I have been to their store at Overlea Blvd, their Karak chai/Elaichi chai/tea was flavorful, highly recommend. Also, I would highly recommend others to try their Zesty Chicken burger, it was so tasty that I enjoyed every bite of it. I have no affiliations with BBoys or their staff. The above review is based on my experience.

Decent burger, but they have to cook from raw meat patty, took them 20 mins to prepare the burger, therefore, you need some patience for their food.

Good is good which is why I have returned back after multiple bad experiences. I constantly have to remind the team to please make sure they melt the cheese on the sandwich, which is a given preparing any sandwich. But almost every time, they just slap the cold cheese on there and send the sandwich out, I ve had to heat up the sandwich at home. Other times they have forgotten toppings or added some which I didn t even ask for. My family orders from this store twice a week, but it s a shame that only twice they ve actually prepared the food properly. This is now the second time they have handed my order to someone else from DoorDash, and they don t even have the decency to call and prepare another order to correct their mistake instead kept delaying it for over an hour then canceled the order at 12:00 am once they close. I really think the owner should have a talk with their employees as they previously lost a couple of my friend as a customers due to their poor service and will lose another one now. Would much rather take my buisness to the other location now.

Always enjoyed my food from here. Daily specials different every day. Really good prices. Love their fries, coated with a tasty seasoning. Counter staff have always been polite, friendly, professional. This is my go-to burger joint! Open late, too!

Literally the worst customer service ever. I had ordered with this company 2 times during their promotional period for their 5.49 zesty chicken burger. I had explicitly emphasized and told them not to add cheese in my daughter s sandwich because she is ALLERGIC. She is a 5 YEAR OLD GIRL. I had placed an order on the phone to save time and the workers told me it will take 15-20 minutes. When I get to the store to pick up my sandwich I had to wait 20 extra minutes just to get my order. Not even that once I got home they didn t adhere to my instructions and put cheese in my daughter s sandwich. I called them and they didn t even compensate or offer to make me a new one! I could ve lost my daughter tonight. And the manager did not even do anything to help me. Worst customer service. Worse employees. Worst manager. Do not go here!!

It was a good experience. They cleaned the table for us. Ask SAIF (it means Sword in Arabic) for the suggestion, and he is sharp as his name. Dont forget to tip them in cash.

They are always late and it took them 30 min to prepare a burger for store pickup, they cancelled my Uber eat order after 10 minutes of ordering, and Wait time In skip the dish went from 40 min to 60 min after 15 min from ordering, avoid this location 3 times bad experience just means really bad customer service

I ve been a regular at this place, but I was really disappointed during my last visit. I called ahead to place an order and mentioned we d be dining in. The person on the phone didn t mention anything about closing early. When we arrived at 11:05 PM, even though the posted closing time is 12 AM, we were told dine-in wasn t available because they were closing early due to staffing issues. It was frustrating because we weren t informed of this earlier, and it felt like a lack of communication. It s a shame, because this kind of experience can drive customers away. I hope the management looks into this, as it could impact potential business. The only reason i am giving it two stars is because the food is always great but it definitely does not taste the same when you have to take it home and eat. Update: We went back in today, and the manager personally apologized for the situation, explaining that he wasn t aware of what had happened. It s unfortunate that sometimes a few employees might take advantage of a supportive management team, affecting the business. However, we were really impressed with how Gos addressed the issue and kept us updated throughout. The food was perfect as well today! Please maintain the food quality as this is what we love about this place and will keep coming back for it

Definitely a burger spot that deserves more love. The burgers were amazing and fresh as well as filling. The fries were crisp with a good amount of salt and the service was great. 100% worth visiting if you re looking for a good burger.

I m a construction worker, I work 12 hour shifts to eat this I paid 14 dollars for a grilled chicken poutine with an UNBEARING amount of cheap Italian herb mix spice, and soggy fries.. I usually don t write reviews but this food was not to my expectations I decided to write a review because of this. I waited almost 40 mins to get my food in a MORE THEN EMPTY restaurant. I get waiting that long for some top tier food, but this didn t enter that category AT ALL. Relatively new location, however They serve a delicious Chicken sandwich, that is equal to any others out there, for less $! The atmosphere is clean and bright, although a little austere. The A/C was not running fully up to form on the day we were there, however I have been assured by others that go more often that it normally is just fine. Parking: About 2 dozen spaces in the parking lot, some within metres of the door! Kid-friendliness: Clean, bright and friendly; with comfortable chairs suitable for kids. Good for either pick-up or a quick sit-down nosh! Wheelchair accessibility: No visible impediments to accessibility.

Yeah, dont trust these clowns. Theyre continuously committing horrible business practices, such as hoping you forget that there are daily deals or hoping you dont notice they charge your card twice. And not only are the prices high, itll take you at least half an hour before you receive any of the meals you order.

A simple burger grill chicken burger took 30mins to serve! Not sure if they are a QSR or a fine dining. Even fine dinings doesn t take so long. Same person taking order and cooking. No hair-net on girls head. One more suggestion cook your grill chicken with weight on it, it will be ready in 3-4mins rather than some bowl on it which take 15mins.

Burgers are good for the price, but definitely have had better if you dont consider cost, though this is the only good option at walking distance. Worth getting on the daily special days as theyre on the small side as well. New fried chicken is too salty but has a nice crunch and was cooked all the way through. Not planning on getting it again though. Have tried a couple different of their milkshakes but theyve all been lacking in flavour and kind of underwhelming, however still better than Gelato Shack next door. Wait times are kinda long even outside of Iftar rush so make sure you have plenty of time. Dietary restrictions: Halal

I had ordered a kids burger along with grilled chicken burger, wings, tenders, fries and onion rings. The customer service was amazing, food was cooked to order, the tables were clean and the whole environment was highly hygienic. I m not sure as to why people have been leaving 1 star reviews. A simple piece of advice i d give is that to not go by the one star reviews given here but to have your own judgement by going to the restaurant and trying their food.

Been here a couple of times and it is my absolute favourite burger place in town. The Heavenly Cheese and BB Firefly are the go to ones if you love beef burgers. They also have Zesty Chicken burger for chicken lovers. Their staff are also very nice and welcoming.
