I SPENT OVER 150 DOLLARS HERE FOR FOOD THIS IS WHAT I GOT 1 SKEWER OF CHICKEN 1 SKEWER OF BEEF 2 KOFTA 4 TINY PIECES OF LAMB 2 TINY CONTAINERS OF HUMUS AND GARLIC SAUCE NO HOT SAUCE WAS GIVEN OR OFFERED. SALAD, 10 PIECES OF NAAN WHICH IS NOT NEEDED FRIES AND SALAD. THEY SAY THIS FOOD WOULD FEED FOUR PEOPLE. NOPE IT DOES NOT. I THINK THIS PLACE WAS AWESOME BUT THEIR PRICES ARE RIDICULOUS AND PORTION ARE SMALL FOOD QUALITY IS GOOD, BUT NOT FOR 150 DOLLARS I AM SORRY WILL NOT BE COMMING BACK EVER UNLESS YOU HAVE MONEY TO BURN, I WOULD AVOID THIS PLACE

I recently dined at Paramount at Shops at Don Mills, and the experience was great. The food was authentic Middle Eastern cuisine, fresh and full of flavor. The entire staff was nice, with a special mention to Ahmad Mansour, whose friendly and attentive service truly elevated our dining experience. Highly recommend both the delicious food and the outstanding service here.

The food tastes fresh, it s healthy and it s presented nicely, however, I m not that impressed with the vegetarian delight option. Its the only vegetarian full meal option and it comes with tabouleh , hummus, eggplant sauce, a measly two falafels, a pita bread, and a couple cauliflowers. The main issue with this dish is it is not substantial. There isn t a single filling, hot vegetarian option on the entire menu. The eggplant to my surprise was just some sauce, similar to hummus. I thought I was going to be getting grilled pieces of eggplant. They only give you two falafel and a couple pieces of cauliflower. I usually would get Makali plate from here, which came with cauliflower, eggplant and spicy potatoes, but for some reason they removed it from their menu and they removed all grilled/roasted eggplant options, now only having this eggplant sauce. This is the one and only vegetarian plate that they have and it s cold. They need to have some proper carbs and protein on this plate for vegans. It needs grilled eggplant and tomatoes and some potatoes. Why not add spicy potatoes to this meal especially since you re paying 20 bucks for it. I don t need a whole bunch of sauce and a whole bunch of parsley. I need something substantial and filling. You want vegans to starve?

Had a good dining experience here, from the delicious food and relaxing ambiance, to the attentive service. Our server Ahmad was very helpful, and always kept our table clean.

We went here for my fathers 70th birthday and the service and food were excellent! Ahmad was very accommodating and communicated well, especially when coordinating the timing for my dads cake. We also had complimentary hummus for the table which were highly appreciated. Would come again!

My friend and me had lunch today. The food was amazing. It has been like that all the time Ive had lunch there. I totally recommend the Mezza Plate. My friend was delighted with her Peas salad. The other great thing about Paramount Don Mills is their service. Today, Nicol took care of us with efficiency and warmth. She made sure to cover our questions and requests with a smile. In addition to Nicol s assistance, Emat s suggestions on the menu were excellent. Thank to him, I found my new favourite dish at Paramount Don Mills, the Tabliyeh Sah Beef Shawarma with rice. They never rushed my friend and myself. We spent two good hours there as it was such a pleasant experience! I give 6 stars to my today s experience at Paramount Don Mills!

It was our second time at this location and we love it! The food was great, fresh and super tasty. Celina was our server and she took such good care of us! We definitely will come back!

I booked a reservation in advance letting them know it was my boyfriends birthday and asked if they could bring a dessert as a surprise. They brought out 2 cheesecake slices with a big candle and sang happy birthday for us! Wonderful service and amazing food. I can tell the new management has made a huge difference in the quality. The chicken and beef were juicy and everything was so flavourful. All of the staff were also so sweet to us. We made sure to tip extra for this experience. Well be coming back often to this location for sure. Thanks for making this day special.

We had an work event few weeks ago and we made a reservation at Paramount Don Mills. I really wanted to thank the manager Samer, he was very flexible and tried his best to make our requests happen. This was our fist time at Paramount restaurant. Excellent food and service. Staff were attentive and helpful with their recommendations. Mezza plate (Hummus, Muhammara, Moutabbal), Saj Tabilyeh chicken, BBQ chicken, freshly baked pita bread were all delicious. Manager was also kind enough to include 4th dip (Labneh) on the house for the mezza plate. Overall very satisfied and would come back again.

I don t like the chicken shawarma I ate it the second day my stomach got hurt

Came in with the wife and the in laws for a weekday dinner and, boy, are we happy we did. We had been to a Paramount before, so we were not coming in blind, but in addition to the great food (we ordered the labheh/muhammara/baba ganoush combo with their amazing pita and the cheese and sujuk fatayer), we got really good and attentive service. The owners were roaming around and checking that everyone was happy and we even got a hummus and some baklava on the house. We will definitely be back if we have the chance!

When it comes to middle eastern food my bars are very high.we ordered starters and platters and food came in generous portions.loved my starter and dessert alooooot.the main course was ok but what I love the most. is their hospitality.We were a big noisy group but our host Ahmed was all smile all the time.Thank you Ahmed

The restaurant is beyond good! Its a shame that theyve stuck them in the corner of the mall, otherwise they would have way more foot traffic. The food was EXCELLENT, the service was SUPERB and the whole place was very clean, welcoming and family friendly. This restaurant has been our go to for the past few years but the level of service provided at this location is incredible. Natalia our amazing server was constantly smiling and made our experience great. I would highly recommend to go here if you are looking for authentic middle eastern cuisine. I was there to pick my order. As I had to wait just 5 mins more, zalina was so sweet, she offered me complimentary baklavas n water while waiting. I was so surprised. Never had this kind of service. Was very happy. Always enjoyed food from this location and have always ordered to pick up too. Great staffs, very warm, friendly and pleasant

This place has been peaceful and quiet but I have seen it bustling back in 2018. They are best at keeping falafel wrap simple yet Mediterranean. I came after 3 good years and I still remember the taste. It tasted the same this time. I would recommend this place. Must t try their chicken shawarma pita boat. You won t regret!

Ordered half platter for takeout, (supposed to be good for 2-4 per menu), but food quantity not even enough for 2. They have become miser, recall their portions were better. The rice is less, the grilled onion and tomato missing ( mentioned in menu). The oven cooked bread, mentioned in platter menu is also missing.They tried to replace all these missing item by delivering extra humus (usual spread portion ).Its convenient for them but humus cant replace rice and bread. Very disappointed after paying $70 plus tax.Having to go buy extra food from another restaurant. Not surprised at their below 4 rating.

My husband and I had excellent dining experience at Paramount today. Ahmad Mansour and his colleagues demonstrated how seriously they take their work. Ahmad was diligent in ensuring our food was fresh, that our plates and break basket were not empty, and that we were not forgotten by him or his colleagues even though the restaurant was quite busy with two large parties. We anticipated a regular meal, but left feeling special and exceptionally well taken care of. Thank you, Paramount Don Mills team!

The food is fine, although the portions are small. The service was really unpleasant. We gave it a second chance, thinking the lady might have had a bad day, but we received the same unfriendly treatment the second time from the same person, even rolling her eyes when my husband was ordering. We definitely wont be coming back a third time. There are plenty of places with decent service.

Food was great and there is an indoor kid playground for the little ones. Overall experience was great. Nelly is also really nice.

Stopped by while we were at Shops Don Mills. The got the Mezza plate and mixed grill. The dips were very tasty and the bread was super soft. The meats in the mixed grill were cooked very well and the rice was fluffy. We also got a cappuccino and tea. I think the cappuccino was a nespresso pod and not worth $5. Overall we really enjoyed our meal but the price does not justify the portions. $32 for 3 small skewers and 2 small potatoes is kind of crazy. Our server was Nelly and she was very kind and welcoming. Definitely worth a try if you re new to this style of food !

One of the best Middle Eastern restaurant in Canada

Not sure what is going on with this restaurant. We dropped in for a meal during the Victoria Day long weekend. Service was slow. Half of our meal was delivered at the beginning then the other half delivered 30 minutes later. They said they were preparing fresh chicken for the wraps which accounted for the delay. After the meal I developed a fever, stomach pain and other symptoms associated with food poisoning. 3 days later I am still suffering from the bad meal. Ive been to this restaurant many times but the previous time will be my last time.

This is such an amazing place with great middle eastern food. The only place where Zaatar comes perfect . Their fresh pita and dips are amazing gggg .. very friendly atmosphere . Our go to place for a great middle eastern fix ! Food

Worst food I ever eaten. I order according to what I was seeing on their advertisement, grilled chicken, beef, salad, what I got was a mediocre plastic container of shredded I don t know what, dry pcs of chicken breast, and for beef, I got hamburger meat pretending to be beef, the so called garlic sauce was overpowered by the garlic and the tahini sauce smelled rancid! I could not stomach this trash that I ended running to the toilet and vomited! And to think they charged $26.99 for this garbage! Will I ever eat from this place? Not ever!

Stopped by for a quick takeout order and regretted it. Ordered the shish taouk plate and was very disappointing !! The portions were extremely small for $28!!! I realize food prices are out of control but for that money at least fill the container. Will definitely not be coming back and would not recommend as the taste is nothing special. Avoid !!

We loved Paramount Yorkville so went to the Don Mills location. Service was terrible. We waited at least 5 mins or more before asking her for plates and cutlery. Our appetizers were served and getting cold. She was completely clueless. We could see our food waiting by the kitchen for over 10 mins. It came to the table cold. The $32 lamb dish had the smallest pieces I have seen in a restaurant, overdone to a crisp (she didnt even know enough to ask how we wanted the lamb done) , and they were served with 2 pieces of mini potato and hammus! what a joke! My husbands beef shawarma was dry and under seasoned. Same with our kids dishes. They made up the lack of protien and vegetables with rice. No wonder the place was empty. That should have been a red flag for us. What a disappointment!

Sat for more than half an hour with no service. Server went past me a couple of times and when I was ready to leave she said she hadnt seen me. Was really disappointed.

If I could give zero I would! It was one of the worst restaurants I have ever been to! There was a 30 minute wait in line and there was an hour wait for the food almost! the food was ok it was a bit expensive for the size but Then without any appologies the waitress wanted tip as well!

After this frustrating wait you finally get to eat- not much to complain about the quality. Small portions of dips and another waiting when we request more. Won t visit this branch for sure. Worst middle eastern food in town. Inexperienced cooks who don t know the essence of traditional dishes. I ordered a fatteh and the waitress brought a cold flat plate full of fried pita bread covered with yogurt. And when I asked her where the chickpeas were the waitress said that this dish didn t have chickpeas until I pointed out the ingredients on the menu, she agreed to replace it for me and I wish she didn t. She brought the same plate with few chickpeas on topped with a stick garlic sauce. I couldn t even have a second spoon and put it aside immediately. When I asked for the bill she noticed my almost untouched plate and asked me whether I didn t like it. I shared my feedback that wasn t a fatteh she agreed and said that their breakfast menu was off so they had to create something out of what they had. I have never heard of such thing in the whole history of dining out. Audaciously they charged us full amount! If you re into Mediterranean cuisine definitely don t go to paramount.

Usually the food is fantastic but today the tabbouleh was not fresh. The tomatoes and onions were off (mushy) like they were marinated for several days. The waitress offered me a substitute salad, which I thoroughly enjoyed. Thank you.

We ordered Marakesh Beef it arrived warm (almost cold) then ordered cappuccino and waiter said they re out of milk so I ordered Americano which also came warm (almost cold). Whatever was ordered at all table was a total disappointment.

Visited them two weeks ago. Walked in and was ignored for 10 mins before being offered a table even when so many tables were empty. Sat down waited 15 mins - not a single server walked up to us to even offer a glass of water. Left the place after 30 mins without even taking a sip of water. Shameful service! Pathetic management, do better.

hummus was tasty, chicken wrap was ok I found the chicken to be overcooked and dry, coukd have used some more sauce/toppings. it was empty on a Monday for lunch.

It was fine. We got takeout, which was a little slow; I recommend ordering ahead. I got the falafel wrap, but it was smaller than I expected. They didnt have many vegan options and nothing on the menu was labeled for dietary restrictions.

Went there Sunday 1PM and the food as always was very good. Ive been before and everything usually is fine but the service this time was erratic. Even after asking for it, we never received the hot flatbread youre normally served, and after a while it seemed like wed been completely forgotten about although the place was 3/4 empty. I wouldnt have minded being asked if I wanted a second -- very good -- coffee. I dont like hunting down wait staff. Also of the two small washrooms, one was out of service and the other was in disgraceful condition. Vegetarian options: They have quite a few and thats not always the case in other places.

The worst experience I had with this specific location. I had ordered 7 Shawarmas and they charged me avout 157$ for 7 Shawarmas. When I received the food at home, they tasted awful, no taste, all dry tasteless Shawarmas I ever had. I consumed partially two or three Shawarmas and returned the rest. The manager refused to return or give me the credit back. I filed the complaint to the management twice, but seems like no one cares about the customer service at this store. Since that day, I habe never gone back to this store again.

Expect to wait a while for the food. I ordered two shish tawouk wraps to go and it took 30+ minutes to make. Also quite expensive and overpriced for such a small wrap.

Four star as with food the dips given were less. They can make tahini attached to the meal as its a typical Mediterranean food. Bbq plate and chicken shawarma plate were awesome. The Zadar manakeesh was fantastic. Blooming lemonade was unique.

Paramount Fine Foods at Donmills is a ok place to hangout, but it s expensive for its quality and quantity. I went in with a good expectation but not convinced. My bad ordering tandoori chicken in this restaurant, the chicken was not fresh and the meat is hard which looks like it s reheated. But as a family we enjoyed the ambience and had a great family time. I wonder why hummus was not part of chicken shawarma, shawarma only comes with garlic sauce.

Previously (year ago) they use to serve chicken shawarma wraps for ~$10 with fries and now theyve increased the price on the shawarmas and the fries are not included. There are other good Mediterranean options that are fairly priced. Its just a wrap that shouldnt be priced so high.

Went for dine-in. There were only 2 workers to serve and the restaurant was not that busy only a few people. Place need more workers and pay attention to the customers. We waited 20 minutes only for extra pita bread. Very disappointed. Not recommend.

Not a good choice for early dining. Perhaps it is better for lunch or dinner. No real brunch menu.

Ordered the Saj chicken Shawarma. The ambience is really nice and the service was amazing. Our server Abdallah was really friendly and welcoming and ensured we had a nice time.

Excellent service and delicious and reasonably priced food. I came here with my 5 year old son and we both really enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. Bonus is that they have a play area for kids. Our waiter was very attentive. Food

The owner of this store is a hero. Found shelter for unhoused refugees in the Toronto core. Not all about profit, helping those who cannot help themselves. Bravo!

Very nice, busy location. The stop seating at 10 pm but still open for take out. Their classic shawarma is a go to.

I went there a few days ago was greeted by Abdullah who did an amazing job of taking care of us. He provided great recommendations leaving us full and satisfied. We will definitely be back to enjoy his great service and amazing food Thank you (Abdullah) for the plesent experience

I ordered a spinach pie and when I opened it at home it looked uncooked and a piece was missing. When I called the restaurant I was told the oven wasnt working! Why didnt they tell me before I went!!! Its disgraceful.

I had the Veggie Lovers combo. Very nicely presented and tasty but I found the tomato parsley salad to be a bit too acidic. The cauliflower was excellent! We had to ask for water and my drink was delivered in the can with just a straw and no glass.

Best Baba ghanoush with fresh baked in-house pita bread!

The shawarma plates are expensive for the quantity and the meat is dry. Would rather go elsewhere. Service is OK.

I always have loved eating at paramount and there various locations. I took the family out yesterday evening for dinner and it was an awful experience. Things to be noted. I ordered the mixed grill platter, falafel, saj wraps and pepporoni pizza. The mixed grill platter came and it was missing the tomatoes and onions and the rice was old or from the bottom of the pot. It was hard and not edible. As you maybe able to tell from the picture. I asked one of the waiters and he explained that they ran out of tomatoes and onions but he would go check. When I was about done eating he brought the cooked tomatoes. The onions were not available. It so disappointing that a restaurant I use to praise has come down to this. I would not recommend this location and this shows by the amount of people that were in there for dinner. I hope this gets resolved. Would hate to have a great franchise go down this road.

I even called to ask about freshness prior to going. Fries were room temp, the meat of the mixed plate was dry. There were a crazy amount of kids running in n out of the play land that made me wonder on parenting skills. All around not impressed and never again. We love Lebanese food and I thought it would have been a good experience but it was like Lebanese McDonalds. So disappointed.

Visited on a Sunday afternoon. It was not very busy. Tried a few items. Ok food. The atmosphere is ok. Could be cleaner. The tables are sticky. Cordial stuffs.

Ordered 2 chicken shawarma sandwiches and waited for 25 minutes to get it !!! and the restaurant was almost empty but too many staff running around..After I reached home I discovered that both of them are so dry although I asked for a garlic sauce and the chicken was over cooked almost burned , on top of that the restaurant looks dirty unorganized even menue books were ripped off..After all it was very bad experience ... I will never go back there

Stick to shawarma and do not order Barbeque Shrimp platter. The quantity does not justify the cost of 28.99 and the shrimp came out burnt as well. I would not dine in, may order take out and would not experiment anything other than the known run of the mill shawarma wraps/plate

Their platters continue to be huge and hearty. Their bread is delicious. Still a place to go for Middle Eastern food.

Had Shawarma here. It was good. The server was really polite and friendly and welcoming. I would recommend this place if youre looking for a Middle Eastern cuisine.

We ordered mix grilled and grill platter. First the $122 is not the same as the picture!!! The baklawa, which is a traditional Arabic dessert, tasted awful with stale oil flavour. Food

My recent dining experience at this restaurant was, unfortunately, one of the worst to date. The food, particularly the chicken and rice we ordered, was subpar. All eight members of our party were disappointed, finding the chicken dry and the rice stale with an unpleasant odor. None of us consumed more than 20% of our plates. Considering the quality of the food, the prices were unreasonably high. I cannot recommend this restaurant based on our disappointing experience.

The washrooms were AWFUL Staff needed to be more diligent with keeping washrooms clean. The tables were wobbly, and we had to stabilize the tables with our knees so as not to spill our drinks. The rice served was sappy and looked like slop on the plate. This location needs to be overhauled. Not impressed.

We come here for good food and wonderful service from lovely people. Josline was amazing with a natural pleasant smile throught the time and so helpful in suggesting the vegi dish. Vegetarian options: Extremely happy to find vegi option. Parking: Location is in a plaza so no parking issues at all. Kid-friendliness: Small but fun kids playground

Ive eaten at 6 or so different Paramounts...this was my first, and last time eating here...It was 1pm on a Thursday, and we were the only people eating there...tables were dirty, the crusty paper menus looked like they had been read by 1000 people. I had the mixed shawarma plate, it was greasy, and the chicken was poor quality

First time here. The service was great and fast. However, the food was total disappointment. Meat was extremely raw , furthermore, the seasoning was not compatible with meat at all. Rice and garlic sauce were okay.

Food was good but the service was not up to par. Was forced to tip the full 15% because my group was large even though we only ordered 3 dishes. Overall the group did not feel the 15% was deserved by the server.
