The idea behind Freshwest Grill was simple: bring the Southwest’s unique fusion of spices and flavours to Canada with an attention to quality and freshness that is unrivaled. Really, who doesn’t love Pico de Gallo salsa, made with ripe tomatoes, red onion and cilantro, or flame-grilled sirloin steak, drenched in a home-made chipotle marinade. We source our ingredients locally (where possible) to ensure the full-flavour and freshness that comes from perfectly ripened produce. When our take on Southwest cooking meets your taste buds you’ll know it’s Freshwest!
Had the chicken salad . The chicken was charred and also not sure but the chicken was served as a garnish.
Burritos are big enough, with great selection and good value. Customers should ask staff not to add much sauce if they want to avoid wet and messy burritos.
The staff here is so rude. I was a first time customer and I wasn't sure where to stand. The woman working proceeded to ask me what I wanted and yelled at me to stand in another section, which I did. Mortified. Then when I got my food it wasn't what I ordered at all. I was in tears by this point and just put my food back on the counter and walked out. I've never been so mistreated as a first time customer anywhere. I'm only visiting the country but safe to say I won't be recommending it to anyone. Ever.
Food is really tasty and decent portions . Freshwest salad was really flavourful and filling. Their service however needs a little improvement. I ordered through ritual, and went to pick up 20 minutes later. When I got in, my order wasnt ready, there was no customers so the place was dead. The guys didn't know what I was talking about . Just need to pay a little more attention to the customers orders .
We like their salad served in a big bowl with lots of options for you to make your own meals. Their salad is fresh, tastes good and price is reasonable. They charge 1 buck extra if you choose kale in your menu. Right now, you can't sit indoors to eat, however they have good arrangement for outdoor seating. They have other food options apart from the salad which we didn't try. Nevertheless, our experience was positive at this restaurant and I would definitely recommend this place.
I actually really like the burritos here but for some reason there ends up being water wrapped in. I am not sure if its because the lettuce is not dry or another reason but I just had a burrito and I had half a cup of water come out of it. You should see my desk after finishing my lunch, it was like some one spilled their soup all over my desk!!! Can you guys somehow fix your process to address this? Otherwise I really like the food and staff.
I just ordered my lunch and had to bag my own lunch to take back to work. In the future, they need to ask "Is this for here or to go?" Don't assume. Also, The guy that put together my Southwestern salad did not give me that many ingredients. I guess they're skimping back.
Medium priced options for salads, burritos. I wasn't a fan of their sauces on the burritos. More like salad dressing (acidic) than what you typically would expect for that fare.
The beef burrito bowl is simply amazing.
Burritos are not for indians. I tried chic burrito and the taste was hell . I Don t recommend it to indians
good quality and quantity of food and nice packing.
Good value for the burrito bowl, vegetables seem reasonably fresh.
A place to eat delicious and enjoy
I like it
Fresh ingredients but lacks flavour and spice for their burritos
