perhaps explain the importance of exceptional service and maintaining cleanliness especially in the food industry. People could get sick, paranoid, not trust your store our organization. We need people to understand compassion and value of serving food, you can’t just slap anything into a box and feed it to people. Ask yourself if you’d eat what you’re preparing before serving it to others. Also, I urge everyone to just check the reviews beforehand. Sometimes we’re in a rush and don’t check, but for your piece of mind and health it is worth checking if where you’re eating from care about the people and ensure that hygiene and service is on par with the customer’s expectations. And on that note, I hope you do better Jimmy the Greek at 260 yonge street location’s .
You can always count on a great meal at affordable prices. Staff are friendly and fast.
There is absolutely ZERO flavour to the rice and potatoes, it s actually gross. The potatoes seem to just be soaked in oil to try and make them taste better, but it s awful. It is not hard to season potatoes and rice and it doesn t cost that much either. I paid over $17 for food that tastes like cardboard. Staff were friendly, and not their fault the food is terrible. It s the owner who is cutting costs and getting greedy, leaving an awful customer experience.
Im so disappointed that the gyro quality diminished - Its paper thin and crusty.
My go to Jimmy The Greek when in Toronto. Always a great meal and reasonably priced. Highly recommend anything with the chicken. Now, I will say that staff are polite but you are a number - in/out without pleasantries and no time for questions - which isnt a bad thing because sometimes Im in a hurry and that works just fine for me. I know what I want and it is easy ... and good.
Highway robbery - a salad that was in a skinny container with mostly romaine lettuce and barely any other toppings was $16! Don t eat here it s a ripoff.
Really good falafels
The chicken souvlaki meal and the roasted chicken meal is amazing... The chicken is so juicy!
Two young girls working at 6:54pm on Oct 12, 2024 were extremely rude. I gave my order to a one of the employees (male) who proceeded to start my order. The two girls were staring and laughing at me for an unknown reason. I confronted one of them by asking why theyre laughing at me. They replied NOTHING in an aggressive manner. They also refused my request for hot sauce, and entirely dismissed me while giving me dirty looks the entire time. The food was alright though.
Chicken was undercooked. Very dry chicken wrap. I don t recommend eating here. Food
Some employees are rude and in a hurry
I had a fantastic lunch at Jimmy the Greek! The staff was friendly and attentive, and the restaurant was spotless. The food was not only delicious but also served in generous portions, making it great value for money. Everything was prepared quickly, which was perfect for a quick meal between lectures. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a satisfying and efficient lunch spot!
I got take out from this location and the service and food was amazing.
Delicious food and very nice staff. Highly recommend this location!
time waste and waitress disrespect and careless to pick up orders
Situation happened on Sep 14, Saturday. I asked for a well done beef souvlaki. Ended up receiving the medium rare meat, which I don t like. When I asked to replace the meat with the well done version, ALL of the staff members (especially the one man who cooked the meat and the woman on the counter - couldn t see her name, but she was wearing a head covering) were rude and super unhappy about it. They made me feel like it is my fault and it was a very unpleasant experience. So, when I asked to replace the meat they didn t do it and in a very rude manner they told me to bring them the entire plates (which I already opened and left them at the table in the opposite side of where the Jimmy the Greek is located). They did not offer any service or suggestions, just IGNORING ME and servicing other customers in a rushed manner. Very weird behavior. I used to visit this place many times and now I will not go there anymore. Poor customer service. WILL NOT GO THERE ANYMORE.
Ewwwwww I found a long hair in my food the second I opened it. It is disgusting. I did not expect this kind of service from a place that is located in the Eaton centre.
The dinner was so yummy
Food is really expensive and the food portions are an absolute joke.
I found a piece of plastic in my food
Had the Falafel Pita.I wasn t that impressed. The falafel was very dry and had no taste to it. The sauce was awful. I don t recommend for vegans.
I had asked the cashier to put my food and a colleagues food on the same bill, but my colleague let me know he was travelling so he would expense it. When I asked the cashier to separate again, she said with a loud sigh and strong head shake, wasting my time.
You have to wait 10min for a simple pita. Bad management and bad client service. The manager doesn t even say sorry for letting me waiting so long, Food
I havent been to this location in a long time but apparently its run by different people. The food was dry, no flavor. I asked for chicken souvlaki but they cut up this chicken breast instead and when I mentioned it they got visibly upset so I just took the cutlet instead. The cardboard containers for travel can be tasted in the food overall one of the worst meals Ive had in a long time. Never again!!! I should have just walked away but I was tired and hungry....darn! They probably racist too, they were not polite at all Zero stars!
I like the falafel but their chicken is very dry
Nice business lunch
So me and my husband frequently visit Jimmy. But we usually go to the location at Sherway Gardens Mall. I have to say this location is not as great when it comes to politeness of service. Not to mention it is part of the warm and cramped food court at The Eatin Centre ( ; When I requested a slice of lemon and only two olives (not to waste) The person who was helping me never spoke and only glared at my request. Fortunate for us and many others, there are plenty of places to eat in and all around The Eaton Center. This includes a wonderfully polite Street Meat vendor just outside the doors by the Indigo exit. Happy eating!
I always like going to this location, they are nice not rude people, there was a problem with the order, they handled it well.
I have eaten in this restaurant several times. Chicken Souvlaki Meal is my favorite.
i ordered what i always usually order which is roasted chicken, and what i saw when the food arrived it shocked me. the chicken was barely cooked. i loved eating from here but this disappointed me greatly. if i ate that i would have probably been hospitalized.
Good flavor! Vegetarian options: Salad and potatoes! Food : 5/5 |
The yonder cashier is very egoistic, do not recommend to come to this branch
Staffs here are very rude and have serious attitude issues. Hopefully the management takes care of it, though it s been months of people complaining the same thing and none action has been taken.
Let me be honest , it might not be as good as a local Greek Cuisine since it s a franchise but it s your best choice and the most healthy food you can eat in Eaton Center s food court ! The food is fine , but it s a little bit overpriced !
Inside Eaton Center Mall. Beef will take time since its done in the grill. Good food.
All standard and safe Greek fast food. Souvlaki, gyros, Greek salads.
Food is amazing here
Their Souvlaki Meal is delicious
Taste never disappoints
The falafel meal is delicious and great value for money. They give 4-5 falafels in the meal with salad, sour cream and rice Vegetarian options: veg options available
I cant base this rating on the food as i never even got the chance to taste my order it was rudely RIPPED away from me as i was trying to pay. Never in my life have i been told to say please for something that im paying for. Much less from an adult thats not my parent. This server was at the cash and had a pen in her hand. As im paying i said can you pls mark one of them so i know which one is different. And its funny because i know it was said and she never heard it. She was clearly in her feels. Normal restaurants would have just complied. The request that s being made is not costing anything AND the server had a pen in hand in the same moment, so no one is going out of their way. She s trying to tell me. No. She dont need to do that. Now im confused im paying for my meal and im making a request so we know whose is whose without having to unwrap the whole thing. From when i ordered the wrap they made the experience difficult and i dont get why..its not my first time ordering it. But it was my first and last time ordering anything from this location. The women is now arguing with me over a line. A simple line that would indicate one is made differently then the other. She doesnt have to do this. Im asking for a favour. I must say please. I need to say please. What i find mind boggling is the fact that they knew what i was trying to do. It was fully understood yet instead of just doing it. Wanted to make an example out of me it seems like. Many times i go to a restaurant and order and dont say please. The server still serves me. Im allowed to not say please. This is alll over PLEASE. May i mention this is not my mother, grandmother, grand aunt, aunt nor am i 10 years old. Thats what blows me away. I can admit words are now being said between the both of us as im now livid that a grown adult is trying to talk to me as if im her child. Comparing me not saying please to how slaves are treated. Im offended now. This asain decent woman whose heritage doesnt go back half of a century of slavery but she wants to compare her job to being a slave. Its offensive and disrespectful to all slaves that were beaten, killed, tortured. And it wasnt because they didn t say please. I think if your having a rough day it s understandable but dont take it out on the customers. Theres no written rule in customer adequate that says please is required for service. It s common courtesy yea. But not a requirement. For that i hope management speaks with the employees and the manager on duty as he yelled at me and ripped the food away screaming at me about how im speaking as im trying TO PAY. Funny hes screaming and telling me im to get away from his restaurant and im preventing anyone from ordering. During this moment at least 15 people were served while i stood there being berated to say please all while being screamed at. Oh and i know its a further distance but FAIRVIEW MALL IS GREAT. THE SERVICE IS ALWAYS WONDERFUL AND NO ONE SCREAMS AT YOU AND THEY SERVE THE FOOD WITH LOVE. I assure you dont have to beg for more or anything they pack the food as if they re serving loved ones :) go to fairview. You ll be glad you did.
The most uneducated morons working at the counter. Communications level is below zero. I do not understand how grown women all clearly over 50 are so sloppy, disgusting and devoid of common sense
The day, January 18, my husband experienced an unexpected, unprofessional and poor customer service from the women who served salad in the beginning of the order. Her unnecessary hurrying and lack of patience and lack of behaviour made the customer frustrated. She was very much happier and satisfied to said bye bye to my husband. My husband talked with the onsite manager on telephone and manager told my husband that the service is very fast paced, however he will take care of this. Poor thing.
Many delicious Middle Eastern and Greek dishes, cheap prices, enthusiastic service staff.
Excellent food and recommendable except the behaviour of Indian lady she works at the front counter is very rude and disrespectful Especially so much of attitude towards the people who orders food Teach her how to behave properly while they work in such a prestigious restaurant Shameful Coustomer service experience
Weve been eating w Jimmy the greek for over 10 years. 6 of us decided to stop in at the STC to grab some souvlaki dinners for our work meals to have at a much later time. For years we request the salad be portioned in the smaller side containers so that it doesnt get soggy and disgusting sitting under the hot meat rice and potatoes. When we placed our order and made our requests the attendant informed us that there is a 1.50 upcharge per paper container. We were all confused because we had just eaten at a different location a week prior without any issues and again a couple weeks before that again w no issues. I reached out to their instagram dm and the response was to the tune of we do it from time to time but we want all our locations to be consistent... thanks for being a loyal patron So I gather theyre consistently inconsistent lol. None the less its safe to say that theyve lost a good chunk of a large warehouse full of men and women who used to get food from their locations to have on break. Thank you Jimmy the greek for being consistently inconsistent lol.
Very tasty bbq beef sandwiches
I ate roasted chicken and I really liked the salad, its very good and the rice tastes good, a very good fast food option
Delish Food court is loud Food
Food was awesome! Chicken souvlaki with a Greek salad, rice, and potatoes is always a treat!
We have been there at that location for years...and the employees put almost bo food in the container thats awful..at least satisfy your costumers..why is the price so high for what you get of food it should 10$ and hire higher people who know to deal with costumers..train them...at the end its the costumers that you need
Good quality and taste
I come here a lot because I enjoy the food. The food usually tastes fresh and delicious. I came here today to get my usual order of roast chicken dinner to go. The lady at behind the serving counter asked me if I wanted everything in my salad. I told her that I would. Once she finished putting the salad in the container and as she was about to put the rice in there as well, I noticed that there was already rice in the container! I politely asked her why there was rice in the takeout container before she scooped any rice in. She said another customer didnt want the rice so she had to take it out. Wait what??? Did she try to give me leftover rice from another customer that had already been eaten? From the same container? Or was this a container from another order that the customer cancelled? This wouldnt make things any better because why are you reusing the same container with cold leftover rice thats been sitting at room temperature? This has ruined my view of this place entirely because it seems like that they are so cheap that they would reuse containers at the risk of sabotaging food safety. Needlessly to say that I wont be come here anymore and I am planning to share my experience with the Canadian Food Inspection Agency and the corporates office.
First time to try, the girl who helped me with the order was annoyed that i mistakingly said beef instead of lamb even if she didn t make the order yet,the food was good specially the salad and the chicken, lamb wasn t good at all, rice was good as well
We used to love eating at their Eatons location. Sadly, things changed to a disappointing turn. Servings now are mediocre and pathetic. Service is haphazard. Staff are no longer personable and are just like mindless factory workers.
Mediocre mall Greek.
This is by far the worst Jimmy the Greek location I have been to, and I have been to lots of different locations. Management and many of the employees are very unprofessional and dont understand customer service one bit.
For Greek fast food, this place hits the spot! The prices are reasonable and the quality of the chicken and veggies was better than expected. Definitely a healthier option!
Chicken souvlaki dinner with hot sauce is a classic
Food tastes great service is good fast one of the good locations to enjoy this restaurant
Fav place to eat in the Food Court. Never dissapoints.
I was refused service by a hostile server who demanded extra charges for extra onions on my salad. The person ahead of me did not even want onions but paid the standard amount for a chicken souvlaki dinner.
Very tasty food.
The meat is super dry and taste like a stone.
Very cheap owner and employees. They count how many olives go into your dish. A customer is worth less than an extra olive.
Manage, almost 3times a week I have lunch Jimmys the Greek, complements to chef and staff for their loyalty, kindness, politeness. The food is always fresh at all times. I will always recommend Jimmys the Greek at the Eaton Center to everyone who is working downtown and anyone I know who is visiting Toronto. I have eaten at Jimmys the Greek located at Hillcrest, different times of the day and the service / staff and freshness is not there. I think the staff at the Eaton Center should be rewarded for the service and kindness. Thanks to the staff and I appreciate their services and support F.L
The service was awful and a Filipino server hit my finger. Disgraceful service. Beware.
Very good food, quick delivery but good.
Unprofessional staff
I ordered 2 chicken legs, a small container of potatoes, a large container of rice, plus tzatziki sauce. The chicken legs and rice tasted good. Some of the potatoes were burned they were still edible. The tzatziki sauce was delicious. In my opinion, Jimmy the Greek makes the best tzatziki sauce. The portions were good value for the price.
While I was paying, the employee asked me if i wanted a bag and I said no since I live 5 mins away but a minute later noticed that I needed to get something else from the mall so I apologized and asked If i could actually have a bag. She gave me a death stare as if I i ve done something terribly wrong. She shoved my box in the bag and slid the bag across the counter without even looking at me all this because i ended up needing a bag? Horrible customer service, I m a big fan of the food but make sure you train your employees if they ve never worked in a customer facing role. Absolutely Horrible.
Utterly disgusting food & service. I ordered Falafel wrap & all they gave me was vegetables put on a pita bread with 3 falafel patties (at order they told me it will be 4 falafel patty). They didnt even properly wrap it because when I opened the paper all the veggies and patty fell down. Falafel patty was not even properly cooked & when I asked for Tahini they simply didnt give any proper answer. The staff at the counter was busy preparing boxes for lunch so whatever live orders that they have on-hand & customers in front of them they simply didnt care. Avoid this place.
Ordered Roast Chicken, it comes with Greek salad, rice and roast potatoes. Portions are large and great value for the money for Eaton Center Urban Eatery (food court) option. Chicken was decently juicy enough and not too dry. Potatoes, you can ask for burnt/slightly more roasted. Rice is normal. Tzatziki sauce tastes amazing and they give a big teaspoon of it. There may be a queue before you place your order. Line moves quickly though. You pick up your own cutlery and they provide sufficient napkins at the cash register. Vegetarian options: Decent side Greek salad with fresh ingredients. You can get spinach phyllo pastry or dolmades, which are vegetarian. Roast potatoes and rice are tasty.
The food was fresh and tasty. Well done!
Delicious and balanced food. Reasonable prices
the lady was so rude. at the cashier she didnt say anything or reply. had quite the attitude
Assembly-line style Greek food with many different combinations to please your palette.
Delicious Greek food. Good service
It was great to be able to see and add to the various menu items to suit my Korean tastes! You can also choose to grill your meat!
I just had the beef tenderloin souvaki and it is tender and juicy! Reasonably priced with inflation nowadays. Always listens to my requests eg. Please add extra sauce etc.
Solid food and fast service. Food moves faster than the people so sometimes it s confusing.
Be aware Not Halal they cheat people putting Halal label there while they use the same grill for chicken and pork. I will not leave this issue until they remove the Halal label. Shame on you
Muslim lady is so rude and didnt even give me the correct order. When I asked her to fix the order she didnt want to and told me to take what I got and move on. Horrible experience. Only gave 1 tomato in the salad. They have too much attitude and I never will come back again
I love all their food!
Great
September 12,2023 at 01:15pm. First time ordering a food here and I am kind of naive about the menu. I ordered a Chicken Souvlaki that come with rice and salad. Service crew prepared the food in a box meal. I didn t know there s another Chicken Souvlaki with pita. Then the asian lady before the counter who s job is to ask customers what s their order asked me what s my order, I told her it s chicken souvlaki. She rolled her eyes and appeared irritated. She asked me if it is a meal or a pita. As far as I know if it s called a meal it includes a drink so I didn t tell her it s a meal because I might be charged with a drink. I was feeling confused, I just told her I didn t order pita. She rolled her eyes again and raised her voiced and asked me so it is a meal? . Since I am innocent in ordering there I answered but I did not order a drink . She rolled her eyes again then the service counter crew intervened and got my order. He is the one explained to me calmly about the menu. I felt humiliated in front of the other customers. I know it s busy time but I hope you educate your staffs how to be patient and respectful to customers specially to people who has no idea about your menu.
Literally DO NOT GO HERE. I ve been to jimmy the Greek so many times and I can say with confidence this was a complete mess. My chicken wasn t even fully cooked I had 2 undercooked pieces of chicken. I was so disappointed didn t know if eating any other piece was going to be like the rest. NOBODY wants to eat their food literally searching to see if it s cooked or not. Definitely will not be eating here again. The staff was a bit rude too I was trying to talk to this lady and she just ignored me and threw my takeout to the next girl, mind you there was no line. If I could give it less than 1 star I would. Try cooked your food and using some customer service skills maybe you wouldn t have so many bad reviews.
The most Stupid and useless manner less non commercial minded ,cheap food serving style. yesterday I had to submit a written complaints on guest service in Eaton centre Guest Service. THE RESTAURANT manager or employee insulted many guests and did not served food. the most insulting and mood spoiling restaurant Ever seen. Ill go there again to take all of them into the COURT OF JUSTICE INCLUDING OWNER + manager +head chefs. get ready for it or close the restaurant and run for your life. you dont know whom you messed up with.
Great food and great customer service especially from 3 of the ladies who ve been working here for sometime now. Their chicken fillet was sold out today but one of the ladies asked the chef to prepare a new one for me
We just wanted to try mall food, souvlaki was the choice today. Was ok, didnt have much flavour other than the salad. Portion was ok Food
They specialize in stereotyping and racism, thanks for the embarrassment, hope to never see this behaviour again
Solid they charge for extra hot sauce and tazikis
Good is always fresh
Great place with fast and precise service. Really tasty food. Highly impressed with all the meals we got. Would recommend going here
Average but consistent. Fresh food on the go.
very rude and disrespectful girls
This person that was stationed at the salad had some attitude.I told him my order, and after he asked me if I wanted everything on the salad I initially said yes, as he was filling it up with lettuce I corrected myself and said no onions , at this point he was still in the lettuce moving into tomatoes and not near the onions. And he said I thought you said everything?! People are allowed to make mistakes, but it s unnecessarily to give people attitude and be confrontational about it.
This location is at Eaton centre , sometimes its difficult to get a dinner table but the food court is very spacious and there is plenty of international food to enjoy.
The worst souvlaki ever!! Definitely this is NOT Greek food.
Amazing flavour of the lamb. Soft and gooey. Rice was turn off but salad and cream cheese was amazing.
Love this place. Huge portions and always fresh. Best Greek fast food around.
I can see you can get busy but treat your customers with some respect
Always great quality and good portions
Got food poisoning eating there. Dont go at the end of the day before they close.
Although I really like Jimmy the Greek. Whenever I go to Eastons I never go there because of slightly overcooked rice. I been to this location multiple times. Always disappointed with the rice.
I bought some Greek food today and I am very disappointed waste of money this would be the first time I actually disappointed with my dinner at Jimmy the rice was soft no taste sticky and thats not the rice I usually get when I buy so they have change the Rice to a cheaper tasteless rice but u still paying the same money bring back the real rice i had too post that is how upset I am when u have a good thing going dont change for worse I have too dump it in the garbage
Always on point
I got food poisoning after eating from here.
don t waste your money
We tried the lamb chops meal and they took like 10 minutes to prepare them, however they warned about it. The food was ok. Maybe a little overcooked, but had good taste and the rice, salad and potatos went well
Used to be my goto place for Greek but quality is so inconsistent that Ive mostly given up on this place
Bad customer service
Honestly ..pretty good for a food court meal ! AlwYs flavourful and fresh, Im a hard person to fill up but their portions are pretty decent, even the Greek chicken salad is pretty filling (probably filling for most people but I have a VERY empty stomach). The Greek dressing they use, the hot sauce and etc makes it so good. Definitely not a go to for an authentic Greek but its pretty damn tasty!
Really hard working staff. Food is consistently great.
Realy good, delicious and fresh
Got food poisoning today from this place. Please ensure food is cooked to appropriate temperatures. Terrible.
The rice in the food that I had bought was it smelled. When I protested, the managers attitude was very bad. In response to asking me to please change me food, he spoke very badly to me and told me that you can buy food from another place. I just arrived and my English is not very good, I couldnt say anything, but I was really upset because I had paid a lot of money and I had to empty it into the trash can.
The greatest 13.5 dollars I ve spent in the past four months. The chicken was seasoned beautifully, and was tender. The salad amazing. Most underrated restaurant in Toronto.
Got to love a Jimmy Chicken salad, tasty and fresh. Thanks guys!
When paying one of the workers were being very rude. Being young I just got my first debit card, I ve used it a few times with family near by but never by myself. When paying here the machine kept declining my card which was weird cause I am 100% sure I had money on it (I even confirmed it later on). I told the lady and she got super angry with me, yelling at me saying it was cause I didn t have money. First of all it wasn t even rush hour so it wasn t like I was taking up any space. Second who sees an anxious child and chooses to yell at them? and Third she didn t even offer to switch to a different machine (I tried my card later on and it worked perfectly fine ). Fourth is off topic but I said pork souvlaki and they gave my chicken Anyway overall such a horrible experience and the workers need more training, especially the cashiers.
horrible customer service when I said they gave me the wrong order and refused to fix it
Arrogant staff. Very unprofessional behaviour and unhealthy environment. Never eat from this place !
I was expecting typical mall food but was pleasantly surprised with the taste and portion size. They were very fast and efficient,
My fav lunch
Aside from the staff being extremely rude, the portions for my order that I received were a lot less than usual. I am very disappointed with my experience.
Rip off, barely any chicken
Food was really good!
Food lacked flavour, rice was too sticky, not good.
The Souvlaki chicken plate is pretty delicious. Very friendly staff and good service for fast food location.
Inside eaton centre, good service.
Not worth the 15 dollars anymore. They give much smaller amount of rice than before . Would rather to buy somewhere else.
Terrible service. They are rude and unprofessional.
Sensational!!!
Its serviceable, but nothing too fancy
The chicken was dry and hard, could barely chew some pieces of it. I didnt even get any salad dressing like some of the photos I see in the reviews here. Overall, it was just not good to eat. Not worth the 15 dollars.
The rice was not cooked well!!
Complained about food and service to owner. Worst food & customer service in Toronto, the owner is a very RUDE and ARROGANT person, he thinks he owns Eaton centre, no customer service skills, no appreciation, no management, No eye contact, no acknowledgement, no remorse, only concentrating on his rudness and money. Owner is a Real embarrassment to poor employees, and franchise as a whole. Wish could give -5 star rating. Please dont waste time and money here.
Terrible service as usual. They messed up my order and I had to make the walk all the way to the office and back. They did nothing for wasting my time and getting my order incorrect. Super disappointing.
Good Uber Eats service.
The food was really tasty and it was filling! The perfect portion of chicken rice and vegetables! I really like the sauces.
Had a great experience ordering catering for 130 people. Everything was as requested and on time. Great communication with Reza. Food was delicious and everyone at the company loved it. Also the portions are big so nobody complains about being hungry after eating it :) Highly recommended!
Safest bet if you have to eat at the Eaton centre food court, always fresh and yummy
Tasty food
Looking for something fast and good late on a Sunday afternoon and I found Jimmy the Greek in The Eaton Centre. I had the chicken souvlaki meal and would highly recommend it. Definitely value for money as they loaded me up with rice, potato, salad, dressing, tatziki and out course the chicken skewer. Service was fast and friendly. All the ingredients especially the salad was fresh. Really happy with my choice, dinner was great.
No
Terrible experience horrible person who works there has a man bun so disrespectful rude look middle eastern absolutely horrible experience almost started a fight with me over a sauce do not recommend this location beware
Best
Always order from here when we are at eaton centre. The food is great, price is fair and portions are good! Highly recommend it.
I always buy lunch from here, but last week I went there and ordered a chicken pita with a salad. I said no olives and no sauce on the salad, just some extra tomatoes. The gentleman only put 3 tomatoes in the salad and covered the box. I asked again for the extra tomatoes, and he lies to my face and says I already gave you extra tomatoes. At that point I told him I wasn`t blind, and that I just wanted a few extra slices, maybe 2-3. He then rudely tells me they would need to charge me extra money for 2 slices of tomatoes.... I lost it, and told them I don`t want the food anymore and walked away. I was a repeat customer, eating lunch from there almost 3-4 days a week and now I will never go there again. Extremely rude and cheap. They just want to give you some dry lettuce with disgusting sauce and call it a salad.....
The only halal meal is the lamp chops meal I like Jimmy the Greek but they dont do halal meals on the other branches only here in Toronto Eaton centre there grilled veggies meals are also yummy yummy
Whenever I am in Downtown I must go to Eaton center eatery for Jimmy The Greek foods its very delicious especially their salads
Food was very tasty and filling. However the customer service and staff at this location are terrible. They are in such a rush to get customers through, that they are not even listening to the people that have already paid. I ordered a side with my Gyros at the beginning, and never got it, or never got asked if I wanted a receipt, so I could not see if I had paid for it. When I asked, the lady ignored and waved her hand and served the next customer. There are so many options in this food court, I wouldnt recommend this.
Rosted chicken served is nice and juicy
Had the lamb chops meal as a late lunch - got a huge portion of rice, veggies, sides along with 5 lamb chops, so much so that I was full for the rest of the day. The meat was perfectly cooked to tenderness, and with plenty of flavour. Highly recommended!
Really love the veggie dinner meal.
Terrible employees, stupid system of ordering.
Quick cheap and tasty. Nothing our of this world
Well
Yummy
Im a Hilton honours memeber and was very disappointed with the hotel. They do not follow there clean policy or show the hotel is under renovations on there web site. We were not advised in check in of the door safety stickers not available to safely show are room was safely cleaned. The rooms are new and clean the only bright side. But really how clean are they when they dont tell you they havent received there safety room stickers. Hotel was a mess from Renos and would have stayed accross the street at the Hampton especially after it was renovated.
Small portion but gokd taste
All
Located in Sherway Gardens where the staff are friendly, efficient and accommodating. Food is delicious and prices are affordable.
