Ordered pickup from their website, and when I got the food I looked at the menu and reallized I had just paid 20% more for all my items. For pickup. Boo. Great food (tzaziki, hummous, lamb chops, spanikopita all excellent). Portions of hummous and tzaziki on appetizers are pretty small though. Potatoes a bit too salty.

Really good food - it s a shame they pay zero attention to the atmosphere. It worst take much to fix up, just some new tables & chairs. No need for photos - others have shown plenty. Food : 5/5

Ordered delivery veggie moussaka that came with pita and tzatziki along with a side village salad..so so so good! Healthy & delicious, well packed food, just what I needed on a weeknight.Thank you for the wonderful meal!

If you order through UberEats, they give you small portions. I was very disappointed by the size of beef moussaka I received. I have ordered from this location many times over the course of 15+ years and noticed the inconsistencies in portions using a service like UberEats, DoorDash and Skip the Dishes.

Great food quality. I don t understand why this place has a mediocre rating of 4.1. In my opinion it should be above 4.6.

I ordered two Pork Sticks and a Lamb Stick through Ubereats. Instead of Pork Stick they sent two Chicken sticks along with a lamb stick. When I called them they advised its Ubereats I need to talk to. Ubereats is no good either!

First time ordering from these guys. Definitely impressed. Food was delicious and fresh considering how late I ordered as well :)

Small family business, this restaurant was one of the closest Greek places around here. It has good souvlaki dinners that could be eaten on the spot, take out, or delivered. The stuff is friendly and I see them putting a lot of work in order to stay competitive in the market. I recommend there Greek salad and the chicken skewers which is amazing especially if you deep it into the garlic sauce provided as Part of the meal option.

Ordered in via Door Dash sad to say it was a disappointing meal for me. Potatoes were really salty, pork was dry and the Greek salad tasted like a regular salad on the vinegary side. The best part was the rice. Wont be ordering here again.

Best Greek food in Toronto, Ive been to dozens of Greek places and most only serve French Fries or dry rice, this places severs fresh rice and a good portion of Non fried baked Potatoes that are delicious and non greasy, I have eaten here 5 times already for dine in and I havent been disappointed yet. The chicken is always juicy and the portion size is really good for a bigger guy like myself whos like to leave feeling full, So happy to have found this place in my Neighborhood

I come here all the time! Great spot for lunch. Delicious food and very reasonably priced. I had the chicken souvlaki wrap and side salad with a beer for about $23. Yet, theres restaurants in the area charging $30 for a mediocore plate of pasta lol. Anyways cute little homey-style restaurant :)

Horrible food, we ordered the chicken gyros dinner for delivery through Doordash, the potatoes and the rice were so salty that I couldnt eat them. I dont know how the chicken is made but it looks and tastes like prepacked food, the salad tasted awful. The price is ridiculously high and for such bad quality food. Nor recommended at all.

Thank you Tony and hopefully I remembered her name correct Kelly, came in unsure of what to get and was going to go to another store for a cheaper meal until Kelly offered to pay for me, I feel so sorry eating a free meal so I will comeback again to buy more in the future as the food was amazing some of the best food I ve eaten this year! This place is worth the visit and will be recommending it to others from now on

As a Greek, I dont understand why some reviews are so critical of this place... I ordered a Gyros wrap and fries for lunch and everything was really tasty. Also, it was nice to see that they had my favourite Greek sodas in stock! Ordered that as well. The Gyros is tasty and tender and overall the food is a great value. Would order again. Its a great option thats closer by versus places on the Danforth where you may wait 60-70 mins to get the food delivered to Midtown.

We had Souvlaki Express Mt Pleasant cater a dinner for 8. The food was fabulous, abundant and very resaonable. Highly recommend!

Fairly average Greek food. Souvlaki was a little dry, potatoes had no flavour and the tzatziki was too runny. Rice was good and salad was decent. The people that run the place are very nice and the prices are reasonable.

Our go-to Greek restaurant. I usually order through DoorDash. Ive been in-person too and the staff are so lovely! Speaking as someone thats had Greek food in Greece in a tiny little mountain village Taverna (as authentic as it gets), this place is amazing. Fresh, big portions, and delicious!!

Terrible service - I ordered takeout online and the blonde lady who works proceeded to rudely accuse me of stealing as I was leaving with the food. I told her I had already paid for my order online and turns out she gave me the wrong order. No apology from her and she continued to blame me saying I gave her the wrong information when I had given her my name and she misheard me. Terrible service. I will not be back.

Your typical Greek restaurant. Good service and decent prices but nothing special in terms of the taste of the food.

This place is popular in the Mount Pleasant area for folks looking for a more authentic Greek touch. Their combo meals are a good deal. Personally, I preferred Jimmy The Greek at Yonge Street nearby but this is certainly a good option in the area.

I live in the area and I came here today for the first time while walking along Mount Pleasant. Im happy to have found a new delicious option for when I cannot decide on where to get my lunch. This definitely solves that problem. The lady who took my order was very nice and friendly too and I got my order rather fast. Will definitely be back and will recommend to my daughter and wife.

Just ordered a dinner. I took a picture, the sticks for dinner are almost like they were sitting for a while? Hard..seems dried out for atleast a few hrs. Not impressed!! Especially because I was a great customer of theirs from old house I lived in for years prior to this address. Quality is clearly gone down in past year. Also their tzakiki is very runny today nothing like it was before.

The souvlaki is really good and so is the Greek salad. Its on special on Wednesday so thats the day I usually go.

Forgot dressing and fork for my salad which was just alot of chopped up iceberg lettuce a few olives and cherry tomatoes and some feta. A chicken soulvaki on a pita with next to no toppings was 16 bucks. Wit a pop. Rip off

Customer service wasn t the greatest. I got the skewer with rice potatoes and the salad on the side. $16 in total. One skewer, bland rice, bland potatoes. Basically threw $16 in the trash. The only good thing was obviously the skewer and the salad was just okay. Definitely won t make the same mistake again.

We order from here all the time. They have their own delivery!! It always comes timely, hot, and delicious. The website also has bundles for takeout. My only problem ever was they forgot the bread once. I mentioned it nicely in my next order and they kindly added extra. Delivery without the guilt of ubreats, or eating a whole pizza to your face.

My friend and I stopped in after a funeral. The staff were really kind and understanding offered excellent service and the food was amazing. Ive been ordering food for so long I had forgotten how much the quality goes up when you dine in. Wonderful experience.

Ordered take out for the first time last night based on the reviews. Tried the souvlaki dinner with 2 skewers. Great portion, also came with a piece of pita bread. I asked for my salad without onions and olives otherwise it would be there. My only complaint was the tzatziki could have been thicker. Other than that everything tasted great and I would order again.

I was hesitant to order during pandemic, wondering about freshness and actually didnt order until next day. The food was excellent. I have ordered souvlaki dinner beef and pork. One week later I went back for more. Again the food didnt disappoint. It was nice to see that they were busy with takeouts. Support local businesses. Good luck.

Great quality food and friendly owner! My favorite is their souvlaki dinner and spanokopita! Their ordering system is fast and efficient, getting your order done and ready for pick up quickly. Food is fresh ! And if you feel like greek food late into the night, they are open late!

Nothing special. Food is average. I expected more given the 4 star reviews. Rice and potatoes were quite bland; lacking a nice sauce and more better seasoning. Chicken was very dry as well. I expected a better in-house made hot sauce, rather than Franks. Salad is standard. Given the price and portion it is acceptable.

Used to be great but now not so great . Just got a souvlaki chicken sandwich the chicken was half cooked and the bread was not really warm . There were new people in the kitchen I think that s the reason the quality is not as good anymore

This is good place they have tasty lamb and beef I did not try chicken yet. Why 3 star if its good then? Because of their portion, potatos can be smaller seriously I mean dont just wash and boil those, am I in army? No then why are we getting huge potatoes and most important problem is their salad... I understand what salad means guys but seriously, like SERIOUSLY salad means veggie NOT ONLY LETTUCE. When ever I eat from them I feel like Rabbit. They have crazy amount of lettuce in salad at least that what they call it and 2 olive, 2 tomato thats it. Huge bowl full of lettuce and literally 2 tomato with 2 olives I do not understand the point of this salad. Please change that logic its not salad its sloppy way of service if you re claiming restaurant its should be how its suppose to be otherwise dont do it, its better.

So disappointed. I ordered probably not long after opening. Just after 11am. My spinach pie was burnt and my gyro meat was undercooked and chewy. Potatoes undercooked. I paid I believe 8 bucks for the pie and it was literally 3 finger size pieces. Also paid I believe 3.50 for extra tzatziki and it is the same amount that they send with a regular order. So approximately 1.5 tbsp. Thabk fully I got a refund and ordered elsewhere.

Chicken souvlaki is so delicious buy they charge $1.60 for extra caziki It is in the smallest mini cap. It should be 0.25c

Ordered a chicken wrap. Asked that it only include lettuce, cucumber, tomato, and tzatziki sauce. Not sure how it translated that my wrap is sopping wet in a dressing. The wrap is soaking and soggy and there really is no use for the tzatziki sauce that was extra. Disappointed with my order and the presentation of my meal that I can t eat.

Its a legit Greek location and they do delivery and takeout as well, save $ by avoiding Uber eats or other delivery services. Filling and tasty at a great price $.

The taste was delicious but price is over for the wrap .the wrap is small and it is not enough for a normal meal and the price is $7+ tax .you should get rice or fries beside to well-fed,so $12 for normal meal is expensive

worst service ever.... ordered food twice this week for pick up... the two times they wrapped up the wrong order... when I complained, the manager did not even apologize he just told me over the phone come over and we will make you a new one I went over... they wouldnt let me in the store.... they had a man come over and give me my order at the door... I am never going back there again

Delivery was fast, and the moussaka was AMAZING. The potatoes were nice, as was the fresh and crunchy salad. Only improvement would be the pita- it was dry, chewy and bland. Still would recommend this place as it may have been an anomaly!

Weve been ordering from here for over 10 years and its still our favourite Greek takeout. The dinners are generous portions with meat, rice, potatoes and greek salad - a really filling meal. The gyro is delicious and chicken souvlaki is the best. Salad is always fresh with the most delicious, simple oil and vinegar dressing. Tzatziki is amazing - order extra! And fresh, fluffy pita bread every time. Highly recommend!

The chicken Souvlaki was the smallest I have ever gotten and was too expensive for what it was. A tiny souvlaki (that wasnt even tasty actually quite dry) a tasteless cold pita and some excuse for vegetables some tiny slices of tomatoes. The fries were decent though... Not impressed by this sad excuse for a souvlaki establishment.

Sanitary conditions are not a priority here. I saw the cook wipe his nose with his hands then touch the salad. I left without taking my food. Discussing!

Cheap and good food

Food was excellent. The Gyro wrap was Fresh, flavourful, appropriately portioned. Meat was tender and fresh. The village (horatiki) salad was also very fresh and flavourful! Looking forward to my next order!

I had the worst experience with Souvlaki Express no napkins no ketchup no utensils the gyro was horrible. If you are a vegetarian theres no vegetarian dishes to eat if you want okay pita pita bread go there.

Price increase AGAIN!!! Ive been ordering from Souvlaki Express for years, and in the last couple years the prices just keep going up while the portion size and quality have been going down. Its gotten to the point where I dont think its worth the money anymore.

Good food fast

Food came quick with uber eats. Potatoes and rice were nice but the chicken gyros was so salty it wasnt fit for human consumption. Tried masking it with other foods in the same bite. Ultimately got a sore stomach and had to leave that part aside. My coworker didnt want it either. Please look into this! Ugh. I never like to write a bad review but when I cant eat what i paid for? Too far.

The service here for delivery is excellent, they are reliable, efficient and the food is always great. All staff are lovely to speak with over the phone and my orders are always hot delicious and on time. Highly recommend for take out!

I live exactly 3 blocks away (5 minute walk) from this location. I made the mistake of ordering delivery yesterday, and to make a long story short it took 2 hours and arrived cold and soggy. The manager Tony called and offered to resend the order an hour and forty five minutes after I had placed, but I wasnt willing to wait longer. He ended up offering me a free gyro dinner on next time I order... but as I told him... I wont be ordering delivery again. Decent food, but its a much much better idea to pop in to the location for a wrap or pick up order than to order ANYTHING delivery (I had a small order btw)
